Customer service was not over the top but at least they sales man was not pushy. Got the phone I went in for at least he price and a case and screen protector. Even tho he was having trouble with getting the computer to discount with my coupon code he was able to take care of the matter in a timely and professional manner. Will return for all my future phone needs.
Lauren was awesome, as well as Josh they helped us get in and out and we got a brand new nice phone! Great customer service got us in and out pretty quick when they were busy , helped us set up a payment plan and everything, definitely worth going there!! Dont waste your time with other services come to boost! 😄
I went into the store and the rep Brady was the best! It’s good to see that good customer service is still a priority for some. He was exceptionally helpful. I have to say the best part for me was his honesty. I actually was considering switching companies before I got to the store but once I walked in my mind changed instantly. Definitely will be dealing with this store from now on for my phone needs.
Horrible customer service in store and through call center. I went in to get a new iPhone 12 first the Lady that was helping me must’ve been new since she didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t have answers to my basic questions, anyways time passed about 35 minutes and they get a phone they did NOT ask me what color I wanted it may not sound important but they just gave me a random phone without asking me which one I wanted when I had a specific color in mind so they rang it up. They also told me the activation fee would be waved if I got a case and screen protector so I did. A little more time goes by and the lady takes my phone out of the box and continues to put the case and screen protector on after I asked her what she was doing she had an attitude and in a bad tone said “okay” and rolled her eyes. Then she continues to set the phone up without my asking them too. I know how to set up a phone and I understand some people may need help doing that but I am not one of those people and I can also put a case and a screen protector on my phone and unbox it myself, also she did such a bad a job putting the screen protector on it wasn’t centered so I had to take it off immediately after getting into the car. Also the store was playing explicit music which I don’t care about but for some people that is extremely unprofessional, she also dropped the F-word and I forget what she was talking about but she was having a conversation with a coworker when she said it. A very unprofessional approach and I am not happy with the customer service from boost, this is not the first time either. After I pay this phone off I am swiping my carrier, and will not recommend anyone to boost.
The best experience I have ever had dealing with a cell phone company. I had some questions and concerns about data and plans and Brady was able to answer all my questions. He was patient with me and positive teaching me about how a hotspot works. He was conscience about the best plan for the best price for me. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need or want. He was extremely professional, friendly, open and honest with me. His co-workers were very pleasant as well and the entire event was awesome! I highly recommend Boost, and very highly recommend this store. Be sure to ask for Brady!!
Was very impressed with this store. Both associates where very friendly, informative, and helpful. Especially Brady. He was very patient, understanding, and helpful. He worked so hard to get us the best bang for our buck. Even when switching us over from Straight Talk, that was such a pain, he worked very hard to get it done. Definitely worth the trip from Marysville for the customer service.
Wonderful experience, very personable and friendly sales team! Went to 3 different locations looking for the phone i wanted. They still didn’t have the green iPhone 12 but i wanted to give this store the sale! I love my new phone and affordable service! Thank you Delaware Boost Team for being good at what you do! Service from Brady and Seth was informative and excellent. They explained and answered all my questions. I felt like they really cared about giving me the knowledge I need to feel comfortable using and getting the most out of my new phone.I want to give Brady props for the service he provided.
Upgraded my phone. Brady had information about all the options, plans, and products. I was celebrating my birthday and both Brady and Brian found gifts: tote bag, pen, one scoop ice cream cone card and some promotional Halloween candy. In sincerity, Ive been using this store for cellular solutions for many years. They have reasonably priced plans at a variety of service levels. Brought in our Daughter to get a phone and service package, Lauren was a whirling dynamo of service, while activating her phone she was servicing 2 other customers at the same time and even stayed late to jump through some hoops to get the job done!!!!Ive been a boost customer for several years and its people like Lauren that make me stay!!!! 10 stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 🤩🤩🤩
Went in to by a 11 pro max and was very quick and easy. The person who helped me, Seth, was very nice and helpful. Raymond also helped me like a month ago and is very good with people and the people are just awesome and genuine! If I had to recommend a boost store it would for sure be this one!
Boost mobile in Delaware is amazing Seth was awweome!!!! He is very professional and knowledgeable. Seth Pearson and Brady Schmitt are awesome at Delaware Boost Mobile. They both go out of their way to take care of every customer that walks through the door to assist them in their cell phone needs. They take the time to listen and offer every solution possible to take care of their customers needs. My phone was charging slow and I had an upgrade choice. I ended up taking an upgrade to a better phone for me. Then I asked a lot of questions about things like anti-virus apps and deleted a bunch of apps I did not need on my phone that were causing numerous ads to pop up on my screen and slowing my processing down. They each cared so much to help me it brought tears to my eyes. Seth and Brady feel like family to me now and because of the extra effort they put forth to help me out I will not get my phone and accessories any place else. They are the best and I highly recommend them and this store to anyone who needs a phone, services , or accessories.
Got me on a secondary line for a low cost and I was able to get a galaxy a11 for only 25 bucks without transferring my old number. Real cool and down to earth employees. Clean environment. Also a cool circular window and an awesome archway that was left from the old building as decor.
I went in just for one cell phone and. Brady was.so cool and convincing. I happily came out with 2 cell phones. Covers and. screen protection for both and an awesome little boom box. Polite professional and patient. Best store rep I have ever experienced. Deserves a raise for sure. You the man Brady!!!
This is a smaller boost mobile store. They are typically not too busy where wouldnt get good customer service. The associates working there are knowledgeable and have a great attitude and willingness to help you find whatever you need. I had a problem with my old phone not working after about 3 months, and they gave me multiple options to get it fixed. Highly reccomend this store.
I have had cell phone service with Boost Mobile for many years. The employees at the store have always been helpful when I need technical assistance, activating a phone, starting or changing service, switching things from one phone to another, Etc. Often when I go I have to wait a long time before getting help which can be frustrating. It seems like they are usually pretty busy. Also sometimes the employees I have tried to explain things in a way that was clear to me and I kept having to ask for clarification. Over although boost has good service at a great price and I would recommend some Street
As I walked into the store today the lobby was full of customers. Multiple were very impatient and making remarks. Brady and the manager were calm and handling everyone’s needs often multitasking doing what they could. I watched as Brady took his time with an elderly man getting his new phone set up and showing him how to use it. I watched as there were customers making inappropriate remarks but Brady and the manager remained professional and polite to those customers. When it was finally my turn they both greeted me with a smile and you would have never known the crowd of people they just had to deal with and took care of with professionalism while they were being talked down to. This was by far one of the best customer service I have received in a long time.
Raymond did a fantastic job, he was able to help me out with getting my account info when switching ovet whek no one else could, he really went the extra mile to help me out. This is the best store ive evet been too. Theu treat everyone very well. if youre thinking about switching, i recommend coming here. Thanks Raymond!!!
I have never been to a phone store in my life and had such a bad experience like i did with this store. i live in marysville, and at first i went to the boost mobile here to purchase a phone (staff at this store is awesome and very respectful, props to megan for being such a good representative here). Marysvilles boost mobile did not have the phone i was wanting so she thankfully called delaware’s boost mobile to ask them if they had any, in which they did, so she asked if they would hold it for me. when i got to the boost mobile in delaware. i walked in and was not wearing a mask (i’m sorry but i have very personal reasons why i do not want to wear them, if you want to wear them that’s fine but i don’t want to) he told me i needed a mask so i took my shirt and covered my nose and mouth with it. he told me i couldn’t do that. i then proceeded to tell him i did not have a mask with me and he said i could buy one from them for $2, you know the ones that are white and blue that people give out for free, yeah that’s the one. so i bought one for $2. then i noticed a lady who was not happy, and was becoming very irritable at the staff that she was dealing with. when it was my turn he got the phone and went to activate it with my same number but my account was pending because i was originally on my parents plan, but had called a few weeks ago to get on my own plan. come to find out they were waiting for the new cycle to begin which was why it was pending. so he fixed that but every time i had a question i felt he was completely rude along with the other person working with him. after the phone was activated he told me that he can waive the $25 set up fee if i purchased an accessory, they had NO accessories for the phone i got except for a charger which already came with the phone, so i asked him if there was a longer length one and he said yeah and took one off the rack. he rang up my order and the phone charger was $26. i get home only to find out that the charger is literally the same length as a regular charger. i literally paid a huge price for the phone i got, but all of the extra stuff is unnecessary. now my question is can i bring this REGULAR length charger back and get a refund?
Came in earlier today. Super packed, but promise helped me out set up me and my husband on a family plan. She has a smile on her face the whole time. Awesome work by promise, and the others I’m not sure the names but 2 boys and another girl was there as well helping other people out. Happy i switched to boost looking forward to getting great help again.
I’ve had an on-going issue with an iPhone XR from Boost Mobile for several months. After spending countless hours on the phone with Boost Mobile and Apple support, the issue was never resolved. The brand new iPhone XR still remained inoperable! With patience wearing thin and loss of hope, I decided to give Boost Mobile one last chance at fixing the phone. So, I stopped into this Delaware location for assistance. Im glad to say I finally got the phone fixed. Brady was very patient and promised I wasn’t leaving until the issue was resolved. Brady was also upset that I had been going through this issue for so long and expressed his concern. I’m confident that had I not went into this location for help, I’d still have a brand new phone that isn’t working. Thanks to Brady and the rest of the Boost Mobile team at this location for your time and commitment to make things right. I’ll definitely be back.
It was not a good experience. There was 2 guys working and a full house of people all I had was a question and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get it answered because they had to spend such a long time with the 3 customers that was in front of me.. Then my question was answered with call this # and they will help u out!!! Made me angry when my father-in-law was told something total different the day before. Im sure I wont b back to that Boost again.. Sorry.

Please allow me the opportunity to tell you about the great job two of your employees do to get me on the right track. When my new phone broke Sami located at the Delaware Ohio office was a very big help in getting my info from the broken phone to the phone I was going to use while waiting for my new phone to be fixed. She saved my pictures for me so I wouldnt lose them. Thank you so much Samie. Today I went in to have my minutes moved back to my new phone now that it has been fixed. This time I was blessed to have Promise help me. She was so patience with me and help with all my questions. If I had to do this myself I know that I would have had my phone all messed up. Not very happy. I needed to pay my bill today, went to boost (which opens at 12 noon) got there at 11:50, watched the employee walk in right when i arrived. Waited until 12:06 in my car, then decided to walk to boost at that time. I walked up and the door was locked so i waited another 20 minutes outside on the stoop of the store thinking maybe he (the employee) was just busy opening and getting stuff ready. Well that wasnt it! I waited another 15 minutes then knocked on the door. Still nothing, so i left and had to call boost customer service to figure out a different way to pay my bill since i do not use a card, only cash! This is not professional at all! What was this boy doing that was more important that opening the store??? (However, let me add that ive never had any other issues at this location.. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful! Im usually in and out within 5 minutes when i come in to pay my bill, even if theyre super packed!)
Update on review.. May 8, 2021... have always had 5 ☆ service and satisfaction until today. I have spent plenty of money here. Bought several phones over the past cpl years mainly from Seth. Always a pleasant experience. Now today i drop the 5 ☆ to 1, would make it 0 ☆ if i could. I go in today to purchase a phone for my husband. (After just buying him one in late February.) And was asked if I had a mask. I said no. Seth offered to sell me one for a dollar. I said thats ok. I have a note from my dr. I go to pull it out, an he said that was ok he didnt need to see it. But I had to wear one. So I said I guess Ill spend my money else where.
As for this store, Ive never had a problem there. Ive had to wait but with 1 person working, thats expected. The service though idk what to think. My son has an LGX, husband has an iPhone and very minor issues. I have an Samsung and have multiple issues! Ive gotten a new sim card, I use to have to use the ##72786# system reboots like 3 times a day cause out of no where at random times my phone will stop receiving and making calls and texts. Ive gone in to the store and called customer service n I basically get told Id have to spend more $ as my answer. So getting new service provider. I had straight talk for over a year no problems, Verizon no problems. I loved the 3 lines for $100 so was hoping that this service would be great but not the case. Per my job, having a son, and life I have to be able to be reached and be able to reach ppl without issues.
Customer service is the worst most of the people that are doing the customer service does not even speak good English so they dont understand you about 75% of the dai meaning you cant understand them either. I definitely would not recommend this phone service. The people in the store or great the phone service was mediocre people on 611 terrible
I dropped Straight talk, to go to boost mobile. Im a huge Samsung fan. Everyone has their own product/service that they prefer. I am very happy with Boost mobile. We were previously Straight talk and Virgin mobile. Its a pain in the a** to pay your virgin mobile bill, I am fully switching hubby over to boost next week and my son is purchasing their Samsung Galaxy J3 Emerge phone, which is an awesome little phone.

Brandon R was the associate who helped me with my HotSpot device, and was very detail oriented answering the questions I had about it. Brandon was friendly I felt very confident when I left with my purchase that I had made the right decision.
