Bravo Italian Kitchen in other cities:
Really enjoyed Bravo! Putting tomato sauce on pasta does not make authentic Italian food. My date (who has been to Italy) confirmed that our food was much more like the food she ate there. My spaghetti bolognese was amazing. It was slightly firm (al dente) and the meat sauce was mostly meat and not really a tomato sauce at all. It was a real treat. Plenty of bread, a nice house salad and the most decadent tiramisu ever. The service was good as well. Definitely going back.
Incredible food!! The complimentary bread and sun-dried tomato sauce is delightful. Ordered calamari and pepperoni pizza which were both great. Make sure to save room for dessert. This place is just a lovely atmosphere with great service and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to or living in the Hilliard Ohio area
I planned a group holiday dinner here. We ended up with approximately 25 reps, and had a private room. Everything was great, appetizers, salad, drinks, pasta main dishes, sides and desserts. We had it all. For our size group we pre-ordered family style. Our servers were great, very attentive. We have an annual event every year, and will keep Bravo in the rotation.
We went to this location for lunch while visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday. This Bravo had great service and staff, and delicious food as always. The dipping oil for the bread caused me to transcend time and space as each luxurious bite was better than the last. I had difficulty saving room for my entrée as I probably housed six or seven pieces of bread with that sauce. I ate so much of that stuff that I didnt even need dinner that night. Bravo never disappoints, which is why it is one of three family staples whenever we visit Columbus.
We ordered a Thanksgiving meal for delivery this year because a family member recently had surgery. The meal was delivered on time. However, the extra items that were ordered were not included. When we contacted the restaurant directly, Brandon, the manager, personally delivered the missing items after his shift the night before Thanksgiving. We are very thankful!
As a vegetarian I am always thankful for multiple entree options. I ordered the spaghetti promodoro and was disappointed. The portion size was more than enough but the sauce was a miss. Although my entree wasnt the best, the fresh bread was fantastic and I ate my fair share of that.
Wonderful place to dine. Great food and wonderful staff. We all tried different foods, and everything was wonderful. My husband even ate his fillet without A1 ( which never happens). Was not real fond of the tiramisu, but may have just been the fact that I was full. Definitely worth going.
The service and quality of food has gone down hill. The Chicken Alfredo was basically thick cream with little cheese and the grilled chicken had Zero flavor and at 18.98, could have gotten better at Olive Garden. Used to be one of our favorite spots but not driving 25 min for pasta I can make better at home. Salads and bread were very good though.
This restaurant is hands down one of the nicest restaurants I have ever been to. Our service was fantastic and Brandon, the GM, made us feel welcome by coming to our table to ask how our experience was. The food is to die for and the environment is very relaxing. Will visit this place over and over again. I have nothing negative to say about the experience we received.
Got takeout last night. It was ready on time and the staff was friendly and helpful. Looks like a super nice place and I will come back to dine in after the pandemic. The food though - SO good. Really really enjoyed it and felt it was a reasonable price. We got fettuccine Alfredo and the lobster and shrimp Alfredo.
Our party of 18 was a disaster! Upon arrival our area wasn’t even set up yet. Two hostesses stood around while I move tables together! Our server was only one of two servers for that entire restaurant that evening! My guest didn’t have water drinks bread or appetizers for over 45 minutes after being seated! The condensation on the ceiling was dripping on all five tables! Embarrassing! Bad management! Horrible experience no apologies nothing!
Our dinner at Bravo was phenomenal! Our waiter was on it and brought out the pizza we ordered for our son asap. The food was so fresh and delicious, chicken Caesar salad, chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs. We also enjoyed the chocolate cake & cheesecake! Will definitely be back.
Visited for lunch. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Distancing was excellent. But the food was not good and overpriced. Pricing has always been an issue at this restaurant even before the pandemic. But the food used to be good. For example: The lunch portion of lasagna was 3.5in X 2.5 in with a melted piece of cheese on top. It was served lukewarm. It was about a half inch thick and mealy tasting. It was definitely not a layered lasagna. And it was not like you get it for a greatly reduced price. It is $14 with soup. The soup of the day, minestrone, was really like a thick vegetable slurry with no broth. Its too bad this place cannot get back to higher quality food and more reasonable prices at lunch.
The restaurant is super grimy and run down, dirty old stained carpets and rug , dirty walls , odor , etc. The sign on the front door about not leaving valuables in your vehicle is a nice touch and really adds to the experience. If I was not joining family members for a celebration I would have left. The food had literally no flavor , not to mention it was $14 for spaghetti and watered down sauce and you dont even get soup or salad . The best part was being sat in an area that looked more like a storage room with several stacks of boxes than a dining area in a restaurant. There was also a group that got seated directly behind us that got up and moved elsewhere because they said we made them uncomfortable which was really wierd?!?!? We were already sitting down for 20 minutes before they were and we were eating bread and had beverages and talking. How did WE make THEM uncomfortable?I will not be back, there are plenty of other quality restaurants out there that take pride in the cleanliness, appearance and overall impression to thier patrons.
Just had Sunday lunch at your restaurant. This use to be a place where my husband and I would be excited to go to. After todays experience we wont be back. I understand that we are in a pandemic so somethings will be different. However, to serve a margarita in a rocks glass with no salt then give us table salt is low rent. We ordered the calamari and sent it back. I expect at a upscale-casual restaurant to serve calamari with tentacles. After tasting it we realized Bravo of the past is just that in the past. This chain has cut corners on food quality. The calamari is frozen and tastes fishy. My husband ordered the lobster bisque and was very satisfied. We split the 16.99 chicken fra diavlo. It was not spicy and was dry. The chicken was not fresh and was likely cooked early in the week. We decided to cut our losses and not order a dessert. Our meal for 2 so-so cocktails, 1 sent back app, 1 bowl of soup and an extremely sub-par pasta was $40. With tip we spend $50 and felt like we wasted that money. Sorry, bravo you have lost us as customers!
The food is delicious, the surroundings are very attractive, but the service can be hit or miss. Expect to pay about 25% more per entree then say, an Olive Garden, and portions are on the smaller side as well. Salads also do not come with entrees, so that will cost you an additional $5 - $6 per diner.Bread is provided with meals but good luck getting a refill. You will be studiously ignored unless you either shout at or tackle your server, then expect a long wait for it.Their pricing makes this place a special occasion only restaurant for our family and probably a lot of others. So I can see why theyve had to declare bankruptcy and close something like 80 out of their 90 locations.Because of the entree and salad prices, weve never ordered appetizers, desserts, or cocktails, so cant provide a review of those, though some of the appetizers sound really good.So if you have money burning a hole in your pocket and you want some really yummy Italian food, try Bravo soon before they close all their locations and are gone forever.
Too expensive for frozen pasta. Their pizza wasnt bad, but for the price youd be better with a chain restaurant. Out of the pizza, pasta, and fried ravioli we got, the ravioli was their saving grace. We may try it again, but for the price youre paying you should go elsewhere for fresh and filling meals.
I have visited this location for about a month picking up my order. Upon arrival there is a sign which states, free delivery. I decided this time to take advantage of this. I noticed on my receipt a delivery charge of $3.99. I called and spoke with the manager and he said unfortunately there is nothing he can do. Well yeah their is, credit the delivery fee back since your sign says, free delivery or throw in a dessert or appetizer. How hard is that? What i dont like hearing is,there is nothing I can do but contact IT department.Damn!!!!
Went for New Years Eve dinner with a group of friends. Food, drinks and atmosphere were fabulous! My husband and I arent big eaters so we both had soup and split an appetizer. He had Italian Wedding Soup and I had Lobster Bisque. Both were excellent! Our appetizer was fried ravioli and it was very good as well. It was served with 2 different dipping sauces. Looking forward to going again and trying an entree... all looked amazing! Our server Michelle was great also. We will definitely be back!
The food was excellent. I had the Alfredo and added chicken. The chicken was the best I have ever had. Alfredo sauce was good, noodles were a little dry. The pepperoni bread appetizer was delicious. Only problem was the menu said pepperoni, marinara, cheese and basil. When she brought it the bread had jalenpenos. The waitress was very slow. I had to flag her down 3 times. We ask twice for a refill. The carmel cheesecake is extremely salty. I love salt and it was.over the top. My fiancée lady fingers were soggy on the bottom. I would go back just hope we have a different waitress and I wouldnt get the cheesecake.
Used to be my favorite restaurant but they’re not as good as before. If the dine in isn’t five stars the carry out is one star. Once my spaghetti 🍝 had a burned taste to it, the other time was kinda dry, this time they forgot the mozzarella cheese which I love very much! I hope they can improve, this is the only place that has amazing créeme brûlée..Also, service must improve.
It took the waitress nearly 45 minutes to take our orders, we had to find the hostess to alert our waitress to actually come to us. I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo, but I was given the Chicken Fra Diavolo it was extremely bland and watery and the chicken had an odd taste. When asked about the missing lemon aioli our waitress she said the calamari did not come with aioli when it was clearly written on the menu. It was an extremely irritating experience. However the spinach artichoke dip and the calamari was extremely good.
Bravo on Bethel has become our go to for regular Italian cravings. Although their vegetarian menu isnt expansive, they have been wonderful in customizing dishes to meet our diet. Thus far, we have ordered and eaten several of the dishes in their menu (meats substituted with veggies of course) and they all have been excellent and filled with flavors. Oh! their breads tasty too.
The food was good! The bread and oil were different than you see at other restaurants and thats in a good way. We had the shrimp appetizer which was hot and crisp and flaky, very fresh and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The spicy diavolo shrimp pasta was amazing as well and it was actually spicy unlike some of the other spicy dishes Ive tried that have very little heat. The pasta was cooked well and sauce was amazing as well, really creamy and coated the pasta nicely without any dry pieces or thoughts of more sauce needed on my end.The one sore spot for me was the creme brulee. The sugar was burnt tasting so the dessert wasnt good. Luckily I took my kids who ate beneath the burnt sugar, otherwise I would have sent it back. The service was great, the food came out quickly and our waitress was the perfect blend of helpful but also left us to enjoy our meal.
Great italian food at a reasonable price. Takeout is fantastic with curbside pickup, just be sure to verify that you have all of your requested sauces and condiments at pickup time. Ask for extra bread and oil, be sure to watch for their specials and signup for the email club!
I wish Id paid attention to the servers name, a petite brunette with an accent. She was the best server Ive ever had in my life, very charismatic and polite. No one had an empty glass in the two hours we were there. The food was pretty good too, but the service will definitely keep me coming back
They lost our reservations made for 15 people! We had a very intimate wedding at a small chapel and wanted to celebrate with our out of town family at a restaurant. We could not reserve a room--the minimum of 25 people. That was fine with us, we went ahead and made regular reservations, knowing its possible that we would be seated in the main dining area. We asked if we could at least sit in a corner... Didnt matter which corner... and they said they would absolutely do their best. When we show up, they said we mustve made reservations at the other location (we didnt). We sat and made these reservations together. We still had this locations number in our call log from a month before. They still offered to take us anyway. How gracious of them. Our server was very nice, however service was painfully slow. They were not busy.We didnt ask to be comped anything, nor was it offered. Also, pretty sure one of our guests got food poisoning--as no one else in the family got violently ill.Very disappointing and embarassing.
This was the best Italian food I have ever had, everything was fresh and extremely delicious! There is a wel versed menu for the whole family and this will put other places you frequent to shame. The service was fast, friendly, and delightful. Koury (sorry if misspelled) was superwoman, short of being the chef she was unstoppable on the floor! Is there anything this girl cant do?! We are a small family from Cleveland and we will definitely visit anytime we are in the area again!
Sadly, this place is going down hill fast. We eat here 6 times a year, as a particular segment of the family considers it traditional for birthdays. While the service and food were top notch a decade ago, we actively discussed walking out this time. IT took 30 min to get drink orders taken by a fat man in a dirty shirt. He was back 14 min later with drinks, took food orders, and we didnt see him again for 45 more minutes. There were no refills, missing items of food, and no return visits until the checks came. Sad.
It was my first time having this. It was good. The bread was really really hard tho. Might have been old. Idk. But I had the spaghetti. The regular kind. It was good. The sauce was my favorite. I also had take out. It was fast and ready when they said it would be also. I would love to eat on the inside one day. Maybe the bread wont be so hard. But worth going to again.
The server and the meal were very nice. The lady working the host stand not so much. She greeted us was not able to answer my questions and then instead of completing her conversation and with us and showing us to a table she greeted the next guests in line who stated they has a reservation so she then ignored us and took care of them completely forgetting we were there first and she was already about to seat us.
Officially one of our favorite local Italian restaurants! Great atmosphere, easy to find location with lots of parking, and very welcoming staff.Prices range to about $30/plate, which I feel is fair for the quality and portions you receive. The menu is also short and to the point, rather than handing you a small novel to select from. The bar area is nice and secluded from the rest of the dining room, and is up front with easy access. Wait staff was efficient and informative, even though it seemed they were a bit understaffed for the amount of people there at the time (this is the only reason for the 4/5 star rating).Beautiful decor, and spacious enough that even if it was a full house, I wouldnt feel like I was dining on top of the strangers sitting next to us.Definitely worth the try if you are considering it; after one visit we plan to go back regularly.
Had a great meal.....Bravos has been a standby for many years but may have slipped a little with all the competition of better restaurants and other choices that Columbus has now. Our meals were okay but nothing to get excited about. There seems to be a lot of older patrons who are regulars....at this location. Not that theres anything wrong with that but with the way this area has changed, that might be how they have maintained for so long??!
Our server was friendly and attentive. But the food was not that great. Been here many times and always been accommodated when I asked for a chicken piccata which is not normally on the menu but in terms of the food cost perspective has got to be cheaper for them to make.Any chef that has any kind of kitchen experience should know how to make it it is not that hard . A firm no this time from whomever was the quote-unquote sous chef. The pizza we ordered was cold upon arrival and had to send it back to get reheat it in the oven and it came back burned on the bottom. Not once did the lazy looking manager in the sweater vest even ask us how our meal was.Their performance this night as a team makes the Olive Garden look like a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. Probably wont be back
Excellent customer service. Our waiter was extremely nice and personable. Even during busy hours every time we go here its always a pleasant time. The interior is beautifully designed and well lit and provides a great atmosphere.I have yet to try a dish I didnt like and the prices are not too bad.
On our very first visit we were treated to a free appetizer! The pastas are fresh and after several visits (the store in Toledo is closer for us) we have enjoyed everything we have tried. Loved the fried ravioli with its own special dipping sauce that has a hint of horseradish!
This fine dining reataurant serves excellent food. We arrived after work to be seated promptly. Our server was very well trained, kind, knowledgeable, and polite. Our meals were exactly as ordered, delicious, served warm to the table. Their seafood is fresh and excellent. I particularly enjoyed the lobster bisque. My business associate did not like their selection of craft bourbons. We both enjoyed tiramisu for dessert.
Under staffed for our private event. Our wait staff were working regular tables in addition to our event. This made for an over worked staff and longer waits for us guests to get drinks and hot refills on our buffet line. The salad was soggy-- like it had been made hours prior. I felt bad for our hosts who were footing the bill. This was a wedding rehearsal dinner. Management should have paid more attention. They should have popped in personally and of course, assigned enough wait staff to the event. I will not go back.
We had a family party here in September 2018. They charge 2% for their banquet room. Great price! When I asked if we could have people give a card and pay just for their share, they wouldn’t let us do it.They claimed it was the way their system is set up. They inconvenienced our large group over $6!!! Are you kidding me?!I specifically asked the manager twice, “Can each person give you their charge card and pay for their section. For example, X$?” She said yes each time. They have management that doesn’t listen. The head waiter didn’t listen either. He was distant and unfriendly. We had a waitress that was wonderful. She worked hard for us. Melissa will land on her feet when this place goes out of business. She should be the manager! The food was average at best. I ordered a chicken dish. The chicken was dry. It was flavorless other than the overuse of salt. The pasta that came with it was dry and over cooked. Meaning, they were crunchy. This is why Bravo is going out of business!!! A good manager would have either moved us to accommodate everyone paying separately or suggested one person paying the lousy 2% of $6 and then ran seperate bills.Don’t go here!
The food was good, but the place is so run down. Holes in the ceiling, missing railings, etc. The table we were at was under this hole. Its huge and it blows cold air constantly. They also ran out of cold bottled beer because they were busy. At 8:45pm, on a Friday night, the place was empty.
My husband and I stopped at 2:30pm today to inquire about hosting a small business party for 16 guests in January. There were two women at the hostess stand and the one in charge with the brown hair was very rude to us. She stated that private rooms have a minimum of 25. When I asked her where they could accommodate us she said they couldn’t do anything special and we would have to make online reservations like everyone else and order from the menu. I explained that the website says they can accommodate all size parties with the plated menu and we would need to sit together. She rudely said they don’t do that. This event is an appreciation dinner for District Managers in the Ohio region who are in charge of multiple salesmen and territories. It is unfortunate that a restaurant would turn away business and conduct themselves in this manner. We have chosen another venue for this event and will not use or recommend Bravo in the future because of their poor service and disrespectful, rude attitude.
An average franchised Italian restaurant with above average pricing...we normally order curbside pickup and its good, eating in is better, but from one of the delivery services is the worst (theres a clear difference in quality between the three). The decor is dated and the carpet is in desperate need of replacement, service is normally on point. Some of the tables are located vicariously, dont be afraid to ask for a different table.
Monday Night 3/24/2014 - Just got home from dining at Bravo. Nice try but no cigar on this visit. By the reviews I see on here, Im sure they just had an off night due to other patrons whose looks of disappointment were clear. Our night started off with the host attempting to sit me and my wife directly next to another couple with an entire row of open, more intimate tables nearby to choose from. No biggie, we asked to move. I could write 2 pages of what we sat through tonight as we decided to find humor in our debacle of a night. The food and service were the worst Ive had in recent memory. Because our check was comped, I will return for another visit, just not anytime soon.
The Food was Great! However, Not the safest area! My boyfriend and I were having dinner for Sweetest Day. We were only in the restaurant for an hour or so. When I came out to the car I noticed that the window in the back seat had been busted out and items were stolen. We walked inside to talk to the manager to see if they had surveillance cameras. He stated that there was no cameras in the parking lot and their restaurant does not have insurance so there is nothing he can do. Which is understandable, however, he couldnt even offer us a gift card or something to get us to return. Based on his response, it seems as though this happens quite often...A great way to ruin our Sweetest Day evening...We will never return to that Bravo again! Food is great, But our safety is more important!
When ordering pasta for takeout, my suggestion would be to request it cooked al dente (really, shouldnt it be cooked this way for most dishes?), since my last two orders were virtually inedible they were so mushy after driving less than 10 min. before eating. When I eat at the restaurant, the pasta tastes wonderful, if a little more cooked than I would prefer. Ive never had to send a meal back, however, I wish I could when I got the carryout orders! The atmosphere is really nicely decorated, but when busy, it can get pretty loud in the main (center) area. If you like a quieter experience, Id suggest asking for one of the side rooms, with lower ceilings. The service is normally very good!
Food is the same quality as the location on 23, but the portions seem smaller. The service is about the same as well, meaning if you dont dress like you drove up in a $90,000 Mercedes, youll most likely be treated like a second class citizen. Bravo is a step up from Olive Garden, but thats still not raising the bar very high.
I used to LOVE this restaurant before they started getting rid of all their popular dishes, for God knows what reason. They got rid of the Shrimp Diavolo for a while and we stopped going. They brought it back, but now they got rid of their chopped salad. We might just stop going there because we never know if we are going to be able to get the dish we have gotten for years. Stop changing your menu constantly and getting rid of items that have been on your menu for years. We keep seeing restaurants try to revamp their menus to bring in new people, but it isnt working because meanwhile they toss aside their most popular dishes. Just look at Applebees profit earnings! Live and learn. Guessing Bravo wont be around in the next few years, which is really sad. My family have been going there forever.
Bravo used to be one of the best places to eat Italian food but not so much anymore. The sauces dont seem to be freshly made, the bread doesnt have the same consistency. The service isnt nearly as good as it used to be. I have noticed the quality being below-par in the last few years.
I used to order fairly regularly through Bite Squad but the portions for carry out became smaller and smaller. Today a friend brought lunch and the grilled chicken salad was less than a third full of lettuce had maybe a tablespoon of gorgonzola, no walnuts and 5 slices of chicken. When a salad cost 13.99 you expect it fill the container at least. Back to not ordering Bravo anymore.
Wait staff friendly. It must of been a night (Wednesday 6:30 p.m.) the restaurant found themselves short handed with employees. A planned party of twenty took a bit more than two hours. Back of house were having issues also. Spaghetti bolognese was disappointing. A pretty simple dish.
Heard alot about this place... first time going... I must be missing something because what I got was overpriced food and drinks. Pasta was frozen store case worthy and the sauce it was swimming in.. wow (not the good wow). Wife had the lasagna... they called it freshly made. Ok. Maybe we went on a off night,...maybe
The food and service here as with all Bravos is really good. (Didnt care much for Brios) Two things I leave you with, try the shrimp Diablo with chicken instead if you dont eat seafood and whatever you do dont leave without trying the Tiramisu. Its a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for !!
BRAVO!!!! I went to this place with a good friend for lunch and OMG!! It was DELICIOUS!! I had the Bravo Chicken, a Raspberry Mojito and it was delightful!! The best part was desert!! I do NOT like sweets but this was probably the best desert Ive had since i was a kid. It was their seasonsal house desert with berries, 2 words- FLAVOR BOMB!! OH.. and the lobster bisque, FANTASTIC!! I RECOMMEND x10!!!
Disclaimer: 2 of my daughters worked at this restaurant, but one of the reasons they chose to apply there was because we already loved Bravo food. Before they could start working, servers were required to take a test to prove they had memorized every ingredient of every dish, so they could easily answer questions from customers.Menus change from season to season, and theres always something interesting and new to try. While you wait for your food, you get rosemary focaccia and herbed olive oil for dipping. The bread is still warm out of the oven when you get it. One of my favorite things is the chicken-spinach-bacon flatbread. I often buy the appetizer size of that and make it my whole dinner. I also love the lobster ravioli, citrus marinated chicken, sausage tortelloni and Romano-crusted chicken salad. The braised-beef ravioli with sweet potatoes is no longer on the menu but I hope they bring it back someday. Most evenings you probably should go ahead and make reservations, and definitely on the weekends. Especially watch out for really busy weekends like around prom and homecoming. Youre definitely out of luck if you dont make reservations then. The decor is elegant but you dont have to dress up. Theres a really nice outdoor dining area thats open whenever the weather permits. One drawback for me is that the noise level can get pretty high on busy nights.
Samon was amazing I tip my hat to the chef, service polite, and professional...atmosphere relaxing...need to change the way the check was presented ( with a paper clip to an advertisement ) SERIOUSLY! that really put a damper on the rest of the service,,,just seemed cheap and tacky...BUT I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! 4star...would have said a 5star except for check presentation!
It took 7 minutes from the time we were seated until I got water and they were not busy. The pork chop was so salty, I had to return it. I never return food. This poor pork chop tasted like it was soaked in sea water and then bathed in teriyaki sauce. I have no idea how that was considered Italian. I feel really bad about returning my food, but I couldnt eat it. Between the poor service and the salty food, I felt compelled to write a review.
Very nice chain italian restaurant. The food dishes are very good with the typical pasta and italian selections. Plenty of parking but does get crowed during lunch hours on weekdays. Turning left on Hayden Road on the way out is tricky and pretty dangerous, traffic on this road is heavy and fast.
Bravo is normally one of my favorite places to go in Columbus, but our last visit was less than stellar. The service wasnt very good, the food took a long time and when it came it was barely warm and the soda was off. When we mentioned the soda we were given a chilly response. We will be going to the downtown location from now on.
Good food but I found it odd that the restaurant was empty at 9 pm on a Saturday. Sure, thats a little late but youd think thered be a few people still finishing up. Also, its right near some Gentlemens Clubs which I found odd. Im not from the area so I could be mistaken. Maybe try the Bravo located on Olentangy River Road Instead?
Really lackluster experience. Mediocre food. Mediocre service. $6 for a domestic beer. Mixed well drinks over $10 a piece that took forever to get.Their wine list is sorted by cost, if that gives you an idea as to what kind of place it is.If you want to pay a lot for a small step above Olive Garden, this is your place.
Food is great! But don’t go here unless you want your car broken into and stuff stolen. They have no cameras, make no effort to protect their customers, and when your car is broken into they say or darn - sorry - their are signs that warn you?! Not worth it in a town with so many good places to eat.
Hostes (who worked at online orders)doesnt care about online orders. Today I spend around 1 hour and 15 minutes to pick up and drop the order. When I dropped the order it was cold. The Manager of the restaurant wasnt listen when I tried to explain the problem. I tried to report the hostes name but Manager said You cannot report her name because I will not tell you her name She asked me to stay at the lobby because of I asked 2 times for the orders. They dont care online orders. If you order from here you need to wait at least 30 minutes. Before ordering online think one more time.

2022-03-08Great ambience. Food was delicious. Tried the Chicken fra diavolo pasta, crispy shrimp Napoli and crème brûlée for desert. Service was patchy. But overall a great place for dinner with family.

2021-05-21Bravo! on bethel road is hit or miss. This evening the most refreshing part of the meal was the cold water with lemon. The salads are always tasty, the house wine red was a little pricey at $11 a glass but did its job well, the salmon was excellent, the lasagna was average at best, of course the bread and oil is a customer favorite, and the caramel cheesecake though tasty was served upside down with the crust on top and the whipped cream on top of the crust. Atmosphere is always important in a restaurant and just almost at reach length where boxes of stuff being stored in the dining room. Yet, we will probably come back another day.

2022-02-20After the campus view location closed, I hadnt been to Bravo in a while, but in fairness, I have definitely been there more than a few times. No surprises... Had a great meal, fried mozzarella ravioli appetizer, salad and the always delicious Pasta Bravo. Great meal, super-reasonable price.

2022-03-28I really hope that this experience was a matter of bad timing, staffing issues or the like. I had reservations for 10 and not one single meal was up to par. The Caesar salad was limp romaine with three croutons and absolutely nothing else, not even a shred of parmesan. When this was mentioned to the server, she rolled her eyes and said that there was some on the salad. Absolutely not a speck. The parmesan that was then brought to the table was the cheap powdery type, not the shavings like in the past. The wedding soup was room temperature and flavorless. Pizza was not throughly cooked. Salmon was okay, but the portion size was laughable...a huge plate with a tiny piece of salmon with a few veggies. This was a birthday celebration and we left very disappointed.

2020-08-01Great place for a lunch or a dinner. Now getting in here due to traffic can be tricky depending on the time of day due to traffic congestion in the area. The seating outside, is a nice touch and does come with table umbrellas to avoid baking in the sun. The place inside is awesome and looks upscale. The selection on the menu is nice and service is fast and constant. The prices are fair and wont break the bank either.Highly recommend.

2018-03-19Went out for a nice lunch with my mother, Michelle our server did a wonderful job. My mothers salmon salad was to die for, my husband really loved his NY strip and I had the meat loaf from the feature menu that was also excellent. I will be back one of my favorite restaurants.

2022-02-21The portions are so small! For 17 bucks I was still starving after I ate. The food was good but they barely give you any. Eat lots of the bread or youll have to stop at McDonalds on your way home!

2021-11-02This was our first time at a Bravo in years, and the service and food were excellent. This location is smaller than we anticipated, so it was a lot quieter inside (perfect for a date). Our server Katie was super friendly and the manager was very attentive to his guests. We watched him run all over the restaurant from the kitchen, to the host stand, to the bar; making sure everyone was having a great meal
