Full of amazing books, apparel and other goodies! I love the store, only reason Im giving a 4 is because they didnt have the item I was looking for, but the staff was super friendly and responsive/helpful with my questions.
It was great we came away with many books and the staff were friendly and professional. The prices are great here, too.The only issue I have is their bonus card program, they charge for it and I have trouble seeing that as being ok.

One of the few remaining true book stores. Very helpful staff. I go there every time I visit the mall. Its a clean store and the categories of books are very noticeable and easy to read. However, the Pop! figures need to be placed in one area and in alphabetical order. If your looking for a certain Pop! figure, its very difficult to find with the current set-up.
You will always find something worth reading here. If youre still a page turner like me, its one of the best book stores I know of...

They were out of the three books I wanted to order but they did have a sale buy-two-get-one-free. I ended up ordering the books online at the store and paid for them at the store. They did not tell me because I bought the books online I did not get the same promotion going on for the buy two get one free. So Ive ended up paying full price. Not very happy with that. I usually love the store but because of this I have to leave a bad review. That was mentioned nowhere on the sign that it had to be bought in-store to get the promotion

2022-01-26I have been a customer of BAM for a few years now. Ive always had a good experience with them until recently. Two book orders I have recently placed was a nightmare getting them delivered to my house. The first book order came one-two books at a time. This was disheartening to say the least. My last book order was two books I ordered for a class. My class is February 8 and wont receive the workbook for class until after February 9.

2022-03-13Love it here but my issue is that the workers always put books wrong in the bag and when I get home they get bent. Try to teach employees how to bag books please. I reorganized the books in the bag and they wont get bent and they you can fit more in the bag.

There is also a wide variety of magazines, gifts, plush, toys, kitsch, bookmarks, puzzles, and even a bit of new age merch. The staff is friendly and very helpful if you are looking for something in particular.
