This was my first experience using Brecksville Florist & Gifts and I was truly delighted! Patricia and her staff were able to accommodate my next-day delivery request without any problem. I received a phone call from the driver as soon as the delivery was made and the recipient was very pleased with the arrangement that was sent. Will definitely use this company again!

I cannot be more pleased with the service. I ordered a plant to be delivered to a dear relative in your area. I live in Columbus. So I was taking a chance. I was astonished when the delivery driver called me to tell me the plant was delivered. I recommend this thoughtful company to everyone.

Flowers for our daughters birthday. She LOVED them. The bouquet was bright, had a nice mixture of flowers and colors besides the dominant blue and was a good sized. She texted a picture four days later and all the flowers still looked fresh. Very happy.

I went in to order an arraignment of roses and sunflowers for an engagement. we agreed on a price and amount of roses and when I picked them up they gave me 6 more roses than we agreed on. they definitely go above and beyond to make special days even more special. she loved them and so did everyone else. thank you again for making a special day even more special!!

I went to Brecksville Florist and Gifts for the first time to get a corsage for homecoming. I love that they have a corsage bar and you can see all the choices to design your own. I also felt their corsages were very affordable. They also have delivery as a option but I chose not to use it this time. The corsage was beautiful.

I needed last minute floral arrangements and Brecksville Florist came through with exactly what I wanted, creating two beautiful single stem tea rose arrangements with babys breath and greenery in glass bud vases. The vases were adorned by a lovely ribbon bow selected with complementary colors for the roses. The vases were carefully and securely packed for transport with elegant tissue paper. Worst floral shop in area. My out of town sister ordered floral arrangement for my family and i as we mourned the loss of our beloved family dog. When delivered to me flowers were half dead and falling out of vase as delivery man handed them to me. I refused to accept them Because I knew my sister spent good money on this arrangement that looked like it was pulled out of trash. I also called and left a message for the owner telling him how disappointed I was and It was an insult to have a dead flowers delivered to our home at a time when we were mourning the loss of our pet. A second arrangement was delivered approximately 1 1/2 hours later. Good customer service would’ve worn telephone call back to the family with an apology which we never got. Poor business practices and I would never order for flowers from the shop.

What really blew my mind was the personal customer service from Brecksville Florists!! I buy stuff all the time online and I have never received such exceptional service for my orders.The phone call from the delivery person completely shocked me. I usually need to go back and figure out if my packages got delivered but to get an actual phone call was amazing.Keep up the old school way of doing business. I had an amazing experience with Brecksville Floral! The associate that I spoke with was very knowledgeable, consultative and eager to help. I was looking for an arrangement to send a co-worker for a funeral service and she helped me pick out an arrangement that complimented what the family already chose. She also helped guide me towards what size/style would look best in the church. She waited patiently while I reviewed everything with another of my co-workers and was not bothered by my questions one bit. I would recommend!

Its always a pleasure working with your Florist. Ordering from another state is always difficult because you dont have control of the situation. Thats why when you find a great florist you make note of it and always call them.We can always count on speaking with a person who is knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone....knowing that the floral arrangement being sent out will be exactly what you ordered and then the phone call from the delivery person is the icing on the cake. What a wonderful touch! We have sent flowers to our long time friends in Broadview Heights from Brecksville Florist many times and have never been disappointed. Our friends always send us a picture of the arrangement and it is always exactly what we ordered. I received a beautiful arrangement of red roses from Brecksville Florist on 8/28. They are still fully bloomed and beautiful today 9/18. Your last delivery of flowers for us was to a dear friend who lives in Broadview Heights and as always, they loved the arrangement. I especially like the call from the driver once he/she has made the delivery....nice touch. I dont know of any Florists anywhere who do this is.....keep it up!
I am from Erie, PA and my friend was having surgery. I googled a florist near her area and Brecksville came up. I read the great reviews and decided to place my order. Called them and the woman I dealt with was WONDERFUL. I wanted a special Cleveland Indians themed get well bouquet. She was SO accommodating and I was very happy to feel this would be taken care of the way I wanted. I received a call from the delivery man stating the flowers were delivered on the day I requested, THAT was an added bonus as you dont like to sit and wonder well, DID they or DIDNT they make it. Awesome experience. Did a Google search, found Brecksville Florist. Called number for pricing only. It qas close to closing time, so i knew i could not get there in time. The lady i spoke with was very knowledgeable and kind. She really understood what i wanted and madw me feel so comfortable. She explained how we could hanle the whole transaction by phone. She even came up with a very clver delivery option. All worked out perfectly, the flowers were ready on time and are beautiful. I live in Los Angeles, and I had a prior arrangement from another shop to have flowers delivered to my mother at work in Brecksville for her birthday. The shop cancelled last minute. I called Brecksville Florist only an hour before they closed without high hopes for a same day delivery. Not only were they very professional and friendly, the worker (couldve been the owner) accommodated my order, and volunteered to personally stay late and deliver the flowers herself since her driver had already left for the day. I called all over town to find a florist to create a one of a kind arrangement, in 2 days, for my brothers funeral. Not only were up for the challenge, they did an incredible job! Wayyyyy beyond my expectations! The staff was so kind and easy to work with! Will be my “go to” florist from this day forward!
My husband and I chose Brecksville Florist for our wedding flowers, based on the price they quoted us and their proximity to the church where we were married. Though the process of actually meeting with the floral designer was a headache, we were impressed at the lengths the designer went through to contact us and make sure we got to specify exactly what we wanted for the big day. When our flowers were delivered, the arrangements were beautiful and exactly what we wanted! But the roses were already brown, and we had 1 boutineer completely fall apart before it was pinned on. Brecksville florist delivered another one to us before the ceremony, which I appreciated very much. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Becky, and my arrangements were gorgeous. But some things could have been better!
Ordering flowers can be such a stressful thing. You have an idea and it never seems to equal what you think you payed or want you wanted. I ordered an arrangement from here for a wake and they were beautiful! I feel they exceeded my expectations which I can say I don’t think that’s happened for me from ordering flowers from a shop I’m not familiar with. Great job Breaksville Florist!!
My favorite florist is right here in Brecksville! Sometimes I choose a flower arrangement already prepared, other times the kids and I will have them create a personal bouquet! Either way, they do not disappoint! And, the flowers always seem to last forever!
Very disappointed in the owner and staff. Had to replace “hearty” flowers for my mother’s wedding that died within 24 hours. After being told we must have crushed their delicate stems with glass beads we were allowed to pick through what they had leftover from other orders. 10 stems from a bucket labeled “old” and the owner still charged us almost $50. Will not use them again.

I stopped in at Brecksville Florist to pick up an arrangement of flowers for my wife and to spruce up our dining room a little. The owner, Pat, showed me a beautiful vase arrangement that was already put together and it was perfect for our home. Pat joked and told me that it should last 2 weeks. It turns out that Pat wasnt joking. I am amazed that it has been two weeks, and that flowers look as beautiful as the day I brought them home. Im expected at least another week with this beautiful arrangement and high quality flowers that are in it...!!!

Beware when ordering for a September wedding, as they may overlook your needs in favor of the Homecoming season.I ordered and paid in full for some corsages and boutonniers for my wedding, months in advance. I requested simple, white flowers with mostly greenery.When I arrived with my Mom to view them, I felt uncertain about the style (the corsages were mostly flowers and ribbons) and asked about possible options for the corsage bracelets. We found some staff to be dismissive and unaccomodating, citing Homecoming as the reason for limited options. They looked stressed and flustered.We left with our order and redid the corsages ourselves with excellent results.

The driver, hesitant to leave them on a hot porch contacted me so that we could decide on further delivery plans. Very much appreciated her car. Bouquet was delivered fresh and beautiful.

2022-01-30The floral designers were extremely helpful when I explained what I had it mind for a Sympathy Arrangement. I was extremely pleased with the flowers when I saw them a couple of days later displayed at the funeral home.

2022-04-18We wanted to send a special sympathy arrangement to our friends fathers funeral service. We live in Canada; I looked up many florists in the area and came across Brecksville Florists reviews. I am happy I did my research. The salesperson was extremely helpful, professional and cheerful! Our friend took the arrangement home, and she thought it was gorgeous! Thank you for arranging a beautiful bouquet. A straightforward and most satisfying transaction from miles away!

2022-04-16Brecksville Florist came highly recommended by a friend when a family member passed away and I needed to send a flower arrangement to the funeral home in Ohio from Maryland. Im always worried about sending flowers without seeing them, especially from florists that Ive never used before, but I trusted that my friend had given good advice and placed an order the night before the viewing with fingers crossed that things would work out alright. I received a call the next day once the flowers were delivered to the funeral home in plenty of time for the service that I really appreciated, and my cousin, who had been able to attend, told me that the bouquet was absolutely beautiful and had been prominently displayed. Incredibly thankful I took the five minutes to reach out to a friend who lived in the area for recommendations instead of just picking the first florist that shows up in search results!

2022-04-07I worked with Pat, to design a specific arrangement for a dear friend. The arrangement was spectacular, the flowers were fresh, I received a photograph of the arrangement and the driver called to confirm the delivery. My friend raved about how beautiful the arrangement was!! I would highly recommend using this florist. My experience was excellent!!

2022-04-10The reviews from Brecksville Florist were excellent and I liked the photos of their work on Yelp. It sounded like the florists would work with you on custom designs so I gave them a call and described what I wanted: a spray of greenery on a small easel for an intimate graveside service. At my request, Pat special ordered some berries to include in the arrangement. My order was ready on time and was so lovely, so restrained, so perfectly capturing my concept.

2021-08-21So friendly and helpful. They even called me once the flower delivery was made to let me know it was received. And the arrangement was beautiful! I will definitely use Brecksville Florist again!!

2022-02-07Sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday. The arrangement was fresh and beautiful and full of her favorite color yellow which I had requested. The delivery was fantastic despite the challenges of a major snowstorm. Have used Brecksville Florist and Gifts before and will do so again.

2022-02-08I turned to Brecksville Florist for my Mothers 90th Birthday. I ordered a beautiful arrangement in the shape of a birthday cake with 5 candles. This bouquet was a HIT!! I especially appreciated Brecksville Florists customer service: notification by phone that the flowers were on the way to Brooklyn, OH; and then confirmation that they were delivered. I live in Maryland, but I prefer calling Brecksville Florist directly for any Cleveland area floral needs.

2022-07-02Brecksville Florist did a fantastic job!! I ordered flowers to be delivered and my mother was so happy to receive a beautiful bouquet for her birthday. Friendly staff, I even got a call from them that the flowers were delivered. Thanks for being there for me!

2022-05-09My original florist canceled their delivery services the day before Mother’s Day... LUCKILY Brecksville Florist was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. They had an entire case full of pre-made, ready to purchase bouquets. I found the two I needed for a very reasonable price and was given excellent customer service. The only florist I have ever seen carry options for pre-made flowers last minute. Lifelong customer!
