Just picked up an order of Primerib from the Mentor Boston Market. Absolutely the most horrid fatty piece of beef I have ever had the displeasure of being served. I called the manager and was told that it was a typical serving of their Primerib. See the picture I posted if you want to see how bad it was.

Went thru drive thru today. 4/25.....gave my order...one rotisserie chicken one large new potatoes and two corn muffins.....person took my order asked...only two?? Yes two.....when I got home....NO CORN MUFFINS IN BAG OR ON RECEIPT...What the heck ....really makes me mad...not to mention rotisserie chicken was awful & scrawny ...dried out...yuk...go to Marcs cheaper more meat tastes awesome!!
Nice clean and well maintained restaurant. I really enjoy the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Have a big family so can get pretty expensive but we go when we can. Friendly staff and wonderful food.

If I could give this resteraunt zero stars I would. I dont typically leave reviews but my last order was the final straw. My family and I have been here a handful of times and each time we visted the staff was rude, impatient and unprofessional. Why did we keep going you ask? We thought maybe it was just a bad day for them. Well a day ago we picked up our food (curbside) and the food was absolutely disgusting! I was so disappointed to have paid for food that resembled and tasted like a frozen dinner at the grocery store. I also paid extra for large sides and upon receiving my order my sides were the same size as my husband who had the regular sized sides. We will not be going back.
Quality control is the key to a good franchise. Boston Market is a gr8 example of quality control. Equally important is the friendly caring actions of employees. The Mentor store scores high in both of these factors. My meal was tasty and filling. The store does not skimp on portion size. The two specific employees who took my order gathered my sides orders and prepared the prime rib entry were more than helpful. These employees left me thinking they really cared about me and my order.It was a real Pleasure for me to order take out at this specific Boston Market.
Did a meal pickup for Thanksgiving. Did not pre-order instead opted for their day of special. Great deal, fast service considering the amount of people and the staff was very friendly. 15/10 would recommend.
The food was pretty good, but I view this as a step above fast food. I would like to see the portion size and the prices decrease. I took two kids in and myself and ended up spending over $30 for 3 combo meals. And we ended up taking food home. Would much rather have seen smaller portions and prices
Was not happy with fried chicken dinner. Mac & cheese was watery. Would not recommend this meal, especially since I ordered a 2pc fried chicken dinner & got a chicken patty.
The food is excellent and I come here on a regular basis. But when youre supposed to close at 10 oclock and you close 20 minutes before hand. Its a little frustrating when you want to quick meal and youre unable to because you close before closing time. I think its a lazy quality aspect from the employees who are trying to get out early.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Awesome meatloaf and chicken is good. Food is always hot. Only complaint is the roasted potatoes are always dried out and I’ve tried them 3-4 times. But otherwise everything is good.
Boston Market is 100% real food. Everything has a homemade taste that makes you feel satisfied that youve eaten there. Unlike fast food, you wont be hungry two hours later. The rotisserie chicken is moist and served hot, along with two sides that also have a homemade flavor. There are several options for sides, such as mashed potatoes (with or without gravy), sweet potato casserole, mac & cheese. Also available are steamed vegetables including green beans, corn and mixed vegetables. Turkey, prime rib and chicken pot pies round out the menu. Every order includes a fresh baked mini loaf of cornbread. A childrens menu for families with children is available. Boston Market also offers catering for everyday gatherings as well as Weddings and holidays.

Had the meatloaf dinner (the large size...more meatloaf) and 2 sides (Brussels Sprouts and Roasted Potatoes). The Sprouts were a little undercooked for me, but the meatloaf was very good and the potatoes were ok. It was not overly crowded and the service was good. I would go again, but not my first choice. My wife is a vegetarian and was able to get the 3 side dinner. She was satisfied with it. A large choice of sides.
The best kind of home style food. Much much better than KFC and not too badly priced. The safe is always super kind whenever my family and I go which is a plus.
For a change, the vegetables were hot. The staff was very nice although a little eager. I did enjoy my chicken dinner it was very moist and fully cooked period a good value for the price.
Although they still make good food, over the past year or so Boston Market has become less of a good value. Portion sizes have gotten smaller and now some of the side dishes that used to be included now cost extra
I love Boston markets food and go pretty often! sometimes the chicken can be dry if you go close to the time that they close. Sad they got rid of the brown gravy :(
Pot pie delicious cooked perfect, staff nice. Price matches the quality of the food. not expensive. Was suprised it wasnt busier when i came in. plan to go back more often. Impressed!
Wow, I hate ordering food via delivery but it was my first time trying Boston Market. Loved the chicken! Wished I would have taken advantage of the store while I was at Fort Leonardwood.
This was one of the best meals Ive had in months. Homestyle pineapple bbq chicken was the most tender..truly scumptious!Staff was fantastic and it was very clean. I will definitely be a return customer.
Red Potatoes were mushy, needed to be replaced I think they sat under the lights to long. Tables weren’t cleaned and clear off. Staff was nice. I got my food quickly

I love their food, but the prices have gotten a little bit too high. Their portions are very small for what they charge. I dont visit as often as I would like to, because I cant afford it.

My husband and I were out for lunch and we decided to stop there.My husband got the rib dinner and I got a garlic chicken dinner..You got to pick two sides and you got a cornbread roll with it.My dinner was very good.My chicken was tasty and very moist.My sweet potatoes were very good as well as the cornbread roll.I would go there again.They are running Thanksgiving specials right now for anyone who would rather leave the cooking to someone else..
Just picked up the 3 piece chicken dinner and lately the last several times we have picked that up the chicken is overcooked and burnt on the outside and therefore dries the chicken up on the inside. Very disappointing.
I have been going to Boston market for years. I even had them cater my graduation party! They were very attentive and accommodating and the price was reasonable. Love it!

My mom used to take me there as a kid Boston Market their workers are always well ontrac and I still would to the sale of going to go eat there the crews are like well behaved and the workers know exactly what to do and how fast to do it without messing up

They dont actually sell Bostons here, instead I got some Latino named Greg who wont stop screaming at my cat. Which is way better than McDonalds which sold me without my consent to Greg.

Your hours are wrong online. People go out of their way to come here, just for you not to be open. Gas is expensive 🤦♀️. Very disappointed.

2020-01-09First time visiting this location and the food was great! Ordered an all white individual meal and the chicken broccoli Alfredo. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the individual meal but it was taken away from me too fast! Overall great experience and great food. Will definitely go there again!

2021-12-30We love Boston Market. It makes for what seems like ... a healthier fast food dinner. We get the Turkey family meals, usually with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Weve tried the fancy spinach side - not great and their mixed / seasonal vegetable is usually too hard for our liking. We also desperately miss the hot cinnamon apples! Still a great option for a quick dinner. Boston Market is severely underrated overall in my opinion. This location stands out because of its drive through which is awesome.

2022-02-18Beware... Thieves!I placed an online order on Jan 25th on the way to the store at about 925pm. They close at 10pm per the app. When I arrived at 9:35 employees were leaving out the side door and the restaurant was closed. My credit card was charged, the food was not received and they have not credited my card. I attempted to call and was put on hold so I didnt get through and I have placed 3 online requests with the situation with no reply. Extremely poor management first for closing early and second for not issuing a credit automatically when they know they did not provide the service. This has been a waste of my time trying to communicate with them to get my money back.

2022-04-03Get the bathroom working for your employees, good grief! I was waiting on a Door Dash order and asked to use the restroom, an employee told me they didnt have one and even One of our employees just had to go next door to use theirs. Wow!!

2021-09-24At least with doordash app orders portions are pretty small.Food isnt terrible but its just nothing special and kinda bland.Tried pot pies, Nashville chicken dinner, country fried dinner, mash and mac n cheese.Again not bad but flavors just arent there for what I triedClean and quick so Ill give them that. First time trying them likely not ordering a second time

2021-03-10Went about an hour and a half before posted closing time. Lobby was closed. I ordered thru drive thru they were out of many choices . I ended up ordering meatloaf mashed w gravy and creamed spinach. The 2 stars are solely for the spinach. It was perfect and delicious! Meatloaf and mashed were cold and old and there was no gravy on anything even after employee asked me if I wanted gravy on meat and potatoes
