Drew Nichols was our realtor during the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. Personally this was my first buying experience and he made me feel completely comfortable. Seems like your normal website. But a lot of the properties show pending once you click on the listing on the main list. Would be less aggravating and disappointing if it showed pending on the main page, maybe a banner or flag to call it out. I got frustrated and left the site, no one has that much time to waste.
