Bravo Italian Kitchen in other cities:
I have been to this Italian restaurant several times, and I liked it. But today weird thing happened. Our waitress changed her serve after we told the restaurant that we found a small hair in the bottom of the dish. It is okay to make mistakes, and it was not her fault. But we no longer felt welcomed. I asked help from a male waitress. He found it weird too, so he helped us to find her twice. Our time was wasted and our plan for that night was somehow affected. The sudden change of attitude made us uncomfortable, we wanted to tip her the original amount, and we didn’t ask for refund or remake. Even though she refunded us, the wait time for her to appear was so long.
Update: 07.07.21Lively very lively now! Even a second floor party balcony was active! Its still pricey for seniors. I settled for Chicken Parmesan in place of Veal for $5 less. Linda ordered Chicken Marcella. Both dinners were just under $20.00. We could add desert the Cremebrulee. Very food! This is a clean - good stop - restaurant with a little overrated cuisine. Too quiet....would benefit from a live pianist....such as Steven Banks, pianist for Der Dutchman on Friday evenings.I would rather you went to the Hayden Rd. Bravo for atmosphere that is 7:1 the restaurant in this Lennox Center. It could well be too much after hours. And, a slow / no AMC movie crowd. But, take the time over two different occasions in the same month. See for yourself that Bravo Hayden Road is, by far, your better choice.Seriously submitted,Keith CareyPsalm 34
Ordered lasagna from Uber. The portion was large, food was nice and the bread came with it was lovely, but the cheese in the food was a little bit too much for me. Might be a personal taste thing but I expected it to have more noodles part than cheese, and now I had to eat it with very strong coffee.
I order a salad to go. It was half the size of the salad when you eat in.. Also, two of the items were left off. Very disappointing!I called the restaurant. They told me I could come pick up the items that were left off. They should have offered to re-make the salad. I dont live in Columbus. In town for a conference.
My boyfriend and I were really excited to go here because I was craving a seafood bisque and Bravo! has one. The bisque was delicious and thats the only reason Im giving two stars. The waiter was really off-putting, he barely spoke to us and didnt make eye contact and acted annoyed anytime we needed anything and Im very nice to servers. I wouldnt mind his behavior as much if he hadnt acted super friendly and responsive to the second table he sat. Im not sure if its because Im younger and dressed down that I wouldnt tip? It made the whole experience awkward. Not to mention the other employees were having conversations right next to us, though it was entertaining listening to all of their drama.I gave him a $40 tip on a $60-70 bill, which is usually my tipping rate anyways and wrote him a note wishing a better day.The alfredo sauce was so salty neither of us could eat the food, and we both love salt and I notoriously over salt things. It was inedible. We sent it back and they couldnt make a different sauce because they must precook it all for the day/week. The waiter handled that situation adequately. We got two spaghetti and meatball dishes to go, which were alright later on. No compensation of any kind for spending 50 minutes in a restaurant to not get to eat an entree there.Really disappointed because I loved that bisque.UPDATE: As you see, Bravo replied to my review and asked me to message them which I did. However they never got back to me so clearly it was just for show and they have no desire to actually make anything right for their patrons so I am removing another star.
Ate there late last night. Understood the vegetables might not be the freshest at the end of the day for salads. Also understood there was a possibility the pasta bravo tasted bland like it has in the past. What I didn’t think was a possibility is the amount of puking I’ve done since 5:30 am this Sunday morning to mid day. Food poisoning forcing me to eat that terrible meal twiceFollowing up someone reached out to me apologizing for the experience offering a gift card. I informed them I would not be frequenting the chain anymore. She then offered to reimburse my card, which I gladly accepted. It’s now been 5 days since that communication and have not seen any of the money reimbursed to my bank.
Its a chain but its always good...so if we are making plans we dont want to chance Bravo is on the list. I never have a bad experience here. Got us right in on Mothers Day, we made a reservation online but I assumed it would be behind, nope.I will say that when I called they said no reservations available, but my husband was online making the reservation as I spoke to the man? So maybe they were holding space for online res... Im not sure how their policy works but Im glad he was looking. It wasnt the last spot or anything so its not like he just got it and it was showing full. When we got there they werent even busy, but maybe they were holding space for walk ins?Our server, Cade, was super friendly and a great server. I used to train wait staff so Im annoyingly prone to mentally note when someone is late checking in, etc, and he was spot on and I loved his personality. He did get stuck in an elevator while we waited on dessert...I wanted to make sure he didnt need a moment to breathe....he assured me it was on his bucket list of things to happen to him and he was stoked lol
The people there ignored us when we walked in the door for approximately 5 minutes. Never acknowledged that we were even there. The server failed to check on us to refill our drinks, gave us the wrong food. Lied to us about one of the salads that we ordered, tried to pass off the salad that was delivered as the one we ordered. The food we did receive ended up being very delicious!
Tonight at bravo me an my two cousins who flew in from Arizona had reservations after we was sat it was no lie 25 min before server broke peach Bellini drink serving us. We had no waters and silverware taken away with glass.Shortly afterwards maybe 8 min later woman mgr brung food asked if we needed anything.I let her know silverware we watched her walk by us 3* before an no one even acknowledge us about our drinks ect. She never returned with silverware we werent surprised,No one come back to ask about food and server was not even near nice or friendly until end after we waited for check n I flagged her down for it. She was a lil nice handing us credit card receipt of course tip time. Only thing out of the whole experience was drinks and waited for them way to long peach Bellini was already separating before server broke. Manager should of been way better dropping food off no drinks or silverware? My cousin who flew in chose you an no one even cared after the first mistakes to make our night better, floor flooded by us and everything.Server was way over welmed and mgr left our food stood up by service desk afterwards and I am very disappointed because she could took 3 min get us silverware and drinks I asked for silverware? I understand things happen but its clear mgr had no care about us and server needs way less tables. No one even tried not thru the entire experience:( ridiculous
I am visiting from Arizona and took my special needs brother to Bravos last night for his birthday. What an experience. The manager TJ was first class and treated my brother like a king. It was obvious that TJ had the dedication and respect of his staff. It is rare to see hands on management like that in todays society. Drake, our waiter was entertaining and efficient. The food was off the charts, lobster bisque, spaghetti and meatballs. We will be back. Thank you TJ and Drake!Lisa and Eugene
After being seated we waited for 15-20 minutes just to get water. We didnt get bread like everybody else and after we asked for it they came back with 4 pieces lol. He threw our straws around the table. He act like he didnt want to be there. No greetings no smiles no nothing. But Im sure its because were black
Wow.. okay first of all the atmosphere was just amazing. Beautiful restaurant, beautifully plated food, beautiful staff and speaking of staff.. Our server Danny was phenomenal!!! This man was incredible, very well spoken, kind, genuine, knowledgeable and a superb mixologist. Who knew someone could be an amazing server and bartender AT THE SAME TIME?! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!! 😃
Great service. I arrived later than the rest of my group and the manager already knew where my two friends were sitting as soon as I said my name. He was very attentive and made sure to check on us a couple times throughout our meal. Our server was efficient and kind, as well.Yummy food as well. I got the pasta bravo and it was delicious. I recommend the gelato for dessert. Very rich and creamy.
A good balance between upscale and fast food, the dishes and soup that we ate were delicious. The atmosphere was nice, too. Our waitress (sorry we didnt get your name) was good at her job. We went on a Friday night. My spouse had chicken caprese, I had meatballs with ricotta. We both had wedding soup. We agreed that the soup was a tad salty for us but overall very good. The meatballs with ricotta couldnt have been better.
Was the food terrible? No, it was fine. Better than Olive Garden, though not worth the price. Was the service terrible? Yes. When we arrived, we were told we could be seated right away, but then the two young women at the host stand couldnt seem to agree where to put us. After deliberation, they told us it might actually be about 5 minutes as they were clearing off tables, and to just wait to the side. They never asked our names or put us on any list, and we got forgotten about for about 20 minutes. Once seated we could barely get our waitress to even look our way, food came before we even got our drinks, had to ask a different staff member for water, and asked an even different staff member for the parmesan cheese that our waitress forgot (spoiler alert: it still never arrived). I would say at least the ambience was nice, but the vinyl seat in the booth was cracked and uncomfortable, and there was a sizeable hole in the plaster next to the table. Will not be back.
Terrible. I showed up at the time the confirmation email indicated my carryout order would be ready. The hostess told me it would be ten more minutes. I came back ten minutes later, and she indicated it still was not ready. I came back a few minutes later, and still not ready. I said I would wait ten more minutes, and she told me I was free to leave now and would not get a refund. I then spoke to the manager. He claimed they had no record of the order, but that they had made the same item and someone else had picked it up earlier. I left without any food. I will never, ever be back.
My husband just went in to pick up the carry-out as DoorDasher. He waited for the food which it passed 30 mins. The manager kicked him out for no reason. That is super rude of the manager and staff (a very blonde young woman). The manager and staff doesn’t know how to operate the customer service correctly. They need to apologize to my husband since they kicked him out for no reason! How RUDE!
Ive had better italian food from fazolis and thats saying something. Seated quickly and broughten almost burnt bread. Empty house for a sunday night and was never checked on by my waitress who seemed more intrigued by the Bengals game. Asked for the over priced check as soon as I could. Go to olive garden.
It’s ok.Everyone in my party got a decent portion but they decided to swap mine (220lb 6’ male) meal with a kids meal. The little pasta I received was stuck together in balls. Improperly cooked.Once I got it for the most part broken up and edible I’d give the taste a 4/5 but being it was all of 5-7 bites and gone... Luckily there was a sonic on my drive home to grab a snack.I’m just saying, there are WAY better fast food restaurants.
First of all wow this is one Beautiful establishment it’s definitely a gem snuggled close to clintonville and campus everything about this restaurant stands out from the drinks to the selection of food staff was friendly food was good definitely worth a try if you like this style food now my dish I ordered I personally didn’t like so pick and choose because it’s not cheap but honestly worth every penny
Place is really well laid out, especially the seating area in the middle of the restaurant. Good for date, family get together and business meetings. Food is typical Bravo so dont expect any surprises. Service is quick and staff is very friendly. Bravo chain can in general should start using more spices to give a special taste. Some dishes are really bland.Book ahead of time if you are planning to visit it during holidays or weekends. They have a great service at bar as well.
The food was worth the wait. That being said, we were in a big group so I expected a little longer wait. Serving Staff was polite. The Parmasien Crusted Beef Medallions was melt in your mouth amazing and the potatoes did not dissapoint. They held their own on the plate, as did the asparagus. HIGHLY recommend this dish!
I had such a great experience here! The food was amazing and the service even better. My waiter, Ethan, made my experience over the top with his humor and genuine personality! If you get the chance to eat here, be ready for a high quality experience. I will be returning again soon!!!!
About a week ago my boyfriend and I decided to go on a date to Bravo, and it was one of the best experiences weve had out to dinner!! Our server, Ethan, was so kind and personable and provided amazing service! I tried the chicken scaloppine and the spinach artichoke dip - it was amazing a great recommendation from Ethan.
Went with a huge group, had a great time. Ambiance is very nice, and service is good and friendly. I ordered the lobster bisque, good flavor and worth the price. After that I ordered the margarita pizza, unfortunately the dough wasn’t ready so I chose to take it on flatbread, still good and worth the price. Very enjoyable experience.
Stopped in for a late dinner on a Sunday evening, was approached by the bartender (Danny I believe?) promptly and warmly even though it was late and they closed in an hour. He allowed me to taste a few wines I was deciding between and was friendly and helpful the entire time! I felt taken care of and at ease to enjoy my meal. The tiramisu is amazing btw!!
Bravo at Lennox was a great place to get a fine dinner on the way to the Ohio Theater for a CAPA Broadway play. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We both had Chicken Caprise, sauted chicken, fresh Mozzarella cheese, and ripe tomatoe slices on a Pesto Sauce, basil leaves, and vermicelli. A delicious and healthy dish.
I had the eggplant parmesan and it was delicious. I also really liked the bread and the noodles with the eggplant. Service was very fast and courteous and the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Seating is far enough apart to feel comfortable eating in the restaurant.
I have eaten at this location mutiplentimes and am never dissappointed. The service and food have always been spot on. Danny was our server and added to the great experience. He was very friendly and polite to my daughter and I while checking in on a timely manner. This time around I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, calamari, insalada della casa, and lobster bisque. Everything was delicious!
My daughter and I had a fabulous meal at Bravo the other night and our server, Olivia Jackson, was 5 star all the way. She was attentive and personable, got everything right & right on time. The food and drinks were delicious-overall, one of the best dining out experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thanks Olivia, & Bravo Lennox!!
Went to this location a couple of days ago with some friends. Let me tell you, everything was AMAZING!! Our server went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. We observed the entire staff working together and being positive. Managers bussing tables and helping out where needed. Then of course the food! Our entrees were served hot and delicious! We cannot wait to come back and will be telling all of our friends! Nice job Bravo!
I went to dinner there last night and was not disappointed! The food and atmosphere were great but what really made the night amazing was the service. Our waitress Rowan was kind and welcoming, and despite being busy she went out of her way to serve us impeccably. Fabulous service for sure!
I had the chicken marsala. Overall it was pretty good other then the chicken was a little dry. Not worth the prices there. Service was really good. Our waitress (Row) did a really great job. They were really busy and we also had a big group. We were never lacking anything. It was the first time I have been there. We were at the Olentangy RIver Rd Bravo location in Columbus, OH.
Normally wed all come to the restaurant and eat there but with other people in the family still anxious about eating in public with all those unmasked patrons, we decided to order food to go. Even though the kitchen was busy it only took them 40 minutes to get our large order ready. The hostess greeted me with a friendly smile and asked me to wait a few minutes while they packed my order. The hostess double checked my order in front of me before I left the restaurant. The food is consistently very good and everyone enjoyed the entree they ordered. For a chain restaurant, Bravo is a wonderful Italian restaurant.
Came here after calling ahead of time to make sure service wont be an issue. They told us that there is no wait and they arent busy which was the truth. Yet, despite that it took them 15 minutes to get us a table and once there, no one showed up to offer even water or drinks for another 20. One of the servers who I assume was supposed to tend to the outside tables was busy socializing with 1 table for over 10 minutes. Truly one of the worst restaurant experiences.
I realize restaurants are short staffed, but we waited a very long time after being seated before a waitress came up. I ordered a mixed drink, everyone else got sodas. The sodas took a while, but eventually arrived. I had to ask about my drink twice, and when it finally arrived, it had a full inch of water from melted ice on top. Dinner service was just as slow. Very disappointed.
Worst quality salad ever. I’ve ordered a salad with grilled shrimps. Shrimps were inexplainably salty with unknown syrup coated, only 5 shrimps. Vegetables- nothing fresh. How can you charge a customer $14 for a salad that is much worse than kroger $2.99 salad kit? One of shrimp was not a whole which made me wonder if they cooked from yesterday’s leftover. I will not go to bravo ever again. My friend got a chicken salad, it was also a poor quality.
To start I used to go to Bravos on Sundays. But on any type of day that is like a holiday. You can not get in even when they open and you call 11 oclock to make a reservation. They say that they cant make a reservation and theres no more seats available. How does that make someone feel if theyre from out of town. But you cant go to dinner. Thanks well keep you posted
Crashed the place during somewhat late evening, Monday & still rather available, needed respite & relief after enduring difficulties during a cold & wet day so plenty of time for P B to provide & they did indeed! Took opportunity to stretch while served in the vast yet attractive bar area, the place is a contrasting rustic & elegant, seasonally transitional in appearance & feel, cool beside warm so next time Im around that oven especially as weather becomes brrrrr! Succumbed to trying the Chops & all with, beside the cute seasoned bread bun slices with olive oil & cheeses, another sauce provided too but more Chile peppery, swashed with water & a Rose Sangria which is rare indulgence for me. Appreciate the attention & indulging me with ample servings of tender juicy mashed & speared deliciousness, satisfied in due time while savoring every bite & swash, plenty still remained likely over half the serving. Aaahh contentezza! Grazie a Bravo!
Chase was a great waiter, food was delicious, and the place was well decorated. Portion sizes were large enough to validate the prices. We will visit again and the warm chocolate cake was delicious...... could have been warmer though. :)All in all, I would recommend.
Was seated very quickly on a Sunday afternoon, and the staff was friendly. Server was a little inattentive to our needs, had to ask 4 times for lemon for my water, once when I ordered it, when I got my appetizer, when I got my cocktail, and when I got my food which is when I finally got it. They were also out of steak sauce. As for the food this place was very expensive. I assume youre paying more for the atmosphere than the quality of the food. The calamari is atrocious. Complete lack of seasoning, not even salt and pepper. Very bland for the price. The filet mignon is very good however it does have some sort of sauce or gravy surrounding it that was odd, but tasted very good and added a lot of moisture to the steak. The green beans were under done but seasoned well. The chicken caprese was moist and tasted good. The rice was mostly cooked but there were parts that were still under done sparingly throughout the dish. All in all the entrees were delicious, but the appetizer was not good at all. The warm chocolate lava cake was very good but again seemed a little expensive. The food is well portioned with generous helpings and is obviously handmade. The potatoes are to die for.The building is lovely and beautiful to sit in with wonderful chandeliers and ambiance.
The food is good but when ordered through DoorDash, their packing is horrible! When I got my food , the bags weren’t tied or stapled (like most restaurants)! They obviously don’t care enough about the safety of their customers! Even fast food places secure their food properly to ensure it’s not tampered with! This is the Olentangy location!
By far the worst experience Ive ever had any where . Went for my wifes birthday. Not busy at all that night. First the waitress spilled my entire pop on me when setting it down other then a towel and a few Im sorrys nothing was done to rectify running my clothes but we stayed anyways but then when appetizer came out the spinach artichoke dip had hair in it. This place is trash
Couple observations. First, hopefully as more workers return to the workforce Bravo will be able to work in some better wait staff, or adequately staff. Hard to say whether our waiter was overworked or if the idea of hospitality was not in their mind.Secondly, if ordering a half-portion, better to get a whole portion and take the rest home or throw it away. We ordered a half-portion of Fra Diavolo. The full order price was $18.99. The half-portion price was $16.99. Wont make that mistake again.
Got the pasta woosie with extra spinach. It has grilled chicken & it is good but I can remember when the chicken had grill marks so you knew it came off a grill. That was long ago. Theres a nice atmosphere inside but I chose to do a carry out order. The girl that checked me out was friendly...
We tried this place for restaurant week and definitely loved it. I had pasta with brownies for dessert and they were both great. The waitress was friendly and professional and the atmosphere was quite and calm. Definitely suggested for a date night or group gatherings.
My husband and I have been to this restaurant several times and have always been pleased with the service and the food here. But last night, as full and busy as they were. I felt they truly excelled themselves! It was extremely busy, being not only a Saturday night, but the night preceding the big Superbowl game! We watched the waiters coming and going in a very efficient but friendly way, and the whole atmosphere was one of congeniality and expertise. We were both amazed to witness how well everything was being managed in such a friendly and caring way. And it goes without saying really, the food was excellent. A night to remember! Bravo! to Bravo!
Overall, this restaurant is wonderful. Servers are professional. This can be a nicer restaurant for a date, but it can also be good for the occasional casual family outing. Kids can have fun too - usually theyll role out some paper for them to draw on, and (at least historically) they can bring out some dough for them to play with.So far the only dish I havent approved of is the stuffed french toast from their brunch menu. Although its delicious, I dont think 3 bread slices (halved) is worth $9.
The food and drinks are on point! Well worth a splurge here and there. Excited for the larger gathering to be held later this year on their upper level, which includes an outdoor covered terrace. The staff is super friendly and everyone encourages/practices the safety guidelines during this pandemic. The only negative is some of the decor is dated. Even a fresh coat of paint would help liven up the interior a little more.
We tried to order online, but a message indicated the order was not accepted. We called the restaurant and ordered. Later, we noticed a duplicate charge. We called Bravo-Lennox. Spoke with Jessica, the manager. She could not back out the duplicate charge. She promised Mike, the general manager, would be able to do it. She asked me to expect a call the next day. After the next day passed, I called back Bravo. Jessica was busy, and was told my message will be delivered to her. I never heard. I will go through the credit card to get back the duplicate charge. The food was good, but...To us, not responding is fishy and unethical. Should we go back to Bravo?????
I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with extra sauce. The noodles came out a little overcooked but the dish still tasted great! I love Italian food! Its a great place to eat. The waiter was kind, considerate and did a great job of making sure I was satisfied with my food. Will definitely be coming back!
Today was my very first visit to the Bravo location on Olentangy River Road. My mentor and I stopped in to grab a quick meal while waiting for traffic to clear up in the area. The setting in the restaurant was traditional and set the tone for the meal. We were seated quickly by the waitress after being offered a booth or a table. The waitress (Devin) was kind and knowledgeable, which is always greatly appreciated. The appetizers arrived to the table quickly, which was a surprise considering the number of tables our waitress had to attend to. The entrees came quickly and without erroror or complaint. All in all it was a positive experience! Will return again in the future.
The food was mediocre. My shrimp napoli wasnt that good, the shrimp itself was but the dish overall was a disappointment, it was not presented well, just thrown together, not like I remember it being before but I didnt care if it tasted good but it really didnt. The service was okay, the server seemed new. The caesar salad was not good and way too much for the most basic salad. My husband didnt care for his house salad either. He really didnt like the spaghetti and meatballs with bolognese sauce, that sauce is not very good at all. Felt like a waste of money besides enjoying the patio. Their bread is good but our server didnt mix the oil and spices together right so it was basically just oil, and it took him 15 minutes or so before bringing us more bread which he did not care to ask if we wanted more in the first place, not to mention he took a long time to bring us bread the first time as well..
Overall great food, the staff tries their best to be amazing but sometimes when theres a ton and I mean a ton of people on a weekend lets say theyre a little run thin. Last time there with the place packed, a few things I asked for never ever made it to the table. Even after 3-4 reminders. But if you catch this place not too busy, its basically 5 stars. The food is really killer, I recommend the pork chop plate.
We were there to celebrate a relatives birthday in a private area upstairs. It could not have been more enjoyable! The settings on the tables, the beauty of the room and the quality of the food was excellent! The servers were friendly but took care of the serving in a timely manner. Thanks to Bravo for making our time there special!
Just ordered take out its ok.. I figured for a 20 dollar meal it would at least be filling if I saw the portion before hand probably would of guessed it cost like 5 or 6 bucks in total. Only reason Im giving it 2 stars instead of one was because it was at least edible but wasnt really that good.
We had a private party upstairs full bar, tv, buffet style many options of food. This occasion was for our niece👰 and her new husband 💑. Service was on point prompt, plentiful, and very good. There was about 30 of us family and friends we all enjoyed our selves. I will recommend this restaurant to others. Highly rated very nice atmosphere and a wonderful time for all 😄
The food was horrible. we went there last night for dinner weve been going there for 10 years and this is the worst I have seen or tasted their food the sauce on the pasta was filled with water.. their signature lasagna have some unidentified meat that was disgusting..
I go there 2-3 times a week. The service is very good. The food is excellent. I typically get the Chicken salad, Calamari or the Salmon. The price of wine is a little inflated when buying by the glass, but the overall value at the restaurant is great. Parking is always available.
Ive been meaning to check this place out for a while and finally got the chance during restaurant week. It has to be one of the best deals - you get so much food for not a bad price! Shrimp and grits is what theyre known for, I absolutely recommend. Our server Alex O. was super helpful in picking out a bottle of wine for the table, even when we all got different entrees!
I absolutely LOVE their bread. Its soooo good. Ive consistently gotten the lobster ravioli and its been good every time. Tonight I got the red sangria and it was pretty good! Not too much alcohol, not too little. Only downside is that it can be a bit pricey. Would recommend otherwise!
Clean, friendly, fast and food tastes great. Service is standard....nothing to complain about but nothing exceptional either. Their food is over priced for their portions. Literally the thinnest pieces of eggplant Ive ever eaten. Over all good experience but disappointed that ur not getting more bang for ur buck. They need to step up their game. Dining area looked a bit empty too so Im guessing Im not the only one starting to notice they are on a decline.
Great food, great experience! We had a small group on a really busy night, and we had reservations. We waited a few minutes for our table to be ready, but received excellent service and the food was out surprisingly quickly. BRAVO has consistently good food and a well-trained attentive wait staff. Definitely recommend!
Although service was slow, the food is always exceptional. I know the servers are trained to pace our lunch but the pace for an hour lunch break was a little too slow. This place is fantastic to sit and chat for dinner and feel like you arent being rushed out. Food is always delicious and well prepared.
Went for a late lunch. Liked how open it was. Sat in a booth but the cover for the table leg was loose and rattled loudly if tapped. They made it a joke but I think they are capable of fixing it. Comes across as not caring. Food was decent. Service was food enough. The servers recommendation saved Tue experience. I can not say that the food was entirely worth the price. Portion was smaller than expected. Bucca has a better alfredo sauce but it was still not bad. Definitely will try something else next time. Chicken on the other plate was a little too salty and yet it still tasted good. The appetizer of cheese and honey was a surprise on how tasty we found it. Do not get me wrong, the dinners in general did have good flavors. Would have been nice to have water or offered a refill before we are about to leave. Willing to go again because we still enjoyed it enough to give them another try. It felt like an off day.
I walked into the most empty restaurant I think I have ever seen. I new they were open.I stilll questioned is this place open. No ambience at all very slow. my server had really to no personality at all I was hoping for more of an upbeat server being I was really the only person there food was very jus ok not worth the trip at all will not be back I dont see this place staying open very long .......
A recent visit to satisfy a happy hour craving. After be greeted by TJ, the incredible bartender working that evening, I order a Moscow Mule and a couple appetizers. The service was impressive and the food was everything I was craving and more! Excellent happy hour options in a very slightly upscale but casual environment. Highly recommend this location and my experiences give this location a 5-star or a 100%!

2022-07-10Enjoyed dinner with family at 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐨! on a Friday evening. Due to the 30min waiting time, we dined at the bar area which has full service. We ordered a couple of caesar salads 🥗, grilled salmon, chicken fra diavolo and shrimp 🦐 chicken Alfredo. We enjoyed our meals A LOT. great place for dessert as well.

2021-08-17We visited for dinner on a Friday night. Our server was great, very personable and knowledgeable. She handled every request like a pro. The menu was good, lots of choices. The appetizer I ate was great, ravioli with Alfredo and Sauce. My meal was very good, the sausage tortellini. It had a nice spicy flavor to it. I had cheesecake for desert, it was soft and tasty. My only concern was it took quite a bit of time for our meals to come out. That being said, Id visit here again!

2022-02-12My friend and I stopped at Bravo in the afternoon. It was not crowded so it was still quiet with elegant dining. We needed/wanted a nice quiet setting for talking and Bravo was excellent. The bread that is brought to the table is delicious and the oil that accompanies it is unique and delicious. We shared a pizza which was excellent. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. He slipped in a fresh coke without the need to request it. Unfortunately a family of 5 were seated at the booth next to us. They had 3 very small children who were seated together across from the parents. The children were very noisy with seldom a comment from the parents. Even though we were about half way through our meal we should have requested a move to another table. Our waiter was very understanding about the situation. We tipped him very well that day! We will certainly return to Bravo!

2021-08-05Food was pretty average. Enjoyed the pizza but calamari appetizer was pretty underwhelming. Atmosphere was good overall. Probably wouldn’t come back.

2022-01-21Food was great, I didnt realize how big the portions were so I ended up taking most of it home. Our waiter was fantastic, friendly and funny. Staff overall were very nice. The food was delicious (I got calamari and eggplant parm)! They dont have a huge menu but still a good selection. There are a couple vegetarian options but I didnt see any vegan options, And pretty much every dish has cheese.

2022-04-25Stopped in for dinner and was told that it would be a 1-1.5 hour wait for the dining room, but if we wanted to eat at the bar or outside, there was a wait of 10-15 minutes. We said that we would be happy to eat outside. The man at the desk asked for a name and phone number and would text when our table became available. That was yesterday and we still havent received a text. The Bob Evans down the street was lovely, however.

2021-06-17Food was alright. Lovely sized portions. Beautiful plating. The server definitely needed training in balancing the demands of the job. I wont go into detail other than we were thirsty and she kept walking past without leaving water pitcher. I think she tried as best as she was trained. She was nice and pleasant, despite multitasking issues. I get the lack of employees may overstretch some and make it hard to properly train.Nice location and its conveniently placed within a plaza so easy to find.

2022-06-11My husband and I traveled to Ohio from Atlanta for his Birthday and he wanted Italian so this place was on the recommended list from our hotel. We went here for dinner on our first night. I gave it 3 stars because the food was okay not worth the price and our server was not friendly at all. He basically did the bare minimum with no interaction at all. We still left a decent tip trying to give the benefit of doubt that we are no longer living in a friendly society and he has bills to pay too.
