Arland was very fast to respond to my quote request. From that, he generated a quote hat duplicated what I presently have. followed up with emails and phone call to answer my questions. Very thorough!

Above and Beyond. The staff at Bri Johnsons office is amazing. When I tell you they go above and beyond, please believe me. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! We had a claim a while back, and the girls who helped me did so much more than anybody has ever done as far as customer service. These people felt more like family tbh lol. I’ve been using Bri Johnson’s office for just shy of 3 years, and have never had a bad experience. Her team is very polite and quick to respond. I have been an occasional problem client (I’m sure there is hesitation in answering my call when they see my phone number), but they are able to quickly take care of my insurance needs and are incredibly professional and polite. They are willing to take the time to explain different charges on the bill as well, and offer helpful changes to my policy that tend to result in a no to low cost difference.Ms. Johnson, that you to you and your team!

I’ve been a State Farm customer since I started driving. Bro Johnson and her team are personable and quickly responsive! Our house requires flood insurance, and Arland especially has been patient and helpful in walking us through forms and timing.
I had many issues with other insurance companies giving my family a good rate only or it to change and go up to a different amount each month. I also had some companies that would charge a late few on top of a banks late fee if the payment was one day late. I have dealt with 4 different insurance companies over the last 2 years trying to find someone who really cared about giving a good level of coverage at a fair price and a payment amount that wouldn’t change for no apparent reason. I have found that with State Farm and working with Amanda Jecklin with the Bri Johnson Agency. Couldn’t be any more satisfied with our switch to State Farm.Thanks!

This branch is the best starting from the lower management to the higher management. I had a great opportunity of working with Brianna Johnson and being a customer for over two years. Their customer service is top-notch and this location embodies everything that has to deal with trust which is very hard to look for in business today. For example, I was looking to add a life and renter insurance to my already auto policy on a Sunday. And Brianna took her time in finding the best coverage for me with a time that worked best for both of us at coffee garden in Oakley. What more can you asked if you are looking to be prioritized as number 1 for you and your family, Brianna is the one.
