Bob Evans in other cities:
Oh my God, where do i begin. Im a huge fan of Bob Evans, but their service has been horrible lately. My pot roast dinner was cold and had RAW onions. Not grilled like the menu calls for. Huge raw onions. The rolls were as hard and as cold as possible. The mac and cheese was apparently microwaved to death. I didnt even know that Bob Evans used microwaves.
The food is great and the portions arent big enough to make you feel guilty. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and well laid out, and the decore is pleasant. Great place to stop for a meal, and wonderfully you can get breakfast all day long. Well be back.
The food was great but I was disappointed that our server was not friendly and seemed bothered by our requests for drinks and our complete order. We didnt let that bother us but its a shame when your patrons are friendly and the service is lacking. Thank you for our meal though!
Website said they have Eggs Benedict, they do not. They have fried eggs on Biscuits with ham, (not Canadian bacon not poached eggs) and were very skimpy with the hollandaise sauce. Hostess seemed irritated that she had to seat people and cash people out both. Not a usual experience at Bob Evans that I have been to in the past.
Awful experience. Had FOUR HAIRS in my food and a very dirty glass for my milk. My wife also had a hair in her egg on her Cobb salad. We were there yesterday September 12, 2021. I would give them a zero of it werent for the manager. She was super nice and didnt make us pay for the food and gave us a loaf of pumpkin bread. I still gave the waitress a $10 tip. Wasnt her fault. They need to address the carelessness and the laziness in the kitchen. Hope they do. Will never go back.
My family and I were promptly greeted by a very polite and professional individual, shown to our seats and before he departed he wished us a good rest of our day and thanked us for choosing Bob Evans. We were then immediately greeted by our waitress who told us her name and asked how all of us were doing. Long story short the Bob Evans in Alliance Ohio is great!!! From the management crew down to the janitor, everyone is clearly on the same team and nobody is left out, shunned or separated by wage, level of advancement, or job title. When everyone is equal, working together and staying focused on the main common goal which is making and keeping the customers happy and returning it truly shows in the quality of the employees, level of service and hands down most importantly the FOOD!!!!!! And with that my friends, head to Bob Evans in Alliance, Ohio for an amazing meal, with amazing people. If thats not enough amazement for you still then wait till you pay your bill. Youll be shocked and claim that a crime was committed because how could you have gotten all that great food backed by first class service for such a cheap price?! No crime my friend just a great restaurant that continually holds itself to the highest of standards and not only meets every one but far exceeds in many aspects. Enjoy your meal!
Nope. Never again. Had to try ordering 3 different entrees before they werent out of it. Long wait for food that I didnt really even want. You run a restaurant and are out of a large portion of your menu.WILL NOT BE RETURNING.2nd review (2stars). If anyone from corporate reads this please replace the paper towel dispenser in the womens bathroom. Dispensers shouldnt have to have directions written on them. Also its disgusting to have to feel around the backside where you cant see to find the turn knob that everyone else has also had to blindly search for with their wet or dirty hands. As for the food, just eat at Heggys. You will get better food and service. After multiple more trips to this place since my last review, nothing has changed. Today we got there at 5 til 8AM and it wasnt even moderately busy. Waitress took our order promptly but our food (for four people) didnt arrive until 8:30 and when it did the waitress brought the check with it. Nothing like telling the customer that you will now ignore them for the rest of their meal. To be fair though, she only brought coffee refills once in the half an hour before the meal so I guess the service was much the same after she brought the check. Also, after she brought our food she had to make 3 trips back to the kitchen because she went there for 3 things and each time only remembered to bring 1 of them back.A year ago this would have been the go to place for breakfast and some dinners. Dinners stopped a long time ago when you couldnt eat here in less than an hour even if you only ordered soup. Now breakfast is going to move also. Food is good but not worth the time or money.Original Review (3 stars) :The food is good and the staff are friendly but the wait is always way longer than it should be. From start to finish you will wait wait wait. Even picking up orders takes forever.
Our food was good and the service was even better. I dont eat at Bob Evans real often, probably two or three times a year, but I always know what to expect and have rarely been dissatisfied with the food or service I have received. Its just one of those places that I know I can count on.
Waited about an hour for our breakfast, which was about 45 minutes longer then they said it would take. Was missing both toast and an additional order of sausage links. If you are going take rake longer because you are short staffed, let The customer know and doluble check The order before delivering it
I ordered to- go from this location today and it was the worst experience! Good was set to be done at 10:01am, got there at 10:10 and tried calling the number because we had chosen curbside pickup. Nobody would answer their phone it just rang and rang and rang, people who were dining in had all of the curbside parking spaces full, and even upon going in for my order it took 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me and then proceed to tell me that the food wasn’t done yet. So we waited until 10:25 and they finally had it ready to go for us. We get home and the food is cold and honestly gross. The pancakes were soggy and the strawberries on them looked rotten, bacon was cold and undercooked… it was just bad. I will not be returning to this location and I suggest you don’t either.
It was fine. Not a stand-out, but food was good, served hot, little wait, service was fine, and overall was acceptable. It may have been a rough day for them and they were tired. It was a half hour til close, so they werent at the top of their game, but nothing was bad or worth mentioning. Ill go there again.
Been in there during the daytime and managers help their employees one night shift its a totally different ball game manager just walking around 45 minutes to get a meal thats already mostly cooked its just too long I hope we solve this problem in alliance Bob Evans is one of the best restaurants I used to eat at this has been going on it needs address that needs fixed thank you for whoever you are
I ordered a family size sausage gravy and biscuits and hashbrown for pickup, waited 45 minutes for them to bring it out. When I got home I found out they didnt give me any biscuits. I called them and they wanted me to come back to get them. I have two small kids and did not want to load them back up . No offer to have them delivered or credit me . Probably will never eat or order anything from them again. PS hashbrowns were burnt also.
Do not go to this location save yourself the wasted money, we’ve tried the to go orders about 3x and it’s always awful, it’s never done on time you will wait at least an extra 30 mins after your arrival time it doesn’t matter if they are busy or not, your order will be cold and most likely missing items, this last time after my husband waited for 30 plus minutes to pick up our food which was 2 meals he asked for a refund and big surprise our food magically appeared at that moment and yes it’s cold because it was sitting in the back I will never go here again! Plus the ranch they put in will my salad was spoiled!
I ordered a $15 chicken lunch to go today. waited 1 hour to receive my meal. Got back to my office that is less than 5 minutes away and the meal was ice cold. Customer were waiting to be seated and to pick up their orders. There was 3 groups waiting to pay for their meals. on lady said Bob Evans just aint what it used to be. I had to agree. This was not the first time at this restaurant that my dining experience was less than stellar.
This last time I came here was probably the best time in my life at Bob Evans. The waitress was great and kept drinks full. Absolutely perfect. The food came out pretty quick and was fresh and didnt have a single complaint. I left completly stuffed and still had left overs. Glad I gave yall another chance. Will be back 😁
Ordered the carry out, family size loaded potato soup and didn’t receive the bacon or chives to add in; ordered kids meal turkey lurkey and didn’t receive the carrots; ordered a piece of chocolate peanut butter pie and didn’t receive. One adult meal was correct. Also didn’t get a straw for the kids drink. Paid for all of this and didn’t receive the items we ordered. Worker highlighted the receipt with blue highlighter but didn’t give us our food. Potato soup is gross without the bacon bits and chives. Very disappointed in the quality won’t be returning to the Alliance, Ohio Bob Evans Restaurant!!
Went there with a good attitude and left feeling they could care less about the customer. The place was cold inside like there was no heat. Ordered a sirloin steak and eggs. The steak was ordered a medium and came to me rare. Before I could cut into it the waitress was more concerned with seating the next customer. Not ounce did she come by to offer a refill on mycoffee.
We ordered breakfast online. Only two of the three meals arrived. When we called they said they couldnt deliver the third because it was a separate company. Why couldnt they place an order themselves and pay for the driver to deliver the meal I ordered? They wanted us to come pick it up which defeats the idea of delivery. We ended up canceling the order and getting refunded for the entre. Yes we got our money back but now one person has nothing to eat and the two others feel bad about eating in front of me. Extremely disappointed. It could have been easily remedied.
Still an excellent place to eat but they have lost a lot of my business because they no longer offer the farm boy, double farm boy sandwich or the pioneer salad 🥺. Three of their most basic dishes that made the restaurants what they came to be. Let alone there are no longer family events down on the farm in Rio Grande, Ohio. I remember they had camping, canoeing, horseback riding, and so much more for everyone to enjoy Bob Evans God rest his sole what a great and generous guy.
Went right after work so we were very dirty and gritty. Waitress was not put off and treated us like we were old friends. Very flexible with substitions on an already well rounded menu to fit our needs. Even though my steak was overcooked, they fixed it very quickly without attitude and even offered to let me bring the over cooked one home for my dogs! (Most places take it and toss it) price was comfortable for my budget.
I love this bob Evans! The servers are amazing especially Dawn who runs front register. Their scrambled eggs are a little weird but other than that the managers care! My family is very well known at this establishment and we come back for all the lovely workers and very decent food.
Cannot take an order correctly, causing me to come back. When I told them about it, they told me I didnt order the item, even after we talked about optional sides for the item on the phone. I get it, times are tough and working in service can be terrible on a good day, but there is no reason to be rude when fixing a mistake you made yourself. Apologize and fix the issue instead of trying to make it my fault. I know what I ordered, and I know my order wasnt taken correctly. Considering it wasnt busy, I dont see any reason for the mistake or animosity. Food is normally very nice but I can be treated better elsewhere and get the same quality and price point.
The place is always understaffed and the service has never been much to speak of. Went today to get lunch, wait line was out the door. We were told it would be 20-30 minutes before we could be seated, yet you could see 10 empty tables from the front desk. Wont be returning any time soon.
Cold omelet, short staffed (not her fault), slow service, compensated my omelet, food sub-par at all Bob Evans restaurants, not as good as it was years ago when we would go every Sunday for breakfast and 1 time a week for lunch/dinner.Sad Bob Evans, sad sad food 😢 😞 😔 😕
My waitress was sweet. How ever the rest of thr staff in kitchen are rude and unprofessional. We personally would never eat there again. Food was bad. My husband steak was squishy how ever the manager took it off our bill when we asked why it was. Their stew tasted like something you would poor out of a can. When you go out u expect home cooked or better type meal.
Well we thought we’d try Bob Evans pick up service again since we haven’t had good food there before. I should of just cooked tonight! It was awful! The country fried steak was fried in I think fish grease! We couldn’t eat it! But we live to far to go back. I called and spoke with the manager and she was nice but admitted that the oil had been changed since my husband picked up our order! So if you knew there was an issue why give it to someone! The other girl was very nice and she seemed sorry and would give us a credit. But honestly it’s not the money it’s the fact they keep doing it! So that’s it for me! I’m done with Bob Evans.
Not thrilled with breakfast today. Over medium eggs were almost fried hard and hash browns were flat, stuck together and grease laden. Our server had both replaced. By the time I got the replacements, my toast and sausage gravy were cold. Ive never had a good breakfast at Bob Evans. We go because my husband loves their egg/sausage bowl. Next time Ill order something safe like a BLT.
Took 15 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged! Another 10 minutes to get water! Really water!! Ordered 30 minutes later to be told that they are out of pancakes!! Really!! I can’t make this up!! Husband ordered boneless chicken dinner he gets chicken fingers! I ordered a bowl of soup and salad. I questioned if it was a bowl since it was half full and the size of a cup!! Won’t be back! Manager never even apologized our server couldn’t even tell us no pancakes it was another server!
Food is good, our waitress service was great. Always packed on Sundays. The hostess seemed to either be new or not care too much as she made some off-hand comments that didnt make sense (referred to my grandfather as birdman), and at one point walked outside and forgot who she was going to even call for and walked back inside.
The worst food and service we have ever experienced. Took an hour to receive our food, the orders were not correct, one steak was burnt to a crisp, our baked potatoes were raw in the middle. We recieved no visits back to our table from our server once our food was delivered. I don not ever give reviews on restaurants but after this visit to Bob Evans, Ill definitely be reviewing more often.
This was by far one of my worst experiences at a restaurant. I understand it is Thanksgiving and theyre busy with making there Thanksgiving meals for people who ordered them. With that being said we stood waiting for 20 minutes before anyone even asked us how many guest we had. Then the hostess was rude and complaining about her coworkers. Very unprofessional in my opinion. We also watched an empty table that wasnt bussed the entire time we were there. Our server was horrible and we had to track her down to place our order then she forgot parts of the order and the food was all dried up and gross. Even trying to get our check was a pain. I have had many good experiences at this Bob Evans but this was terrible and hands down the worst.
This is by far my favorite restaurant. The prices are great, anything I have ever ordered comes out nice and hot, but I cannot make words to describe how it tastes. Its not like youre eating restaurant food its more like a fresh home cooked meal that you enjoy with a bunch of total strangers. Ive never once had a bad experience here. If youre looking for something new and youve never been hear before this is my recommendation
I love Bob Evans, but the one in Alliance is awful. We sat there for an hour and still didnt have any food, so we walked out. The waitress was very nice, the problem wasnt her fault, but the kitchens. It didnt even look like they had food cooking when we walked out. They also didnt have many customers at all, so there was no reason to have a wait that long with no payoff. Avoid this Bob Evans. The old management was way better.
Chicken wasnt cooked through and manager offered to cook it longer rather than replace or take off of our bill. The server was not attentive. Took forever to get our $2.29 cup of coffee refilled. Server forgot the water, once I reminded her she still decided it was more important to clear off another table so they could fit another family ($$$$) before bringing my water without the lemon I asked for twice. Usually go to other sites and always have a great experience. Horrible experience in Alliance
There were three of us for a late lunch today. One had prime rib, another cod, and steak and eggs for me. Everyone enjoyed their meal and were complimentary of the taste and quality. Naturally, we dont expect five diamond steak house quality at Bob Evans, but it was definitely rock solid quality for its category. That said, at all but a few places I always order steaks rare because almost everyone overcooks them. I was right. I ordered rare, and got something between medium rare and medium. It was still tender, juicy, and very good. But not rare.
I love Bob Evans. Its cozy. The food is amazing and I love the breakfast. I need to start coming here more. Once Im done eating here Im definitely ready for a nap. The waitresses is friendly and fast. Cleans up in a timely manner and I havent once came in and its dirty.
This was our first experience with Bob Evans in Alliance OH, and they did not disappoint! We wanted some warm soup on a gloomy winter day, and they had 3 choices. We ordered carry out, 2 chicken noodle and one bean. Also 2 drinks. Total was $24. We thought that was a little high, until we got our order! The soups came out in quarts containers! They were hot and plentiful and more than we expected. The chicken soup was made with homestyle noodles, lots of good broth, and chunks of baby carrot, with onions and a great homestyle flavor. The bean soup was also great, the beans were done to perfection, soft but not overdone. Theres ham and onion in the soup that blends to make a savory broth. We definitely got our moneys worth, as these will feed us for days lol. My favorite part about them is that the flavors needed nothing, no added salt or pepper, not a thing. You can easily identify every ingredient, without guessing what might be in them.My only critique would be that their drink menu could use some expansion to include health concious choices. No sugar free drinks besides tea. Would like to see some Zero sugar options. Thanks Bob Evans - we will be back!Sindy(Note - I was NOT paid to write this review, it is based solely on my own personal experience today)
Service was very poor. Waitress only came over to get order and bring food. She did not check on food, clear plates or refill dinner.Typically as a former waitress I understand it is busy at times...however there were only 5 other tables in the restaurant.Turns out as we were leaving the restaurant 6 employees were outside smoking, manager and our waitress included.
Double check your receipt.Ordered the pot roast dinner, which was pretty good. $8.49 on the menu. Also says right on the menu all entrees come with fries except the pull-apart turkey thing.Receipt had a $9.99 pot roast and $2.49 for fries.Manager quickly corrected it, but he was uninterested in my genuine reasoning. He just wanted the problem customer out the door and didnt care that his point of sale system didnt match the menu. Also, and I know all restaurants are guilty of this, but the workers take their smoke break out the back door, only its really the side door, in view of everyone in the parking lot. Like, every single time. Or if Im at Starbucks next door, which puts you right in line of sight of all the smokers.I know you work a menial job and you probably smoke because of it. I dont want to see that. Its gross.
Stopped on for dinner around 5 pm on a Friday night. We were sat quickly. Store is dated and needs a deep cleaning. Carpet is trashed and bathroom needed cleaned. Waitress was attentive but food took twice as long as normal. We had a salad, soup and half turkey sandwich. Soup was not hot, salad was mostly iceburg lettuce. Sandwich had a piece of wilted lettuce on it. Rolls and bread were spot on and tasty. Took foever to get waited on to pay our bill. LOTS of room to improve this place.
DO NOT EVER order from Bob Evans in Alliance, Ohio. It is a JOKE.1. Your order WILL BE wrong.2. You WILL BE missing items.3. When they tell you to come at (x) time, plan on Standing in Line for AT LEAST AN HOUR past that time.4. The women at the Register ARE 100% CLUELESS and DO NOT CARE if you wait. They will look at you, then look away (or walk away) so that they dont have to wait on you. They are also EXTREMELY slow.5. This restaurant is an EMBARRASSMENT. The people who work at this restaurant would be Fired WITHIN MINUTES if they worked in a REAL city (ie: North Canton, Cleveland, etc)6. The Owner should sell this to a COMPETENT owner THAT CARES.
Our waitress was rude. We waited over half an hour just to get our order taken . Someone else got us silverware and took our drink order. Then the waitress that had our table took our order finally. She never checked to see if everything was alright or anything. Seemed.like she had a.problem with serving us . I we love.bob.evans but the last two times service was awful. And it wasnt even close to being busy either. I think some of their servers take some kind of course on how to be in the service industry.
The last time I ordered Bob Evans I was highly dissatisfied. My familys order was not correct. I ordered online for car side to go, when I called to let them know I had arrived I was told I still owed them money. I went in to the store to pay only to find out that they didnt even have my correct order, and that I didnt actually owe anything. I asked why they didnt call if they thought there was a problem with the payment and they said they had nothing to do with online orders. I will NEVER order from the Alliance Bob Evans ever again. There are far better options in alliance...
Good service and food but so much ham in my omelette that is fell out and ended up on the floor. Was there again.on 3/31 at 9:15 pmGood, quick service but so much broth on the Deep Dish Dinner I had to use a spoon to eat most of it. Probably the worst meal I have ever had at any Bob Evans. Have had this meal here before and enjoyed it, cook ruined it with too much broth and skimpy amount of noodles. Rating dropped from 4 stars to 2
Weve driven from Canton to Alliance specifically for this Bob Evans Restaurant because of the quality of service being so much higher. This team of waitresses and cooks get your order right the first time, with a smile on their face every time. Never have I come in to this establishment and been treated badly. Always a warm welcome from the first person all the way to the best goodbye right before we walk out the door.Id continue to visit this place regardless of the amount of time it takes to get there.
Bob Evans has a lot to offer. Their food is really good but has a lot of sodium. This Bob Evans is clean and their food is really good. The hostess needs customer service classes. She needs to learn to greet people when they enter the door even if she is chatting with another employee. I shouldnt stand there for an entire minute unnoticed.
Check out and entrance area small and congested at this lication. Dining room floors were filthy! Watched several times as the manager took dirty dishes in same door where servers were plating food to bring out. No separate window or area for food. Gross! Server had personality of a gnatt. Came here 4:50p for dinner. Wanted to try new prime rib. Asked for rare or medium rare and was told all I could get was pink or not pink. What was I thinking?! Bathrooms needed attention too.
Just had the worst experience weve ever had at Bob Evans! Took the waitress 20 minutes to return to our table with the bill, never asked if we wanted anything else, we had to ask for for a box, the cash register crashed and my husband who is far more patient than me waited another 15 minutes just to pay so that we could leave! Wont be eating there anymore!
I usually have a great meal here but was disappointed today when i came in for breakfast. First i waited more than 5minutes at the entrance and nobody greeted me. I sat myself which i usually do since Im a regular customer. The waitresses know who i am and usually tel me to sit wherever i want. I sat at my table for 20 minutes nobody greeted me, got me a drink, took my order, nothing. Needless to say i got up and walked out. Will think twice before i go back.
Had to get a manager to get any service after sitting waiting for 20 minutes just to give a drink order. The place wasnt busy so there was no reason to wait that long. Then we waited another 45 minutes for our food and they only brought mine out then when they finally brought my husbands out it wasnt even what he ordered so we had to wait for them to make his correct order. When the check was brought to the table it wasnt even right. The worst part of it the manager asked me if I knew the price difference of what was charged wrong. Very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this place until they can get a proper staff that knows what they are doing.
They are only doing togo orders during this pandemic tell me how you screw up a togo order WHEN THATS THE ONLY THING YOUR DOING RIGHT NOW! Its not worth calling to complain they will do nothing about it ( we have had issues before) When you order comes with biscuits and gravy and all you get is gravy kinda knocks out 70% of your meal... not worth the drive back in to get back to cold food. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave
Ordered a shrimp meal. My potatoes were like warm,, macay&cheese cold, waitor while pleasant enough never refilled my coffee nor checked on my food. While I was there, another group of four got up and left because no one service them in over 15 minutes. Not a drink not a menu nothing.
Always great food! - edit 12/08/17 - Our server was horrible! No personality! No refills, no straws, no napkins, all when asked for. He disappeared for 20 mins while we were waiting on our drinks (he had quite a few other tables he dissappeared on as well) The girl that rang us up agreed hes not good. So very frustrating!
Hands down the worst Bob Evans that I have ever been to! We used to go here quite often, then the service just kept getting slower and slower. The last and final time we went, we were seated and waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to come over and take our drink orders. But no one came. We just got up and left. Im not sure anyone there even noticed. To make it worse, we were one of about eight tables with people there. They werent busy in the least.
A chain restaurant featuring homestyle food at good prices. Pot roast, turkey and dressing, and banana bread are some of their best offerings. Their bacon and breakfasts are really good as well. This location always has good service and the food is always cooked well. I really like their soup, and kids like their piggy pancakes! Its a quiet place and generally attracts older folk and families. Everyones grandma eats here. Its a fact of life.
They changed the menu and told me everythign saw still available. But when I ordered I was told I couldnt order it that way. Then tried to order something else and they no longer had it. I then tried my drink and it tasted off. Like it was old. My hashbrowns were burnt and service was slow. I really hope I can come back and change this review to a better one the next time I come. This bbg is po ut go to restaurants. Hope keep it that way.
This place has really gotten bad. 2 years ago it was one of my favorite restaurants to go to. Now I cringe at the thought of eating here. The service is really hit or miss, and more often bad than good. The interior is very dirty. There is usually dirt on the floors, tables arent clean, the menus tend to be sticky, about half of the time my silverware is dirty, and too many times I have seen things floting in my beverages. My food is usually either wrong, or parts of it are forgotten; I have to wait for dressing for a salad, or toast to dip in my eggs. Even when I ordered carryout the last few times they have forgotten things. The first time I ordered a wildfire chicken salad and they didnt give me any chicken, tortilla stips, or silverware that I asked for. The next time I ordered I checked before I left, and they didnt even have my two sides in the bag! With the last mistake they gave me some gift certificates, so I went in to use them, dreading the trip. It was the same story. My water had something floating in it, and when I asked for a new cup, that one still had something in it. They forgot about my bacon with my pancakes and bacon entree, and tried to charge me for the bacon separately (difference of $1.40, but still!). The list went on and on. The manager came over to apologize and said, This usually doesnt happen. They didnt know we had the certificates, but they didnt offer to take anything off of the bill. Also, Ive been told by people who have gone in to work on the interior and people who have worked there that the place is very dirty all together. There always seems to be gnats flying around the red wall. I will not be going back to this location.
Ordered online and picked it up. Order was completely wrong. Didnt get half the order right and the other half they forgot stuff that went with it. Called the restaurant and the person that answered the phone was rude and didnt even offer to make it right. Look at your order before you leave!
Stopped here to eat before heading back home to Michigan and let me say first the waitress was awesome for our party of 7... I didnt eat though due to the bathrooms being disgusting you could smell them all the way by the registers... Horrible they definitely need to get that under control..
Service was horrible, have never had this experience here. I was severely disappointed!!! And the managers response was even worse. He never apologized for the racist behavior of the server, he seemed as if he was justifying it!! I will be going to the next in line to report this behavior it must not continue!!!!

2022-03-26I usually always have a good meal here at Bob Evans, but it was a surprise that my potatoes w/onions were cold, the toast was cold so the butter wouldnt even melt on it and my over medium eggs had some of the whites running! I ate parts of the egg that were cooked...my Daughter got a biscuit that was a combination of it all covered up with egg, gravy, crumbled sausage and potatoes on the side...she said that her potatoes were cold also! The Biscuit was still a little warm, but she said it could have been good and hot!Our drinks were nice and hot!We had our own pots of coffee and I had my own small pot of water and tea bags, so our drinks were good and hot!Im not going to let this ruin my trips back to Bob Evans, because I have had good food there many times before!

2022-06-132nd time we have waited over an hour to get a basic breakfast. Actually had to leave and get our food to go both times since our kids (2yrs, 6months) were over sitting there with nothing to do. Eggs bacon and pancakes do not take long to make.... needless to say it will be the last time we dine in there for sure.

2022-05-24First time in ages we had good food at BE. The omelettes were well made and the sides were, too; seemed fresh and had great flavors. Coffee abundant and hot; service was actually great once we were seated.

2022-04-30Not as good as it used to be. Slow and Rude staff with food that often always comes out wrong once per order. Enjoyable if youve eaten here for years, but awful for a first timer.
