Bonefish Grill in other cities:
We had really wonderful service here this evening. I was easily able to call ahead for patio seating and our table was all set up for us. The food was good and the kids menu has a decent variety. Called ahead for patio seating and received good service. The restaurant itself was packed, but the heated patio was nice and empty.
I visited the restaurant last night with my partner to which we should have left. We sat waiting for 20 minutes for a waiter/waitress to acknowledge our presence. We werent provided water or anything else. As we were about to leave a waitress came up to our table and asked if we were seen and we told her no. A few mins later a waiter then introduced himself and informed us that he would be taking care of us. He did not apologize for having us wait for that length of time, as he saw us waiting while he served others near our table. As we ate we felt harassed and rushed as if we were not welcomed. While sitting at the table after paying our bill he literally came to our table and backed out doggie bag and it was then I told him were not ready to leave. Not visiting again.
What is going on Bonefish Westlake? My husband and I had a horrible experience on Saturday night June 11, 2022 at 5:45 pm. We were seated at our reservation time only to wait and wait for the server to come over to us. I know she was serving a big party but why were 3 or 4 servers standing near the bar? I believe anyone of them could have come over to us and at least take a drink order. We waited a long time for our food to come and both of us commented that all the food was either cold or no cooked right. We have been driving to Bonefish Westlake from Willoughby Ohio for a long time, but we truly could get cold French fries at McDonalds in Willoughby, Ohio.Ohio
Nice restaurant with a decent selection of gluten free options. They will make things omitting an ingredient if they can. The cocktails were okay, but I thought they were on the weak side for the price. The service was friendly and welcoming. They had plenty to parking available including handicap accessible. The seating area and restrooms were clean and well stocked. They have a separate bar area and also a room for larger events/ parties.
The bang bang shrimp appetizer was really tasty and it was an ample serving. The pecan parmesan crusted rainbow trout was really good as well. The bar area was large, yet it felt cozy due to the lighting. We plan on sitting there next time. Due to its location in Crocker Park, there are plenty of areas for parking, which is a plus.
Not satisfied, nor was the rest of the party that I was with! Order an Ceasars Salad but I only received just lettuce and the dressing. No cheese nor croutons. I asked for the Ceasars salad to have no Ceasars dressing and to substitute for a different dressing. Then the main course did not have any seasonings. For the price not worth it.
Came for lunch. We were seated immediately and soon greeted by our waiter, George. He was very pleasant from the start. You start with bread (which comes out warm) and a balsamic? olive oil. I got the sangria (amazing) and we ordered the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. It has the perfect amount of kick to it without being too spicy. Then we both chose the steak and crabcake. The steak was cooked to medium rare perfection, the potatoes were delicious, and the broccoli was cooked to perfect. The crabcake is scrumptious with or without the sauce it comes with. Price is very reasonable for the quality of food. Amazing first time and will definitely be back.
Its one of my wifes favorite places to eat. We had a great time and great food. Perfect for our anniversary.Server, this time was sub-par. Table next to us had a stellar waitress, so it made our normally ok server just look bad. Other than that, the food was still great. Also didnt ask this time if we were there for a special occasion.
I have always enjoyed this location, however, this past Sunday was not a very good experience. My Server was also the Bartender and she was not very pleasant. She barely spoke to me and she was snippy with her responses to my questions. There was Noone else at the bar and I realize they had other things to do but I felt like my visit was an annoyance. To make matters worse my steak dinner was well done and I ordered medium rare...she had nothing to say but just took my plate back. With that said...I told her not to reorder for me...I paid for my drinks and the soup I had. I will visit again but I hope its a more pleasant server like it usually is.Otherwise, the food here is always excellent! The Chilean Sea Bass is incredible!!! Great drinks and Meiomi.
Last night we visited for the first time to celebrate my boyfriends 24th birthday. The food was good but service kind of ruined our first experience. Our server Cynthia was very attentive but she gave off huge sales person vibes and was very pushy for us to add things to our check. Im a bartender so I understand making suggestions and upselling but theres a way to balance it to not make people feel uncomfortable. The entire dinner she knew it was my boyfriends birthday but asked us if we wanted to get dessert rather than offer the restaurants birthday dessert. We got our checks which was $250 for 4 people and I had to ask her if they did anything for birthdays. She then said Oh we have a birthday cheesecake we could do then she left came back after cashing us out and looked my boyfriend in the eyes and said Soooo is it really your birthday? Soooo rude. Made us feel like we were trying to steal a free dessert when clearly we just spent so much & could of easily just bought dessert. The comment ended our experience poorly.
Visited for the first time to use a gift card we have had forever, not sure why we waited so long this place was fantastic! We opted to sit at a high top in the bar area to avoid the hour wait. It was still a nice quiet atmosphere for date night and our server was attentive and friendly. Our drinks were made perfectly, I especially loved the white sangria. The mussels appetizer was unique, flavorful and fresh. I had a salmon special and my husband had surf and turf, both entrees were nice portions and cooked perfectly.
Tonight I had the pleasure of receiving excellent service from Ryan at the bar. Friendly atmosphere, with phenomenal seafood, catered to your liking with different choices of sauces to choose from. Daily specials. I had the shrimp and Mahi Mahi and the house salad. All were fantastic, plus the broccoli and coleslaw. Both prepared to my liking. Highly Recommended!!
Food was great but the manager was greater. Liz somehow became our waitress just from coming by to check on us. She went above and beyond by offering us a host of options and even honored my birthday but bringing me not one dessert but a plate full of different desserts. I’m glad I chose to come here for dinner on my birthday, I had such a great experience. Liz made it alllll worth it, thank you girl!!!! 😊 #happybirthdaygal
Went here with my family, who were visiting from out of town, for dinner. Our server was great when he was actually there, but I wish he had checked back us to see if we needed anything else after our meals arrived. The blackened salmon was delicious but the lobster tails were barely flavored.
Bonefish grill was INCREDIBLE!! They practice VERY good social distancing. My gf and I went for my birthday that we celebrated on 9/12. Our table was ready rite away. The food was soooooo delicious and our waitress Asia.....she was very sweet and 100% professional/friendly :) The entire dining experience wasnt anything short of great!! We highly recommend bonefish grill to everyone!! You wont be disappointed!!!
This is a nice place to eat. My husband and I have been going there for 4 years on New Years Eve. The food is good and the service is excellent. I really have no complaints other than the menu is the same and its a small menu. This is not necessarily bad, I cant stand a menu thats a book. Personally I think its time for someplace different for me. Try this place. Its reasonably priced and good atmosphere.
If you like seafood then youll love bonefish such a variety of items and unique recipes I think no matter your taste youll find a new favorite here. Friendly staff, they offer pickup, dine in and curbside pickup. Phone ahead or order and wait for is ready in no time. They also have a great variety of specialty drinks to die for. There also is a happy hour with $5 drink specials. They have daily and weekly specials. I just wish the limited time Friday only Anglers Catch was a permanent item. The only negative thing I could say is dont expect too much coleslaw with your order.
A very nice experience. Arrived a little before 6 pm. Happy hour was available for some drinks. 4 of us ordered different dinners. All were excellent. Their bread is always good. Krista was our server and was very attentive. We each had an Around the Town coupon. They honored both couples coupon. The price was reasonable anyway and extremely reasonable after the discount. The place wasnt packed but still busy. Drinks were good also. I asked for the manager just to tell her that we all enjoyed our experience. Easy to give them 5 stars!
I had the best time at bonefish. Our server Daisy was on top of everything. It was my wifes first time out in along time and she left laughing and very satisfied. The restaurant was completely booked and it impressed me that the manager Matt still made time to check on us. Over all it was a great experience and we will be back. Thanks Daisy and Matt for making our evening wonderful!!!!
Food and service excellent.Samantha was our waitperson. She was excellent!!We both had cedar planked trout with jasmine rice and sauteed spinach. This is not a Michelin star restaurant. But we were very happy with the experience. If all Bonefish Grills are like this one, we will be long time customers. The salads are also fresh and crisp!
We had a party of 25 for Christmas Eve lunch. The manager was accommodating every step of the way with our group. Service was amazing. The food was delicious with no complaints from any in our party ( this has never happened in all the years of eating out on Christmas Eve) I can not speak more highly of our time at Bonefish. We will be back!
I went there with my family for lunch today. The portion was extremely small, the food was not good (except the bread), and the customer service was not good as we expect. By the way, the food is not cheap. Overall the experience was not worth it. We will not come back
Stopped here on a whim on Labor Day weekend and ordered the bang shrimp appetizer to go for lunch. My order was done in about 10 min. Never disappointed in this dish. It was prepared exactly as Ive ordered it dine in. Host was professional and pleasant. So much better than the drive thru. Made me feel privileged.
Stopped by for a dinner before a show. Luckily, they emailed me a 20% off coupon this morning. I ordered the grilled shrimp and scallops with mango sauce. The sides of green beans and Au gratin potatoes were generous. The service was wonderful. The manager visited the tables just checking. A favorite of ours. We will be back again
I had a steak and it very tender, very tasty. Along with that was a crab cake which was hot (spice-y). I couldn’t eat it, which was a waste of food and money. Service was good. Fudge brownie was awesome for dessert! Atmosphere was good but too dark, had terrible reading the menu. Very clean 😁
The service was great but food and presentation was awful for the amount of money we paid to eat there. Looked like a TV dinner and steak tasted weird. I use to love to go there for their seafood and oysters. But they don’t offer any good seafood any more or the oysters. Very disappointing!!
This was, surprisingly, better than expected. I got the lobster gnocchi. There was plenty of seafood - lobster and shrimp, and a nice lobster sauce to stop up with their warm bread.Good value for the price, and more importantly, good flavor. I left content and with a full belly.Id eat here again
My first time at this restaurant was a great experience we had a wonderful server. Steaks were cooked perfectly appetizers were fun and delicious. Drinks were very tasty and well-made. The chocolate creme brulee was different and amazing. The brussel sprouts were the best my mothers ever had.
This was my first experience in Bonefish grill and will definitely be my lastMy sister, 2 friends and I went there for lunch on 14 December. We were first asked if we wanted cocktails and we all said no because we had other things to do after. From the time we said no to cocktails, we were not worth the time of day. We were basically ignored. When we all ordered, my handicapped sister seemed to be totally invisible! As we were obviously not big spenders, they paid little attention to us. They made us all very uncomfortable. To add to that, the fish (especially) and chips were the greasiest I have ever had and my sister was sick that night because of it.A terrible experience. One which I will never repeat. Bad service, bad and overpriced food - not worth the price at all!
Bonefish is on Point!! Their food is amazing; even after bringing it home to eat later ot next day! The steaks are to die for!!! Friendly staff and very attentive; we even had a waitress help heat up my 1 year old daughters store bought food! I came for my birthday dinner and will always choose this place every year! Honestly, only critique would to bright the lights during dinner. Its a littler to dark, but who cares when you have amazing food!
My husband and I stopped in today to have our Valentine’s Day dinner. We had a 7:30 reservation, when we arrived it was packed but everyone was trying to do their best to seat people as soon as they could. We surprisingly did not wait as long as we expected to. Antonio came and found us a table right away, he kept checking in with us, also our waitress Katie was also so amazing. We had the best service ever, even thought it is such a busy night. Antonio and Katie made sure that our night was amazing and that we had the best service possible. They were both soo sooo amazing. Thank you Antonio and Katie for making our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple, a Valentine’s Day to remember.
We really enjoyed our dinner. I had the shrimp and risotto (with coconut and pineapple). Also on the plate were several spears of asperagus tempura - it was very tasty! We had a birthday in our group and the complimentary slice of cheesecake was a nice surprise. Definitely will be back again!!
Tasty food with lots of flavor! We ordered main dishes off the special menu and got our favorite bang bang shrimp. There was 2 of us so we had lots of leftovers for later!Practicing social distancing well, though I wished they didnt place us at a booth next to other people who kept getting up without their masks.
We’ve been multiples times, just my wife and I, and also for some larger groups where we’ve rented the back room, which was really great. The chef was extremely accommodating to some food sensitivities around gluten and diary for us, and jump thru a lot of hoops to really help tailor some menu items to help. We have really enjoyed every experience we’ve had and have been many times in the last year or two. If you go, you have to get the Bang Bang Shrimp. And when you, you’ll get one to go too.
I loved the service I got from a hostess named Ariel. She was very kind and had generous. She gave good recommendations on what is good. Along with the rest of the staff so kind. Will definitely be going back and Im going to tell everyone I know about this fantastic restaurant and the wonderful people who work there.
This is one wonderful restaurant! Matt is the best manager ever ! He cares for the people ! Thank you Daryl our waiter who was great for sure ! Also Thanks to the tall guy who helped us with the door , its hard to get my M.S. friend in and out of buildings ! Its really nice to feel welcome ! And the Food is amazing ! Try that Ribeye wow !
We love the food there and go back about once a month. Service is excellent. Parking isnt good. The shoppers use the restaurant parking lot to park, so even if their parking lot if full the restaurant may not be busy. Gourmet food and a lot of sea food. Be sure and try the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer
Our first time stopping by this great restaurant. my beautiful daughter took me here just because... on a sunday it was just so pleasant seems we came in into we seat at the table, the drink I did have was a I believe a blueberry sangria it was just delicious never had it...but it was great..is adversely that the bartender know exactly what his doing delicious...and the bread with that delicious olive oil with some mix like oregano..hey Im latina so we could taste and notice flavors..I believe thats what it was. anyway the food was just great ours shrimp appetizer Omg...🥰🤦♀️ and dinner plates and our coconut pie cake great food this place for some people might be a little bit pricey but sometimes to have a delicious meal you do need to pay a little. well we do..but thats our opinion.thank you to the waitress sorry cant remember her name but this was on the 9/29/19 she was awesome.. great job. And to us we will be stopping by over again..😊
Saturday evening about 8:00, after a day of sitting in a conference, Bone Fish was a comfortable dining experience. We ordered the 49.00 special with BangBang Shrimp, Two Caesar Salads, three sides, and four different seafood samples. Perfect for a late night meal. Fresh bread is always good here. The young manager was very attentive and delivered cold water to our table with a bonus card for our next visit. We will be back tomorrow evening as we finish our conference weekend and head back home... Thank you BF staff
I honestly dont know how this place has 4.5 stars. I ordered the grilled scallops and shrimp and the only thing you could taste was burnt char. Thats the best I could describe it. The shrimp was just barely ok, but the scallops were horrible... Bland, not seasoned, burnt. This being said, the manager did take the meal off of our bill, which was appreciated, but I wouldve rather had a good meal.
Had the fish fry. Came with a thimble full of coleslaw and fries. I didnt want to make a scene but I did express the fact that the fish was saturated in oil. My waitress saw the oil drenched batter coating that was peeled off the fish and left on the plate but was not fazed. Wont be going back.
Reservations made and a hour drive for my birthday dinner. Food was fantastic but unfortunately had been sat a a booth right next to the kitchen, so hearing the kitchens music (Areosmiths Dream On) and the music for diners clashing kind of stunk. Also, the wait staff were hanging by our booth since the kitchen was right there and got to hear all their gossip and gripes. Food=great, atmosphere not so much
Overall, mediocre food. Decent service though there was confusion about calling ahead for seating or just walking in. The website recommended walking in but when we arrived, they told us they were not taking walk ins. Over the years (5 to 10), the quality of the food has decreased but it may have been the location. The ahi tuna was a bit overdone, the chicken was dry, the crab covered cod was bland, and the plates had a lot of space.
Please please try to bang bang shrimp outstanding . Excellent teamwork and service. I also got a sirloin steak I asked for it medium well but it was prepared well done. I explain to the manager what the issue was he immediately make sure that I had a steak prepared to my liking. When I went the crowd was very small so Im not sure what the service would be like if it was a high volume of people there.
Excellent food but unfortunately the service is lacking, our server had a whatever altitude, and we had to ask for the same things on multiple occasions. The manager was picking and choosing what tables to check up on, which was very weird, I was looking forward to speaking to him after paying the bill, but he was no where to be found. For future will consider this place for takeout only, the service is not impressive at all, will definitely go back to the independence,OH location as service is considerably better.
Its okay. However 4 of the 8 dinner orders were wrong. We decided to let it go but we will call management tomorrow. We still tipped generously, and made it a fun time. Bonefish is on the pricy side for what you get but the food was above average just not a great experience this time.
Small flavorless mussels, salmon was chewy and smelled fishy, and the asparagus was woody and tough. Just plain awful. The manager was understanding and did not charge for most of the meal, but didnt make up for a terrible dinner on a Saturday night. Not the quality expected at Bonefish.
Went for a nice date night, and it was absolutely incredible! PS: Maree is an amazing server. :)The Spicy Shrimp appetizer is to die for (its not too spicy) and the bread & pesto is equally as delicious. The Atlantic Salmon dish is very good and the white sangria is perfect!Definitely recommend!! Just be ready to spend a bit of money. It is worth it!
I feel the waitresses even didn’t want to service us. My husband special dish was horrible. When we check out, the waitress seen my husband dish still has a lot of food and didn’t ask any question about that. When I asked, she told me she will ask the kitchen and the the manager. She disappear after that. When we left I saw her show up through the window. Never come back again.
Just ok. Steaks were prepared well, but not allot of taste. Spinach, soggy and tasteless. Coleslaw needed more dressing. Salad was wilted and hanging over plate when served. Dessert cream topping must have been sugar free, tasteless. Service, could be better. Free gift card, glad I didnt pay for it with my money. No rush to return.
Crocker Park Bonefish Grill is in the perfect location for a day of shopping & moviegoing at Regal Cinemas. Then finishing the day here at happy hour or having dinner.Yummy seafood menu, and depending on the day, some amazing specials. Especially on Monday & Tuesday. Go to the website & sign up for the mailing list of specials. Doing so is worthwhile. Trust me.The waitstaff & management genuinely want you to have the best possible experience. And they go to whatever lengths neccessary to make that happen.A rare find, Bonefish has an outside covered patio. Granted, it has no view to speak of. It looks onto a parking lot. But on a warm day we find it delightful to dine alfresco. Big screen sports TV & firepit, optional.
The BEST grilled fish around! With an impressive progressive wine list, a vast selection of hand-crafted martinis, and the delicious Bang Bang Shrimp Starter, youll be sure to fall in love after the first sip or bite! Be sure to check out the new addition to Crocker Park, where youll feel at home thanks to the dedicated, friendly staff!
Stopped at Bonefish for lunch today after wanting to try it for months. Its very convient that they leave a eater jug at the table since I am a water guzzler when i eat!We tried the daily special caprese shrimp dip and were not dissapointed! The cherry tomatos were roasted perfectly and the shrimp was flavorful and juicy!I had the risotto del Mar. Slightly strong on the lemon flavor on my first bite, but after that wonderful! The combination of tomato, red onion, scallops and shrimp was great! The risotto was very creamy!!My husband had the chicken masala. The mashed potatoes with it were wonderful! The chicken had a few more mushrooms than he would have liked but hes picky lolOverall, it was great! Manager Liz came over to talk to us and was a wonderfully polite lady! Will definitely be back again soond
Food was disgusting. Edible but disgusting, especially for the price I was super disappointed in the flavor of the food. I could have gone to McDonalds if I wanted that level of service and food. Spent almost 100$ to eat nasty food service was not really on top of it either. This was my anniversary and it was bad.
We mistakenly came here thinking this was a seafood restaurant. It is not a seafood restaurant. Their main business is happy hour specials for people whose idea of seafood is fried shrimp smothered in creamy sauce (aka bang bang shrimp). I ordered the daily special — grilled “Norwegian” salmon (in quotes because Norwegian salmon is a meaningless term to suggest it’s wild but without any certification). They served it overcooked and dry. It was truly awful. There is no excuse for a seafood restaurant to serve any fish this dry, much less salmon, which is naturally fatty. When asked by our waiter how everything was, I mentioned that the salmon was dry and overcooked. He said I should’ve said something sooner. Seriously? When the host/roving manager walked around and asked us how our meal was, I mentioned again that the salmon was dry and overcooked. His reply? “Norwegian salmon is a dry fish.” Even if that’s true, it’s hard to believe a restaurant would actually defend serving overcooked food rather than try to prepare it in a way that has flavor. On our way out, the same manager plus three hostesses could not be bothered to utter a goodbye or thank you as we left.I can accept an off night on the cooking or lackluster staff, but not both. Combined with their apparent pride in serving overcooked and overpriced fish, this place is a no go.
Sunday brunch on 1/1/17Ordered passion fruit mimosi which was fantastic but took 15 minutes to comes and another 5 more minutes for my coke.Server was very kind and sweet but flustered and slow. The hostess on the other hand hated her life and clearly didnt want to be there. Which was obvious by her comment God, why dont they sit at the bar?!Food was a joke, eggs Benedict was over cooked and the potatoes were cold and under cooked yet the plate was really hot.Bang bang shrimp was fantastic though! This isnt my usual place but with the New Years there werent too many opened brunch spots. So we settled.
Waa dimmly lit atmosphere, music was good wasnt slow or depresssing nor old school romantic. Server was ver kind and informative. I got the grilled tuna with bressel sprouts, huge portion of spouts. Fish was delicious, my boy friend got bass also AMAZING. They had bread served with fancy seasoned oil with was different and super good!!!! Will return!!

2022-03-27Our first date night of 2022! We were able to get in and get seated within 5 minutes of arrival, despite not having a reservation, which was a pleasant surprise. Our server, Z, was phenomenal and very attentive throughout our whole dining experience. The peak of the meal was our appetizer: crab fries! There was ample crab and the sauce was delicious. Highly recommend! To drink, we got the Pecan Brown Ale and Coral Reef Punch, which were both amazing. Our entrees fell a bit flat with Beau getting Lily’s Chicken, which was slightly dry and underwhelming. The Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos were good, although more sauce would’ve been preferred. Additionally, seating was a bit cramped, with tables very close together and occasionally bumping into our neighbors a few times throughout the evening. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would make the trip back to try something new!@boandloreviews

2022-04-28Had the best time , the best drinks, the bass was over priced only because it was 35 dollars and it was small but what do I know how much fish should cost but it was cooked amazingly and so was the trout. Waitress was friendly, always came back to check on us. Id recommend and would definitely go there again

2021-12-27This was our first time here and the food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were amazing. I had a Smoked Old Fashioned and I have not enjoyed this drink as much before! The Baja Scallops & Shrimp Scampi is highly recommended. The atmosphere is nice and the service was decent. There is also no charge for sharing a dish with a child.

2021-09-02Omgnesss! The customer service at Bonefish was amazing! My bff was married there and we transfered the party room into a beautiful wedding dinner atmosphere! The staff was amazing! Sara was our point of contact and she did an amazing job! Once we got there, please forgive me, but I think his name was Ryan manager of culinary, and he did an outstanding job! He assisted us with the smallest jobs to the biggest one! He really made it happen! Thank you Bonefish! Also, the waiters and waitresses were amazing and did a fantastic job in getting the food out a timely manner! The only negative issue was Emily at the front desk, her attitude was very nasty and when we asked for water and glasses she huff and puff so loud!!!But, Ryan saved the day! I will do an event over and over at Bonefish! The best ever!!

2021-12-29My parents came here and I’m writing this review on their behalf. Excellent food and service! They ordered the black cod and blackened fish tacos and they were both superb. They also want to commend the manager Matthew for his thoughtful service, leadership and wonderful attitude. Their server Madison was also a delight! And she made great recommendations. They will be bone fish loyalists for life!!!!

2022-04-06Amazing food, great atmosphere and an awesome staff! Bonefish is a great restaurant to check-out next time youre at Crocker. There is a convenient entrance by the Hyatt so you dont have to drive through all of Crocker to get there! The food is great- they brought out a ton of bread for my family and they had some really fun cocktails to try!

2022-01-22There were 8 of us and got seated with no wait. Service was good. Everyone that ordered a fish dinner said it was very good. I ordered the new crispy fried shrimp and it was over cooked but it certainly was crispy.

2022-06-15Outback manager here and I am thoroughly impressed. Host were pleasant, take away employees were welcoming. Manager was kind. Food was delicious. Thank you for a great meal on a blistering hot day.
