DO NOT expect all of your security deposit back when you move out. They will find something to charge you with even if it was not your fault. A maintenance worker broke the blinds in my place when I lived there and when I moved out, they charged me $50 for new plastic cheap blinds! It will take maintenance forever to fix anything in your place and expect it to break again within a few weeks or less. When I moved into here last summer, they had the gym and pool closed for most of the summer so I could not use the amenities. Gym is very small and the pool was usually never cleaned and maintained. The grass was always left all over the place and never cleaned either. Most of the time it looked like a forest because the grass takes forever to get cut. There is also no leasing office here if you need to talk to property managers in person. There is also no parking here either. I had to park far away from my place and walk which was not fun in the winter. People also leave their cars in the best spots for days to a week, so good luck parking close to your townhome. Property managers usually did not help and never fixed my AC issue in my place. It was always hot in my room and the AC never traveled upstairs. The downstairs is freezing cold and upstairs is very hot. It looks visually appealing from the outside and inside, but the lack of quality maintenance and property managers are subpar at best. Would not recommend living here.

I have lived here for 5 years. Really great place amazing price for the value. Great staff. Most of all very safe for children and overall in general. Quiet community with plenty of parking. Great school distract. 5 Star living at a price thats affordable. High quality amenities. I love the gym and the pool. Top notch.

This place is well maintained with a leasing office that is easy to get in contact with. Pet friendly, parking sometimes can feel limited, but the location makes access to many areas so easy. Every apartment complex has its ups & downs but its a nice spot to call home. Well suited for the young & busy, whether young professionals or students. The pool & gym are also nice features.

I have lived here for almost a year now. For the price I pay and everything we get, I think its a great deal. Would definitely recommend living here. There are a lot of things included in the townhouse that a lot of other places dont offer, like in-unit washer and dryer. I know I had a hard time finding ones that had it. They are definitely pet friendly, theres a dog park on site. I would look into living here.

I complained of my closet smelling like cat pee shortly after I moved in (I don’t have a cat) and it was never carpet cleaned like they said it would be.The plumbing is ridiculous:The toilet leaked from the base when we moved in, which was fixed but now it runs constantly. The dishwasher floods if you run the washer or the shower or the sink at the same time.I’ve had maintenance come out multiple times for this and they blame the disposal being full. 1) Not true 2) Not sure why that would cause the toilet to flood to the point of leaking through to the main floor’s ceiling causing paint damage. The air conditioning and heat does not reach the master even after maintenance came out to look at it.The master balcony was a “hazard” and I couldn’t walk out on it for the first 2 months I lived there. The paint comes off when trying to wash off any dirt, even with a wash cloth and soap. They have one trash service on the complete opposite side of the complex and the compactor was down for a while, YET they still have the audacity to fine you $25 if any trash is seen on your doorstep or back porch. The parking lot has been falling apart for a while. Everyone parks in super inconvenient places because the lot is often full at nightI’ve lived here 2 years and have never seen the volleyball court re-sanded or even cleaned and everyone’s kids leave their toys in it.The pool is dirty, the gym is filled with cobwebs.Everything in and around the apartment is cheaply made but they’ll fine you if it’s broken when you move out anyway. You also get to pay about $1000 a month for all this.

The properties are not properly kept up on. The pictures were taken when things were taken care of at the time and kept clean and nice. Issues do not get fixed. Just a very cheap bandaid fix. The management staff is very sketchy and shady. Nothing is professionally taken care of. They just word things professionally to make up for the poor action they take on fixing issues. I’ve lived at other places with great management and this place is pure disappointment. I’m paying almost 1,000 to live in a place with out proper air flow through the vents, toilet won’t flush properly, fridge is leaking water from the freezer, plumbing issues and multiple floods in the basement since I’ve been here FOR only 5 months. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Would be better if they shoveled the walkways and plowed the parking lot for residents. Nice big townhouses but too expensive for the area they are in.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Easily the worst place I have ever lived. Great location, good price, but not at all worth it. They dont have a leasing office, they dont answer the phone. Basement floods!!!!!! Do not put anything of worth down there. Its seen as a perk when moving in but its just a hassle. They lie and say they dont flood but they do. Everyone mostly is so rude. Closet doors, balcony door, tile in the floor, everything breaks. The upstairs get at least 10 degrees hotter, no air comes through the vent at all. Had to buy fans just to breathe. When we moved in they hadnt even cleaned. Disgusting. They look beautiful but after a week you can tell theyre falling apart. Save yourselves, please. You pay too much money to deal with all this. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The inside of a one bedroom is small and gross, they charge a lot for an application, then after turning you down for reasons other than credit, (you have to make 3x your rent to be accepted) they keep your application fee. These apartments are not renovated, and the office management is deceitful. I was helping my mom try to find somewhere to live, this place is bad all around!

Im giving them one star because its the lowest i can. they dont even deserve that much credit.lived here because the inside was decent & somewhat newly renovated with cheap rent. thats exactly what we got- cheap. everything is pretty much low quality, including the staff. the walls were literally cracking, paint looked awful, the bathroom tile grout pretty much crumbled, the trash situation is a complete disaster & threatened to “fine” you if you left trash out even though they wouldnt keep up with the compactor, they tore up the landscaping without notifying us & it looked horrible, the gym is like a closet, the pool was closed 60% of the summer, nearly impossible to park at night & also get threatened to be towed due to lack of spaces, maintenance requests remain requests & never get fixed, they do not have an office on site instead you have to drive 15 mins to another affiliate with rude employees who argue with you rather than help.. the list goes on & on.i do not recommend anyone live here. save your money or go somewhere else. you will thank me later.
