Professional Care. Main dentist is an Ole Navy Corpsman from Okinawa, Veterans will appreciate his skill! Top Notch staff. Staff understands the needs of patients with service animals. I love this small quaint office. Everyone in this office is exceptional. Barb the office manager and Dr. Ermenc are fabulous! They have been providing me with exceptional care for over a decade. Daphne at the desk is always friendly and smiling. I couldnt ask for a better dental home. Thank you!
The dentist office in Arcanum is absolutely amazing! Every single member of this staff is terrific. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist himself, they are all caring, compassionate, nice, understanding, just all around great human beings. I will recommend this office to everyone that I can!
I have bad teeth and went to the arcanum Ohio office to get a consult for extractions and dentures.My past experience with other dentists has been awful! This only heightened my anxiety for this visit.The Bright Now office was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and didnt make me feel worthless. Highly recommend Bright Now!
Always a good visit. All of the staff is great! Recently lost a filling and was able to an appointment scheduled quickly. Crazy that you can look forward to visiting your dentist.
I will not be returning to this place again! My son left with a bacterial infection in his mouth which had to be treated with antibiotics. When I tried to talk with the dentist about my sons mouth, I was immediately interrupted and he insisted it wasnt from them. They do not work well with children. They told my son it doesnt hurt that bad and back in his day they didnt have anything to numb them. This was not very comforting to my 10 year old. There is a reason this place always has openings and other dentist offices dont. Not very sanitary and very unorganized.

My chair wasnt wiped down from the last person, there was dirt and gravel all over the bottom of the chair.Also the chair was missing its arm cover so it was just a rusty steel bar to put your arm on... no thanks. I still dont know the Dr.s name he never introduced himself, only the assistant introduced herself. She was extremely rough checking my teeth making my gums bleed, and the Dentist did the same thing. I will not be back! Very unsanitary and disgusting. Save yourself from needing a tetnis shot!
I enjoy Bright Now Dental in Arcanum. The staff is always friendly. I have a full understanding of what is going to ne done at my visits and the cost before they start anything. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a dental office as a new patient.

Friendly staff and I loved the dentist! This is my first time here and they have met and exceeded my expectations. My family and I have officially found our new dentist!
Bright Now Dental in Arcanum, Ohio is a very friendly place. Everyone is so nice. Having work done on your teeth isnt pleasant at times but there its not so bad.
Had a great visit, had a great experience with their 5 star hygienist. She was great. No pain what so ever. Great staff. We be returning in the future. Would recommend.

I have had 2 appointments with dr greg so far and he has taken his time each time with me to go over all my options. There are dentists out there that only want the money, but I feel as if dr greg is still in it for the passion. Thank you dr greg!

The staff was spot on with their time management....... I was in and out for my cleaning on time without having to wait. Also the staff was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. I would recommend others to go there.

2022-02-11This location is really good at what they do, super friendly/ professional and gets you an appointment quickly. I highly recommend them as I drive 40 minutes because the patient care is so good! I am grateful for this Dentist as well as the hygienists, assistants and front desk staff. Top notch dental care and a super clean and professional clinic.

2020-02-18I unfortunately had a very poor first experience with Bright Now Dental. I arrived at the facility early to complete new patient paperwork and sat in the lobby for over an hour before being taken back for my apt. In that time an individual who came in after me stating that her apt had been scheduled for 20min after mine was taken back. When I finally was taken to a very tiny exam room not a single staff member who came in introduced themselves. There were four different individuals in the room and I didn’t know who any of them were or what their job duty was. Not only this but the room I was taken to smelled like poop. One lady looked in my mouth, rattled off some numbers to another lady, who I’m guessing wrote the information down, and that was it. I was at the facility for over an hour and a half and I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned. I was told that if I wanted this service I would need to schedule another appointment in 4 months and was given a breakdown of what the charges would be. Beyond frustrated, I left without scheduling another appointment and do not plan on returning.

2018-02-28The staff are all knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I needed to be seen for emergency tooth removal and was able get me in the next day for being a new patient. During regular teeth cleaning appointment was fast and put in timely manner. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

2021-04-20Had a filling done here ended up breaking into my gum line and stabbing me for a half a year untill I got tooth removed. Then I go in to get a check up and they put a filling on a tooth that was not bothering me. Then after a week I cant even chew on that side of my mouth that the filling is in. Now I have extreme pain coming from said filling that has been constant and will not even let me go to sleep, after not sleeping a wink Saturday or Sunday I thought I was saved coming into the office on Monday.... Wrong they decided they would take a sand disk to my filling without any numbing. Making the pain double. Praying to god he would give me some pain pills so I could sleep but instead prescribes something that takes a week to feel the effects. Here I am again up all nightcrying in pain on a Monday having to miss another day of work. Probably the most pain Ive ever had to endure
