I could not say enough good words about Josh and the people at Bookman and sons. I am from Texas with my entire family in Ohio. I listen avidly to ESPN cleveland so you know I hear the ads. I met my now wife in 2016 (good year go Cavs) and I always mentioned this place and that I wished we could go. In 2020 we were ring shopping around the Dallas area, and it was annoying. She then surprised me with a trip to Ohio to see my family. My first thought was to email Josh. He responded right away and we met in July of 2020. My wife and I were amazed. We stayed in touch and Josh customized a beautiful ring for me. In November of 2020, I flew to Ohio to pick up the ring personally and to thank him. I proposed that next month and we just got married in April of this year. Josh also did our wedding bands. They are customized with quotes on the inside. He flew them overnight to us in Texas and then even resized one after our wedding. Talk about service? And we are across the country! The dedication to what Josh does is amazing. And thanks to Espn cleveland and a surprise trip to Ohio from my wife in 2020 we now are customers for life. Thank you Josh and everyone there.
If I could give more stars I would. Josh went above and beyond to take my vision/design and bring it to life. He took on this task with no hesitation with an extremely tight timeline (8days), and during the busiest time of the year around the holidays. He worked on the design during the day and very late into the night to make sure the final design was exactly how I envisioned it to be. With the personal meaning behind this piece, I wouldn’t have accepted anything but perfect and he hit it out of the park. He has earned me as customer for life as I will definitely use and recommend him in the future. Couldn’t be happier with the design, effort, professionalism and end product. I had heard that the shopping experience would be unique, pressure-free, fun, and educational at Bookman and Son and - WOW - Josh totally exceeded my already lofty expectations. When looking at diamonds once the ring was selected, Josh never tried to upsell, and as a matter of fact suggested some diamonds may be to big to make the complete setting the best it can be. Absolutely loved the shopping and buying experience and my girl is so happy and proud to have such a perfect, and UNIQUE, ring. Well never go anywhere else for jewelry. Thanks Josh!

Not only did he make it happen quickly but he took his time to be sure I found the right diamond (eventually bringing one in from another location). I just picked up my ring that was custom made from my own design. I designed a ring that used my original engagement ring diamond along with stones from my grandmothers bracelet. I was very particular, very detailed and maybe a bit demanding in what I wanted but jewelry to me is personal and expresses who I am. I know I was heard because the ring was absolutely STUNNING when completed!!!! All my requests were met and I am beyond happy. We went to look at engagement rings last month and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Josh made our visit so special and pressure-free. We needed a custom set of earrings produced with 3 days notice for a very special occasion. Josh was able to obtain the unique stones and produce the beautiful finished product a day early and under budget. I will use them again and would highly recommend Bookman to any of my friends.
Update: Bookman and Son’s has phenomenal customer service. I had a slight snafu which included an attic ladder, my ring, and complete panic. Not only did they fix my ring for free but were calming and reassuring through out the process. Once it was fixed, they resized it, cleaned it and mailed it to me. We moved to Columbus after the engagement and before the snafu and I was trying to coordinate pickup with my fmil but they offered to overnight it to me free of charge.I can’t recommend their team enough. We’ve never had anything but great experiences with them. They make beautiful jewelry and make you feel like family before AND after your purchase.We are so pleased with the ring we purchased from Bookman & Son. Its gorgeous and from everything my fiancé has told me, their team was wonderful to work with. After listening to many years of very positive radio advertisementsI decided to pick up the phone and call Josh Bookman.My phone call was to discuss having my wifes wedding ring of 33 years repaired and cleaned. Josh made what could have been an unpleasant experience incredibly enjoyable. He was incredibly approachable, impressively responsive to my concerns, and let me design the exact ring I wanted. I shopped around at a few stores in the Cleveland area and Bookman & Sons was by far my favorite. He wasnt pushy regarding type of stone, time frame, etc. Highly recommend.

We went to Bookmans for the first time based on a referral and advertisement on ESPN Cleveland. You always wonder whether ads really voice the actual experience that you may get. Well, I can honestly say that the experience we had far exceeded our expectations. The personalized service, friendliness, and no pressure was amazing. My wifes original wedding ring is yellow gold and she would like to change the style. Josh could have easily tried to push for an expensive ring purchase but suggested an alternative much cheaper option to see if my wife would like the new look. Well you dont find that everyday where a retailer cares about the customer and their happiness. He also repaired my wifes mothers wedding ring and it looks fantastic. I have been looking for a new jewelry store for quite some time and now I have found it. I suggest anyone looking for jewelry to go and see Josh.

Working with Josh and Bookman & Son in general was the most seamless experience of my life. Going into the process I felt overwhelmed and apprehensive expecting to negotiate with a used car salesman to get a fair deal. However, that is not what I got with Josh at all. He was very transparent from the beginning, showed me something better than what I could have imagined and my fiancee loved it. Not to mention this all occurred within the matter of an hour. Their selection is top notch but the service is even better. If you are not going to Bookman & Son you are doing yourself a disservice.

Josh was amazing to work with. I did a bunch of research and got a rough idea from my wife on the type of engagement ring she wanted. When buying the ring, Josh gave me some helpful pointers that helped me pick out the perfect diamond. He actually talked me into a less expensive one, but one with the perfect presentation. If you give him your budget he’s going to do everything he can to make sure you get the best ring while staying within that range.Their whole staff is super laid back too. They aren’t pushy and let you look around at your own pace for however long you need but are also right there to honestly answer any questions you have or to offer any advice.I loved the experience so much that I went back for our wedding bands as well. Safe to say Josh has a lifetime client with me.
Checked it out because of 92.3 ads. Their non-pushy, hands off approach, actually means it will take you forever to receive any sort of assistance. Josh was not there that day, but the elder Bookman was. Selection was limited and he rolled his eyes when I mentioned my reasonable budget. I ultimately was able to find an amazing ring for my now wife within budget from James Allen, much nicer than anything I saw at Bookman.

Gave Bookman and Son a chance after hearing about them on RBS, and cannot say enough good things about Josh and his team. Drove 45 minutes from home and surprised my wife by taking her there to upgrade her wedding ring after 20 years. She is really not a jewelry person and I really put her on the spot with the surprise. Josh spent over an hour with her showing her literally hundreds of rings and narrowing down what she truly liked/wanted. Decided to combine styles from different rings to build one unique ring. She was still unsure (again, my fault) so Josh offered to send us a 3D video of the designed ring before we committed. Imagine a business NOT forcing the sale and giving you options! We received the video within a few days and it solidified our decision not only on the ring, but confirmed that I made the right choice going to Bookman and Son. Could not have been a better experience and I will never go anywhere else for jewelry. Really incredible customer service. Bookman and sons. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A few months ago i broke my ring. My custom made ring that Josh and my husband created. A very expensive part of my ring was gone. I cried, I couldn’t even look at my husband without crying because I felt awful about it. We looked everywhere for a couple days to see if we could find it. We contacted Josh and told him what happen and he had us bring it in. He took care of everything and put my ring back together. The day he handed it back to me I cried like a baby. This ring means the world to me and Josh made me feel like me and my ring meant the world to him. Our relationship all started with a radio commercial and now a year later he’s made all my custom jewelry for my wedding. 2 pairs of earrings and necklace multiple necklaces for my bridesmaids. We also collaborated on my wedding band. Him and his family are just amazing people. I love the way he’s treated us since day one. I could never say enough about this place. Josh made my dreams come true with my engagement ring and saved my ring when I thought it was un repairable. Thank you for everything and building such a great relationship with us. I have heard advertisements for years on my local favorite sports station with Tony Rizzo and gang and also on The Fan at times. Recently I was overdue to buy my wonderful wife a nice piece of reasonably priced jewelry (even though I wish I could have bought her a much much more elaborate piece). So I asked my daughter to come with me to see Josh and Company to pick something out for my Sharona for her birthday which would be from me and my two great kids. The service and interaction was exactly as advertised, no pressure and no up sell! The kids bought her a beautiful pair of earrings and I got her a matching necklace that all coordinated signifying our family (unneeded additional detail haha) . Sharona loved the gifts, but she wanted the necklace a little longer so she was using and extender. I remember Josh said if we have any issues feel free to reach out, so I took the necklace back to see what they could do if anything. To our amazement Josh had the necklace remade at a longer length AT NO CHARGE ! I actually was willing to pay and when I asked Josh about the cost he just said thats why you come here, we take care of our customers. My wife and I were amazed and extremely thankful for the service and quality we all used to get many many years ago. And by the way we were never asked to buy a warranty. In fact we were told its all included. We are professional singers and we will definitely promote them at gigs and to our friends and family. My fiancé and I bought our wedding bands at Bookman & Son and our experience was nothing short of wonderful! Josh greeted us warmly and professionally. Catered to our needs, asked poignant questions we didn’t know we needed help navigating until presented, allowed us space and time to shop, try things on, and checked in on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. My fiancé liked a couple rings, different things about them, and Josh was able to design a custom ring combining the two to create the ring my fiancé envisioned. Because it’s a custom ring with a wider band, it ultimately needed to be sized up. Josh was able to swiftly and professionally assess the change needing to be made. He sent for a new ring to be made and 3 short weeks later it arrived at the shop. Every single step of the way, we were at total ease. Josh is a complete and utter class act. My fiancé and Josh worked on designing my engagement for months together before he popped the question. It turned out beautiful and even better than the pictures and videos. I loved working with Josh after that on getting my wedding band to match my amazing engagement ring. From there we bought necklaces for our bridal party and now I’m getting earrings designed. I would never go anywhere else for my jewelry. It was great working with Josh he was always available for questions and sending videos of the designs. We stopped in not too long ago to pick up some of the jewelry he designed and I had lost a Diamond in my ring. Mr. Bookman took it fixed it and cleaned it so it sparkled all within minutes. I needed my engagement ring resized multiple times, which was done at no additional cost and with a quick (1-2 week max) turn around time. When deciding on bands, Josh even sent a virtual video of possible changes to a wedding band I was considering. Bookmans also offers cleaning whenever needed. You wont be disappointed!

Josh and his team are wonderful people! I found a ring I loved online and wanted to try on. I checked store after store and could not find it! 1 short email to Josh and he told me while it wasnt in stock (its a bit eccentric) he could have it available in a week. My husband and I decided that we wanted to reset my diamond into a new setting for our 10 year wedding anniversary. He heard about Bookman & Son on 92.3 The Fan. We were married on the beach and I wanted a setting that reflected that (think ocean waves). I had a photograph of something I had in mind and Josh Bookman offered to have the ring custom made. Within days, we had 360 degree videos with a few different options. Having the ring custom made didnt break the bank either. Once the ring came in, it only took a day or so for Joshs dad to put my diamond in the new setting. The whole process took about a month and Josh was wonderful to work with. Bookman & Son Fine Jewelry exceeded my expectations! My husband had heard about them on a radio station and kept saying that we needed to visit to see about getting my 25th wedding anniversary band made there since there were such good reviews. We took the hour and 45 minute drive We visited on December 29 and they gave us an exact quote and drew a picture of the design that I wanted made. They told us it would be done in 2-3 weeks. This was over the holidays so I was a bit skeptical of the time frame. They did not disappoint! The ring is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Both Josh and his father were personable and wonderful to deal with. And they were $800 less than a local jeweler I had checked with previously had quoted and gave an exact price the day I dropped it off. Definitely worth the drive!

Therefore I was interested if his anti-jewelry store claims were accurate or just a gimmick to get people in the door for the old bait and switch.Bookman & Son was the first store we went to and I was surprised that Josh himself was standing behind the glass display cases to greet us. Usually the face of the advertisement and business isnt who you are dealing with. We looked at different diamonds and my fiancee already knew what setting style she wanted. Being the way I am, I had already done a lot of research of diamonds online before I went because I wanted to know what the market was, what I should expect to pay, but most importantly for me, to sound educated about what I was potentially purchasing.I was up front with a wide and general range for a budget as I hadnt honed in on what exactly I wanted to spend yet. Josh showed me options from both ranges of my budget, never once tried to up sell me and his prices were right in line with what I observed in the market. Actually, Josh never brought up price unless I specifically asked. My fiancee and I were able to pin down a diamond size with the exact specs we wanted and know generally what it would cost us. I explained to Josh we were only looking at the moment and wanted to weigh out our options. This is where a normal jewelry store experience goes horribly wrong if it hasnt already. Josh didnt pressure me to buy anything at all before walking out. All he did the entire experience is make me feel like a valued potential customer. He actually listened to us.After that, I continued to do my research on diamonds. I went to the big name online diamond sources and Joshs prices were actually very competitive to these prices if not better. Not to mention their prices are so over marked its not even funny. Sure, you might haggle with them for a better price, but why dont they just be up front with their best price from the get go? The experience was truly different and unique at Bookman & Son.When I was ready to purchase the ring 6 months later, I sent an email to Josh with the specs I was looking for in the diamond, the exact setting and a much more specific and targeted budget based on my research of the market. But I also told him that I needed the ring in a little less than a week. I expect a lot from someone who Im going to give a substantial amount of money and even I knew I was giving him a tall demanding order.He asked me to come in the next day though and hed have stones for me to look at. I went in as planned and he had 4 diamonds for me to examine as well as the exact setting I specified. He gave me a bottom line best offer on each diamond and every price was more than reasonable for the specs they each had. I chose my diamond, paid for it and it was set and ready for me the next day.The proposal went off without a hitch, the ring is exquisite and my fiancee couldnt be happier with it. Most importantly, my experience with Josh and Bookman & Son was everything it was advertised to be and was truly as hassle free, enjoyable and unique experience. We recently went back to complete the set by purchasing the second wedding band and having it all soldered together. The customer service is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive jewelry shopping experience. There is no pressure to purchase, they are respectful of the price you are willing to spend and they are willing to answer any and all questions. Josh even went out of his way to mail my finished set priority mail next day shipping because we live about an hour and a half from the store. Absolutely spectacular customer service! I recently caught my hand in a door, damaging my wedding ring. The settings were bent and three diamonds fell out! I was horrified. Although I found all of the diamonds, I was scared of how much it would cost to repair. Despite the extra drive from my house I decided to take it back to Bookman and Son because that’s where we purchased it from. Completely blown away when they said they could do the repairs for free! That’s right, FREE! I couldn’t believe it! So generous and kind! To top it off, the work was completed in just one day! Thank you Bookman and Son for making a stressful event completely painless!

After a few minutes, I asked him a few questions about a possible Christmas gift for my wife. Josh took the time to answer all my questions. I returned a couple days later with a picture that I found of what I was looking for him to price out for me. Unfortunately Josh did not have the specific item in stock, but told me that he would have one made and the approximate cost of the item. The key thing was Josh told me that I was NOT committed to buy the item if it did not meet my expectations at the cost quoted. Josh sent me a 3D drawing of my item, it was exactly what I was looking for. A few weeks later the item was finished for me to see. The finished gift far exceeded my expectations, and the best part, the final price was lower than what I had budgeted and lower than the original cost quoted. Starting out I had an idea of what I was looking for in an engagement ring, but Josh filled me in and showed me the small differences in details that I would not have thought of or even considered. He took the time to show and explain what to look for, something other stores I went to did not do, which brought me back. Over 10 years ago I bought an engagement ring from Josh, which was a great experience. I haven’t stopped in the store in probably 7-8 years. I walked in with a mask on and he greeted me by first name. I was looking for a piece for my wife in memory of her mom passing. He provided something perfect. About a month later, I wanted to upgrade something for myself, which he had great options for and he was able to order exactly what I was looking for. When I went to pick it up, we sat and talked a little about life, family and the blessing of parenting. It was a meaningful interaction in a bizarre year.As a business, Bookman & Son has incredible jewelry at very fair prices. I’ve always been amazed at so many beautiful options. As a person, you’re not going to find more genuine and honest person in the business than Josh. We went into Bookman and talked with Josh about a vision my fiancé and I had about customizing my grandma’s wedding band to match an existing ring design that is important to us. I dont even know where to begin to describe my wonderful experiences with Josh and Bookman and Sons! I was looking for a setting for a diamond engagement ring because I didnt want to fiddle with having two rings once I got married. I had an idea of what I wanted and had looked at many other places with no success. Bookman and Sons had exactly what I wanted, and Im not just referring to the setting! Josh was a pleasure to work with, giving his opinion when asked and not pressuring me to buy anything. The communication regarding the custom setting I chose was timely and accurate. My ring turned out beautifully! Someone from Sothebys looked at it and said it was some of the most beautiful gold work she had ever seen! That was in 2016. 10 stars if I could! Josh didn’t hesitate to help me with a ring we purchased in another state. A stone fell out of the setting twice. After repairing it once, he worked directly with the manufacturer to have it remade. The way he handled the situation made me realize he truly cares about his craft and his business, which is something too rare these days. An absolute professional. Our community is lucky to have this alternative to large, cold, big box stores; as I’m sure my experience would not have been the same there. Thank you, Josh!
Josh was great when helping me choose a diamond for an engagement band setting, taking the time to explain the different options that would fit and why. He also broke down which diamond would look largest and which diamond was the best value. He did not even push for the most expensive option. We later went back to Josh to have the engagement band altered slightly so the wedding band would fit a little more flush to the engagement band and josh took care of us at no cost. Great experience and we will be returning in the future.
I listen to ESPN radio and heard about Bookman and Sons on there. Drove over 60 miles to reach them and I would have drove double that if I had to. Josh and his team are excellent. After hearing their name on 850am WKNR many times, we finally had a reason to use Bookmans for a small ring project. I had taken good care of my high school ring since 1978 and wanted to pass it on to my son who is attending the same school.I had the ring re-sized, polished, re-engraved with both of our initials and had the #2 engraved on the each side of the mounting for his grad year. I was interested in buying a 14K solid rose gold bangle bracelet that matched a yellow gold one I had bought years ago, but was having absolutely no luck with other independent fine jewelers in the area. Only two weeks before Christmas, we asked Josh Bookman whether it was possible, and he called within 24 hours to say it was not only possible, but that he could have it hand-made for me and it would be ready for Christmas. My wife bought my wedding band from them and I had them customize my her engagement ring with my own stones and I couldnt have been more happy with the outcome. Everything ended up looking spectacular, they were happy to make any sizing adjustments and the ring(s) were done so quickly, we couldnt believe it. I listen to ESPN radio everyday and always here commercials about Bookman & Sons. Decided that this would be the place I would go to purchase my engagement ring for my girlfriend. Best decision I ever made going with Josh. He was awesome told him the price range I wanted to be within and was able to pick out an amazing ring. I highly suggest going to see Josh for any jewelry needs. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
We have been married a long time and my original band finally wore out and broke. I did a temporary setting for a few years, but hated it. We took all of my original bands and an Anniversary band up to Josh. He looked at them and suggested a few engagement bands for my diamond and said he could re-work my original wrap with my Anni band. Turning it all from yellow gold to white gold. I was getting impatient and he told me to wait because it would be worth it. He was so correct. I absolutely love what they did with all of the pieces, including the sweet engagement band he suggested. There is a beautiful inner crown of diamonds just under the princess like setting. I will never go to another jeweler. Thank you Josh, I thought this was how to review your business but I dont see the star rating info. I would give them 10 stars and a big hug!
Weve had several very positive experiences with Bookman & Son, most recently the design and creation of a ring. With Josh, there is never any pressure. He listened closely to my ideas, made suggestions, then went to work creating my perfect ring. Bookman & Son was fantastic to work with, when picking out an engagement ring. The first time I came to the store, all I was looking for was knowledge about designs and the different ratings for diamonds. They educated me, and never provided any pressure to move forward. I came back the following, and they were very patient as we reviewed all the bands I was interested in, and helped to pick out a center stone. My fiancee loved the final design! It was a little big, and they were quick to help her get it properly resized. I would definitely recommend Bookman & Son!
My wife and I learned about Bookman and Sons because we could view their window display while heading into a nearby restaurant. We worked with Bookman and Son to create a custom engagement ring and wedding band using our grandmothers diamonds. The rings turned out better than we could have imagined.I am sure we could have had this done anywhere, however, the professionalism and compassion we received while trying on rings and creating these pieces was top notch.We will not go anywhere else for jewelry. I would highly recommend Bookman and Son to anyone. If you want to have a great ring shopping experience. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was just another customer buying a ring which is important when you are buying a pricey item like this. Josh was great!! I came into the store with a few ideas of an engagement ring I wanted to purchase. After a first visit, I exchanged a few emails with Josh about some potential design variations he introduced to me in store. The best part, after asking him if he had any rings similar to one I had shown him, he ordered it to bring into the store for a zero-obligation look! I recently decided to surprise and present my Wife with a significant piece of jewelry for our 53rd Anniversary. On the strength of ESPN Cleveland advertising, I emailed Josh at Bookman and Sons and began a dialogue regarding type of jewelry, price points, options etc... My dilemma was I had just had a complete knee replacement and would be immobile for several weeks.Josh was so understanding and helpful, giving me confidence that when I could get there, we could work something out.I was finally able to go there in person, and was met with the most professional yet relaxed and not pushy person I have ever encountered when contemplating a major purchase. He was so knowledgeable, and informative. I made a significant purchase, actually paying less than I thought I would have to, and was/am completely satisfied.Actually my bride wanted a slight adjustment, and after a quick email we returned, and the adjustment was made to both her and my delight!I live in Olmsted Falls, and drove 35 minutes to get there. My wife, Erin and I recently celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary. We both are celebrating our second marriages and knew that we might never make the FIFTY YEAR Anniversary so we thought wed make each one of them count like it was our 50th. Why wait when you can celebrate your love? So we decided to buy matching rings for our right hands. Easy, right? Well, Erin has extremely small fingers but that wasnt a problem for Josh. He not only found us something much better than we were seeking, but more economical and best of all, even more meaningful because he championed our cause, and made our dream a beautiful realization. He did lie, though. He said we should get use to the new rings on our fingers in a few days. WRONG! They fit and felt like theyve always been there from the time we slipped them on. Thank you, Josh. As I started my search for jewelers, I heard about Bookman & Son from local sports talk radio ads and I decided to give it a try. I brought my now fiancé in with me to see what she liked and to try some rings on. We dealt directly with Josh and he couldnt have been nicer. As a couple in our mid twenties Josh started by giving us a quick lesson on the different rings, cuts and grades of the diamonds, etc. Josh was so patient with us and didnt try to push us on any particular ring. Once I knew what ring to get..We had a month before we were going to Jamaica (where I planned to propose) and Josh did what he had to get the ring ready for me. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience we had with Bookman & Son. I will be going to Josh for all of our future jewelry purchases.

My experience with Josh and his family at Bookman and Sons was exceptional. I went in to revise my original ring setting, and he worked with me to create the perfect ring customized to my taste. I wanted to incorporate rubies into my ring. Josh went through many different designs and configurations until we found the perfect halo shape around my solitaire diamond. When I picked up my ring, I was shaking my excitement. It was absolutely gorgeous. My expectations were surpassed. The best jewelry store in Northeast Ohio. Josh really makes you feel important when you walk into the store, no matter what price range you fall into. He helped my fiancee and I find the perfect wedding bands, and prior to that, he helped me find the perfect engagement ring. Many other jewelry stores make you feel like a random number when you walk through the door. Josh makes you feel like family. Ill be going to Josh for all of my future jewelry purchases. My experience at Bookman has been nothing short of amazing. Josh was incredibly easy to work with and you can tell he truly cares about his clients. When I first bought the ring I was asked if I had a deadline I needed it by. I said I did not have a deadline at that time, but fast forward a few weeks and I decided I did in fact have a deadline. Josh worked hard to ensure he met my deadline despite me changing my mind. Amazing customer service all the way to Texas! Being a long time WKNR listener, Ive heard nothing but great things about Josh, so when the chain on my sons cross broke I didnt hesitate to contact him about a new one.Josh responded almost immediately and despite the chain not being a high priced item, he took care of us with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Thankful that even though this ring was not from Bookman & Son, Josh and his dad made sure to take care of my request(s) and exceeded my expectations. 2022-06-25Bookman & Son Fine Jewelry is a classy, inviting store. Josh Bookman is friendly and welcoming, but not intrusive. He let us make our own decisions and answered all of our questions perfectly. We bought my wedding ring and engagement ring there. They are so beautiful. He has a wide variety of rings, and we looked at all of them slowly and carefully, never feeling rushed. The rings arrived in a timely manner. He even offered to polish my engagement ring before the big day to make it sparkle. I cant wait to go back and shop there again. I highly recommend this jewelry store above all others. I visited several others, and I found this store fit my needs the best. Josh made the shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. The jewelry is of high quality and displayed lovely.

2022-02-16Josh is absolutely amazing! He and his staff are very knowledgeable. I splurged and bought myself two rings. I wanted to be able to stack them and wear them separately. He and his staff helped me find the perfect rings. They even suggested one ring that was more in my budget, but because of their honesty and the quality, I went with a more expensive ring. I felt NO pressure whatsoever to purchase the more expensive ring. My experience was amazing and I will never go to another jeweler. Customer service and quality of jewelry are superior.

2021-12-31Working with Josh Bookman was a truly amazing experience. I started my engagement ring shopping with Bookman because I had heard so many good things on the radio. All of those things were confirmed. He was exceptionally professional and although other guests came and went throughout my shopping experience I never felt as though I was not his priority and I felt the other guests would agree. Josh was able to delicately and deliberately ascertain what my budget was and my goals for the piece I wanted. I was able to tell Josh what I wanted and he was able to assemble a unique ring that was just what I wanted. She has gotten countless compliments in the few days she has had it on the sparkle and flash. In every way this was an excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone. 2022-02-17Our experience with Bookman & Son was nothing short of amazing! We were referred by my mom and stepdad, who had a gorgeous ring made by Josh last year. We showed him a picture of an engagement ring we liked that was only available through a west coast retailer or online. Their warranty would have required us to mail the ring away every year for inspection, which just didn’t feel right. Working with a family owned local business was much more comforting, so we took the concept to Josh to see if he could help! There was no pressure, and Josh’s customer service was fantastic. He was able to design a much higher quality ring for us that was within our budget and was completed within our extremely tight deadline. The ring is absolutely stunning and even better than we imagined! Josh made our engagement dreams a reality and we look forward to designing my wedding band with him as well! Thank you, Josh!

I worked with Josh Bookman for a year and a half on finding the perfect engagement ring. We ended up customizing it ourselves quite a lot! He was flexible, patient, and kind. 2021-11-30Asking that perfect person to be by your side for the rest of your lives is going to be the most important question you will ever be faced to ask. At least for me it was, i knew i wanted to support the small business and shop locally so when i ask around the only response I received was Bookman & son. Having josh walk me through every option on what’s available was amazing. Never once asked how much money i wanted to spend or pushing me towards the most expensive rings that they had. Instead he asked what are my fiancé and I like, what’s our hobbies, and made me feel like he really cared about making me feel comfortable. Josh went above and beyond for me, and blew me away with the option of building a ring. When he asked when i was proposing, i gave him the date when i needed to pick up the ring and he made it happen. Two days before we leave for Mexico he reached out to me on his personal cell number to let me know everything was ready. Now that I’m finished with my rant about me, stop looking for a jeweler, stop looking for discounts online. 2022-07-13Doesnt get much better than Josh and the crew at Bookman and Son! I live almost 2 hours away from their shop, but I worked with Josh over email and text for 6 months, designing the perfect ring for my fiance. He made me 3d video designs, made any changes I wanted and would make a new video for every change! I bought the ring we designed without even stepping into the store. I made the drive up there to pick it up, and Josh was awesome. Im currently with him to design my ring as well!!
