Bright Now Dental & Orthodontics in other cities:
As a person like most that hate going to the doctor let alone the dentist, I absolutely recommend highly BRIGHT NOW! DENTAL!! I was pleasantly surprised by the very friendly & professional staff that immediately put me at ease actually making my preconceived notion of a dentist visit to rest. These people love their job, & it shows thank you so much for making me feel at home in your friendly, clean, professional office taking care to answer my 50 million questions while you took care of my dental needs 😀 😊 🙌🏼
I used to think they were very friendly, but, when I went in for a chipped tooth, granted the woman shoved the mouth piece for the x ray so forcefully. The tooth is coming out piece by piece, she could at least been gentle to do it, or let me put in in my mouth myself. Not risk chipping my tooth some more. I was not having pain until she did it that way. That was uncalled for. She was rushing with the piece to put in my mouth. And made spots sore. Like what on earth! I went in without pain and its trobbing now. Nope, not happy 😒 at all.
Dr Sebastian worked patiently and persistently to correct some significant problems I had with my teeth, both in terms of their appearance and function. He consistently listened to my hopes for my teeth and went the second and third miles to achieve a beautiful result. I am most happy!Thank you Dr. Sebastian.
They are friendly, but they are snakes and liars. I was told two months ago that I would be sedated to have 5 teeth removed at once. When I got to my appointment today they told they wont do sedation to remove 5 teeth at once. That someone made a mistake telling me that. And they are only going to provide ibuprofen? For a 5 teeth removal. I dont appreciate being lied to. Will not go to them for any other dental anything. Dont recommend them at all.
First these employees are rude. Would not let me join my son for his procedure, which made him panic. I did not let them perform the procedure. He had his cleaning done, which was okay. When we came back for the procedure, they tried to take my son in the back and told me to stay in the lobby. He is a child and wanted his moms help to be brave at the dentist .That all being said, we walked out of the office and never returned. I then received a call a few months later for the bill and the woman kept insisting she talks to the patient. Ok well he is 8, not taking a strangers call, and he is not going to pay any bills. I’m the mother, you can speak with me. It was a joke from the start.Best of all, yesterday I received a letter in the mail from Bright Now Dental telling me they had a security breach and our personal information was accessed.Get it together! These are peoples mouths and lives you are playing with, people should be able to trust a dentist.
I love everything about them! Im grateful to call them my dentist & i will be going back for a few different Teeth issues. I would definitely recommend them to my fellow trucker buddies where its a challenge to keep the teeth good when living in a Sleeper & traveling non stop across the country. Thank you Bright Now!
Ok so today I had an appointment that was at 10 am . I arrived 15 minutes before and mind you was waiting in the waiting room 40 minutes to be called in . But !!!! Only to be told that my dentist wasnt in the office and that dr. Assad cant or wont do my work!!! Bottom line is this office did my crown 11 months ago only to be lose now and almost coming out . After he looked at my ex rays he started making the statement that mouth mechanical and me grinding could possibly be the reason. Honestly crown should last longer than 11 months. Oh your tooth is broken underneath and most likely has to come out . But I cant do that for you. So they legit send me home with crown they did that is almost falling out and wiggling because hes not my dentist. They wouldnt bother to call me and inform me to reschedule my appointment either because my dentist had an emergency today. Very unpleasant and unprofessional visit. My foot will never come back to their office.
Staff was friendly but I’m EXTREMELY displeased. I was lied to about the price I would be paying and was given services I was never even talked to about and was just GIVEN and had to pay for. I took my 1 year old (who has TWO teeth) and my 3 year old in. My 1 year old isn’t on our insurance and I was told it would only be $39 for the exam. I get a call saying I owe them $162! It was $39 for the exam and apparently it was $69 for the cleaning (again, she has TWO TEETH). Then they charged me for a fluoride treatment for both of my kids which 1. I was never told about and wouldn’t have even agreed to. 2. They just DID it without even asking me.If I knew I was going to be paying that much I wouldn’t have bothered taking my 1 year old at all, but they only care about the money and don’t tell you exact prices to your face.I’m SO upset and disappointed and will tell everybody I know to avoid this place.
Thank you MARISA EVANS you are the best hygienist. I really appreciate you for taking your time and doing my cleaning so good. A big thank you to the kids cleaning lady too, i forgot your name but you are so sweet and caring. The kids and i appreciate you. Bright now dental is a great place, the doctor and staff are wonderful. Especially the ladies at the front desk.
Im both an ortho and dental patient. I was having a heck of a bad day/week(month/year), showed up for a cleaning appointment confused (my fault) and in discomfort from my braces. Even though they werent doing ortho that day I was helped by a very kind and understanding orthodontist and hygienist. They showed great concern for my comfort even though I suspect my pain is a common complaint among brace-wearers. They answered all my questions and when my cleaning was over the orthodontist came in and alleviated the cause of discomfort. After that the Dr. came in (Im horrible with names, Im so sorry to those who helped me that I cant recall) and explained what was going on, reassured me again that everything would be okay, and that was it! To be clear, this was all after I had showed up to the wrong office originally and was almost 30 minutes late for my appointment. So, yeah. 11/10 stars from this guy. Oh, and my cleanings are easily ½ the cost of my last dentist so every six months is easily affordable. Thanks again!
This business is a disaster. Dont bother making an appt, the hygienists will just go home early if theyre slow and act like its your fault for not coming in an hour before your appt. Theres a dentist across the street, dont know if theyre good but I can tell you, they cant be worse.
I went to my appointment and was told that my appointment was for a different day and time, which wasnt true but it was okay because they squeezed me in and then I was sent home with nothing for my excruciating pain and was told that nothing was wrong. I went to a different dentist the same day and got told that my tooth was badly infected and got the care I needed.
Very poor experience. Went in multiple times just to be sent home, told I would be getting a root canal upon coming in for an appointment and they referred me to a different dentist without taking X-rays, examining, etc. which they could have easily told me over the phone. They then tried to charge my insurance for the referral, called off work for nothing and wasted my time along with someone else’s, so not recommended whatsoever.
About 5 years ago I went to Bright Now Dental, left never planning on coming back. I had the absolute worst experience with one of the dentists there. During my absence I saw the regular dentist where my Orthodontist was. Like a crazy person, I decided to go back for a second chance (theyre availability is awesome).Dr. Hossam Asaad is nothing short of AMAZING. After having many fillings, root canals, extractions and braces I was still anxious about the dentist. Now I can officially say at 26 years old IM NOT AFRAID OF THE DENTIST. He is so very calm, comforting, listens, very informative (I asked questions and he not only answered them, but explained in depth). I will follow this Dentist wherever he goes! Hes so worth it!!
Our first visit was for my toddler son. The pediatric dentist was great and everyone else seemed professional and accommodating. When I went for my own appointment, I was not as pleased. After x-rays were taken a female doctor did my exam. She barely looked in my mouth and then told me I had two cavities. When I asked about teeth cleaning I was told they dont do that on the first visit. When I made my appointment through the call center they did not inform me of that. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known. I left and went to a different dentist office to have my teeth cleaned and for a second opinion. I did not have any cavities.
I would never recommend anyone go there. To start, the pediatric doctor didnt even introduce himself. He was cold and not friendly. He told the assistant what needed done and got up and left. His assistant then just hands me a paper telling me to sign and they will start work today. Mind you, I told them multiple times that I did not have insurance. They said that everything would be covered. When I asked the assistant to please go over treatment plan, she just stared at me. I still left not knowing what was needed done completely. The only good thing about this office is Chelsea. I made sure to request her to take my 5 year old back. So we went to our scheduled appointment on Monday, they take him back and 15 mins later I asked how he was and the receptionist checked saying he is whimpering but fine. I mentioned that I was glad Chelsea was back with him, and thats when I got the news it was the other assistant. My son comes out and he was in so much pain, and scared. I asked him why he did not say he was in pain when they were working on him, and he said they had so much in his mouth that He couldnt talk. For up to 3 hours after his appointment, he was screaming in pain. I decided to call the office and tell them something is wrong and he shouldn’t be in this much pain. They told me that the doctor was on lunch and I asked if they could text him. At this point its an emergency. The doctor tells the front desk to just give him meds which I had given before and after. I told them Im going to bring him up and they told me there is nothing they can do. I asked to have the doctor please call me and I still have not got a call. I ended up taking him to the emergency room.
I had an appointment scheduled for 8am. That was the earliest they had during the week to get 1 filling done. I had to work after my appointment. I was the first person in the office and sat in the waiting room for an hour before being called back. I then sat in the chair for two hours before the doctor ever came to see me. After he talked for a few minutes he numbed my mouth and said he would be right back. He was gone for another 45 minutes before coming back to work on my tooth. They told me I would be there for an hour and a half at the most. I was there for three and a half hours to get one tooth filled.
When i first went to get my exam it was quick everyone was friendly even my dentist cant remember her name .When i went for my tooth extraction :1. Receptionist was rude2. Waiting was full ( during the covid-19 outbreak)3.dentist was fast and took care of meIt would be better to actually have peopleBe able to practice social distancing during this out break don’t schedule so many people at a time .
Edit: Owner called me, apologized (it’s in no way her fault), was super nice and respectful then made me another appt. I loved my dentist and got my teeth cleaned, much better experience!First time there, I wrote down and asked on the phone multiple times for my teeth to be cleaned. They took x-rays, let me sit there for 40 minutes, came back and told me how many cavities I had, left me there for another 40 minutes (at this point I could turn around and see my doctor talking to someone else), brought me a bill of how much my fillings would cost, and sent me home. They probably didnt even look at my paper.
The staff is wonderful, but the dentist, not so much. Every time I have come to get my teeth cleaned, I have been the first appointment at 8am. I literally wait an additional hour for the dentist to decide to come to work. She is never on time, looks at my teeth for 30 seconds and sends me on my way. She has horrible customer service skills and doesn’t even try to build a patient relationship. I am a nurse myself, and this is just unacceptable for a healthcare professional. She acts as if it is an honor for me to have my teeth examined by her. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, the staff were apologizing for her, which I can tell happens often. She needs to be held accountable and it needs to be addressed as to what it means to be punctual.
Horrible experience, except the front desk and some hygienists...front desk is sweet and helpful, then you get sent to a hygienist or assistant to get an X-ray, then into a chair to wait for up to an hour for a dentist to come in and look at a screen instead of a mouth. The first appointment is totally unnecessary, but they want to charge insurance twice, so the second appointment is for your main issue. My X-ray showed 4 teeth, all of which had an issue. In normal people that would mean there is a larger issue here, especially when I am telling you I need a full set of X-rays. But I was ignored and didn’t get that on my second visit. Pretty horrible experience all in all.
My fiance had an appointment here at 8am, we arrived at 750 to take care of any paper work, and sat there from about 755 to 820, after watching 3 patients go back before us, including a walk in(a patient with no appointment set). Then we asked how much longer and were told that it would be atleast another 20 minutes before the dentist was even at the office. Seriously? They were going to waste at minimum 40 minutes of our day when we had an appointment. Completely unprofessional, after going here for years with constant office issues, we wont be returning. Absolutely unacceptable service and waste of any customers time. Also the woman at the front desk was on her phone clearly texting the whole time.
I highly recommend Bright Now in Elyria! The staff is amazing and takes good care of their patrons. Bernidette at the front desk explained everything in detail and took great care of me. I was able to sign up for financing so I can have the dental work I need done. The hygienist, Shannon, spent a lot of time cleaning my teeth and she was very friendly. All of the staff here is wonderful and made my experience very pleasant!
Elyria Office- I have had a few emergency issues and every time I need help they are there. Even in this crazy time they got me in same day. Need to get work by specialist but once done will go back for continued work and realize it is not their fault. People need to remember that if you want treated with respect you need to act with respect. I have heard the way people talk to the gals up front and no wonder why if people complain many times its their attitude and tone that set the response so look in a mirror. I do not like going to Dentists and am hard to please but if you treat someone with kindness, I bet you get it back in return..
I just took my son for his first appointment yesterday and the pediatric dentist told me he has 2 cavities that Im assuming he wanted to get fillings for but he didnt say. His assistant said few words which were mumbled but as she was walking us out was very clear that I couldnt be back in the room with him for his next visit.?! Hes only 4 and has never had dental work done and theyre just cavities. Place is unfriendly and policies are unnecessary. Looking somewhere else for my kiddo.
Dr. Divya and the team has had a tremendous effect on me and my smile. Its life changing. My teeth were bad off, and always bothering me one way or another. Unfortunately not every Doctor is the same. Im very particular and Im very surprised that I found a dentist of all things that I could work with. I wouldve gave 5 stars but I had to go through unnecessary pain till I found her.
On my first visit for x-rays and consultation, I had to WAIT 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. If you dont care about privacy, this place is for you. Its very open, like a VA clinic. I think they have maybe 2 private rooms with doors. (Now I have a fear of dentists and neglected my dental health, so I had quite a few cavities and need 2 teeth extracted. I understand that this would be a lengthy process and would have to schedule a few appointments to get everything taken care of.)My next appointment I made I had the 2 teeth extracted. I had to WAIT 30 minutes in the waiting room once again. The dentist, I felt had a hard time getting them out or so I thought, my anxiety level was already through the roof. When she was done she noted that she had left a piece of my tooth in my gum because she said it was too close to my sinus cavities and didnt want to irritate the area. I asked her if this would be okay or cause any problems for me, and she assured me that I would be fine.... the extraction area healed fine. The next appointment that I made was to fill 3 cavities. Once again, I had WAITED 30 minutes past my appointment in the waiting room, and another 10 minutes in the chair before I was seen. This appointment went well otherwise. The following appointment, I had wait a total of 45 minutes to be seen. I could overhear that she was behind with her appointments, due to patients that had last minute emergency appointments. Not my problem, but it became mine when she had told me that she could only fill 1 cavity that day, so I opted out to reschedule, because I had to be somewhere anyways. Since all of the past appointments here have been made in the afternoon, the dentist told me to reschedule for an appointment in the morning, and that she would be able to fill more than 1 cavity, so I did.I had made an appointment for 9am, they opened at 8am that day. I WAITED in the waiting room for 30 minutes, then I WAITED another 10 minutes in the chair before seen by the dentist. She put Novocain on a q-tip and stuck in my mouth to numb that area.... 15 minutes later, she was still with other patients, and the numbing had subsided. I got up, thanked my dental hygienist for being so nice to me through this long, unproductive journey and LEFT!Back track to this piece of tooth that was left in my gums, I just picked it out! The piece wasnt noticeable until a few weeks when I felt it and seen it protruding out of my gum area. It was irritable because it was scratching against the inside of my cheek.I dont know if this place doesnt know how to schedule, understaffed with dentists, too many patients... I dont know. The only nice thing that I can say about this place was that the dental hygienist (JEN), that I always had for every visit I made there was the best. She made me feel very comfortable and was very understanding.
I had a wonderful experience at the Bright Now Elyria’s office. Corliss Robinson and other staff were professional and kind. They we’re very timely. I loved that I didn’t have to wait long. My exam was comprehensive and I got more detailed information on my oral health and options to consider moving forward than I’ve ever gotten at other dentists. It was the best cleaning I’ve every experience! I will definitely be back to see Dr. Sagar and Corliss.
I was referred to Bright Now because my son needed a pediatric dentist. I wasnt really planning on going myself but I got a phone call stating that I made an appointment with them back in August and would I like to keep the appointment...I said sure why not and Im glad I did because it was a complete 180 from the dentist I was seeing who I was in fear of going back to. She made me never want to see a dentist again. They were so good, mindful of my fears talking me through everything. They came up with a plan after my insurance company denied me and they got me in and going and Im just so grateful. Crystal and Dr. Pardhan are a great team. Love them. The whole staff has been great with my kids and myself at the Elyria location.
At 35 weeks pregnant, I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted. The hygienists were amazing. The dentist was quick, but could use some sensitivity training in regards to a nervous patient. The receptionists were visibly upset at their lives and were complaining about other staff. I got what I needed and left. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was in by 10:00 am. Not too bad
From the time we walked in, we felt comfortable. My little one who is now 4 had a bad experience previously so I was worried. When the dental assistant came out for us, it was wonderful. She was talking right to my little one, making it fun to be there. She was very calming and explained things for my little one to understand (with xrays). She continued to make my little one feel good to be there. Then the dentist! He was such a caring individual. Also making my little one feel comfortable. This was the BEST experience we could have asked for. This office went out of their way to be kind, funny, and just all around terrific for my little one. THANK YOU!
After taking my son to two dentists and leaving with no treatment,I was so relieved the dentists at bright now were willing to treat my sons tooth ache. He was in quite a bit of pain and they opted to do a root canal with a temporary filling. 400 dollars later my son is pain free, I was so relieved and thankful! He was prescribed antibiotics at this appointment. We took the prescription to the pharmacy but couldnt fill because dosage was never written on the prescription. Our pharmacy attempted to contact the prescribing dr numerous times with no luck.We were scheduled for a follow up appointment the next week to put in a permanent filling (or so I thought). We arrive and Im told I will owe 30 for the filling, great. Then Im told the dentist would like to do some work on a few other teeth so now my total will be 103.00. My son gets called back(hes 9), but Im not allowed to go back with him. Im definitely not ok with this! Dentist finishes up, now my total is 130.00. This is when I find out things were done that I didnt agree to. Im then accused of calling the dentist earlier in the week and telling him my son was doing well and taking his medicine even though the prescription was never filled because no one can do their job at bright now. I never spoke to the dentist, he wasnt even the dr who did the initial work on my child but he felt it necessary to argue with me until I just walked away. With the exception of a few, the employees at bright now are at the very least rude, demeaning, and lackadaisical. I dont care if this is the last dental facility on earth, we will never give bright now our business again.
Dr. Hossam Assad just made my life brighter. He put in my new crowns,( 2 front teeth ).I am So Very Happy. I can really smile again! Dr. Assad was Awesome. The whole procedure went without a hitch!Totally recommend this dentist. And lets Not forget the great personal at this location. So Very Nice and Friendly. They make you feel at home!!!R. CintronJust had my second visit with Dr. Hossa Assad where he performed a root canal. He was Soo Kind and hes such a pleasant dentist. I HIGHLY recommend him and the Elyria, Ohio Bright Now Dental!!!!Rosalia Cintron
I have been going to this office since they were located in the old Monarch Bldg on Griswold. The staff I have been involved with that have worked with multiple dentist (as they come and go) have been amazing. Staff are very accommodating, friendly and professional. I always joke that I bad mouth them so Ill can get right in when I need it. Less people in the waiting room. 😉. I live in Erie county, have great insurance, and can go anywhere but why would I? Staff 5 stars, the company, Bright Now, 1 star. Sadly, they do not value or appreciate their employees. But, you wouldnt know it by the way the staff treat the patients.
Horrible service. Everyone in the office that came in after me went before me. I was even early for my appointment. When I was escorted to the back no one spoke to me. I even attempted to speak to a couple of the doctors that were blatantly stating and they turned their heads. Once I was able to been seen (after around 40 minutes of waiting) the doctor examined my mouth for about 6 seconds LITERALLY and says “hygiene as perfect”. When I know for a fact that I have multiple cavities because the dentist I went to previously, began treatment. I’ve never felt so out of place at a place of business. Horrible service. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service there.
Call service is pointless they scheduled me an appt then the office called to tell me the dr is not in that day, I rescheduled, then the office calls me morning of my appt to tell me to come in early because physician is done early today... so I rush out the house to get there for them to tell me the orthodontists only come on thursdays. Again I find myself rescheduling.....
Bright now dental is where myself and two sons go for our dental work, I/we have had nothing but great service and experiences here. Today was an exception, today my Dr., Dr. Pardhan went above and beyond for me. She was so busy and yet spent time and figured out what to do to save my tooth, there is so much more detail i can not begin to type nor explain the extensive lengths she and her staff did for me. I am so overly pleased, thankful and blessed to have had such a great Dr. And team... I am beyond words for my thankfulness and would recommend them to the 100th percent!!!
I am one of those weird people who actually likes going to the dentist. But, this was absolutely the worst experience of my life. The hygentist cut my mouth multiple times and then blamed the bleeding on my gums. I was told I would see the dentist right after my cleaning but had to wait over an hour for her to look at my teeth and say no cavities which she had told me during my xray exam. She had no idea she was supposed to be performing an additional service on me even though we had discussed it the individual who took me back to see the dentist to try to do another set of X-rays on me even though I had already done one 3 weeks prior. The front desk person couldnt tell me when or if the dentist was coming in at 9am like i was told. I actually went ahead and cancelled the rest of my familys appointments and we are going to find a new dentist.
My child was experiencing tooth pain for 2 weeks I called and they set up an appt the next day, which I appreciated. Jennifer the hygienist takes my child back for an exam takes 2 minutes and asks my 13 year old if she thinks she’s need an x-ray because jennifer felt like she was okay. Jennifer proceeds to walk my child to the waiting room without talking to me. I had to request to speak with Jennifer so that as a parent I could be informed on what’s going on and any recommendations. I was disappointed with the unprofessionalism displayed by Jennifer. She also told my daughter it was “disgusting” that she had food in her braces. This is not the first time Jennifer has been unprofessional. I like the doctor but Jennifer should be re-trained on customer service and basic professionalism.
Friendly office staff and they took us in on time. I have two daughters who were getting cavities filled for the first time. Both were very nervous. Dr. Divya Puliyel took her time with them and made them feel at ease. She suggested doing the cavities without numbing because they were just surface. The girls agreed to that. Cavities were taken care of without pain or girls being numbed and and they walked away with a great first experience! Thank you Dr Puliyel, you were wonderful!!
The staff here was absolutely incredible. The woman Asia who did my X-rays really made my experience great. And crystal who did my filling really went above and beyond. The whole staff made this my best dental experience ever. Thank you doctor pardhan and the staff here for making my time here amazing.
This place is completely over booked at all times. The atmosphere is much like a free clinic. Be prepared to wait a long time. One important thing I wish I knew prior to booking an appointment is the lack of privacy. The floor plan is very open and you can actually see and hear other people having dental work done. Staff is very polite and seems proficient. I did get a good cleaning on my second visit. I was surprised that my first appointment was only a quick in and out including X-rays but no cleaning. They tried to have me come back for the cleaning then schedule 2 fillings for a later date, for a total of 3 appointments. To me this was a ridiculous waste of my time. After getting the approval of the BOM, they did work with me and allow me to get the cleaning and fillings at the 2nd appointment.
Great atmosphere, when I walk in all of the ladies are friendly and the doctor makes sure I am feeling no pain at all when I get work done! I had bad experiences so I’ve been nervous and scared going to the Dentist.. but at Bright Now Dental they for sure take care of you. I live in Cleveland now and still only go to Bright Now Dental in Elyria.
I have been terrified of the dentists office nearly my entire life, but Dr. Pardahn and her staff were terrific through my entire experience. To say I was a problematic patient is an understatement, but Dr. Pardahn helped me through my many difficulties with grace and humor and every hygienist who worked with me did the same. When my new crown was finally cemented and felt perfect, it was such a great relief. Thanks and kudos to the doctor and her crew for the wonderful care!
If you know me, you know I hate dentist. I went to Bright Dental in Elyria in Chestnut Commons. I havent been to a dentist in decades. They were very nice and professional. Crystal was with me every step of my appointment. She explained everything in detailed and answered all my questions. She was great!!My teeth were really bad because I hated going to the dentist. So I went and had my procedure done on 11/6/2018. They had to pull all my top teeth because they lost so much bone density. I have a very LOW pain tolerance and cannot handle hard drugs or being put to sleep. Dr Fahreen Pardhan, did a local numbing and pulled my teeth. I DID NOT FEEL ANY PAIN AT ALL!!! and I am a big baby. I left there with my temporary dentures. I went back today and she made a couple of small adjustments and now I am smiling all the way home! The assistants Kim and Crystal were great! Crystal had me laughing the whole time!! I told the doctor if I knew it was this fun and easy I would have come a long time ago. The moral to the story is TAKE YOUR A...(MOUTH) TO BRIGHT NOW DENTAL! DONT BE LIKE ME AND WAIT DECADES UNTIL ITS TOO LATE! Side note: I have diabetes and this is the first time my sugar was under 100!! Doc said bad teeth can lead to other health issues.
I had originally come in for emergency work, since this was the only office near that could see me on such short notice. After a couple of appointments with Dr. Divya Puliyel to repair the emergency, I was comfortable enough to have some other past due work done. She has been phenomenal in every way, she is comforting and kind, takes her time to answer every question, I never feel rushed. She made sure I knew what was going on, I cannot express enough how phenomenal Dr. Divya Puliyel has been! She has changed my perspective, and Im no longer terrified of dentists!
Wish I didnt have to give any stars!Went there about a year ago with major tooth pain. They told me I had 13 cavities. Didnt get rid of the tooth pain I was having, just filled in a cavity by the tooth that was hurting.(they didnt even figure out which tooth was causing the pain). I called back a couple of days later and I had told them the pain hadnt gone away. Went in a couple of days later. They told me it was my fault that there was still pain because I didnt give that filled cavity enough time to adjust. Well it came to be that they didnt smooth it all they way down.Still in pain a week after this I go to a different dentist. I had to have a root canal the whole time I was in pain!!! 😡 & I didnt have 13 cavities.
Was happy with the work I had done on my teeth. But before the work was done I signed a document to approve the work and to pay a certain amount well when the work was done I had to pay a extra 60 something dollars. This extra money should have been on the document I signed.
Worst dental experience I have ever had. The dentist did a hatchet job on my mouth and to top it off was rude about it. After speaking to me as little as possible in a so called consultation -which didnt even review my full x rays only the tooth that I had come in for (which couldnt be saved- and had to be pulled). Then seemed shocked and annoyed I would decided to take care of it that day rather than make a separate appointment- meaning she had to actually do her job. Continued to not speak to me as she gave me the shot for tooth that was to be pulled and walked away. Came back too soon before I was fully numb and proceeded to yank out said tooth ignoring protests of pain and got an attitude with ME when she hit me in jaw with the tool because I cried out. I didnt realize at the time she had also chipped off part of tooth next to it in the process. I would recommend staying far away from this place- at best the staff is very unprofessional and rude- in my experience negligent and unqualified.
After calling my insurance they gave me an estimate and my service options. I chose an option based on that estimate and verified that this is all I would pay. They said yes. Then three months later I get a bill for an additional $500 on top of the $900 I already paid. They are scammers! I’m a single mom and they take advantage of people.
I recently had a very bad experience .I had a bridge that kept falling off and unfortunately it was the front teeth.I had it recemented a few times.I’ve spent thousands of dollars as myself and my children and wife used their services. My wife refuses to go here anymore as well as my kids because of poor service and excessive billing. All my teeth were ground down in the front to apply the bridge and it ruined my teeth.I was given a ridiculous treatment plan to remove my front teeth and put in implants after they were ground down and ruined.I refused to let them do that and just wanted the bridge cemented back on.When I went back on Monday to have my crown recemented the doctor refused to even try to cement it on.She had cemented it a few times but didn’t really have the skill to do it correctly.it only stayed on a few hrs last time she cemented it and once before only a week. While i was in Florida last year it came off and I had it recemented there and it stayed on for eight months. The doctor rudely told me to go back to Florida and have it recemented !!!I couldn’t believe her attitude and she left me with no teeth in the front and I’m in the Publc for my job everyday and that was totally unacceptable!!She also refused any other recommendation as to what to do other than that rediculus treatment plan to tear out my front teeth and get implants or go back to Florida( I was there on vacation )to have it re cemented.I ended up going to a very reputable dentist in Parma the next day and they recemented the crown and were very professional and prompt and didn’t tell me I needed to spend thousands of dollars to fix this problem.Bottom line is I should have never let brite now dental ruin my front teeth by grinding them down and then treating me with disrespect and not responding to my needs to have the crown re cemented .Dr jyati Sagar was the dentist that refused to to help me at brite now dental.I recommend 5672 ridge rd Parma dental officeDeborah A liedernach DDs and there are two other skilled dentist here as well.
I love the dentist I see there she is amazing, co.passionate and makes sure u are okay when ur scared like me however, the front desk staff is horrible and rude. Putting a patient on hold for 20 min when we were just calling for a confirmation of my fiances appointment time. The care here by dentists and their assistants is amazing though!
A few years ago this place was amazing. I would have given it 5 stars. Then they started to overschedule patients in like crazy. I sat for 90 minutes, just in the waiting room for a teeth cleaning appointment. Thats normal at this place now.The dentist I had was amazing, but she is so overworked now. No one can do a good job in those conditions. She messed up my filling because she was simultaneously going between myself and 4 other patients!
Had an awful experience here. The Dr had no bed side manner. She was rude and walked out of the appointment without even telling me what was going on. I was so upset by the way she treated me. They offered to schedule me with another Dr but I will NEVER go back here or take my children here!! That woman shouldnt be a dentist!
I went here when I was pregnant for a filling. They took me to an x-ray machine, then to a room, and then to another room. It was annoying, but that was alright. The dentist comes in and shoots me with novacaine. Twenty minutes later comes back and Im no longer numb. This continues for roughly an hour - back and forth. After the fourth shot, she began. Everything was great until I get home and can barely bite down evenly. Turns out, she missed a step, and didnt check my bite. A year later, the filling fell out and I had it done at another place - only to be told it would likely need a root canal because there was a cavity UNDER the filling!I was so disappointed. I will never go back to this location or any other bright now branch.
Horrible Dentist Office! Stay Away! Two things you want from a decent dental office: short wait times and good dentistry work... none of which exist at Bright Now in Elyria. Expect to be seen no sooner than 30 minutes AFTER your appointment slot. On multiple occasions I have had to wait an hour or longer to be seen for a scheduled appointment. Now for the dentistry quality: horrid. I had a crown done here a little over 4 years ago. The porcelain has worn down to the metal, which is now exposed, resulting in a cavity forming on my tooth underneath. I had opinions from other dentists on the tooth who all agree in what they saw. When I had an exam with Dr. Sagar to review the issue, she determined it was from grinding my teeth. I do not grind my teeth nor have I ever had this issue. After questioning her observation, she then said it was because my bite is off. And that was that. She refused to offer me a solution or help alleviate the problem and couldnt be bothered with the problem any longer. Turns out the crown was of poor quality with spotty dental work.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience ever . Do yourself a favor and never go here !! Brought my son In for a lost filling / his nerve was exposed and he was in extreme pain. The dentist made me leave my son and tried to pull his tooth without numbing and when my scared son started to cry he told him to GO HOME!! Sent my son out crying and traumatized still with a bad tooth. My son is always a champ with any dentist appointments too . Also while waiting I witnessed 3 different children come out crying who didn’t get their scheduled work done. Complete trash of a DDS!!!!!!
Dr. Pardhan was great! Saw me as a new patient on same day I called! One of my old crowns had come off ! Arriving they xrayed my tooth, when she came in we introduced ourselves, she explained the rest of the tooth was decad and should be pulled, she could do it now. She took her time gave me novocaine started it did break and she had to.work hard to get it out. She stopped and gave more novocaine as needed, she did get it out! We spoke on and off as she worked . Im very happy with her I need more work and will be returning to her. Highly recommend everyone to her. Thankyou
Customer Service seems a little bit more professional over here then the Lorain Office. I recently had one of my wisdom teeth pulled. After examining the tooth myself it was still in meant condition. There was no real need for them to pull it. Honestly it felt somewhat sensitive when the dental assistant scraped at it, but over all it never really gave me a problem. Suppose it eventually needed to be pulled sooner or later. I realized there was some tearing away from gums resulting the extraction for which I needed stiches, I wasnt pleased about it, but over all...all was well.
If you have options, explore them. My FIVE YEAR OLD had a 9 a.m. appt. that we arrived ten minutes early to with all major paperwork already filled out. At that, the rest were in before the appt start time. Three kids were taken back while their mom was still filling out paperwork. After 20 minutes, we asked and they said 10-15 minutes. 40 minutes later we walked out. Still no phone call to explain anything. No apologies. Almost two hours of the school day missed because of this. This is the welfare office dentist. You will understand if you have no other choices and are forced to try this office.**We did not get to see the pediatric dentist.** They also refuse to let parents back for most of what they do to kids. Not a good experience....
At my last appointment, the receptionist was checking voicemails..instead of actually listening to them..she was just automatically deleting them. Which was appalling because that could have been from a patient needing help and a callback..that explains why they’ve never called me back anytime I’ve left a voicemail
Had a appointment at 8:00 am. Waited until 8:55 and it looks like no one was going to say anything to me or call me back. So I proceed to the front desk and asked how much longer would I have to wait. The receptionist that just arrived said let me find that out for you. So he had a conversation with a lady that was here when I was here. And then told me the doctor is not here yet, but should be here any minute. Then why do you make an appointment at 8:00? All he said was:”that was the call center. “ Ok! I understand that the call center made the appointment and they do not know that this location don’t have a doctor at 8:00. But the whole office of people could not say a thing?! And after being questioned no apology or anything because it might just be a normal thing that you wait for an hour there.
My mom and I used to go here. When they did work on my teeth, they didnt wait for me to get numb, they just started working on them. It was excruciating. One of my Fixed teeth broke, and when I went to a different dentist to get it fixed, they told me that they didnt clean out the cavity or the filling, they just filled over it. On 4 of my teeth. And they told my mom she had 2 cavities when she actually had none. Dont go here unless you want your teeth messed up for no reason.
My sister just went and got all 4 of her wisdom teeth out and it was awful. She felt it all and tried pushing his hand away and he just kept saying they were almost done. They sent her home immediately after with no medicine, no ice pack, nothing. I am horrified for her.
Hygienist Baker was outstanding! Went in for a regular cleaning and she was very informative and talked me through the whole process explaining what tools she was going to use and how they were going to be used. Schueled with her for my next 6 month cleaning! Would highly recommend.
Dr Pardaham DMD is excellent!! She knows what she is doing and she is very effcient. She cares about her patients comfort during procedures and her patience is astounding! Her assitant Kim is excellent. Her temporary crowns are constructed so well I was able to wear it for 3 months!! I have had great experiences with BrightNow dental due to the whole staff.
This place has terrible customer service. The only reason we go here is because its where our insurance assigned us. Everytime I have called during business hours either nobody answers the phone OR I get placed on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. They advertise convenient and weekend appointments yet cant get my children in for a checkup unless its on a Monday or Wednesday during school. How is that convenient? While youre there the dentists and hygenists are great. Theyre fast and know what theyre doing. But you cant get in there unless someone answers the phone so you can set up your appointment.. Good luck with that.
Coraliss, the dental hygienist I saw was fabulous! So patient and kind with me, knowing I was freaking out a little bit! Lso so helpful and knowledgeable .Dr B and Danielle in the Ortho side were informative and very helpful with information about Invisalign .I would have given a 5 star review .Had the dentist taken 5 minutes to explain anything to me. Rather than looking at the x-rays and telling me I needed work before the Ortho would consider correcting my teeth and walking away without even looking at my actual mouth. However .I will be back. Because thankfully .You see a hygenist more than you do a dentist .
My family and I have been going to bright now dental for years..I love them, they treat me as family. or a very close personal friend..my experience is always top notch satisfaction, I always feel of get the best experience as well as very professional team..I always recommend them..you guys are the best..thanks for caring for my health and smile!!!
I had an appointment at 9:30 and waited An hour and a half to get back to see the dentist it was for my daughter it was her first appointment and we had somebody that didn’t do x-rays on children doing her x-ray the Dentist was very rude my daughter didn’t get a sticker which everybody else did and she was very upset I only got back when I did it because I complain there’s a lot of people the waiting room!
This hellhole honestly deserves less than one star. I went there today as a new patient for a 3 p.m. appointment with a Dr. Fahreen Pardhan. Couldnt tell you if she did a good job because I NEVER SAW HER. I got there at 2:45p.m. with my new patient paperwork in hand then sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. Soon, the 3:30p.m. appointments were being called back. By 3:45 I looked at reception and she check and said I was next. By 4:10 the 4:00 appts were being called back. By 4:20 I got up, told reception to cancel my appointment and I better not be billed. There was no explanation or apology. All she said was Okay. I dont think this place could be any more unprofessional! You shouldnt have to wait over and hour and a half with no explanation. I will never go back to this Elyria location or any other Bright now dental offices. What a crock this place is.
I scheduled my kids cleanings and check ups months ago. I went in the day of the appt and they said he is on vacation for two weeks. no call, just a complete disorganized mess. Of course they have no appointments the rest of the summer. I wouldnt take my kids here if they paid me too again.
I dont even know where to start. Let me first start by stating the Doctor that I was scheduled to see came in about 45 mins after I was scheduled to be seen.. I had a temporary tooth that was attached to a screw that went into my gums (one of my front teeth ) it fell out while I was at work. I should have went back and allowed them to put the permanent tooth they made for me in but I ended up being pregnant and decided not to go back because I have a hard time dealing with the pain and stress of being at the dentist medication free.. so I called them Monday and talked to the nicest receptionist. I told her what happened and that i would like to come in as soon as possible in hopes they still had my tooth they made and if they didnt that was ok but we could discuss how to get a new one made .. When the Doctor finally came in she looked at my xray and had me open my mouth for 3 secs and started telling her assistant things about the tooth next to it and the one after that.. I proceed to tell her I will worry about that another time i would just like to deal with this particular issue right now so I didnt have a missing tooth in the front. She didnt listen to me and proceeded to tell me I need a root canal and this and that then we could discuss making a partial denture for the missing space ... that would take at least 2 weeks.. but if I paid out of pocket maybe 3 days.. I have a job but Im not rich and I know I cant afford that.. She then walks out rudely and they leave me there for about 10 mins alone before I start crying and get up and leave. Completely walking away from the building sobbing.. forgetting my bag even. I had took the day off work and lost those wages for nothing .. She was so rude . Didnt personally care for me what so ever. Barely even looked my way. Whats worse is you think they would call to check on you after just walking out without them even noticing.. no I called later that evening and asked if my bag was there and they were about to close. Still they said nothing! Just a shame . You guys dont care for your patients at all. I will never go back or allow my children to!
Was happy with the office, although part of filling chipped out. Had to rush back in on a busy day to get it fixed before leaving town! Paid $150+ for fillings. Didnt eat anything to chip it. Was told it probably wawasn dry enough before filling or set enough after filling. Feel I should have been compensated for troubles of having to come back in.
Dentists are unprofessional and rude. I waited an hour just to be seen and then they wanted me to come back to have a cavity filled. Ummm no. I made them fill my cavity that day and never went back. Ive given them multiple chances in the past and they have blown it every time. Do yourself a favor and dont go to a chain dental office.
First of all..the staff is great..Doctor Pardhan...let me say this..you need to be reported to the Board of Denistry for your rudeness.I took my neighbor there who is 70 years old and she came out so upset...You never said hi/hello..,you preceded to work on,her mouth..basically like you didnt want to be there that day..But in the waiting room 3 other people said how rude un professional..and cocky Doctor Pardhan is..,We witnessed this actually before with her..but this time was the last straw for us. If you dont want to be a dentist then dont. You have excellent caring kind considerate..welcoming staff..I,hope you dont treat them way. This is unexceptible in a medical field as Denistry.
Positives: flexible time slots and they take all insurance carriers, including caresource. Negatives: They tend to rush and get you in and out. They dont make it a personal experience and some of the staff is unfriendly . They will stop working on you to start on another patient .
Staff was rude and they ended up pulling the wrong tooth. Was told I would receive a call and they never got back to us. Dentist said my daughter still had a baby tooth that needed to come out in front and they ended up pulling a molar in back that was not bothering her. What a bunch of know nothing jerks!
I have no complaints about this office....I have never had to wait long to be seen and the staff is always very nice and helpful. I see Dr. Nouneh and he is very polite, professional and always explains what he is going to do and his assistant was very nice she was very calming and made me feel comfortable. I have not had any difficulty so far with the Billing dept.5 STARS FROM ME!!!Shelley DeAngelis
I have been coming to see Dr. Pardhan and Kim for a little over a year now. I have received great customer service, exceptional care, and a peace of mind that the work that has been completed is of great quality. I required rather extensive dental work and repair. Dr. Pardhan and Kim have given me a reason a to smile again. Thank you.
This place is HORRENDOUS!! They draw out treatments, like getting a partial, to bill you/your insurance more. They do unnecessary things claiming adding it will help the price be lower. The staff is rude and hangs up on you. We even had our insurance company call for us to ask questions and they only asked one and the person at Bright Now answered it rudely and hung up on the insurance company! Dont go here.
The only reason I chose this dentist was because it was one of few available options to me. They mistook shadows on my xrays as full-blown cavities and I, in turn, received 16 fillings that I did not need in the first place. I began having problems with the fillings, went to a different dentist, and after they looked at my xrays he told me they were just shadows. I understand everyones human, and they make mistakes, but how do you mistake SIXTEEN shadows for cavities?
Honestly was just terrible. Made the first appointment of the day. Got there early to fill out any necessary paperwork. had to wait 30 minutes for them to tell me my doctor wasnt there and that if I want to wait another 20 minutes maybe she will be in. All the meanwhile they took back a walk in and 2 other appointments
BEWARE!! I went to this quack 1 time and they told me I had 5 cavities. I havent had 5 cavities in 40 yrs. I just got back from my regular dentist a year later today and I had 0, yes 0. The only reason I tried this joke of a place was because my job had changed temporarily and I lost insurance at my regular dentist. DO NOT DO IT, do some research and find a credible place!!!!
Appointment was at 10 this morning ive now been here and checked in for 54mins now and have watched multiple people come in and be seen before me, know one in reception has bothered to say aword to me very displeased and if they are backed up they could definitely let someone know wats going on. Had to leave didnt even get seen
I had a great experience when I walked in there I really want to get my teeth then but I thought I couldnt afford it Deb at the front desk to walk me through just see if I can have credit to see if I was approved or to do anything else and I was approved but then I was so scared to do it and she said dont worry youll be fine so with that little push was really good she made me feel really comfortable and I went ahead and proceed then I went visit lady that does impressions I told her that I gag on stuff she said dont worry Ill be okay and see walkthrough that had no problem with the ever that was the best then the dentist she is amazing totally amazing she talks with you through it she ask if you are okay through the whole procedure I was scared she was good great great dentist so from the time I walked in there to the time I left it was a great experience everybody was wonderful I would and will recommend it to somebody else too
DENTIST ARE GREAT. THE BILLING DEPT IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE 2 DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS. THEY CANT FIGURE IT OUT. THEY OVERCHARGE ME. THEN SAY I HAVE A CREDIT, BUT THEN NO ONE CAN FIND THE CREDIT SO I OVERPAY AGAIN. THE COMPUTER ISNT PROPERLY UPDATED WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE INFO. I WROTE A LETTER OF COMPLAINT OVER ISSUES AND THE OFFICE MANAGER CHRIS MARTIN TOOK 2 WEEKS TO RESPOND AND THEN CALLED TO SAY IT WAS MY FAULT. OK MY INSURANCE COMPANY SHOWS THEY PAID BILL AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. IF YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE AND WANT TO PAY CASH THEY ARE GOOD. IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE THEN WHAT A PAIN. IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 12 YEARS BUT THIS PLACE IS GETTING WORSE. IF YOU WRITE THE BILLING OFFICE IN TEXAS SOMETIMES THAT HELPS. So years later they write me to send me overpayment money they owed me.
I at first had a hard time due to the fact its super hard to get me numb but my second visit i had all my top teeth extracted for false ones it was an amazing experience then today i went in for fillings my teeth look and feel great i couldnt be happier dr Pardhan and her staff crystal and kim are the greatest i am so excited to get my smile back thanks to these lovely ladies
Bright now dental sent the same bill to two different insurance companies trying to get paid twice when I called with the paper work and proof the front desk denied it and was very rude and lied more then once the first appointment I had I thought they did it by accident but then the same thing happened the second appointment never going again horrible experience
My appointment was at 4:20 to fill 2 cavities and I didn’t get out of there until 6:00 I understand they are waiting on other people but that was way to long for just 2 cavities then I have a rough spot on the back of my tooth and I’m afraid to go back in to get it fixed because it would probably take another 2 hrs
The service was very horrible, I had fillings done and the filling fell out cracked my tooth, they took no responsibility for their errors and charge me for exam, in which they chose to Bill me later but couldnt do the procedure and Bill me later for that so my tooth is still hurting and no work has been done, they are rude with their service I am a repeat customer who will no longer go to Bright now Im taking my money and my toothache to some dentist who will have consideration and be more pleasant with my visit

2022-02-02I havent been to Bright Now for two years. The office staff appears to be all new, thank God, old staff very rude and unprofessional. The young lady I had to clean my teeth was very professional and polite. The Doctor that did the exam was also very polite and listen to me. I hope they keep it up. It is a lot easier to go to a place that makes you feel comfortable than one that doesnt.

2022-07-06If it was a zero I would have give them 0. My mother has been going there since last year for dentures . Every time we got there to try her dentures they weren’t right we kept the dentist Assad that these don’t fit her right and he keep getting impressions after impressions . Today was her appointment and her dentures were wrong again . He told us you either take them I asked to talk to a supervisor, she came in and told us that she has no bone in her mouth to hold her dentures when asked why are we finding this out now since last year we’ve been coming here she said she wasn’t aware of that . So we left the dentures there and my mother has now after almost 9 month to go and see another dentist where she can get it done. Please ppl don’t spend your time and money to this clinic the worst unprofessional and I knowledgeable dentists I’ve seen in my life

2022-07-29I am new to this place. Just a little bavkground: I belonged to another dental practice for over 25 years which I loved everything about frome their receptionist, hygienist and especially the dentist. Well after moving about an hour away from this office and the dentist deciding to give up his practice I decided to look for another dental office. I scheduled appointment with Bright Now! (Elyria office) I have had several visits there and the staff is very friendly and personable. I feel their service is very good and their prices are reasonable. I have and will continue recommend them.

2022-08-04I like the dentist Ive seen but I bought the smile club which is supposed to provide unlimited exams and cleanings. So Im in for a cleaning and the dental assistant decides I need a deep cleaning which is going to cost $270. I rejected that saying please just to give me the standard cleaning. She refused. She said You cant have a standard cleaning if my diagnosis is that you need a deep cleaning so I feel scammed. I did get the exam which I felt was thorough.

2022-08-10Well, my kids and I have been going here for years...got a call from a woman that works at the front desk saying she had to cancel my appointment because the hygienist quit after 2 days and she had to take 200 patients back herself ! I thought, yeah that sounds awful, but also I didnt think someone that works at the front desk would be qualified to do hygienist duties 🤷 Idk...so months go by (I was told I would get a call once a new hygienist was hired) never got a call, so I called after roughly 4 months of hearing nothing...first thing she says when I call is who is this ? Not a Hello how can I help ? I reminded her of how she canceled my appointment months prior, her response this time was what is your insurance ? I told her, and she replied Oh we dont take that anymore. Strange that within 3 to 4 months my insurance became unacceptable and better yet, no one had let me know that my insurance was no longer accepted. Last minute I had to find another place for my children and I to rely on. Awful customer service.

2022-07-14I went to Bright! Now Dental to have 4 teeth extracted. I told them I didnt want any work done that wasnt covered by my insurance (Humana). they said I was covered, so I signed a form stating that the estimate for pulling the 4 teeth was $0 for the patient. Later, a collection agency said I owed them $260 for pulling the 4 teeth. Bright Now said Humana covered only 2 of the extractions. I dont have anything from Humana to back that up. Bright Now had an obligation of check my insurance before doing the work. Be careful if you ever have work done by Bright Now! Dental. They might screw you, too.

2022-07-30If youre thinking about going here, I would suggest you dont. I went in for a broken tooth and was told I had to find another dentist office because it would only be worth thier time if I had at least 4 teeth that needed removed. Even the people at the new dentist I called were shocked by this and said it was absurd and very unprofessional. After all that, they then had the audacity to try to tell me I needed to come back and pay $200 for a teeth cleaning which is outrageous because my insurance says specifically that they cover teeth cleaning. Save yourself the trouble and go to ANY other dentist.

2022-07-120 ⭐Ladies in the office are super rude, even the hygienist in the back was rude to me and my kids. No positive, happy faces, seems like they ALL HATE THEIR JOB and are mad to be there, you can feel it in the air, totally bad vibes. Almost like they purposely make you feel uncomfortable 😕.

2022-02-03Took my kids here and the stuff was rude. Didnt let me go back with my son for his procedure.I got a letter just last month that someone stole both my kids social security numbers, address, and birthday back in April from their office. APRIL and I was just notified in January the next year! Was told we didnt owe anymore but then got a huge bill almost a year later. Then trying to call and talk to staff is a joke. Very rude. Will not be coming back

2022-01-27I’m not sure how this place has a 4star average when there’s so many one star reviews. The staff is normally nice, but you’ll wait forever. They’ve cancelled multiple appts for my daughters braces and when i try to call to reschedule there’s no answer. The bailed on her in august and could get ahold of anyone until Nov. They scheduled us for Jan and the lady is being rude since we haven’t been here in so long, as if it’s our fault. I wish i haven’t paid upfront for her braces because I’d love to take her somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE!
