Food was good just got cold somewhat quick ,vegetables were a little hard to chew
Well Bob Evans is still decent and a good place to get breakfast. Not much else to say as Ive never eaten anything other than breakfast there. Which holds up pretty good with good eggs, sausage and toast done just right.The blueberry pancakes seem smaller and so does their portions compared to say like 20 years ago, but still big. Holly and neo give it 4 paws. They like Bob Evans :)
Food was hot and good tasting. Had a great waitress who kept the drinks filled and brought whatever we requested after receiving our meal. We eat at Bob Evens in Canton whenever we come to town which is every 6 weeks. We eat there because of the great service and good food we always get. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Had the Farmers Choice for breakfast. Everything was cooked to order. The strawberry crepes were awesome!!
Very small portions. Order was not complete. Ordered banana bread. Wasnt with meal. No bread with the order.was disappointed.

5 star service and food. I was sat quickly, my server took my food order right away and brought my soup and coffee out just a fast.I had barley finished my soup and my meal was out to the table., along with a coffee refill and my check so i could leave once i was done.Great spot for a quick lunch for a service person like myself.I had the Rise and shine breaking, simple and good.
The food is always good but the waitress was rude. She gave me a diet when I asked regular Pepsi, when I asked her if I could get another Pepsi but regular because I thought the one she brought me was diet. She laughed and said she thought I wouldnt notice. I politely told her I cant handle artificial sweeteners, they make me very sick. She then quickly got me a regular Pepsi then grilled me on what I mean when I said artificial sweeteners make me sick. Just a very overall uncomfortable experience.
Second time recently Ive waited 30 minutes after the pick-up time to get a simple to-go order. To make matters worse, I stared at an order on the rack for 20 minutes, only to find out it was my order. So I waited 30 minutes for cold food. They are consistently understaffed and/or very inefficient.
The market fresh salad with strawberries was great!

My sons and I havent been to Bob Evans in a long time but at the last minute, we decided to go there for an evening meal. The carryout line was long, which is to be expected, but we received it quite briefly. they were doing all the right things as far as social distancing so we felt pretty safe. The meal was terrific! My youngest son, 13 years old, ordered a fried shrimp meal and he ate it all, something he rarely does. I had their standard turkey dinner and it was terrific and very satisfying. The other son had a mixed platter of some sort. I dont remember what it was but he enjoyed it well enough. We took home two pumpkin pies in honor of Thanksgiving. Overall it was a really terrific experience and I recommend this particular Bob Evans highly.

Not too busy, service was very good. Food was prepared well and served HOT. Had the coffee been anywhere near as hot as the meal, would have given them 5 stars.

At first it took a pretty long time for the waitress to take our drink order. Luckily she took our whole order at the time. Very friendly and attentive throughout the visit. Not overbearing. Food was great! Very enjoyable visit

Yeah they have this new honey butter chicken its to die for. my kids are hooked on it Ive taken them several times. we usually go here for breakfast but I decided to change it up and we got the honey butter chicken dinner plate it was unbelievable delicious totally recommended .....Toyally Toyally recommended!!!!!🥰😍😘

I love the breakfast here, but I learned tonight to check closing time. My potatoes were done on outside not in middle my frenchtoast was soggy, my scrambled eggs looked like an omelet reject, i asked for cheese i may have gotten a half of half slice.... I tried letting them correct situation but it didnt work.... Waiter seemed rushed guess thats why no refill was asked before he took my dads cup... Found out they closed at 8 so I guess thats why poor service... No manager came by or anything even after sending french toast back second time. FYI paid full bill and left small tip as well... I now know never go there after 7
Dishes and silverware were dirty. They may have been sanitized, but they had caked on food particles. Our server was a little rude. The food was mediocre at best. It reminded of bad cafeteria food. Eggs were overcooked and rubbery, bacon was all cooked stuck together so parts of it were raw, and hash browns were undercooked and oil saturated. They tasted like they were cooked on a griddle that hadnt been cleaned. NOTHING seemed to be cooked with any seasoning in my or my wifes meal.
The last two times we’ve been their we get the same rude waitress , she always acts like helping us is a big task when it’s her job. She lied to us the last time we came about not having Banana bread when my husband asked to get that instead of rolls or biscuits when I went to pay , and I asked when you’d guys get it back they said they had it!!!! Seriously?!?! Is it a big job to get someone that instead of rolls or Biscuits? You guys need to evaluate and train your employees better this isn’t the first time I had an encounter with a rude server or worker..
We asked the waitress for our food right away and got in and out of there very swiftly and it was Saturday morning. Im so impressed that it was that quick. I cant wait to go again. We didnt even wait 2 minutes to get our booth either.

Got the turkey dinner was awesome, service was great and prices were good. I was raised 1 1/2 miles from the first bob even in Rio grande ohio and the food is awesome same sweet smells, I flood with memories when Im In the canton location. The pics on walls are great, sure do miss Bob and steve
The food was fine. The waiter was terrible. We were not even seated when the waiter came and asked us for our drink order. We only had a minute before he came back for our food order. Then he disappeared. When we ask for more coffee he never came back until we got up to go pay for our meals. Then he brought the check and asked if we wanted the coffee to go. The restaurant was not busy so that was not an exvuse. Not cool!

Stopped by couple days ago for that awesome Pot Roast Sandwich, bread grilled to perfection,tender roast. Service nothing less than genuinely top notch.
Isnt handicap friendly at all!! I stood almost five minutes before I went ahead and sat myself down at a table because being a handicap person I could not stand any longer. If I could have brought my wheel chair in I wouldnt have had that problem. But there was no way I could get in with my wheel chair!! After sitting about 8 minutes I got up and got my own menu since I took the first table I came to. After a little over 5 minutes a waitress finally came and took my order. Didnt have to wait long for my meal to come and it was very good. The waitress I had also was very nice and polite.

Very fast cook staff, food was out in about 20 minutes. Waitstaff seemed all very pleasant, happy, and very welcoming. Food was delicious. Very clean. A little on the cooler side, but comfortable. Bathrooms, well the mens atleast, was very clean.

It was not a good experience. Eggs were runny, toast was burnt and pancakes were like rubber and burnt. Manager came and gave us our meals free, but was very disappointed with the food. Usually its pretty good. Waitress was nice, need new cooks!

Service was very slow even though it was not very crowded. We arrived AFTER the morning rush (plenty of open tables). The server took a long time to take our order and never refilled our coffee-to be fair, another server walked by and saw our empty mugs and refilled them for us. When our food arrived, it was lukewarm at best. My biscuits and gravy were cold. It was as though the food was sitting on the counter waiting for the server to come get it. I usually love Bob Evans, but this experience was not great.
Good service, what exactly like I ordered. Syrup was heated, butter provided for French toast and the bacon was crispy. Server pay attention and the manner stopped by, a great experience.
I ordered the premium turkey meal for thanksgiving and it was good. I was disappointed that the turkey was minimal. It was 3 small pieces that were about 1/8th in thick, like 3 small pieces of bacon. Nothing like the picture.
Just ordered 2 carryout salads...Horrible...so disappointed! The summer strawberry salad is supposed to have blue cheese, chicken and pecans...it doesnt...it has cheddar cheese and bacon, no nuts, terrible. The garden salad is nothing but iceberg lettuce.. wont make this mistake again. There are too many good restaurants in this area.
The food was good, service was a little slow being that they had a new item on the menu that the wife ordered. The new 3 meat omelet was good from what she says but could have used more tomatoes in her opinion.

Service was good but the quality of the food has gone down hill since they sold the restaurants. Country Gravy now comes from a can (not good at all) and even after sending them back for being understanding coiked the hash browns were still raw potatoes in the middle. Their lunch and dinner foods might be better but I probably wont find out after the canned gravy and raw potato hash browns experience. I know they used to have really good pies, I hope they didnt try to cheapen those up and ruin them also
As usual, Bob Evens hits a homer with me. Sausage gravy and biscuits are always perfect. Server was on top of everything.
Waited at least 20 minutes after being seated before a waitress showed up. (I was about to just get up and walk out just before she arrived.) My friend and I ordered coffee, and when she returned we each ordered the apple pie, which, according to the menu was supposed to come with a scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce. 10 minutes later she finally shows up with the pie, stating she couldnt find it. When my friend questioned the presentation of the pie, with nothing else, she says Oh, did you want it ala mode? My friend pointed out how it was listed in the menu, and she left and came back with ice cream sans caramel drizzle. Coffee and pie should not take this much time in a restaurant that wasnt even remotely close to being busy. To be fair, Ive never had an experience like this at any Bob Evans before, not even this one. The next time I go out for dessert, it definitely wont be here.
Robert Eváns is a delightful restaurant with delectable breakfast along with filing lunch and dinner options. You will not leave hungry. The staff is pretty friendly and all know the menu options very well. The venue is tidy with plenty of seating to accommodate any size groups. Weekend morning are pretty busy, so get there early if you can. I recommend the Farmers Choice Breakfast with the French Toast.
We regularly eat at Bob Evans locations.. BV, Alliance, Dover, New Philadelphia, Harmont...this store is by far the best location! Always clean, service is so much better, and it’s almost like it’s totally different food. I refuse to go to several of the other locations because the food is always cold, over cooked and the stores are dirty. There seems to always be several managers here and they are actually working!Great job!

Family vacation, we just stopped in once we got into town. Our waiter was the best which made everything worth eating there.
We ordered food to go and they forgot the include the biscuits for biscuits and gravy, no syrup for my French toast, no silverware, napkins... the food itself made me sick. The sausage was burnt and dry and the hash browns were watery. I dont ever want to eat here again. Im not happy with my experience and if I could leave 0 stars I would.
I enjoy the food choices and the quieter environment than is common now. Clean, consisten, excelent service. Also, they are not half as busy as other restaurants nearby, a win for those who chose Bob Evans.
I place carryout orders very often under my husbands bob Evans account, and I am always welcomed in. The one young girl, Rachel, she always seems to check me out when I am in. She is so polite and down to earth and a pleasure to chat with when I’m in. If only all the workers were as friendly as her. She left out my bread - and when I came back in she said she threw in a couple extra rolls for the inconvenience. Rachel really knows how to work with the public & she made sure I left with a smile on my face. A+ for this Bob Evans for hiring this girl! I will be back and hopefully she will be the one to take care of me.
I once thought of Bob Evans as a better than average restaurant, and the prices are reasonable. However, the one on Dressler Rd is not what it once seemed to be! I have visited there a number of times through the years, and I can see that service has gone down hill. Several times lately I have gone there when they were not busy, and I had to stand there and wait awhile for somone to come and seat me! Many of the staff looked at me, but did nothing. Once I was seated, the service was not very good, considering they werent busy. The food was just adequate, not memorable. I am disappointed! What is happening at Bob Evans!
Well it was a special day with my youngest daughter, we decided after shopping to stop and eat. Well we were seated quickly and placed our order fast. We waited a while for our food. I had cold coffe to drink which was gross! When our food finally came out, it wasnt hot either. To top it off, my order was wrong, I asked for onions to be cooked in the hash browns, the waitress brought me out raw onions. After we ate, I couldnt get home fast enough to hit the bathroom, the eggs just ran through me. I think they must of been old! Never again will I eat at a bob Evans!!!!
It was nice, but we got there when they first opened and did not receive our food for about 30 minutes because they were working on take out orders.
We go here often, for some reason it was the worst meal I had here. Eggs were not done, bacon was fatty and not cooked enough. I would normally give it a 5 star but not if it would have been my first time.
Great food. Had the turkey dinner, FANTASTIC. Gianna got a burger and wasnt that impressed. Who goes to Bob Evans and orders a burger? Ill tell you who, a nut, thats who. Use you head, a burger? What else can I say. Cukoo.
They told us it would be 10-15 mins but we waited for 30! The guy that greeted us was very rude to people as we sat and waited for our food. Then they sat us at a dirty table! Thank goodness our waiter was kind bc the food wasnt that great! My daughters pancakes were hard. I ended up just giving her some of mine. After this visit I dont think we will visit this location again.
Good thing Bob Evans isn’t around to see the deterioration of his restaurants. I wanted my eggs poached and they don’t serve them. The waitress said I could have basted eggs which took forever to arrive and were cold. They were accompanied by a small amount of extremely greasy potatoes that were also cold and seemed like they had been sitting around for quite awhile.
I usually like Bob Evans but this one had to be the worst managed. Started by being seated at a table that had not been cleaned yet. My food had cold spots and had to send my biscuit back because the center was still refrigerator cold and instead of a hot replacement biscuit mine was microwaved for a long time. My wife did like her pot pie but thought KFCs pot pie is better. Would not visit that Bob Evans again.
The server Greg was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure our dinner was satisfying. The extra star is for him.
The Bob Evans in Canton, Ohio is a great place to eat. I ate breakfast there, and left feeling very satisfied. The Food was very tasty, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, as I was staying at the Red Roof Inn there. It was a great experience, and if I have the chance to visit again, I will!
You cant go wrong ordering carry out from Bob Evans. We just loved that turkey and roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes, green beans, banana bread and cranberry. This all is making me hungry😀
The waitress who was SUPPOSED to serve us ONLY took our order...she NEVER RETURNED! Other waitresses delivered the food, kept asking if everything was ok? It was very strange...she was NOT on lunch, or break...we kept seeing her serve other people...very TERRIBLE this day...needless to say the waitress who was at our table more, got the tip...PLUS the original waitress ADDED items to the bill which were NOT ORDERED OR RECIEVED...Seems like she was attempting to get a better tip with the adding of items...shame REALLY...her tip would have been more than 20%...just because of our orders...
Lousy service. Had to go to counter to get coffee refill while our waitress walked past and didnt even acknowledge us! Took 20 minutes to even get drinks and 40 minutes for 2 sausage gravy and biscuits! Very displeased and will not come back to this one in Canton. We checked out n didnt even ask how our meal was!

Last couple times I went the coffee was terrible and my potatoes came out burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. The better option if you want breakfast is to just make it at home. Bob Evans is expensive as well so getting sub par food is upsetting.
Good food , nice and hot. Server was friendly and joked around with us. Had a great time there. Nice and clean bathrooms and cashier was so kind. Customers are also friendly.

This place literally took OVER an hour too cook and deliver my food . When I’m staying in the hotel RIGHT behind their Restaurant . They go through door dash , and it took them over an hour to find a hotel room that’s right behind their restaurant & by time they got here my food was cold ! So for anyone staying in any hotels in the area I would highly advise ordering from the Bob evens off of Tusc st !!!
Bob Evans is too pricy for the product and service they offer.Service awful as usual. Either the food sat in the window or was served old, because of the way it looked and tasted. When I asked the server about it, ( wasnt rude or anything to her) she said said Okayyy, what do you want me to do? Then she reached for my plate, picked it up, and said Ill just have them make you another one.The way she handled it and talked to me made me feel very uncomfortable.
My food was well prepared, tasty and hot. Everything was so good I ate there three times during my visit.

My father and I dine at Bob Evans frequently. We went there last night to the rudest waitress Ive had (anywhere) in a long time. Usually the staff is superb, but last night was an awful experience. No one deserves to be treated like we were.
AS close to homemade as you can get. Large, delicious portions at a reasonable price. Clean, friendly atmosphere and great service. My glass or coffee cup is never empty.
The menu here is limited because of covid. The seating areas are clean and well maintained. Our order arrived hot. The coffee here is good and plentiful.

Food that was pictured on the menu was not what came to the table. The menu showed actual pot roast with onions, carrots and other stuff but the actual dish was beef with carrots to the side. It tasted okay but felt it was deceptive to show something different than what was served.

The past 4 times we have been there,they did not have half the items we ordered.our waitress literally came back 5 times to tell my adult granddaughter ,they were out of part of the ingredients for her each of her orders, have no reason to go back.This was one of our favorite places to go, however ever since the new ownership has taken over,the service is still great,but food is NOT.I feel bad for the waitresses.
When my family member and I were seated, the waitress walked away immediately to seat more people. Ok. Then, 5 minutes go by, no-one bothers to even say “We will be with you in just a few.” Three waiters walk by in the course of several minutes and no one even acted as if we were there. Still no drinks. We then left and took our business to Denny’s.
The employees are very friendly and the food is good. My complaint is the wait time between placing my order and receiving my food. This is the 3rd time I have encountered the same issue. The amount of customers in the restaurant doesnt seem to be the problem.
The food is great. Very friendly staff. The price is a little high but not bad. Id your not ready when their ready to take your order then be ready for a wait. I wasnt in a hurry so didnt matter to me.
Didnt understand why the Biscuits were placed on table immediately after placing order. By the time food arrived 10 minutes later. Biscuits were cold! Maybe someone from Bob Evans will follow up with the Answer.

Horrible experience tonight.They brought our food out and are order was completely wrong leaning 2 of my children without any food, no home fries for my order. When they tried to correct my order they still got it wrong. The server clearly didnt have enough training and the manager didnt have a clue. We will never be back, this war by far the worst experience Ive ever had dining out.
Despite telling them I was allergic to onions, there were onions in my dish. The comped the meal and gave me a free dessert, but it did not make up for the severe cramps etc I got from the onions.

When we first came to the North Canton area, this was a great spot. However, the food times got longer and longer and the service seemed they were always stressed out. All the servers are nice I just feel the management is overbearing and not fun to work for. Too bad.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the service was the slowest Ive ever had. Three of our orders were wrong and they were not busy at all. Food took probably twice to three times as long as it should to come out. Probably not going back to this location.
This location is often busy. Friendly staff. Often a wait to be sat during morning rush.
It was good, as usual. A big snowstorm predicted so we brought home their homemade chili and chicken noodle soup. Great deal for $5.
I should not even give this place a star. It should be more a negative 10 stars. 45 minutes to get food. It was cold then the eggs had shells in themail and where like rubber. My wifes french toast was cold. Plus I didnt even get my right order.

Came here during off peak hours ( 3:30 ), slow service and the food was poorly cooked. The chicken was overcooked and dry, broccoli was still cold almost frozen.
Second time in a row they messed up my order. When I called in and asked why BBQ sauce wasnt on my chicken when I ordered a BBQ wildfire chicken salad they told me I have to ask for it witch is total bs. Never going there again.
We visited the Bob Evans at Belden Village. Our Niece and her husband and baby were in town. Connor has a life threatening disease called SMA and has a trach, oxygen and many other things. He needed to have his trach breathing machine plugged in to be charged. Our hostess led us to a table with a wall plug in, moved another table and told us to do what was needed. This was at a non busy time early afternoon but that doesnt matter. Our waitress was very pleasant and even helped us out by snapping our picture for our photo albums. The staffers went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable. Thank you so much. A family at a table close by picked up our check and told the waitress to tell us after they were gone. Thank you

I ordered a chicken pecan cranberry salad. It was worth 2.00 dollars not 9.00. The lettuce was shredded iceberg lettuce barely to cover the bottom of container. It looked like a joke . Almost no lettuce.
I ordered the pot roast dinner and it was very tender a little skimpy w. the mashed potatoes but very tasty and u must try the lemonade cake!!!🎂🎉💝!

The Bob Evans in Beldon Village in North Canton is AWESOME! The staffing is wonderful, its VERY clean, and the service is consistently served at the temperature that its meant to be served.

We love Bob Evans but unfortunately the service is painfully slow. What makes that even worse is that we have multiple little kids who get pretty hangry waiting forever for food.
Had a case of food poisoning at the North Canton Belden Village location when My date and I dined at the Bob Evens restaurant there. We lost our lunches, enough said!
Used to be great but the last 3 times Ive stopped in a Bob Evans it was awful. What Happened to the Wildfire Chicken Salad? Its not close to as good as it used to be.
I love breakfast at Bob Evans! Biscuits and home gravy is my favorite. They always have great servers.
Had a western omlette hardly any cheese very little peppers. Homefries were cold
Lobby was full but quick turn over rate sweet tea did not tadte sweet irdered carry out n my tea was a kid size cup literally order cube hash briwns she gave me shredded but she fixed it quicky bathroom needed clean but service was fast for sunday morning
Ordered Easter dinner over the phone because the website wasnt working. Got there today and they said that they didnt have our order and were out of food. Will NEVER go there again!!!!

Worst place to order carry out in Stark County, waited 25 min. before anyone even came to the carry out cash register and another 10 min. to get my food. When i did get my food it was already cold.
If I could I would give zero stars. We walked in and no one acknowledge us.We waited 10mins and still no one acknowledged us. So I asked can we be seated? Another 5mins and then we left and went to Dannys.
Door dashed roast beef last night for my daughter and I and the following morning we have food poisoning. This is outrageous!
Food was ok. Staff friendly. Wait time to get the food after ordering is way too long. I would not go out of my way to go back again.

I called and placed an order for pickup at 8PM. I was told it would be 10 minutes. I arrived in 11 minutes and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. There were only a handful of people and most were pickup orders.
It wasnt the food...it was the sever..inattentive and OMG slow

The food was not delicious, and when I got there to get my to go order at the time I was told, I had to wait 20 more minutes while the people behind the counter just stood around and said “it won’t be long”. Probably won’t go back.

2022-06-25Its Bob Evans and the food is good... The breakfast servers on the weekend are usually great. Everythings pretty much on par with what Bob Evans food is and only had one bad experience at this one during an evening dinner where we were ignored by our waiter because we asked them to come back as we needed to look at the menu for just a little bit longer.Fast forward to June 2022 and theyre still crushing it with breakfast!!!

2021-11-10Well the server is not paying attention I believe because the food takes more than 20 mins wait at the time she took my order and our appetizer served it to the wrong table then the other table said we didn’t order that, then went to my table and asked if we order this food we said YES! The food tastes good but the server is kinda overwhelmed that we didn’t get a chance to talked or asked her.My experience is just okay I believe they are understaff I don’t know since Bob Evans always busy I guess .

2021-03-30Been going to this Bob’s for years now. It’s gotten absolutely terrible and I’m not going back. The table across from us was dirty the entire time we were there. Took 6 minutes to get our first cup of coffee, and on the second cup when I asked for more cream, the server forgot! Too busy talking to a couple for 5 minutes, no exaggeration. After I asked a second time for more cream, she said that she forgot, but, was good enough to bring me a hot coffee. The slop that I was served obviously sat in the pass for a long while. It was cold, the crumbled sausage was as hard as a rock and the cheese was even cold, not melted. This garbage costs over $10. No butter for the biscuit, but I’ve come to expect that anymore from this place. I must say that the Bob’s in Massillon is %1,000 better and I’ll be taking my business there from now on.

2018-12-09Went with friends. One got the new biscuit bowl. Looked interesting. I got the chicken and noodles. I was presented with a large bowl of chicken and noodles. I thought what a nice size portion. Turns out it was sitting on a large portion of mashed potatoes. It was a bit disappointing.
