I am writing to praise your employee, Cassie, on the excellent service she provided me with on Tuesday, February 1. During the time I spent at Blush Bridal, Cassie treated my guest and me with warmth, patience, and caring. My best friend, who happens to male, chose to accompany me, and Cassie did a wonderful job making him feel welcome and included in the process, which meant a great deal to both of us.Moreover, Cassie attentively listened to the characteristics I desired in a wedding dress and paid special attention to see those desires fulfilled. She allowed me to peruse the racks looking at dresses and suggested dresses that met my criteria as well. When I found my dream dress, Cassie went out of her way to make sure I knew that I could add the sleeves I wanted, understood the process of doing so, and followed up with me after ordering the dress to ensure that the sleeves were ordered, too.As a plus size woman, I will admit to you that I did not look forward to trying on wedding dresses. Furthermore, I suffer from a severe case of a spinal condition called scoliosis, which can make clothes shopping difficult and sometimes emotional. I was surprised at how much fun Cassie made the process of finding my dress, even when presented with challenges, such as finding a dress that went with a veil I had already picked out beforehand. Throughout my visit, my size and spinal condition were never issues, which was the most wonderful gift that Cassie could have given me. She did a fantastic job of making me feel special and beautiful in every dress I tried on.Choosing a wedding dress is a very important and sentimental decision, and I am so pleased that I can look back at the memories of that day with fondness, in large part due to the exceptional customer service that Cassie provided. It was such a pleasure to work with her to find my dream dress. Cassie’s commitment to customer service is to be commended highly.Thank you so much, Cassie and Blush Bridal, for helping me find such an important and beautiful gown for my wedding day. I LOVED my experience at Blush Bridal and found my dream dress there on my first bridal appointment. The store manager, Jami, was amazing. I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong store but she fit me in and stepped in to be my consultant. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made everything flow very seamlessly. Blush was the second place I visited when shopping for my bridal gown. Molly was THE BEST with helping me pick the perfect one. No pushy sales pitches, no pressuring like I had experienced previously and after visiting blush. The store is immaculate and so comfortable. My group had our own private area away from the other brides and their parties which I really appreciated. I would 100% recommend Blush and their amazing staff!
There arent enough words to use to say how amazing the ladies of Blush Bridal are and how they changed my whole outlook on wedding dress shopping!! I had the pleasure of working with Jaimie and she was the best thing that has happened to me in wedding world! I came in feeling super discouraged because my past appointments hadnt gone as Id hoped and Jaimie was there from the start ready to turn things around. We talked for about 10 minutes at the beginning of the appointment to really understand how I was feeling and what I was looking for and then she pulled the most GORGEOUS dresses!! The selection they had here was phenomenal - not only did they have every kind of dress I was wanting to try, but many many more for others too! When we finally narrowed down my style, Jaimie gave me the best advice for how to compare dresses and narrow down my top choice. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS at Blush and I cant be more elated to say Im a Blush Bride!!!! BEST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE! It’s so clear that the ladies at Blush not only love their jobs, but also their customers. I shopped at a few different bridal stores for my dress and Blush knocked them all out of the park. They have a huge selection of dresses for any style and body type. Their inventory was great but their customer service is what stands out the most. Every stylist is so caring and made me feel so beautiful. I am so thankful for Cassie and the staff at Blush trot helping me find my dream dress for my big day! Thank you for making me feel so beautiful and confident, ladies! I cannot say enough good thinks about Blush! I visited once with a friend in October and loved every second of their vibe! I wasn’t the one shopping then, but I made it my visit once I was engaged. I was nervous going in, but that quickly flew out the window with Georgia and all of the wonderful ladies that were working. Georgia was AMAZING! She made it so fun to look for a dress. She really listened and took the time to get to know more about me and my family that were with me. She asked to see pictures and asked about the wedding. She completely calmed my nerves, and made the day that much better. She made me feel pretty, and made my opinions feel valued! I can’t speak highly enough of Jami at Blush. I had a dress already, and then I suffered a major injury that resulted in me losing a lot of weight. I waited until the last minute in bridal timing to face the fact I needed a smaller dress because the first one couldn’t be altered without changing the whole dress. I reached out to Blush and explained my situation and they got me scheduled right away. Jami had dresses pulled she thought I might like, and I ended up falling in love with the very first dress she had me try on. I’ve just received it this week - it is so stunning. I couldn’t be happier with how gorgeous my dress is. Jami made the whole experience fun and lighthearted, despite the fact I was going through a very hard time. If you’re looking for a positive, funny, upbeat girl gang to accompany your gown experience, GO TO BLUSH.
After an awful start at another fitting, Blush turned my entire day around. Hannah was my stylist, and did everything possible to literally make me feel absolutely beautiful, & land me in the most stunning bridal gown. Hannah was extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, and fun throughout my entire fitting. I’m six foot tall, and while another store acted as if there was nothing available to fit my body type, Hannah did everything in her power to show me that that was far from the case. From walking in, to checking in, to trying on, & checking out, every stylist at Blush treated my group like we had been friends for years. To everyone at Blush, thank you for turning my day into one that I will always remember, for making the experience so fun and comfortable, and for finding me the most perfect wedding dress. You women are the type that the world needs more of. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
The ladies at Blush are absolutely amazing!!! They made my first time dress shopping so much fun! I could not thank Hannah (my stylist) and Colleen (owner) enough! They had nothing but my best interest in mind. I cannot thank them enough for their endless support and encouragement! ABSOLUTELY LOVED all of the Consultants here at Blush. The girls were all so knowledgeable and friendly. My personal consultant was Cassie and she was absolutely amazing. This was my second shop EVER to try on wedding dresses and for anyone who doesnt know, you really just put it all out there when you try on a dress. Cassie made me feel so comfortable and made me feel so beautiful when I tried on each dress. I am so glad I said Yes to the Dress here at Blush! Cant wait for it to come in!
Jami totally made my experience super fun, which I didnt experience in other shops.. I really felt like she was on a mission to get me exactly what I would want, even when I felt confused or uncertain. I truly believe that I found my perfect dress because of Jami and the Blush Bridal team, and I would highly recommend this store to any of my friends or family to check out. The selection was great and they were awesome at explaining sizing, alteration options, ordering, etc. I felt so special and I cant wait to see my dress and get back to the store to try it on!! Recommend shopping at least a year out, if you have that luxury.
I had a very good experience at Blush Bridal. The staff is friendly and professional. We walked into the shop with no prior appointments and they were very accommodating. It took me one minute to find my wedding dress in their shop! They did an excellent job on taking my measurements as my dress fit me perfectly when it arrived. I highly recommend this bridal shop!
I highly recommend Blush Bridal! The atmosphere was very laid back and welcoming which I loved! Hannah was my bridal stylist and I can’t say enough good things about her! From the moment she introduced herself I felt like we were friends!! She was knowledgeable about the brands, styles, colors, and material of the dresses! Her attitude was positive and upbeat, she went above and beyond to help me with everything!! My consultant for the day, Hannah, had wonderful energy for such an exciting moment. Never pushy and willing to help me back into dresses I had already tried on to make sure I found the one. Everyone at Blush Bridal was so awesome to work with! I worked specifically with Molly, who helped me pick out my dream dress! I did not know exactly what I wanted before going in, but Molly helped me through the process. All the dresses were amazing!
Blush was first stop on my list and I didn’t make it to any of the others!! My mom went with me and we had the whole place to ourselves (we went in the middle of the week right at open!!) The ladies were very sweet and welcoming. Molly was who I worked with directly. I came in with tons of inspiration images in mind and she pulled out the first one and that was IT! I did try on many others and Molly was patient with me and allowed me to try on that first one NUMEROUS times before I took the leap into saying “YES” to my beautiful gown. I was hesitant because I had a few other appointments but they made sure I got my “this is it” moment and I was extremely comfortable. Now I’m patiently waiting (til January 😅) before I get to be in my gown again!! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Amazing!! This was the first store on my list for the day and ended up canceling all of the other appointments after saying YES to the dress. I cant give enough praise to the entire staff that makes this place so special. I had the absolute honor of working with Brian while I was there. He truly listened to what I was looking for, really respected my budget, and shared in all of the excitement from dress to dress. He created an atmosphere that not only made me and my family feel so comfortable and welcomed but also one that was so fun. It was truly the best shopping experience Ive ever had. I would definitely recommend Blush Bridal to anyone on their dress shopping journey.
I was not impressed.The boutique itself is beautiful.Very picturesque for trying on bridal gowns. If I had anything else positive was said to be about the store itself. However I had made an appointment came early, and ended up waiting 20 minutes to be seen.The staff seemed more interested in how much I was willing to pay then me as the customer. Another customer was being seen and attended to her it while I was waiting.. And even though I arrived earlier than my appointment time I ended up leaving and the same customer I had watched try on wedding dress after wedding dress was still trying on wedding dresses as I left.
From the moment I walked in, the girls at this store were so kind and welcoming! Hannah was so helpful and made my dress shopping experience amazing! She listened to what I was saying and truly hyped me up through out the appointment. Between her experience/knowledge and her personality, she really made this process a great experience and helped me find a dress I love!
Yay Blush Bridal! This was my last shop to visit on my dress shopping journey and I had all but made up my mind (aka settled) on another dress. But thanks to the encouragement of my mom and sisters, we kept my appointment here and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams. I literally walked in and asked if they had a dress that matched all of my wishlist items and thanks to Molly and the insanely helpful and supportive women of this business, they did! The vibe in the shop is very warm and welcoming and they deserve all the praise. Thank you, ladies for helping me live out my wedding dress dreams!
Hannah made my experience at Blush Bridal SO special. It was my first appointment for dress shopping and her welcoming personality and positive attitude made for a great start to the day. She took the time to get to know the story of me and my fiancé and picked out some amazing dresses for me to try on. I didn’t end up finding THE dress at Blush, but they had my second favorite. All the dresses i tried on were gorgeous though. Highly recommend going to Blush (and asking for Hannah) if you’ll be shopping in the bridal district!
Blush Bridal was the only shop in Cincinnati that had my dream dress! I’m so happy I was able to try it on. They gave us a nice room upstairs where we were excluded and able to have some fun too. Brian, Jamie and all the other staff were/are excellent and made the dress shopping experience very easy! The shop is not overwhelming at all with just enough options to find what you’re looking for. I would highly recommend checking them out and following their Instagram page for sneak peeks and announcements!
Highly recommend Blush- Brian and the ladies were literally my own personal hype team while I tried on gowns. I tried many other high end shops and nothing compared to the fun experience at Blush. Tons of choices that are size inclusive- and no drama or pressure to buy if you need to sleep on it. Loved working with Brian- you can’t tell with my mask on but Brian literally kept me and my mom laughing and having fun the whole time. Best experience and staff in the Reading Bridal district!
Jami was absolutely fantastic. I knew what my dress vision was going into the appointment but she challenged me to try on things slightly out of my vision to make sure the dress I ended up with was absolutely the one. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful- would recommend to any bride to be looking for the perfect dress.
I worked with Hannah this past weekend and she was fantastic! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with her. Hannah listened and offered expert advice. The dresses she pulled for me were exactly what I had described to her. Loved my time at Blush Bridal!

If Blush isn’t on your short list for finding your perfect dress, you’re doing it wrong. Jami is truly a bridal ninja and a gem of a human. I can promise you’ll feel like the only bride in the room the entire time.
We had a great experience here, although my sister ended up going with a dress from another store, we loved our time at blush. Our attendant was wonderful and engaged the bride so well in the selection process. She challenged the bride to pick out specific things that she liked and disliked about each dress and separated the aspects of the gowns to critique. For example we would discuss specifically the color, or specifically the waistline and bodice. It felt very personal and intentional.
10/10 recommend! This was the 3rd shop I went to in the Reading Bridal district and my best experience. I described what I wanted, and the first dress they picked out- I loved!! They listened to me and were so helpful.
I went into Blush having no clue what I actually wanted in a wedding dress. I got to work with Hannah and man is she amazing. She helped me find my perfect dress and made me feel like the most special person in the room. She was so easy to work with and made you feel very comfortable trying on dresses. She was so upbeat and she really took the time to get to know you to help find you the perfect dress. Not only was Hannah amazing, but the whole Blush staff there that day was great. All the staff made you feel wanted and strives to help you find exactly what you needed, or in my case, what I didn’t know I really needed.
Out of all of the places I went to look for a wedding gown, Blush made me feel the most comfortable. The stylists were hyping me up and making me feel really beautiful. The stylist who worked with me in particular, Jamie, took her time to really listen to me and then was able to bring out amazing options that were in line with my budget and my style preference. We work together to build a custom look adding in different accessories and a bow element from a completely different dress. I walked away feeling like I truly had a dress that represented who I am. Super thankful for the great vibes, amazing energy, and the care while I was there!!

Blush Bridal was my first bridal appointment, and I had no idea what to expect. I had an idea in my head as to what I wanted for my wedding dress, but I couldn’t necessarily articulate it. Jaimie, my stylist, was the best person I could have asked for in this situation. She listened to me, picked out dresses to try on and rule out, and never once made me feel bad for being picky or indecisive. Jaimie made the wedding dress shopping experience for me. Even when I found the dress and was skeptical, she told my party and I to go to another appointment and come back. She never once made me feel pressured or overwhelmed to buy the dress for her sake. I truly cannot say enough good things about Jaimie and Blush Bridal. The vibe of the store is so welcoming, the employees are kind and patient, and it’s so cute and clean.
Cassie from Blush Bridal made my experience so great! She made me feel so comfortable and she was genuinely excited to help me find my dream dress! I had one in my head that I wanted to try on prior to my appointment and we tried it on last and it was actually the one I chose! I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day! Jami at Blush was so great!! She knew the perfect gown to suggest based off a description of what I was looking for, which ended up being the one! She was very respectful of my budget and not pushy at all. Jami also spent extra time with us to remeasure me to make sure I felt confident about the size I ordered. Dress came in on time and she was lovely again during pick up. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Blush and would recommend them to my friends
I had such a good experience finding my dress here! Jaime was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and excited. I would absolutely recommend going here!! The only reason its not 5 stars is I went through their recommended tailor for alterations (Stitched by Sharon) and it was not a good experience. She was rude to my mom and she didnt bustle my dress correctly. We paid all this money and we still had to pin it. Im surprised Blush houses her and recommended her.
The Blush Bridal Team made my dress shopping experience so special! I worked with Molly, who I highly recommend! I had an awesome appointment at Blush! It was my second bridal appointment that day, and I ended up buying my dress at a different store, but I had an AMAZING experience here and loved my dress options. My stylist, Hannah, was so fun to work with and supportive. Not only was Hannah delightful to work with, but the staff at the desk were like part of my entourage! They ooh-ed and aah-ed every time I walked out in a new dress and made everything so fun. After I had gone shopping the next day at a different store in the bridal district, they even recognized me walking by through the window and waved excitedly. I could not recommend the Blush experience enough. Also, everything was well within my budget and gorgeous (< $2,000).
Blush gave me one of the greatest gifts for my wedding day...the most perfect wedding dress. Georgia and the rest of the Blush and Blue (their sister store) staff helped me figure out exactly what my style was in order to find the wedding dress of my dreams, all while staying within my price range. Super clean, well decorated, and comfortable atmosphere. I went on a week day evening and we were the only group in the store. Oure attendant gave us her full attention and was so lovely! Even the music they played was good:) There were enough gowns that I could try on any look I was considering, but it wasnt overwhelming like a huge store. Highly recommend!
I was fortunate enough to have the lovely Jami as my bridal consultant and she was nothing short of amazing! We walked in and were taken care of right away and greeted with a smile. Jami was friendly and it felt like I was talking to a longtime friend of mine! I loved how comfortable I felt the whole experience, as dress shopping all day can be more exhausting than I could have ever imagined. Jami was even direct with me when I had eyes on dresses outside of my price range so there were not any surprises, which is always highly appreciated. I 100% did not walk in thinking I was going to find my dress (much less get emotional in it, who am I?) so I think that speaks volumes. I recently visited and got to work with the owner, Colleen. I came in a bit pessimistic because I had already been to 3 stores and still hadnt found the one. Colleen was super patient and caring and kept bringing me dresses to consider. She listened to what I wanted and tried to find dresses that suited my descriptions. I found a dress I really liked but could not commit. Colleen was not pushy at all and you could tell she just had my best interest at heart. Ultimately I found my dress elsewhere, but I had such a wonderful experience at Blush I just had to come on here and give it 5 stars! I would highly recommend it to other brides.
Absolutely loved working with Blush Bridal to find my dream dress for my upcoming wedding! I knew I had an idea of a dress I really wanted to try, and they were able to track it down from another state and hold it for my appointment - it was perfect. I brought my parents and future mother in law and everyone was so friendly, professional and kept it light and fun! My experience at Blush Bridal was entirely on a whim but was clearly meant to be! I thought I had found the dress of my dreams online and only wanted to come in to try that specific gown on. Jami, however, helped me find the ACTUAL dress of my dreams and turned my entire day magical! I could not recommend this shop and their stylists enough!
Blush Bridal was exactly what I was looking for! I had tried on so many dresses and was just not finding the simple, boho style I was looking for. At Blush, I finally found the dress that felt like ‘me’! Jamie (not the owner, the other one) was extremely sweet and helpful. She did not rush me or pressure me at all. I am beyond thrilled that I found a dress at Blush Bridal! I would recommend them in a heartbeat for both their collection and service. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed as if I was someone’s friend, not just another sale. The shop has an amazing collection of unique styles that I did not find at other larger stores, and the way it is laid out makes it easy to look through all the gowns without being overwhelmed.Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind, professional and obviously loved working with brides. I went back twice because I could not decide and even then, the consultants and Colleen continued to be patient and listen to what I was looking for. My dress actually arrived a few weeks early and when I picked it up today I was blown away (again) by how much I loved it. Brian was absolutely amazing during my first ever bridal appt. I didn’t know what to expect going in, & he was very informative, helpful, cheerful, & uplifting. He showered me in compliments, which boosted my confidence. He knew exactly what I was looking for in a dress. He is awesome at what he does, & deserves a raise!! This was my 4th (and last scheduled) bridal appointment within the RBD in 24 hours. I admit I walked in feeling a little discouraged. My stylist, *Molly*, sat down with me and asked all the right questions. I felt very listened to and she immediately picked up on want I was looking for. When we started picking dresses, all of the ones she pulled were hitting the target! Molly never once pressured me to speed up or slow down the process. She was SO knowledgeable, informative, creative, and extremely helpful! I could go on and on but am trying to keep this short so people actually read it! I highly recommend going during the week if you want a more calm / relaxed appointment! Thank you Molly (and Blush) for helping me find my perfect wedding dress!!
I had the best experience at Blush Bridal and would highly recommend other brides looking for a one of a kind dress to start HERE! Jami was the best consultant I could have asked for. She fit right in with our group, made us laugh, and took such great care of us. She listened to what I wanted, but also helped me discover something new and ultimately I fell in love with a dress I never knew I wanted! She gave insight and wisdom into what would fit my body best and why. She answered all my questions and didnt think I was crazy for wanting to put dresses back on over and over again when I was down to the last two. This place was absolutely amazing. I had went to a different bridal shop right before blush and it was a nightmare. I felt so horrible about myself because the other shop refused to listen to what I liked in a wedding dress. Then I came to blush bridal and my day from horrible to amazing. I found my dress immediately. The first one I tried on there, i fell in love. They LISTEN. They dont try to tell you what you should wear. I 100% recommend. They are such sweet people.

Blush Bridal is awesome!! Although I didnt end up getting my dress here, they were great! Brian was helping me and he did a phenomenal job!! They did not make us feel pressured or anything. This was my first stop, and I really did like the first dress I tried on there, but I had other appointments. After writing down the dress that I really liked he said, Good luck and have fun at your other appointments. If you want to come back later to try this dress again, we will be here and will be happy to help you out with that! But if not, I hope you find the dress of your dreams! It was comforting to hear that and to not feel pressured. Everyone else I had interacted with there was great as well! I appreciate all their help, and for making me feel so comfortable! I would definitely recommend Blush Bridal to any brides who are looking for a laid back, fun experience!
I said yes to the dress at Blush! Molly is wonderful and was able to find me the most unique gown that combined everything I was looking for. She made me feel comfortable through the entire appointment. I would recommend Blush to any bride!
I had a great experience at Blush Bridal! We came in on a Saturday, VERY early for our appointment, but they were able to work with us! It actually worked out because we got to go upstairs to their private room. We worked with Jaime, who was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. She made me feel very comfortable. She was respectful of my budget and did a good job of finding dresses that matched the style I was wanting. I highly recommend! The only thing is that all of their dresses start at $1000.

After visiting 5 other shops in the Reading Bridal District, Blush was my last stop before deciding on my wedding dress. I thought I had made up my mind on the dress I wanted before walking into this store, but decided to finish my appointments anyways. We showed my consultant, Molly, the dress to beat and she knew right away the dress she wanted to put me in. I tried the dress on and knew immediately it was the ONE! My shopping party and I shed a few tears of excitement and Molly was right there with us celebrating! I probably tried on 100 dresses, but never had the feeling of confidence, excitement, and comfortability as I did when I found my dress at Blush (all of that, and under budget!) . Thank you so much to Molly and the rest of the Blush team! I cant wait to get my dress in a few months!

Blush Bridal was simply fantastic! I absolutely cannot say enough about Jami. Honestly, she was so kind and sweet, it really felt like shopping with a friend instead of buying from a sales associate. She is very informative and I really trusted her recommendations for what dress looked best on me and even what length veil I should get. I loved my experience at a Blush Bridal. I was slightly nervous at first because it was my first time and first stop shopping for my wedding dress. Colleen and Jaimie were amazing and accommodating- especially in this uncertain and weird time. I ended up purchasing the third dress I tried on! I went to my other two appointments to alleviate any “what if’s” but, went back to Blush Bridal to get my dress! I also got my veil and hair piece there, too. Everything was perfect. I had a style in mind and they helped me find options that fit my vision but also encouraged me try things that could work that I never really considered without pushing me.
After a full day of dress shopping Blush was my last appointment of the day, and Im so glad I went! The entire staff is so friendly and kind, and my stylist Brian did an amazing job of listening to what I was looking for in a dress and pulling amazing dresses that fit my vision. We found the PERFECT dress, but after such a long day I felt like I needed to sleep on it before making a decision, (I also wanted my mom to be there when I said yes to the dress) and they were very understanding and didnt pressure me to make a decision on the spot. I called the next day to see if I could come in and show my mom the dress, and they were able to get me an appointment that same day. After a good night of sleep and fresh eyes, I was even more in love with the dress than the day before. Needless to say, I said yes to my dream dress! My mom was also very impressed by the staff, and commented on how nice and friendly everyone was and what a great experience we had.
All of the blush employees were so encouraging from start to finish! I am not much of a dress person nor do I like to be the center of attention much and they were so great at making me feel comfortable and confident. Once I walk in and show them what I like best, instantly they assure me that I will love their gowns. When I walked out in a dress, everyone in the store oohed and aahed...well, they all knew best because I ended up with that dress. They absolutely know what they are doing and have BEAUTIFUL dresses.
My very first appointment to find a wedding dress was at Blush Bridal, and I can honestly say I wouldnt have wanted to go anywhere else! I had a fantastic experience, and it was all thanks to Hannah. I had the best experience shopping for my perfect Wedding dress at Blush Bridal Boutique. From the beginning when I decided to book an appointment the staff were very helpful. I messaged the boutique on Facebook at midnight one night and a few minutes later I received a response and had my appointment booked. I was so excited because they had my dream dress. A few days before my appointment they called me to ask what styles I liked. Then on the day of the appointment I was greeted with a smile from my consultant Jaimie. My party and I were taken upstairs to our own private area. Jaimie then took me downstairs to pull some dresses. I tried on a total of 6 dresses, before I decided on the one. I didn’t end up with the dress I went there for, I ended up with an even better one. Jaimie was very helpful!I highly recommend visiting Blush Bridal boutique. 💕

I worked with Colleen at Blush Bridal this past weekend and I cannot sing her praises enough. She was patient, kind, and reassuring. She listened to what I already knew I was looking for and asked questions to help determine what other styles of dresses that I might not have considered previously that would be flattering for me. She was respectful of my budget and would check if a dress she recommended for me was okay price-wise before even letting me try it on (the ones she recommended outside of my price range were only ~$150 over and I had told her I was flexible). She knows her stuff, and while I ended up purchasing a dress at another boutique, Colleen was a definite highlight of my dress shopping experience. 10/10 would recommend!
I cannot get over how the wonderful folks at Blush made me feel today. The dress is perfect and everything I could have wanted. But truly, when it comes to the staff at Blush, you wont find any better.I walked in feeling a little hopeless, and like I would never have that wow! moment that every bride hopes for. I had already tried on several dresses at other stores and was starting to lose hope. But then I met Jami! She pulled some of the most gorgeous gowns Ive ever seen.The second dress we put on had me in tears! My mom and sister (who are out of state) were only able to join through facetime, and Jami handled that entire situation flawlessly.When it came time to Say yes, every single one of the employees cheered me on, and made me cry again. Now I cant guarantee youll be the last bride in the shop that day and have that same experience, but I do know from what I saw today you will be treated like you and your big day are all that matters!
What an amazing experience! Colleen and Jami were incredible. I would leave a 10 star review if I could! This is exactly the way I pictured wedding dress shopping to be. They listened to what I envisioned for my day, asked the perfect questions to help me evaluate my feelings about each dress, and made my entire party feel welcomed. We were relaxed, laughing, and smiling for the whole 3 hours we were there. I found THE dress and couldnt be happier! My first appointment at Bridal and Formal was terrible because the consultant didnt listen to me. Here, I was heard and as the appointment went on she just got better and better at understanding my vision and style. Her expertise and insight helped guide me to hone in on my likes and dislikes. I had a list of dresses I knew I wanted to try on and Colleen pulled all of them for me without trying to force other dresses. My appointment went over and they didnt say a word about it, didnt rush us once, and I was able to also choose a veil and hair pin, and get measurements done. The day before my appointment I got a call from Jami so she could get to know me and what I wanted. We spent almost 20 minutes on the phone and she treated me like I was her only bride. This was such an amazing touch and made me feel very special. Several of my bridesmaids said this is where they will come to buy their wedding dress when the time comes. I cannot recommend them more! From start to finish my experience was picture perfect, every bride deserves to be treated this well and feel this good on their dress shopping day. So excited to go back again when my dress comes in!
I had the BEST experience at Blush Bridal. By the time I had my appointment I had already been to 6 other places and tried on roughly 30 gowns, so to say I was losing my patience would be an understatement. Molly was very patient...especially since my Mom and I had to FaceTime a couple people to get their inputs...and I never once felt rushed or pressured into trying on anything I didn’t want to. I found the dress, but wanted to sleep on the decision, so I ended up coming back another day and the appointment took longer than expected and we ended up being there past closing. Never once did they complain or try to speed us up. I highly recommend this place for any future brides!!
My experience at Blush Bridal was everything. I had gone to other places up in the bridal district and didn’t get the “bridal” experience I was wanting until I walked in Blush Bridal’s door. Jami is AWESOME!! She made a dress 10 sizes too big fit perfectly on the bride and even manipulated the straps to fit the brides wants. She can make your dream dress! Jami is knowledgeable , bubbly and enthusiastic! Book with her you will NOT regret it.
I had an amazing experience at Blush Bridal. Blush was my last stop in a day of 3 appointments, and was by far the best. I worked with Jami, who was a true pro at listening to ideas I had for my dress, even though I did not have an exact style picked out. She took the time to listen to what I liked and didnt like about each dress I tried on and persistently nudged me in the right direction when I was being indecisive. I never once felt pressured or rushed - not the case for several of my dress shopping appointments. I didnt buy on my first trip to the store, but instead came back over a month later to purchase the dress I loved during that first visit. Jami was just as welcoming and remembered all of the details of my first visit, even down to my dads favorite beer (which they bonded over on my first visit). During this visit, I also had the pleasure of working with Colleen for my final try-on to choose my veil - another wonderful experience - shes so sweet and was happy to let me try on as many veils as I wanted and even took pictures for me to send to family. After purchasing my dress, Jami sent me a sweet handwritten card to thank me for purchasing my dress at Blush and wish me well for my wedding. I have since visited the store a third and fourth time to pick up my dress and veil, and each time Ive been greeted like a friend by all of the ladies at the store. I would highly recommend Blush Bridal and all of the ladies that work there to anyone.

Fantastic!I didn’t have an appointment with Blush Bridal when I stopped by on a Thursday. They took me right in and made us (my mom and bridesmaid) feel very welcomed.We got the chance to work with Jami, the manager, and she was very helpful! She understood right from the start what I was invisioning and even helped educate us along the way (like what horsehair meant) so that I could explain what I wanted at other appointments I had.I felt very comfortable letting her know what I liked and didn’t like about each dress. When I found the one I LOVED but had an issue with it being strapless, she came out with every possible way to fix my dilemma. So much so, that she contacted stores in the area looking for what I wanted (and illusion topper). She knew this would be my dream dress and she made it happen!The sole reason I didn’t give the rating a 5 Star was due to the fact it took a little while to get a copy of my contract and the designer took a while as well to communicate to Blush. I knew I was in good hands but it did put me a little on edge. I ended up getting everything about 3 weeks later so I’m all set!Very great experience and I would suggest them to anyone else as well!
The girls here made sure to do everything they could to make my dress dress come true. The in-house seamstress, Sharon, is the sweetest, most welcoming & comforting woman. She does incredible work and listens to everything you want. Truly the biggest sweetheart and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants things done perfectly.

My mom made four appointments in the bridal district. Blush was our first stop. Jamie helped us with the process. I had one vision of what I wanted and Jamie took it into consideration, but offered her professional advice (which I asked for). Basically I wanted to hide my body, and she picked a few dresses that showed off my curves. It was definitely not what I thought I wanted , but she knew 1,000,000 times better than me what would look good. I ended up looking beautiful and felt so confident the day of my wedding. Also my dress came in 8 days after I ordered it!!! Needless to say I had to cancel the other appointments that day...
I had an appointment scheduled - but, somehow the days got crossed. We showed up a day early (although, I was pretty sure when I scheduled the appointment I scheduled the appropriate day). That being said - it wasnt the appointment mix-up that left a bad taste in my mouth. I get it - they have a full schedule and it is a small space. It was the fact that as soon as we walked in (before I even knew about the appointment issue) I felt like I was being judged. The person at the counter was off-putting and unfriendly. I didnt feel welcome at all and decided to look elsewhere for my dress (which I found and purchased that day!). I can get a dress anywhere... it is the atmosphere that really makes the difference. For me, Blush was a big no-go for that reason alone.
I highly recommend Blue Bridal! I only went to two different bridal shops but Blush Bridal made me feel far more welcome and comfortable throughout this experience. They called me a few days in advance to get to know me and my style, which was greatly appreciated. The very first dress that I tried on ended up being the one! I had such a wonderful experience at Blush. First of all, their store is adorable and cozy. I had appointments at several places, including Blush, and it was hands down the best in terms of atmosphere, sales consultants, and dresses. I was able to find my dream dress even with less than 6 months until my wedding and take it home the same day, all within my budget (which was pretty modest). Jami was so helpful while I was looking for my dress and made me feel so beautiful and special. She even sent me a thank you card in the mail! I would 10/10 recommend Blush if youre looking for a personal, intimate feel while youre dress shopping. Thank you!

I went into Blush Bridal right after the store opened back up from the COVID lock down, found the perfect dress. The staff was very accommodating and Nice. Im not much of a dress wearer and didnt know what size Id need.. They measured me. twice. and gave me their recommended size and told me that this particular dress ran small. So I agreed to buy their recommended size, afterall they are the experts right? They do this everyday. wrong. the dress came in, mid October and I was about 9 months pregnant when I picked up my dress so I didnt try it on figuring It wouldnt fit. I recently went to my alteration appointment and The dress is 3 sizes to big. my seamstress said in order for it to fit ky correctly I would have to be 100 lbs heavier and that the dress would need completely deconstructed to fit me and due to the lace sleeves even then it eas questionable on if she could make them work. I called the shop and they asked If i had been fluctuating in weight. i weighed less when I tried on my dress than I do now, because I had a baby almost 6 months ago and Ive retained some of my baby weight. They will not replace or refund the cost of my dress, So now Im out 2200 dollars and have to find a new dress and my wedding is in 5 months!!!!
Blush Bridal was my 6th of 7 appointments in the Reading Bridal District. I was slightly burned out and the stylist who helped me, Jami Bradley, could tell. We both knew I’d found the dress in her care and there was no sense in going to my 7th appt but I did anyway. Within 5 mins I was back in her seat. I purchased the gown at Blush Bridal but I live in South Carolina and had concerns about finding a reputable seamstress nearby. Within 1 business day Jami had contacted a bridal boutique minutes from my doorstep, spoke to a stylist there and lined me up with one of their contracted seamstresses who now runs her own traveling business. It’s been such a relief speaking with Jami and the boutique in SC who took it upon themselves to eliminate extra stress for me by sourcing a seamstress with 35+ years in gown alterations. My alterations were complete within 3 weeks and it is *everything* I wanted! I cannot recommend Jami at Blush Bridal enough!

Personally as a bride I was looking for a place that didnt have a department store feel to it, I wanted a personal feeling when buying my wedding dress. I also did not want an audience of people I didnt know watching me choose my dress. Blush is the perfect place for this experience, I felt so cared for and my opinion was taken into consideration with every dress suggestion. They have such a personal feeling to their store and it was very private, yet also provided the true dress shopping experience. I would highly recommend Blush Bridal!

This place is amazing! These people are so kind and honest. I had the pleasure of working with Victoria and she took her time and treated me so special. I came with just one friend for my first appointment and she still treated me like gold. She gave me her honest feedback based on my body type and what style of wedding I was going for. She took in consideration what I want and her wide knowledge and experience to help guide me in picking a dress. I stop in again without an appointment and she greeted me like a friend and let me try on the dress I was debating again. I stopped in AGAIN without an appointment and Victoria greeted me like a friend but had a client. Colleen helped me instead and told me she talked to Victoria and knows the dress and veil and will take good care of me. Just overall great service and good people!

We went on a busy Saturday to the wedding district without any appointments. Rather than being made to feel like 2nd-class citizens, Colleen told us if we were OK changing in the side room thats under construction shed be happy to help us out. She is AMAZING. We didnt understand the point of the consultants but they can make or break your experience. Colleen figured out exactly the type of dresses my daughter would like or look good in and was extremely considerate of our price range, telling us that shed only show us dresses that would be in that range and my D could freely say if she felt uncomfortable with the price point of any dress. I cant state enough how little pressure she put on her. In fact, once my D settled on a dress, Colleen encouraged her to go look at other stores before making her final choice. She truly cared about the bride vs. the sale. Never met a nicer salesperson!!

I had an appointment at noon, the first one of the day. I had the entire store to myself for quite a while! The entire appointment was AMAZING. Jamie (store manager) and Jamie (sales associate) were awesome. They listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions. They were real, honest, and made the appointment fun. I wish I could relive the experience again, it was that great. This was the second store I visited, and the first appointment couldnt compare to Blush. I would HIGHLY recommend Blush to everyone!
I had an amazing experience at blush bridal. My consultant Victoria was exceptional and provided such great knowledge and had a keen eye. She took time with each dress and provided her expertise every step of the way. She was kind and a joy to work with.
I went in for my bridal appointment here and they were very rude. They called me a couple of days before and asked me what I was looking for in a dress, which I thought was awesome. I told them and they said they would have some dresses already ready for me to try on. When I came in for my appointment they asked again and I showed them my top dress from the bridal store I had just been at. They then asked my budget. When I told them my budget they laughed and said “And that dress you just showed us is under your budget?” I told them it was and they said “Well this dress right here is the only thing similar but it’s way over your budget, so what do you think?” I awkwardly said no thanks. She then said she was going to go check the sale rack and left us just standing up front. She came back with two dresses and said “Here’s two dresses (which were both dresses I described I did not want) if you don’t like them well I didn’t make them!” Who says that when trying to sell dresses? Needless to say we left shortly after. If you’re looking for a comforting and fun bridal experience I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I think her name was Victoria.
Hannah was a phenomenal consultant. Blush was the 4th store we went to in search of my dress and she took the time to ask questions about my wedding and my fiancé which made the whole experience more comfortable and fun. Very happy I was able to find my dream dress here!
I absolutely loved my experience at Blush Bridal!! They were so professional and went out of there way to make my day feel so special! I highly recommend. You will not experience anything like Blush at any other store!
I came along with a friend who was dress shopping this summer, and I knew right then that if I ever got married, I was coming back to Blush. Well, my fiancé proposed in October, and you better believe I made an appt at Blush right away! It was the only place I made an appt actually, and I found my perfect dress. Victoria was very helpful and patient, because I tried on quite a few dresses. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted in a dress, but all of the styles I chose kept missing the mark. Victoria took the reigns and gave me several dresses to try on that I probably would have never chosen for myself, but then when I tried them on, they all looked way better on me than the ones I had picked out! She is one hell of a stylist, really knows her stuff. The dress I chose is not at all what I thought was my “style”, but it is absolutely perfect in every way. Thank you Blush, I knew this would be a wonderful experience and you ladies did not disappoint!
The experience was wonderful we had our own swiute upstairs for privacy and the. Consultant was extremely helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend Blush for any new bridal party

The women at Blush Bridal were amazing. They were so good at making me and my Mom Squad comfortable and welcome in their shop. You can really tell when someone loves what they do when they are confident and dont need to be pushy to make a sale. I also felt like I had an entire team of stylists at my back, as each team mate came up to my area to oooooh and ahhhhhh at me and make me feel like the princess I never realized I wanted to be! As luck would have it, I found my perfect dress at Blush Bridal and I had the pleasure of giving my business to a locally owned and (Wonder) Women operated business! The staff was so enthusiastic, but still real. I didn’t feel pressured to buy something, but felt really comfortable to pick and say what I liked/didn’t like. They were so helpful in using my ideas to find a dress that met all of my needs. Hannah was especially perky and made me so excited throughout the process!
I had such a great experience here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful on finding me the perfect dress. Perk is being able to bring champagne as most aren’t letting you (maybe bc COVID?). Beautiful dresses here and would recommend to anyone!
My experience there was great even though I didnt have an appointment. I walked in between a couple other appointments. Jami made me feel very welcome especially compared to some other appointments I had that day. You all were definitely the highlight of the day and Im still keeping that dress I tried on there in mind :). I really appreciated them letting me try on the size 14 sample because some of the other salons wouldnt let me put that sample size on so they made me feel a lot better than some of my other experiences. So thank you times a thousand!
I was not enjoying wedding dress shopping as a plus sized bride until I started working with Hannah at Blush. She was so nice and made my experience fun. I felt absolutely beautiful in my dress and I cant wait for my husband to be to see me in it!!

My best friend had an appointment for this afternoon but she found the one this morning at another location. I called to cancel the appointment and the woman who picked up the phone was so sweet! She asked if we were cancelling because the bride found the one and congratulated her, said she was happy for her and informed us that we could visit to shop for accessories sometime! I had an amazing experience at Blush bridal. They have such beautiful dresses and their staff is so friendly and helpful. Wedding dress shopping can be overwhelming, but Blush made it fun and stress free!
After I was told my dress was ready to be picked up, I drove 2 hours just to find a stain on it. I was very disappointed. The staff obviously does not do very thorough quality checks on the dresses when they arrive. I had to leave my dress with them and make a second trip up to the store. Unnecessary and completely avoidable. Very unsatisfied.
Victoria was amazing! I already had specific details of what I wanted in a dress and when I showed her my example pictures she could think of dresses off of the top of her head to pull. She also was very mindful of my budget. Hands down recommend to anyone!

We bought my daughter’s dress here. Hannah was amazing. Hannah took the time to listen to what my daughter wanted in a dress and about her venue etc., better yet found the perfect dress that was actually not one we would have picked, but is was perfect. This is THE place to find your wedding dress. I walked into this store (without an appointment) and Jami actually listened to my ideas and concerns and brought out a couple dresses to try. By the second dress I knew I had found “the one.” She made the whole process comfortable and easy. I looked other places but the dress and Jami were the reasons I came back. I walked in for an appointment and had the best time ever! I had found my dress. This sample dress was in a size 8. Fit me beautifully! I was measured and told to buy a size 14 so itd fit properly. I understand designers run differently, bridal sizes are different etc. However, if I try on an 8 from a designer I wouldve expected an 8 or 10 to be ordered. After questioning this size many times, explaining my concerns, I was told this would be the right size. 3 weeks before my wedding, their reccomended seamstress informed me at our now 3rd appointment, she CANNOT bring in the dress to fit how it did in shop. After showing her pictures of how it fit in the store, her asking the size, she agreed and said this size was not the size that shouldve been ordered. She stated to make it more form fitting around the butt area(the original fit in store) it would effect the flare of the dress or take away from my train to be brought back in. After pinning it and showing me i decided against it and to sacrifice the bottom fit of the dress. The manager of the store called the seamstress(trying to help) telling her to bring it in at the legs when I had specifically just told the seamstress not to. She brought it in anyways. I go in days later for my now 4th appointment. The dress is unrecognizable. So tight at the bust I ripped the dress. So tight at the thigh I couldnt even get in the dress alone. The waist was left Rouched in the mid section where it was once form fitting in the shop and now raised up almost 2 inches at the bottom exposing my ankles. Completely unwearable. 18 days before the wedding, I dont have time to waste anymore. The next day I went to blush to explain whats happening and how dissatisfied I am with every aspect. From their size they assured me to get to fit properly, to their promises of what could be taken in by the seamstress that actually cant be done. No owner or manager was present so I started dress shopping. I found a dress in store to possibly trade in for their mishap, then went to other salons just in case. During my time in these salons I explained and apologized for coming in without an appointment and why I needed a dress today. Every shop owner I encountered said that size shouldve never been ordered if the 8 fit perfectly in store but MAYBE ordering a 10 to be safe. My seamstress was called and asked me to come in. We went over the dress again for our now 5th time. After 2 hours we had completely cut down the dress and repinned the entire thing to attempt a better fit. She again told me how much work this had been because of the size difference(she has cut off 7 inches now from the original size down to my current size)I left feeling better, but ultimately due to restrictions of ordering such a large dress, it can not be made to be how the size 8 was. The owner of Blush finally called me back and after telling me this is not her fault, that she ordered the correct size and me informing her of all the details and what their seamstress has told me, how the dress will not fit how it was supposed to, she gave me the Im right, your wrong story. She told me she can not go off of sizes, because theyre all different. Im sorry but a certain designers size 8 is their size 8. and that the cut of each dress is different so it wouldnt fit how it did in the shop and they never wouldve guaranteed such. Maybe Im crazy, but the ENTIRE purpose of having sample gowns in stock to try on, Is to get the fit of each dress. If i go into target, try on a dress. Like that size/style/fit of dress, And I go home and order that same dress online, it will be how it was in store correct? yes. The owner then tried to remedy the situation and go above and beyond by offering to cover $95 worth of alterations ($510 alone in alterations and thats with the seamstress feeling bad for my situation and not charging me fully) A complete insult and a shameful way to conduct a buisness in my point of view. I wouldnt reccomend this shop to anyone as I would never want a bride to experience what I have.
Shopping at Blush was by far the best bridal shopping experience I had when searching for my dress. The ladies at Blush are incredibly welcoming and they truly made the experience so memorable. Thank you ladies!

Rude and not very helpful. When called with questions (and got different answers from different people) they acted aggravated and made the bride feel like she was bothering them. Once they got our credit card and business that was all they seemed to truly care about.

2022-05-02I cant speak highly enough about Hannah and all the staff at Blush Bridal! Hannah asked to see my Pinterest board to get a feel of my style and got it right with the very first dress. She had me try other dresses to make sure it wasnt just because it was the first wedding dress I tried on. We put the first dress back on and said yes to the dress! It was an amazing experience and she made it so special! Even when I went back to pick it up, get my head piece, and some jewelry, everyone there was so friendly and made you feel like a bride. Highly recommend stopping by and giving them a look if you are looking for a wedding dress or accessories!

I showed a few inspiration pictures and they immediately had a dress in mind - it was the first one I tried on and the one I ended up getting! 2021-11-14Blush Bridal in Cincinnati was a wonderful experience!! From the time we entered the door, Jami made my daughter and all of us feel right at home within minutes in the door. Jami pegged my daughter’s style quickly and made the experience sensational. We scheduled appointments throughout the Bridal District to make the most of our trip. However, our favorite place by far was Blush!! We started there and ended there. They were phenomenal with their style, friendly service, and so accommodating to the bride! From helping my daughter find her perfect dress ( ended up being the first one she tried on) to referral of bridal alterations of Sharon in Middletown whom made the dress a perfect fit!! My daughter got married last weekend so now I can finally share a pic of the perfect day. Thank you Blush Bridal and Sharon for making this very special day beautiful!!

2022-07-18I had the most phenomenal experience. This was my first bridal shop I had ever been in, first time shopping and they made me feel so unbelievably comfortable and confident the entire time. My consultant would say after every dress “now teach me why this isn’t the one for you” and it made me feel as if she was genuinely wanting to understand my vision of what my dream dress would be! She was PHENOMENAL!!! She didn’t push boundaries she listened and understood my ideas and ultimately pulled my dream dress and was just as excited as I was :) I cannot Thank them enough for the perfect bridal experience!

2021-08-10I absolutely loved my experience at Blush Bridal. They recommended trying a dress I never would’ve thought to try and it ended up being THE dress (Lillian West)!! I can’t thank Jamie and Molly enough for their expertise, kindness, and patience. Felt way out of my comfort zone walking in but they instantly made me feel welcomed and helped me find a dress I feel so comfortable and confident in! I would recommend Blush to any bride, and if you’re like me and grew up more of a tomboy, I found the staff to be especially helpful with giving me recommendations and again, making me feel comfortable. They were my first wedding dress shopping experience ever, and as soon as I walked in the environment was so welcoming and everyone was so kind. Hannah, my stylist, is amazing- she listened to everything I had to say regarding what I liked, my budget, and was just so amazing and wonderful to work with. The dresses she pulled were all phenomenal, and I am so excited that she found me the perfect dress. I honestly did not expect to find my dress so quickly, but the girls at Blush Bridal seriously work some magic! There is something for everyone in that store and I cannot recommend them enough!!

2022-07-18I had such an amazing experience at Blush in Cincinnati. Hannah was so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. We were even a little early for my appointment and she was so sweet to let us start early. My stress and anxiety about wedding dress shopping melted away once Hannah started encouraging and helping me. She helped guide me through the decision making process, helping me figure out exactly what I liked and disliked about each dress, ultimately leading to finding a dress I would never have chosen off the rack that she encouraged me to try on as a “wild card.” My family and I had the best experience and I will definitely be recommending Blush in the future!

2022-04-10My experience at Blush Bridal was amazing. It was so clean and beautiful in there, and my experience felt very personable. Molly helped me and she was the best at pulling dresses that fit my vibe. I never felt pressured to try something I did not like, nothing was pulled over my budget, and she honestly just felt like a sister through the whole experience. I have had other bridal shops make me feel like if I did not leave with a dress, then I was just a waste of time. But these ladies here were definitely more worried about me finding my dream dress than making a sale. I will 100% be recommending Blush Bridal to all engaged ladies I come in contact with.
