Even though they are more than I can afford I was surprised that the office manager was so helpful when I called today! She took the time to find out about my income and was even willing to make some recomendations for me! I told her I would be back next year when my raise hits as I have never had someone here I cant afford to live there and keep staying helpful to me.
Great neighborhood. We just moved in and the place is spacious and clean. We love our attached garage and the staff is always friendly. Jamie helped us out the entire time and was so prompt, professional, and really made us feel welcomed! Very excited to spend the next year here with my husband and soon to be son on the way!
This place is great! Jamie has been absolutely amazing in providing customer service! He was very welcoming and answered all of my questions before moving in. I had an issue signing in to the portal to make rent payments and Jamie walked me through it step by step. Maintenance has been great as well and getting things done in a timely manner. I would highly recommended living here. Thanks for all you do!
I am so excited to be making BriceGrove my new home. When looking to sell my house, I visited BriceGrove several times. I had the opportunity to work with the entire team. DesyRae was very informative, honest, and straight forward. Jamie was very thoughtful, making sure to meet all of my needs. Candice is top notch! She was very helpful in accommodating my early move in, as my house sold quicker than anticipated.
We have lived in our apartment for almost 2 years. Great area with the walking paths and a park in the complex and one near by. Its not really updated for the price I have to pay. Spacious apartment with high ceilings and lots of storage. They have really slacked on cleaning off the sidewalks during the winter this year. I have slipped and fell many times with my toddler. Thank goodness we were never severely hurt. Everyone pays at least $900+ and still the complex is filled with potholes bigger than anyones tires. Trash is always overflowing!!!!!!! Maintenance does work hard and has fixed anything and everything for us. Some of the office staff is polite, some you will need to catch on a good day if you are having life problems. :)
I wouldn’t have known about Brice Grove Apartments had it not been for a very good friend of mine name Jamie who I just found out no longer works in the office. We literally talked one day & he mentioned them to me and a few days later I was approved for my place. He walked me through everything, & I am beyond grateful for his customer service & experience in his field. I had zero issues with communication, paperwork, lease signing etc. everything happened in a perfect way.Update 10/1/2019I have submitted multiple service request, my toilet has been leaking puddles all over the floor, everything in the bathroom is soaked I had to pull up all of my rugs, it is ruining my decor. The garbage disposal hasn’t been working either. I put my first request in on September 15th and another on September 25th. Just expected more urgency especially with the toilet.
Recently moved in, and I absolutely love it here. I have been pretty satisfied with my stay so far, very nice community in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff is amazing and does an excellent job providing customer service.Jamie showed me superior service, was very sensitive to my time constraints and very assistive to all my demands.Thank you

Jamie at the front office is AWESOME! As soon as I walked in, he was very attentive and very polite! I lost my phone and was trying to see if anyone had returned it. He helped me locate my phone on his phone and even rode around to help me find it around the complex. Thank goodness for Jamie, or else I wouldnt find this phone!
I have had a whirlwind year...and apt hunting for a particular district is exhausting! Jamie was the most polite, professional leasing consultant I have worked with in a long time (I to, do Prop Mgmt) DesyRae made the paperwork process so convenient and efficient for m (same hours so that was tough) I got moved in and had a couple requests that were not really and ER but they made it happen and quickly! My son and I LOVE our new home!!!
The first four months of my six month lease have entirely discouraged me from resigning. In my time here the staff has been nothing but rude, constantly charging extra fees which has cause my rent to double and refusing to explain to me why I was charged so much. You can not walk out of your apartment without stepping in goose poop, it smells terrible and its not only in the grass but also on the sidewalks. Speaking of sidewalks, they never salt them or shovel them for winter. Bricegrove apartments is a 0 out of 10 and I will never recommend them to anyone.
I visited the community and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I have not lived in a apartment in about 10yrs. So I had lots of questions and the staff answered every question with no problem. They seemed very accomodating. When my home sells I look forward to calling BriceGrove home! Thanks Guys.
I would not recommend these apartmemts at all. Me and my girlfriend lived here a year and im really glad we decided to move out. There is goose poop everywhere you walk, you schedule for maintenance to come but they come the day after, management is horrible here, gotten several letters regarding break ins on vehicles, they so not shovel when it snows so good luck getting out, and not to mention when we moved in there were cock roaches. If you have moved in and are looking to move out they will charge for a full painting of the apartment, roughly $325.00, to re paint the place even if you have kept it the same color it was painted when you moved in. Would never recommend this place to any of my friends and family.
This could be a great place to live for the price, even though the water is combined, I live by myself, so am I helping pay somebody else’s water usage, hmmm, I haven’t had any issues with the staff, BUT!! OMG!!! the GEESE!!! it’s absolutely horrible, to just walk outside, you have to play hopscotch just to avoid the poo, it was all over the driveway got on my tires, the smell was in the garage and in my car when I turned on the heat, Yes that’s right they don’t leave in the winter either, everybody with a patio, can’t use it because of the geese, either on attack mode or you have to constantly clean off the poo, if you like quiet, forget it, the geese will make sure you have none of that, better learn to sleep with a tv on or music to drown them out. I was told they have permission to destroy the nest, that does no good, and probably not done routinely, one laid eggs, and had I not called the office, there would be babies, and as long as they have access to water, they are not leaving. You would think the owner would enclose the patios or put some type of fencing around the water making it hard for them to access the water without flying. I hate moving but I may need to look for a place without geese. Two stars is for the geese and the property owners who don’t seem to care.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! My girlfriend and I moved in a week ago and there have been countless issues! Management and employees are rude and when we ask for maintenence to fix something they act like we are lying or were a burden, when it is their fault that the apartment was not move in ready. Save yourself the money, and the trouble, find some place else!
Worst place to live in. Worst experience ,rude employees starting from the manager. I will not recommend This place not even to a enemy. I dont even deserve a 1 star. Trust me they will be nice to u until u move in after that u will be treated like a animal. The employees are so racist.
This is a worst place i have ever lived, staffs are unqualified rude , dirty pond , roads are bad, dirty pool, most importantly to know about them is hidden charges, paying high on water bills without knowing what water company you dealing with, and to anybody who is not American should never attempt to rent there as they are taking advantage on foreigners , i regret renting the place, the apartment was not perfect when me and my family moved in , and i made them i aware of any defects , but when i was moving out they charged me unnecessary charges and took almost all my deposit i gave them .... i can even say more , but i leave everything to God intervene into the cheating , especially those two current staffs, Ashley and Desray or what ever name is acting like they own the property ...i am very very disappointed.

2022-05-24I’ve lived here for only 7 months however my experience has been amazing! I started out living in a 2bdrm flat and recently decided to move to a townhome, and Desyrae & Brandi made the transition very easy! The Maintenance guys Justin & Dickson are also amazing and make sure the property is clean and well maintained as well as completing work orders in a timely manner!! I would recommend this property to anyone, and appreciate all staff members at Bricegrove for their hard work, great customer service, and patience.

2022-05-30Greetings,On Friday, June 4th, 2021, I left Columbus to meet my siblings in Flagger, Florida on a weeklong vacation. Prior to leaving, I parked my 1999 Honda vehicle in a parking space near the front of the Brice Grove Park office as instructed by the notice regarding paving going on in the complex. As did many other people. When I returned on Thursday, June 10th around 7pm my vehicle had been towed. The very next day I spoke to Greg (CM) of Brice Grove Park regarding why my vehicle was towed. He told me the vehicle had been illegally parked and was subsequently towed. My question to Greg was why I wasn’t contacted and given any opportunity to move the vehicle when I returned. There was no adequate response. The only thing I was looking for was to be reimbursed for the tow. Greg reviewed and knowledge the Capital Towing & Recovery Invoice. He then told me that he or Desirae would get back with me. It’s been about six weeks and no response.UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE05/26/2022Almost a year later... and my experience with BriceGrove Park is much different. And new friendlier management team seem to have made the difference. The grounds appear to be cleaner and no longer house unusable vehicles. And people here seem to care about the places. Amenities

2022-05-24I generally enjoy staying here at Bricegrove (been here since 2018) and I did make a review that was 5 star however recently my dad who is 66yrs old, had his vehicle towed by the community manager Greg when it was not in violation of not 1 parking policy. Even if you are financially stable nobody needs to pay 2-$300 just because the CM feels like towing vehicles that aren’t even in violation. Also, the inconvenience of finding transportation clear across town to retrieve the unreasonably towed vehicle.It’s ok if a mistake was made but it is unreasonable to then make threats of retaliation based on other vehicles we own, lease renewal, and so forth!!!!!!!Besides, no one generally parks where his vehicle was, he was never contacted at all for an explanation (i.e. a much deserved vacation) or anything. Needless to say we have never been late on rent and are not problematic residents. There are plenty of other vehicles that are in violation i.e semi trucks, food trucks and so forth not to mention the other issues we have in the community.Please help resolve this particular issue because it is just unfair to residents to make it seem like the CM can tow vehicles for any reason just because he feels like it. It just makes me feel bad that my dads vehicle was towed and especially when he didn’t do anything wrong, the vehicle was registered, no flat tires, not one of the parking violations that are listed in the lease. Not to mention he parked there in order to comply with the notice about the road being paved - I mean thank you for finally paving the road it’s great, but why tow residents vehicles unnecessarily and then not try to resolve the issue reasonably. Please advise.Update 7/19/2021The Community Manager Greg is so disrespectful to the point it ridiculous! I have had 4 different interactions with him and none of them would pass a shop report. I do not understand why he does not feel the need to treat residents with respect. I told him I was going to call corporate about his behavior and he said, go right ahead. I cant believe Steadfast would hire someone like him he is a terrible representation of Steadfast values I formerly worked with the company and I have never seen someone behave so poorly and especially as a Community Manager.Update 5/24/2022As a 4 year resident I am happy that DesyRae has taken up leadership as she is highly skilled and experienced in the administrative roles and responsibilities necessary to successfully manage a community. Brandy has also been very helpful when I come into the office, or call for assistance. Additionally, Justin is very personable, efficient, effective, trustworthy, and demonstrates a high degree of integrity and commitment to developing in his role.I am happy to call Brice Grove home, I believe the key is the great people in the office and the maintenance staff that are currently in place.

Anytime I have an issue they make sure it gets taken care of in a timely manner. If you are searching for a professional and nice place to live stop bye and be apart of the BriceGrove family. I also would like to mention the property manager DesyRae goes over and beyond for our community. Does her best to make sure all issues if any are addressed in a timely manner. BriceGrove Park Apartments are the best. On 5/23/2022 Ms DesyRae was amazing she helped me resolve an issues and saw it through from start to finish. 2020-12-29I have lived here for almost 5 years and it’s been a great place to live! I have always had good interactions with the office personnel, especially DesyRae. My only complaint would be within the last year I’ve had to make a few maintenance requests and they haven’t been handled in a timely manner. My AC went out over the summer and it took 3 days and approximately 6 phone calls in 80 degree weather to get someone out to fix it. Not only was I uncomfortable, but I also have a cat who was visibly uncomfortable as well. I have a few other complaints about maintenance, but that was the biggest issue I’ve had in 5 years. Overall the experience has been great and I love the location. There is bike path right next to the complex and there’s a few parks within a decent walking distance. Parking has never been an issue, even when I have visitors, and the neighborhood is great!

2021-03-12After I found this lovely community on my delivery route, something about it made me feel like it would be a welcoming community. Once we determined we were going to relocate I was fairly quick in choosing BriceGrove as our first priority to check out. DesyRae has been super helpful through the process of picking our best fit for what we desired. Waiting on our approval, but we cant wait to make BriceGrove our new home!

2020-11-20I have lived at Brice Grove Apartments over four years. It has been an amazing experience. I live across from a beautiful pond, and between three walking trails. My building backs up to the Pickerington Preserve, so there are no buildings, only quite and the pleasant sound of nature.The office staff are pleasant and professional and the maintenance crew is very responsive and thorough. However, what I like most is the care and concern shown for residents. Two things come to mind. First, not having an annual raise at work, it didnt take long for my rent increases to outpace my income. The property management worked with me so that I could still afford my rent and did not have to move. Second, when COVID-19 started, and people began losing their jobs, other property managers promptly started evictions, while the property managers here were swift to initiate contact with residents and offer support and payment arrangements if needed. I cannot think of a better place to live. If youre looking to rent, Brice Grove Park Apartments is the best!

2021-09-14I want to give them a 0. I’m relocating from GA to OH, trying to secure housing. Customer Rep are amazing and helpful, people in the office are rude and unprofessional. I was told my cousin could tour an apartment. She went over after work on Sept 6th. She was told no apt available to your, they had no idea why she was there, told her customer service is always giving incorrect info. Tell me, is that a customer concern? I called the number provided, my questions were answered but the people in the office were oblivious to my inquiry. I sent an email regarding the application system having issue. DesyRae replied “ HelloI do apologize that you are experiencing difficulties. The online process is typically fairly simple, and most people do not run into problems.You can log back in and go to step 6, this is where you would make the payment. If you continue to run into issues, do you have someone here that could bring in the fees?Please let me know how you wish to proceed and how I can further assist you.Thank you,I don’t care about most people. Your system is having issues. Again, unprofessional to imply I’m doing something wrong! If this is the unprofessionalism I have to deal with trying to apply. I can only imagine what it would be like to have a maintenance issue! Moving elsewhere!
