Truck is great. Love it.Experience was below average.Bought a used 2016 RAM 1500 from these guys a couple years ago. Truck is fine, just normal hemi stuff (water pump and exhaust manifold gaskets). Though, the interactions were sub-par. Had 2 managers tell me thst they personally bought the truck. The kicker was that they hid the manifold gasket issue by warming it up and never told me it had the issue. Came back the next day to pick it up after signing, the truck had the manifold putt. Asked the agent what that was and he said he had no idea. If you sell Hemis, you know about this issue lol.Again, truck is running fine. Love the performance and capabilities. Just dont trust what they tell you. Maybe it changed by now, but Id err on the side of caution.
I am very happy with my entire experience. I was able to pop in, trade my car & get a brand new one within a few hours! Thank you to Josh Shepard for being patient, knowledgeable and respectful. Josh made sure the process went smoothly & I never felt pressured or rushed. I would definitely return & I highly recommend Josh Shepard!
Had a great experience at Bob Caldwell. I was able to buy a van below market price. When I initially requested info Abe responded quickly and sent me a walk around video of the vehicle. I was able to get able an appointment set up and Abe communicated clearly with me about everything. Once at the dealership I was helped by Jon Johnson. Very kind and helpful in the process. Didn’t feel a lot of pressure during purchase. I highly recommend going to Jon and Abe to find a good car!
Our experience here was extremely smooth and professional. Walked right in and was greeted immediately. Josh Shepherd was helpful in every way that we asked for. There wasnt a question that we didnt ask that he didnt have an answer for. Our vehicle purchase went extremely smooth without any issues. The entire team was courteous just as well as Josh Shepherd was. This is definitely the dealership to go to if you need a vehicle!
Dino ensured a smooth, thorough transaction for my Ram truck purchase. He explained things clearly, resolved my concerns, and gave great engagement by communicating with me. True professional, that works for the satisfaction of his customers. The staff at Bob Caldwell Automotive were all friendly, professional, and created a welcoming environment for customers. Very happy with my purchase and experience!
10/10 experience at Bob Caldwell. Jay Powers greeted me outside and I told him all I wanted was a Grand Cherokee and he made a deal work for me. I did not expect this process to go as smoothly as it did so huge s/o to Jay and Matt for making my dream car into a reality.
The entire experience at Bob Caldwell was top shelf. I was lucky to have Cindy King assist me with my purchase. She helped me order my vehicle from the factory and kept me updated through the whole process. I had a lot of questions and Cindy always answered them promptly and showed a ton of patience. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Its rare to have such a good experience that you dont second guess it at all. But I love my Gladiator and know that if I ever need help or service, my needs will be met by a truly first class staff!
I ordered my dream jeep from bob Caldwell December of 2021. Josh shepherd was the salesman that helped me throughout the process and he was great!! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Anytime I messaged him he would respond back quickly. When I picked my jeep up he made sure to have everything ready so it was a quick and easy process. I highly recommend using him to purchase your next vehicle!
Shannon was very patient and thorough. She made it easy in approaching her and was transparent in the details about the van. Allowed time for us to process the information and come to a decision. Not pushy at all. I initially was not looking forward to meeting with a car salesperson but she made a pleasant experience. Our only negative critic would be the time it took to get the deal done from the time we walked in. It was over 3 hours. But maybe it takes that long these days to get car deals done.
I bought a new Jeep Compass and my experience with this dealership was excellent. Thank you to my wonderful salesman Tucker Detweiler. He did not rush the buying process and let me drive multiple vehicles to help me find the perfect fit for what I needed. The other employees that I met during my deal were great during the process. Everyone was extremely friendly. I highly recommend going to Bob Caldwell with your car needs.
Our company needed a new work truck and after what seemed like a hundred calls around the country, Josh answered my call as well as numerous questions about a particular unit they had in stock. Within an hour we struck a deal and within 24 hours we paid for the truck. Everyone we dealt with was professional and eager to please. Great company and great people!
Weve been looking for a new family car for the longest and finally found the perfect car at Bob Caldwell for a fair price! Our Salesperson Tucker was SUPER helpful and laid out best options for us financing wise and were even able to get a cleaning and detail just before taking the car home. Thanks Tucker!
Honesty and kindness from a car sales associate go a long way when buying a car. Sean from Bob Caldwell did an excellent job guiding me through the buying process. There was no pressure to buy and Sean made the usually stressful car buying process simple and straight forward which earned further future business from me. I left happy and satisfied with this ‘17 Chevrolet Malibu and found the price to be fair and below kbb suggested price.
This was my first experience at this dealership and I was very impressed with Charlie’s friendly personality and diligent services. My appt was at 4 and my car’s recall update was completed by 530. I also had a tire pressure sensor reset. I was told a dent specialist was there that day and I waited extra for him to give me an estimate on a dent or two. However, he ended up not being thereat all. Overall a positive experience! I’ll be back!
I bought a car there a few months ago and had such a good experience that when I needed another car recently I went right back. They arent pushy, are patient and will work with you to get the right car. Customer service is great from the top down. Ask for Jennifer Hively and she will do a great job getting you what you want.
Arrived on the lot looking for a broad spectrum of choices for a vehicle and Mr. Johnathan greeted us with open arms. We walked through the selections and had a roundabout idea of what we were after. Once we linked up back inside we narrowed everything down and found a compromise for the best of both parties. Their team was very accommodating and worked with us on every step so nothing was left in the dark. Everything was transparent and although we didn’t get our asking price for our trade in we were explained in detail the specifics of why and not left guessing. I recommend seeing them if you have any vehicle needs; they’ve been the easiest dealer to work with and make the process very simple. Keep up the great service, my wife and I love the vehicle.
Nevada is the absolute best. He sold me an incredibly amazing car Dodge Ram Laramie. My first impression of your company being my first time ever in your offices, is fantastic. From a warm welcome at door to being introduced to Nevada and sitting at his table to closing the deal, this is a sterling service. Thanks ever so kindly Nevada. I’m hooked for a long time to come. I’m a very satisfied first-time customer.
Start with the good first Josh Shepherd was a good salesman very polite and got me in and out quickly. He did his job very professionally. The bad, the dealership only cares about profit and money when there are plenty of dealerships that dont ask for anything more than msrp for new vehicles so if I ever buy a new car or truck it wouldnt be from them. Also we agreed on a price for my trade in contract and they sent my bank less than agreed. If the payment wouldnt have been short I may have never found out and the almost $100 difference that I had to finance would have been saved by the company. I called and complained and they did send they money they owed but it seemed very shady that they sent something that was not agreed upon. So always make sure they send the correct amount and do your research and check with other dealers outside of Columbus.
I was not overly impressed with this dealership. I am from the west coast and will be in town for a while. I was looking for a place to get my car serviced on a regular basis. The service rep was not quite as professional as I expect. You shouldnt talk about other customers to a new customer. It makes you wonder what they say about you. Oil change was quick, but no car wash or anything for that matter! Sure makes me appreciate my dealership back west! I dont think I want to return there.
UPDATE…A Bad experience change to an Awesome experience!! I have to say this issue/concern was resolved. The Manager Bob contacted me and had me bring my car back in the same day and send me off with a rental/loaner car so I can get my car repaired and he contacted me the next morning to inform me that my car has been repaired and is ready for pick up!! In addition, Bob was attentive and showed awesome customer service ethic! Now, this is what I call excellent customer service and with customer service like this, I will refer/recommend others to get their car service at BOB CALDWELL Chrysler Jeep Dodge!!! Thank you Bob, Mgr. for an awesome, turn around, experience! : ) I dropped my car off and I was informed that my car will be ready in 1 1/2 hours and 6 hours later I never received a call back informing me that my car was still waiting to be repaired. I had to find out by calling them to check on my car and I was told that it hasn’t been looked at yet (6 hours later). I would not recommend for car repair services, if you planned to get your car back the same day….
Had a great experience at Bob Caldwell. Dino Westerfield was great to work with and did an awesome job of showing me the vehicles I was interested in. He was helpful, efficient and easy to work with. I also finalized the purchase of my new F150 with Josh Shepherd and he made the delivery of the vehicle smooth and quick. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and process and would recommend them if youre looking for a car.
I worked with Cody for the second time for services and this time having both my batteries replaced on my Jeep and he was GREAT! He kept me updated with calls in timely manners the whole time my vehicle was at the shop and just so I’d stay informed on the process of getting my vehicle back up and running. He made everything a lot less stressful and easy for me. His customer service is WONDERFUL. Thanks Cody!!
Joe was phenomenal. I made a mistake and came in a day later than my appointment. He was still able to get me in and get my truck back to me the same day. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. Really nice guy too. He made a typically unpleasant experience (spending money to fix your truck) much less painful than it should have been.
My Jeep was towed to Bob Caldwell Chrysler after I had an issue with my front tire losing air rapidly. The car was delivered Saturday after the service center was closed.I called on Monday and spoke to Robbie who helped me. Robbie kept me informed every step of the way. He is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. I was updated frequently (tire had to be delivered from the warehouse). Robbie always called me when he said he would.I would trust this dealership and service center 100 percent in the future.
I was looking for a new truck and found bob caldwell had a good stock of options for used trucks. I worked with Jonathan Johnson who did an excellent job. Test drove multiple vehicles and choose the right one for me. Make the transaction smooth and easy. No high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend.
Amazing place to go! Dino Westerfield helped me buy my very first car. I could not have asked for a better person to help me. He was so nice and helped explain anything I did not understand. He was very patient and understanding which was amazing considering how young I am. He also put down my rubber floor mats for me before I got to take my jeep home and that was honestly the nicest thing.
My sales man Jon ( Jonathan) Johnson isTOP NOTCH !!!As I took weeks & weeks of his time (exploring my options) trying to navigating my way through this crazy auto market… He was so very patient and kind never pushy and never gave up on me !-The walk around videos answered most of my questions ( BUT ) when I needed more information then what the video provided (Jonathan ) would go above and beyond ! With a heat indexes well over 100 - there he goes out to the lot making me a his own walk around video to get me the information I needed …Not once but twice !He’s is a good listener ~ tell him your budget / what your looking for and he won’t waste your time trying to put you in something you didn’t ask for.~ All around good atmosphere& clean restrooms~
Was there on Friday to get an oil change and I asked for all tires to be rotated and to let me know if I am low on any fluids. Came to pick up the car, I asked if my tires were rotated, they replied yes. I laughed because before I left for the dealership each of my tires had a different color chalk on them and upon pickup I could tell they were still in the same place. I paid for something they said they did but I had proof otherwise. I then asked if all my fluids specifically coolant low and they said no. Again I knew it was a lie and showed the rep it was way below the minimum. I go to parts buy the expensive coolant and ask for someone to fill it up for me. He told me someone would come out and assist. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting before I left. Horrible service here ever since Charlie left. Only good one left is Cody.
I bought an awesome Challenger R/T and I love it. Josh Shepherd was our salesman and he made it easy. Over the years, Ive bought many cars from dealerships and its not something I enjoy, but this was a very good experience. They were very straightforward and quick. I would go back. Nice folks.
Took a minute to get help, but they seemed busy. Once I got help Tucker was very helpful. Drive 2 hours to look at a truck and it ended up not being what I thought. Tucker found another truck for me and I was happy about it. The whole process lasted well after closing and I couldn’t be more appreciative of all the help I got. The only problem I have is that the truck I purchased was advertised as a Big Horn and it in fact is not a big horn, but instead an SLT, a trim level lower. Makes me wonder if they priced it as a Big Horn or if they just mislabeled it. Either way, I feel the deal was pretty fair, but I’ll have to check the paperwork for sure. No other complaints and couldn’t be happier with how things went. If it wasn’t for the misidentifying the truck I’d give a 5 star.
I worked with Tucker on purchasing a vehicle for one of our kids over the phone. He was great. We have never done a vehicle purchase online before but it went smoothly. The paperwork was done online and the gentleman that handled that end of things was very helpful as well. Recommend them.
I had to get a service done this past week. the communication and turn around for that were very good. However on multiple occasions I have tried to reach out about a chip in my windshield i need filled. The first time they gave me a number to call, which just sent me to representative that told me i need to set it up with caldwell. After that i haven’t been able to contact them. That much has been disappointing but overall my experience is satisfactory.
I went in to have some brake work done and some seals replaced. I mentioned on the intake of the vehicle that I plan to travel this summer and need my vehicle in full working order and mentioned the radiator seems to leak and is just empty and needed that addressed as well. 5 days after drop off I was told we have the brakes and the seals taken care of and I asked if the ABS light has been addressed and what did they find out about the radiator? the response? well we need you to come in and pay for this kinda weird, I have had even more expensive work done here and paying has never been an issue before. I went and paid , Cody was busy on the phone and asked another associate to get me to the payment window, no real problem I understand folks are busy, but when I get the receipt I see the statement from the repair technician, wrong coolant found in gaskets, so I topped it off with the wrong coolant and tried to bleed air out but it never stopped bubbling at normal temps, when we turned it off it blew back out of the radiator like it was overheated so the thing I asked them to also look into was completely ignored. with that receipt note and the we need you to pay comment I have decided to not use this service center ever again and instead take it to professional car repair reps in the future. Also I found it pretty classless to offer to buy my car at the same costs I have paid to have work on in the past from this facility, why would I take 1/3rd of the value of my car ? I guess there are desperate people out there and these folks are looking to do some pretty slimy business with them? but yeah 1 star, and only that because it was the lowest option.an edit, the issue wasnt the cost, the issue was there was work that still needed done and the technician is asking questions like these issues hadnt even been brought to their attention. I managed to get every other problem addressed at an alternative Westerville shop, in a total of 2 days.
I had a great experience buying a 2014 Chevy Spark from Jonathan Johnson. He was able to help me do some research on cars within my price range before I decided on the Chevy Spark. He had a great customer service attitude and was able to find the answers to all the questions I had during the buying process.
Our first time buying a car and Jonathan J was SO helpful, we can’t say enough good things! We had a bit of a speed bump with financing and Jonathan worked with the team to get us approved and even stayed after hours to make sure everything went smoothly! Such a pleasure to talk to and work with, I’d trust him with all our future purchases and we will 100% be going to him again.
Tucker was great! We were disappointed in the truck that we had originally went there to see, and it took no time for him to get us into an even better option. Tucker is a very personable sales guy. He knows how to push the sale without making it uncomfortable. I left with the vehicle I wanted and had a very pleasant experience.
Let the Buyer Beware with this group … My experience started w/ a check engine light that appeared during my test drive. The sales manager & sales director both told me they would not fix the issue - they had already lost too much money on the vehicle. However, the issue would be covered by the third party warranty that comes with every sold vehicle. Makes you wonder how good the warranty is if the dealer wouldn’t standby behind their own product? Thank goodness for the check engine light which caused me (on my own) to thoroughly check the undercarriage revealing a significant oil leak. Too bad I flew in from out of state and wasted my time on a vehicle that was not what I was led to believe. When someone tries to tell you who they are, believe them! The only bright spot was working with Jay who was very considerate and tried to be helpful.
Cody in the service department was really nice and supportive throughout the whole experience. Took me a little longer than expected to pay for repairs. They were really nice, and understanding. And had my car diagnosed and repaired fairly quickly. I would highly recommend this service department.
I brought my Jeep here to get serviced. My issue was something that’s covered under my warranty but my warranty company denied the claim and told me it was Joe’s fault they weren’t willing to pay. Joe actually was a very big help and he kept calling my warranty company until he got somebody who could help and understand what I needed done. I ended up only having to pay my $100 deductible. Thanks Joe for all your hard work and going above and beyond for me. Now I’m back on the road. I hope your manager see this and gives you a raise, you deserve it!
Upon entering the garage at Bob Caldwell, I was greeted by three separate employees. An employee actually held the door open for me to enter. Savanah was the person that I spoke to on the phone and she was the rep to take care of my visit. I was so impressed by her professionalism, courtesy, conversation and knowledge of my Jeep. No appointment was needed, and I was there for less than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. The building, waiting room and bathroom were immaculately clean. I truly appreciate the level of service at Bob Caldwell that I received. From now on, Bob Caldwell is the only place I will go for service. I didn’t know car dealers and service departments could be so professional, respectful, clean and happy to see me to service my Jeep. Thank you for making an appointment at the end of a long day easy and relaxing!BEST SERVICE EVER! Catherine Hohler
Israel was super friendly and extremely helpful.Edit: Since purchasing our truck almost 45 days ago, we have yet to receive the refund check owed to us, where sales tax was included in our purchase-but shouldn’t have been because we live in WV, and have to pay those taxes here to register the vehicle. They also ran loan requests to bank without including our down payment-so there have been unnecessary credit inquiries. We also received a letter from the bank our previous vehicle was financed through, that our payment was overdue because for some reason our trade-in was not paid off. We’re in the process of buying a house, and these issues could cause bigger problems because of the possible negative impact it has on our credit.
Cristiano was very helpful and did a wonderful job in getting us into our 2017 Jeep Wrangler. He went out of his way to get us the best deal possible and was willing to work after hours to make a deal happen. Definitely go check him out if you’re looking to buy a car in the Columbus, Ohio area!!
From sales to financing, my car buying experience at Bob Caldwell was excellent! My salesman, Isreal, was genuine, patient, and took my needs into consideration over just closing the deal. No high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks, just great customer service all the way around. As someone whos been in sales for a long time, it refreshing to deal with others who share the same approach when dealing with a customer.
I had a bad experience at the dealership this morning. Had gone for a regular oil change. On getting into my car after it was handed to me, my rear turn lights appeared on my dashboard. After informing the guy, he tried to reset it because when i drove into the shop i didnt have the problem. His supervisor joined in and explained to me i had to pay $310 for electrical diagnosis. The problem didnt have nothing to do with them doing the oil change. They couldnt do nothing about it until i pay that upfront, i left the shop a dissatisfied customer, given that i have been doing my oil change at this location all along.I hope this is noted before you lose valuable customers
Complete disconnect from scheduling online appointments to when they actually service the vehicle. Made an routine appointment a week ahead at 6pm on a Friday. Received a text confirming the appointment a day before. Dropped it off an hour early. They asked if I would be waiting or to call when theyre done. I waited for the call all night and all the next day. Called them Saturday an hour before they close at 2pm and thats when they started the work. Wasnt done till after 330 and would have never been done if I hadnt called. They are closed Sunday so I wouldnt have had my work truck back till they felt like working on it Monday or even later. Fix your website or prepare for your appointments.
Went here looking for a truck and had Tucker as my salesman. Confidently, Tucker has been the most helpful and easy going salesman I’ve ever worked with. I purchased the car with no pressure and had a good time while doing so. If you are in the market for a vehicle I would suggest asking for him if you visit this dealership. Thanks, Tucker!
I called in 2 days ago to drop off my brand new RAM 1500 for a check engine lightScheduled for 11:00 amWhen dropping the car I was told thank you we will let you know in 24 to 48 hoursI was a little shocked “are you going to give me a car to drive or what is happening “Well.. we need to diagnose first to see if it’s covered by insurance (I’m under warranty and I’m paying them extended warranty as well)When the technician would diagnose the car ?Between 24 and 48 hoursWhy you schedule me for today???never-mind ?!?! Can someone drop me off to my job? I have an appointment at 12:30Yes no issuesAt 12:10 I was told hey if you have an appointment at 12:30 we don’t have a driver available so if you want you can take your car and rescheduleWhoever manages this facility should be embarrassed by this episodeI can not believe that this just happened to me today in USA1 star from me today and I expect apologies and someone to fix this
I bought a 2011 Silverado from them just a couple days ago. I would have liked to see the price come down just a little more than what they came down to as it was a trade in and they had the lowest trade in values around almost, but ultimately, they did come down some and I understand supply and demand and they are priced competitively. Anyways, James is my sales guy. He was great throughout the whole process and very relatable. If youve got kids, hes the one youll want to deal with. I have a 2 year old whose been in the carseat all day and in the cubicle all day with little to no naps and James was an absolute blessing. He was so good with her and made the whole process 1000 times less stressful. Was at other dealerships and people just seems annoyed which had me on edge. I was able to relax while we were there. James was also able to answer other questions i had after I had already gone home. He was very understanding and super accommodating. I recommend this place for business, have not had any issue with the truck and James is the one to ask for when you go in, you will not be disappointed. Thank you James!
I was in Columbus on a trip with the boys and as we left Saturday we had a flat tire on the high way. We found the dealership online and they fixed the flat and we were back on the road in an hour. May not seem like much but we had a four drive back to Canada in front of us and the friendly and efficient service was greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for taking care of us.
Totally excited! Totally happy and satisfied with the love and assistance from the employees there, so fair, so honest, they were definitely for me as a customer 100% no chaser!!!!I love doing business with Bob Caldwell! This I my second rodeo with them,I came back because they satisfy me!!! Thanks Guys, Dino,And Geoff ! You are the BOMB!!!!!
Came back Bob Caldwell today after purchasing 2 other vehicles previously & had another great experience! I worked with Isreal Spear & he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions & got me exactly what I needed. Ask for him if you’re in the market for a new car.
I was absolutely blown away with the superb quality customer service the Caldwell staff provided with the purchase of my Jeep Wrangler! The salesperson, Tucker Detweiler, sales manager, Michael Cooper, and finance manager, Jeff Kiehler, went above and beyond normal expectations in being professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly as well as making sure all my questions and concerns were answered to my understanding and satisfaction before, during and after my purchase! I would definitely recommend Caldwell Chrysler for a car purchase. Thank you all for making my car purchase as stress-free as possible!
John Palmer was a great guy to work with. He made me feel special and most importantly I feel I got a great deal on my new car and a great deal on my trade in! I recommend John and Bob Caldwell! I had an issue after the sale but, Bob Caldwell bent over backwards to make sure it was resolved and I was satisfied! I hope to buy my next car here and cannot endorse them enough!
Set up an appointment on Tuesday to come look at a specific Jeep on Wednesday, the next day. Drove an hour to the dealership only to find out the car we wanted has been taken to auction. They were very sorry, and offered us water 10 different times. SMH. We’ll just go take our business somewhere else. Maybe do better with customer service next time.
I wouldn’t renewed my third truck here again. Oil change service I have waited for an hour in the lobby and my truck is still sitting in the bay so I have to come back the next day. Spoke to a sales person to deal with my truck for a new lease and no one see me while I was waiting for an hour and no one came by to ask “ have you been help”. There were more sales people then the customers while I was in there.
Left my first review but I have changed my opinion about the staff here. Bought a used vehicle for my son (starting drivers training) and had a weird feeling about the brakes, kinda squishy. Was told the back needed done and they would do it, but the fronts were checked and in good shape. Drove it for a couple weeks and decided to have a look myself (see pics). Pads and rotors were horrible, glad I didnt let the kid drive off in it. Just wondering if the sales guy was a complete liar or their service techs are idiots. Not sure yet but I replaced and it stops on a dime. Lost any and all future business over a 30 minute brake job with a family of 4 drivers. Never again. This was my first after a few visits: Always courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. One dealership I can always go to and not feel pressured or pushed into something. Great staff!
Went in to look at and possible purchase a new Jeep. Sales team was ok, but the sales manager needs to sharpen his customer relationship skills. I had several quarts of oil in my trade-in, he asked why they were there. I explained they were for another car. He said there is a puddle of oil under my car. He lied about the oil and pretty much called me a liar. Only offered half of blue book value. Ill never go back to that dealership.
I screwed up and put a quart of DEF into the fuel tank on my diesel Dodge Ram. I took it to Caldwell service department. On the plus side, they were very quick in performing a fuel filter change (along with the LOF I requested). On the minus side, this didnt fix the problem as my truck still had the Water in Fuel light on before I even left the dealership. I asked the service writer and after checking with his shop foreman, he said they need to drop the tank, remove the diesel, and replace the filters again, and then check into the engine more. Basically, they did a $500 repair that didnt fix the problem and whats more, they never called to explain that they recommended further work. Basically, I sensed that they arent very familiar with diesels or they would have immediately started checking for engine trouble rather than just changing filters. They told me that their scanner showed a misfire in Cylinder 2, which should have told them that more than a filter change was required. Pretty disappointing.
When we bought our first Jeep at Bob Caldwell, we were extremely pleased with our service, second to none. We just traded that Jeep in towards another Jeep, and our experience was even better than our first time at the dealership. Tucker Detweiler was our salesman, he was an absolute class act, treated us more like friends than just a customer. I would recommend anyone to go in and visit the dealership for an awesome car buying experience. Ask for Tucker when you get there, you will not get a better salesman. Looking forward to continuing our relationship with the whole Bob Caldwell as we move forward.
So after having my 1st vehicle from Bob Caldwell totaled in a hit and skip, I have returned. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Bob Caldwell and the process was just as smooth as the 1st time. Josh Sheppard and Steve Staub were very helpful, courteous during a very stressful time. I got what the vehicle I wanted both times. Thank you to the whole team for making this transition a smooth one.
Awful experience. I have bought two vehicles from BC, the current one a pre owned Grand Cherokee. When my tire kept losing air, I found out it had been patched before I bought it. I went to see what BC could do, and sales manager told me that since I didnt buy whatever coverage, that they couldnt cover me for a new tire. He said that they dont check for patches when checking the tires for resale. This is ridiculous to me, because youre telling me you dont check the integrity of the tires before you sell the vehicle?? And if not, is that a ME problem? Either way, the sales manager offered to take care of some of the cost, so I was fine with that. Said theyd contact me when the tire came in. Time goes by and I hear nothing. So I call to speak with sales manager, and of course hes busy so I leave a voicemail. He calls me back and says hell check and see whats going on. Weeks pass, and nothing. So I just show up one day, and they let him know I was there...I can see him sitting at his computer. The salesman says hell be with me in a bit. 20 minutes later, he hadnt budged. Couldnt be a man and come speak to me himself, and even if he actually was busy, he couldnt come down and see me real quick to let me know. I left, and he couldnt even call me after he knows I was no longer there. I love Jeep, but I will absolutely take my business elsewhere in the future. Terrible customer service.
Up until my last experience with Bob Caldwell service center, it was pretty decent. However, my most recent experience (about 6-12 months ago) was absolutely terrible. I tried getting my dashpad serviced under a warranty extension program. Super long story short, Matt Pickens is the sole reason for my 1-star review. He dodged my calls for over a month. I called him at least 10 times, leaving countless messages on his answering machine as well with his co-workers. He never got back to me.
Zac was extremely helpful in getting me a loaner car. I had a battery issue, in which my car battery was charged but needed replaced. I am a nurse that visits families during pregnancies. I had made up Spring Baskets that needed to be deliver! Zac made sure that I got a loaner car so I could deliver the rest of the baskets! My families were very happy and so was I!! My car was fixed by the time I had finished meeting with my last family! Thanks Again Zac! Much Appreciated all your Help!! Way to go Bob Caldwell Service Department!!
I came in to have a power steering flush. I came in at 9am it took about 5 hours for them to get the necessary fluid for my particular car. As bad as that sounds my service advisor Robert Long really went the extra mile to get my Crossfire flushed and changed out to the correct power steering fluid. He got me a loaner to allow me to run errands. As bad as this couldve turned out Robert made it a good experience. I will be back
I have for 5 years had my oil changed at the Jeep dealership so it came as an unexpected surprise to be charged to have the oil plug replaced because it was damaged. I am unaware that driving wear and tear can cause damage to the plug so it can ONLY get damaged as a result of dealership removing it during an oil change. So I paid for the damage caused by the dealership? Very disappointing 😩The speed and promptness of the service was great.
Took my vehicle there to be looked at the service department did that let me know what the problem was. I was looking into possibly trading my vehicle in and was told one of the sales people would call me back. I called several times and was told the sales person was in a meeting and with a customer and was told he would call me back. Never did then I was told a sales manager would call me back never did. I went to th dealership to have my vehicle towed off the lot and waited 45 minutes for them to find my car for the tow truck driver. Very disappointing experience.
Never get your car serviced here!!! They had my car for a week before they even looked at it. I feel like I should have been warned that they were behind before Zac made my appointment. Then when I picked up my car it came with a ton of recommendations to get fixed and when I asked him for clarification on one particular thing, he said he couldn’t help me. Why staple your card and info to my paperwork if u couldn’t answer any questions abt it? Zac is terrible, save yourself some time and frustration and take your car somewhere else.
A positive experience always begins with one person. The person we worked with in service was Zac (or Zak). He guided us through the entire process. He is an excellent communicator, and was there for us to discuss options and pricing. He was educated regarding what was necessary to get our car back on the road, and communicated beautifully with my wife and myself throughout. He is a fine example of top notch customer service. Really, with Zacs guidance, our experience was a positive one. Many thanks and kudos to Zak and the technicians at Caldwell.
*Since I have written this review, Bob and Cody reached out to finally resolve my long term issue. I thank them for helping me when I felt completely taken advantage of. I know people make mistakes and bad diagnosis can happen, but they wanted to ensure the problem was finally fixed. Changing my rating from 1 star to 4.* I have learned the hard way to stay away from Bob Caldwell. The bad experience started with the purchase of the vehicle 7 years ago and over the past year and a half, I continue going back and forth with the service department about an issue with the head gasket. The problem was first discovered when we noticed my coolant was milky. I brought it in to be told we must have had a bad oil change, so I paid $500 for a fluid flush. Several months after we noticed the fluid milky again and was told it was remanence from the first issue. I recently brought in to get a thermostat replaced and was told there was almost no oil… so where did it go? I was told “older cars”( keep in mind this is a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee) is normal for oil to burn. When I got the vehicle home, again, we noticed the coolant was milky. I also was told my extended warranty was expired and had to do a ton of back and forth to get a hard copy to show it’s still valid through august of this year. It’s been the absolute worst experience, and I feel that they are just giving me the run around until my warranty expires. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
I went bob caldwell for warranty work an learned that the work I was getting done wasn’t covered. But the customer service from Robbie letting me know what was goin to happen an getting me into loaner car was great! Hassel free! An not to mention Gary with the loaner cars getting into pretty much same loaner car I was driving! Excellent customer service!
Edit to say that the GM called me and addressed the situation.I brought our Jeep in to have 3 separate issues fixed. I was told the worst case diagnostic fee was $150 per issue, but that the fee would be reduced if it was a simple diagnosis. I was confident that 2 of my 3 problems were simple as they amounted to a broken piece of plastic. The third issue ended up being a big enough problem that we opted out of all repairs to pursue a new car instead. I was told that I had to pay all of the $500+ dollar bill for diagnostics because the time had to be spent one way or another. This is an absurd price to pay for diagnostic fees when 2 of the issues identified were the result of a broken piece of plastic. Needless to say, we wont be returning to this business for service again.
Disappointing with their financing process. This is the 4th Jeep I have bought from this dealership and will be my last. Three weeks after trading in my current lease for a new vehicle they forget to add in the taxes from my previous vehicle into the new trade. Quote from finance manager -It is what it is- Not sure how an over $1900 mistake can be made and not caught until three weeks later. So I will have to budget an extra monthly payment plan to pay for the mistake since current loan was already processed.Ordered the Jeep in February and finally received it in June but Josh Shepherd did a great job in keeping me updated on any updates with the long process
Israel our sales person was awesome but unfortunately the lender ran into an issue which could easily be fixed. The dealership did not offer any help or even reach out. They just treated us as if we were con artist or something and lied on the lender. Who couldnt verify employment due to not being able to reach the employer. Instead the dealership told us that our employer said we do not work for them. So of course we went to our onsite HR who verified with the lender but they said we would need to resubmit due to the previous application being rescinded. The dealership didnt even try to resubmit and use the direct number the specialist that helped us had given so we could get this quickly resolved.Based on other reviews I am going to day it is a racial thing even when we walked into the dealership they didnt acknowledge and just looked Israels wa who is black also I shrugged it off but now that this has happened without even I try to help resolve this proves my childs father was right about his assumptions when we first arrived in the dealership.
Great experience today trading in my 2016 RAM 1500 for a all blacked out 2021 RAM 1500 Jonathan and William were awesome. They were friendly as ever and made the buying process a walk in the park. Ill be back in 3-4 years for the next trade-in. Super stoked to ride the new truck!
Consistent with the rest of my experience, I never actually received the refund mentioned below, despite emailing Justin three times. I wasnt even that upset that they dropped the ball with my Jeeps service, my main frustration was that no one seemed to care. This appears to still be the case.
Im giving a two because Cody has been helpful and patient... I also dont normally give bad reviews...However my 2016 dodge journey had only 60k miles on it when I bought it from gmc twins buick of dublin. I DID get the warranty but thats a whole another story.I drove the Journey maybe a month if that, before the check engine light came on. When I took it in to the Twins Morse rd location, they identified the issue being the thermostat. They replaced it and was covered under warranty. I drove the Journey for about two weeks, then the check engine light came back on. When I took it in the second time it was a different code (Transmission). Twins said that they did not have the right equipment to diagnose the new code and said that i should take it to the dodge dealership, which Bob Caldwell Is right down the street. The dodge dealership replaced the transmission sensors and said I should be good to go. On the way home which is 10 mins from the dealershipthe light came back on. I just paid over 200 to replace the sensors. And now i have to bring the car back the following Monday.at this point I have been out of a vehicle for two weeks. The dodge dealership cant give me a loaner or a renter until the warranty company gets back to them. Im not happy with my vehicle, or that when I called twins they couldnt do anything for me. They just keep referring me to the warranty, which is nice to have but not when it takes weeks for them to respond and they refuse to provide me a loaner. I am beyond frustrated at this point, having only made 2 payments on this car that has spent more time in the shop then in my garage.Im tired of going in circles with Bob Caldwell, twins and the warranty company.
They stopped giving loaner cars out during COVID so I had to use an Uber and work from home the following day. The next day they called me and told me I could come grab the car, but I waited for about 20 minutes after I Ubered over before it was ready. They also charged me quite a bit for new brake pads (~$900), which seems very high after a rudimentary Google search.
Terrible.I took my 2018 Pacifica in for factory authorized repair in January 2020, specifically for paint corrosion in accordance with a factory TSB 31-001-18, which addresses the proper and factory authorized method of Aluminum Body Panel Corrosion Repair.. I did not receive my vehicle back until March of 2020.The work was performed poorly. So much so, that the repair failed within 9 months. When I returned in January 2021, Justin tried to deny responsibility for the workmanship, even though the vehicle was still under the 3/36 warranty. I got Chrysler Cares involved, and the hood was once again refinished. However this refinishing was done so poorly, there were blatant defects and dirt in the paint to the point it actually looked like someone threw sand on the paint while wet. Further, the vehicle was not reassembled correctly or completely, to which Justin further denied responsibility of.During all of the above, Justin further tried to deny providing a loaner vehicle to my family. Not only was this incorrect, it was simply insulting. My vehicle was in the shop for over 65 days, and Justin stated to me that we dont provide loaners for warranty work. After bringing the poor workmanship of the repaired repair to Justins attention, he further denied responsibility, stating hes done all he can do and it is not his responsibility to return the vehicle to factory condition. This sounds preposterous, you say? Well, Ive got it in writing. After this - I got the BBB involved on March 22, 2021. Seemed that got his attention, because while he continued to be a passive aggressive and condescending individual towards me, actions started to happen, albeit it very slowly.A replacement hood was ordered, as it should have been per the factory TSB in January 2020.When the repaired repair repair was finished, it was once again incompletely finished, missing federal emissions equipment. When this was brought to Justins attention, yup, you guessed it, he once again denied responsibility. My family has been patrons of Bob Caldwell since 1990, with the purchase of a 1991 Plymouth Voyager. Myself, since 1992, with the purchase of a 1992 Sundance. We have been a Chrysler family since the AMC days. For 30 years, Ive owned and driven a Chrysler product. Such a shame that single-handily, Justin can erode any and all confidence in not only a dealership, but a brand as a whole. Why in the world would I consider a Chrysler product, knowing I cannot get it serviced correctly, and furthermore, why would I come back to Bob Caldwell after this service experience? My vehicle was in the shop for over 65 days for a simple factory authorized warranty repair. Justin fought ownership of the repair each and every step of the way. If it were not for the BBB, I would have had to pursue legal action. The work was only finished correctly and completely on May 12, 2021; to which Justin further refused to provide any paperwork on to document the work. I suppose this is because if it fails again, he wants plausible deniability. Too bad I have the paperwork from Chrysler Cares, so his little dishonest game does not work.Such as shame. Over 30 years of patronage, and this is how a customer is treated. Stated more accurately, this is how a FORMER customer is treated.EDIT: Since Justin is continuing to call me a liar, by stating I never brought my vehicle to his dealership for service...Im attaching a copy of my invoice. Would you like me to also post other service records or purchase records from me and my family?Of interesting note, the header of the invoice states which dealership, again?
Zacs service was very good, but Im worried because it appeared after they changed the part of my car, lights on the dashboard and today (24/03/2022), the day after the concert, I returned and they said it would be normal and if it doesnt turn off I return next week. Im pretty dissatisfied with Bob Caldwell Chryslers response. But lets wait.😩
Blind sided by the service price from the “maintenance plan” I pre purchased, and then the lady that charges you at the end strong arming you against discounts. Terrible experience*** update I have a voice mail that states you guys called and confirmed the maintenance plan does cover the labor and offered a refund.
Josh Shepherd was very helpful through my whole experience. Traded in my lease for a new 2022 Compass! Loving the new car and appreciated the excellent customer service. Josh was very quick with getting back to me.. we did most of the work over texting/phone calls due to my schedule and he was happy to accommodate.
First I would like to say that my all around experience with Bob Caldwell was excellent! Everyone so friendly and helpful . Chris day the car salesman and jack the new cars sales manager definitely know there job. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone they are not judgmental at all they are there to get you in the car you need . Thanks so much for new vehicle.
I inquired about purchasing a car and worked with Christopher Day. I was an out of state buyer and he was extremely responsive and helped me purchase the car remotely. I never stepped foot in the dealership. He went out of his way to record a detailed video of the car for me, took extra pictures of the car that wasnt on the website that I had asked about and worked with my auto transport company to get the car delivered to my door on the West Coast. Everything was done in a timely manner. Forms overnighted and everything. A+ experience from start to finish. Id imagine that the experience in-person wouldve even been better but goes to show how willing Chris and his team were to work with me via phone and texts to purchase the car remotely. Would highly recommend.
This experience was great.. I always come to Bob Caldwell for maintenance services and I have had great experiences every time. My service coordinator was Damon and he is so funny and he was really nice did a wonderful job. I would recommend getting service here if you can.
I highly recommend Bob Caldwell as their customer service definitely ranks as a 5 star +++++I have been a frequent customer at Bob Caldwell as they are the best Jeep dealership in Columbus..I have been looking for a new Jeep Sahara since Covid and there was not a lot of new Jeep availability on their lot. Steve discussed option of custom ordering a Sahara so I could get everything I wanted . He kept me up to date on where the Jeep was in production and 8 weeks later , I am driving my 2022 Jeep Sahara ,customized with everything I wanted . Shout out to Steve and Josh for the personalized service and patience with me as I navigated this process:)
Update to my previous review back in September of 2021:Bob Caldwell claims they service all of their used vehicles prior to putting them on the lot. Ive learned the hard way that thats not the case. Do not buy cars from here nor go for any service needs.First, Cody who is one of their service providers was very rude. He hung up on my husband and made a very distasteful comment towards him when he THOUGHT he had already hung up on him. I also question the competence of their service mechanics as we are having to return for a 2nd time for the SAME issue that they claimed they already fixed. Cody was rude, unprofessional, and lacked empathy towards our frustrations of having to return for them to fix what they messed up. (Which they claimed had already been serviced prior to us buying the vehicle) Now with a storm coming, Im being told they do not have a loaner vehicle for me and I should figure it out. Stay tuned for my follow up review once they fix the issue AGAIN.Jen (who I originally purchased my vehicle from) has been nothing but empathetic and continues to check in with me despite my frustrations. She has been an angel.
If your looking for someone or someplace to buy a Jeep or any vehicle call and ask for Jen! Not only was she amazing to work with but we just had fun! I was nervous to come in on Christmas Eve and expected to be there all day. I was in an out within 2 hrs top! She made the experience fun and not stressful at all! If I ever go buy a vehicle again it’ll be from her!!
We had a great car buying experience with Dino. However, we had to visit the service department for a software update. We set an appointment over a week in advance and when we dropped off our vehicle, we were told that it would take a couple hours. We got a loaner vehicle and ran our errands and came back after 3 hours and were told that they haven’t even started working on our van yet and that it would not be done till late in the evening or tomorrow. Our appointment had been useless because appointments are treated as vehicle drop off and they will get around to working on it. No apologies given
We have purchased our last 4 vehicles at Bob Caldwell. 3 of them Town and Country’s and our latest one a Jeep Cherokee. Each time the experience gets better and better. Our sales consultant, Chris Day, was and is wonderful to work with, talk with, and we enjoyed getting to know him in the process of us buying a new vehicle. Day one Chris was no pressure and his “let’s work together” mentality helped us to find the vehicle we didn’t know we needed quickly and with joy.Michael, Sales Manager, put everything on the table and laid out our options, even moving some strings to make it all work and help us feel comfortable about the vehicle we were purchasing and the price we were getting it for. He moved some hills and gave us a very fair and exceptional deal!Charlie in service is OUTSTANDING. His demeanor to honor the customer is really what keeps us coming back to Bob Caldwell (they all do). Charlie’s knowledge, communication and his rapport with his customers sets you at ease, especially if there is a major issue or a tiny problem with your vehicle. Either way, they get the job DONE.Greg the technician is by far one of the best I have ever met. He took time to ride along with me to experience an issue we were having on our van (prior to our purchase of the Jeep). He explained what he believed to be the problem, diagnosed it and had it repaired in a day. Just the fact he took time to ride with me to see the problem as I did, speaks volumes!!Overall, 5 Stars isn’t enough. I’d give 10 Stars if I could. I’ve never been treated wrong, or like I was just another sale. I’ve never had a single issue with sales, finance, service departments because the entire team at Bob Caldwell values honor and integrity above the bottom dollar (don’t get me wrong, they are a business after all). I don’t keep coming to them for our vehicle needs because of the slick building, the free soda, or the nice leather sofa in the lobby. I go back because they treat you with dignity and respect. Willing to work to make sure you’re getting the best of what is offered without compromise.I’m a life long Bob Caldwell CJDR customer.*NOTE, this review was not solicited and I was not paid for my review. This is a true and honest opinion from a life long customer.
Today I purchased my very first car with the help of Maria, she went above and beyond for me. It was such a pleasure working with her. She explained everything briefly and answered any questions I had. It was honestly such a blessing coming to this dealership and finding someone understands the Hispanic community. She followed all the steps needed for a satisfied customer and definitely delivered. Thank you once again Maria! I’ll definitely recommend you to many others
Worked with Josh Shepherd who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Typically the car buying experience can be quite painful but Josh went above and beyond knowing I was flying in from out of town and had everything prepped and ready to streamline the process. Thanks again Josh!!Regards, TC OHara
My vehicle was dropped off for service on 1/10/22. Oil change, break inspection, squeaking sound coming from engine, and remote start would not work in cold weather (I even showed video of the issue when I dropped off vehicle. I was charged for 2 selects diagnostics. Originally I was told the squeaking sound was from a solenoid and my remote start issue due to a signal issue with my fob. I explained the fob work every time and the vehicle attempts to start, then asked if it could be a battery issue. Zak (whom I was communicating with) asked to call me back, calls back and tells me it’s a battery issue. I arrive Wednesday morning to get my vehicle, pay and come out to my vehicle that’s running already and it’s still squeaking. I Speak with Zak who has the mechanic come out who states he fixed the clicking (I heard no clicking sound) which was coming from the solenoid. He acknowledges the squeaking goes in and gets a brush, and cleans build up off the belt which stops the squeaking. This comes across a very dishonest and makes me believe that the work that was done was unnecessarily. So I was charged for 2 wrong Diagnostics and charged to fix an issue I didn’t have. I switched to your dealership off a recommendation of a coworker who spoke highly of you, but this has left a “bad taste in my mouth” and is making question the integrity of the service shop/ dealership as a whole. “This was also sent in an email to I’m waiting on a response from the dealership”Follow up, (2/11/22) I reached out to Bob Caldwell via the email Justin provided in his response and like the email I sent through their website there was no response (no surprise). So I assume this was an empty gesture to make it seem like they’re trying to address customer concerns but have no intentions actually following through.
It had been a while since I last visit a car dealership. Surprisingly the trip to Bob Caldwell Was refreshing to say the least. Everyone was very professional courteous and attentive to our needs. This was my daughters first time ever buying a car, they had the Vehicle that she wanted and the sales rep made us feel right at home ( Sean McCoy), he made it happen. She was able to drive off in her dream car the same day!I guess a lot has changed because the whole process from start to finish didn’t take long at all.No haggling. They worked with us all the way.We will be going back because my youngest daughter is getting her license soon and she said she know exactly where she want to go!Im inclined to agree. Bob CaldwellI encourage all who’s looking to purchase a new or used car to check them out first. You won’t be disappointed.
Got a new a Renegade and I had a couple of issues and questions, Zak and I went over our options and he really helped confirm my decision and made me feel confident that I made the right choice. Zak was patient and very knowledgeable. Will be going back for future maintenance and future purchases knowing I’ll be in good hands.
Cindy King, her boss, and the finance manager Brian Horn were Great to work with. They were friendly, professional people. They listened to what I needed and they delivered exactly what I asked for.I felt like they were assisting me in purchasing a car not selling a car. They helped me stay within my budget. They listened to my warranty concerns and made me feel comfortable about my overall purchase. Most dealers try to sell you a car and all the “bells and whistles” they really don’t listen to what you have to say.The Bob Caldwell crew was Awesome.
Just had my first oil change completed on my 2019 RAM Rebel and I couldnt be happier. The price was decent for a 7QT oil change. I thought it would be more honestly. Antonio and the other folks in service were great. I spoke to a guy in finance about warranty information/aftermarket upgrades and he was super helpful and all the way to the beginning when Quinton sold me the truck, the service was fantastic. I went to this place cause it was close to home, and Im just happy to know my neighborhood RAM dealer is so awesome. Glad I dont have to go across the damn city for great service!
Friendly service. Employee communication was horrible. I waited two hours for a 15 minute service. The whole process took them an hour and 15 minutes. Then my vehicle sat for 45 minutes because nobody told me it was ready. I was there for a total of two hours waiting. Not impressed with the professionalism I expected.
Found the truck I was looking for while looking online. Bob Caldwell had the exact truck I wanted! My sales representative Greg Haemmerle made the whole process easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. Would recommend Greg and his team to family and friends anytime!
I visited Bob Caldwell yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Sean McCoy. The whole place has great energy, everyone I came in contact with very prompt and helpful, however Sean was the agent I worked with. Sean was very down to earth, transparent and straightforward which is something I love when doing business. I told him my car shopping needs and met every last one including my budget for monthly payments. If you’re currently looking for a vehicle and not sure what your options are or what you can afford, go talk to Sean and he will take care of you. I walked in hesitant as this was my 3rd dealership I had spoken with(every other dealer wanted me to trade my vehicle in order to sell me a new one) and walked out with a new car, while still keeping my current car!! Don’t waste your time anywhere else, go to Bob Caldwell and speak with Sean McCoy!
Stopped in without an appointment for help regarding a missing lug nut on my Grand Cherokee. Rob and Cody went out of their way to help me resolve my problem, including taking time to discuss the situation with my family on the phone. They were quick, efficient and thorough during my visit. Thank you!
Paid over 170 bucks for them to look at my vehicle. And they couldnt even give me a breakdown of what was wrong. Just a receipt with my complaint on it. I was at work when they called so i didnt get a good understanding of all that was wrong with my vehicle. Needless to say i will not be going to them again.
The best experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle. I am thankful I found this dealership, by accident actually. Sean and his coworkers took good care of me and were patient during my buying process. Now, finally, I have a great dealership to call on. Thank you Sean once again.

2022-06-28Excellent customer service! Nevada was super friendly and easy to work with. He asked us what we were looking for and show us everything they had in our price range. The finance process with Brian and the closing manager, Mike, was just as smooth. Our daughter is driving away so happy in her first owned car. Thank you so much!

2022-01-25Best experience we have had at any dealership. We were so happy that we took the 2 hour drive to visit them. Joshua Shepherd was courteous and saw to every need we had. Very friendly and not pushy at all. He understood what we were looking for and he delivered! Would definitely keep them in mind when it comes to needing another vehicle.

2022-01-08I just leased my first car - ‘22 Jeep Compass. Ask for Chris Day he was amazing and so helpful. My mom came with me and said Bob Caldwell is the best dealership she’s ever dealt with. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Process was so smooth. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Their prices are excellent for top of the line vehicles! Definitely come here if you’re looking for your next ride! 10/10

2022-01-27Just finished up with getting my new 2021 Mazda 3 Turbo Hatch. What a freaking amazing experience! Worked with Jay Powers and Tucker Detweiler on the sales side and through the test-drive. Got everything set up perfectly. Worked with manager Joel Williams as well, with great success. Got things right where they needed to be. Couldn’t have ask for much more!!! other than maybe giving me the car for free 😉😆 10/10 would recommend stopping in.

2022-04-11My experience at Bob Caldwell was excellent. Within minutes of requesting info on a vehicle I was contacted by Chris Day. He sent me a video walk around of the vehicle and promptly scheduled a test drive. Chris was personable, professional, and there were no high-pressure sales tactics. He worked out a trade-in and got me in the car I wanted. Chris stayed several hours after close of business (on a Sunday!) to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. He even helped move items from trade in to newly purchased vehicle. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend working with Chris Day and Bob Caldwell.

2022-04-15Ive been buying cars for 30 years, and I can honestly say this was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Joshua Shepherd helped us order a 22 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve and I couldnt be happier. Joshua, and the rest of the team at Bob Caldwell were friendly, professional, and listened to our wants and needs and delivered our new Jeep in just a little over 8 weeks from order! If you are in the market for a new Jeep, I cant recommend Josh enough! He will take good care of you!

2022-02-15Traded in my Jeep for a certified pre-owned Truck. Dino was great to work with! He went above and beyond to make it a good experience for me. He was not pushy, rude, or unreasonable like a lot of other cars salesman I have interacted with. Happy customer!

2022-05-22Tucker made turning in my Wrangler lease and ordering a brand new one super easy! He helped provide options up front, custom ordered my new wrangler, provided timely communications, was very flexible with my appointment time, professional and very personable. I highly recommend this dealership and love my new Jeep!!
