THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY. Not dependable at all. We had a scheduled pick up for a disabled vetern in a wheelchair at 9:15 am . 9:45 no one had shown up . Called and spoke with owner said they w o uld be there at 10 am . At 10:30 still no show . Called back was hung up 3x by Marissa . at this point said forget it. They are very unprofessional clueless and not dependable . By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced . If you have to get somewhere please do not call these people . They WILL NOT show up .
First time using their transportation services and the last. Suppose to be an 11am pick-up for a 11:30 am appointment at the Dayton VA. At 11:10 I called them, went through one person the another, was on hold, at 11:15 I was told that the driver is running behind , and can I be late ? What service, what customer courtesy , am sure they will go far.
Little to no compensation.Will get rude if trying to quit and beg you to stay.Had a nurse ask if I would do their job for them and do insulin for a client.
I would not have this company work for anyone I care about. The aide by the name kristy Johnson is lazy dont do here job and brought in a herion assi t to. Do her job and my wallet and pain pills were stolen the company did not fire her the wrote her up but that was it. I dont want someone else to go through this nightmars
Molina took my nurses away from me without warning saying about money Im angry and scared for what they did I dont know what to do. and now 2 years later they still are not doing anything my nurse doesnt call me or the office is no help Im going back to AmerCare.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Nurse was overheard over phone, while in patients home cussing and speaking very poorly of patients doctor directly to patient. Employees of highly questionable character and conduct. Do all of your research before hiring them. Bogus website, bogus references, and customer complaints of theft. NUMEROUS OTHER COMPANIES IN THE AREA WITH BETTER QUALIFIED STAFF.
Why was my last review removed from the screen when i stated this is a medicaid sanctioned service? There is no accountability for patient dissatisfaction..
Do not use this company!!! Our elderly deserve better than this! Just terrible company all around! !!! You will regret it!!

2022-04-05If at all possible; DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORTATION company, they are HORRIBLE. I would not even give them 1 star! I only gave them 1 star because I couldnt post without choosing a rating. You can make your appointments and have confirmation from them, and they will just not show up....no phone call, no nothing. They have no regard for their clients and I truly do not understand how they are still in business. The receptionist that answers the calls is very courteous and helpful, but I still would never recommend this company to anyone. I think some govering agency should audit/inspect them to help them figure out how to become a better more productive and dependable company.

2022-06-13I am so happy with this transportation service. I have had 4 rides all have been good except last. Usually they are on time picking up in a.m but disappointed you cant schedule a return trip at same time. You have to call when you are done. Usually, the driver has returned in 20 mins- 1/2 hour, but Friday, waited 2 hours to be picked up. It is very frustrating when I am recovering from surgery and cant yet drive, and have to rely on someone to bring me home. Then the driver drove past all 3 turns to get to my apts and I had to say something, so he could turn around! Maybe he was just busy...or bad day. Anyway, SO MUCH BETTER THAN WHO I HAD FOR TRANSPORTATION BEFORE!

2022-08-16Ride arrived today...young man never got out the car to assist...mom in a wheelchair. Car was dirty, bottles on the floor...windshield on passengers side was cracked. No business cards, wrote number on piece of paper.

2022-02-09This transportation service absolutely sucks! I do not recommend at all. Never show up and they get mad when you call and ask when they will be picking you up. They tell you a time and still don’t show up. I’ve called three times so far today and been waiting for hours and still nothing. I guess I will be spending the night here at the doctors office. Works transportation service I’ve ever used and poor customer service.

2019-04-15Made transportation appt thru Area Agency of Aging to have my mom w/ her homecare aide taken to grocery store. They had a pick up time of 1:45 p.m. from grocery. My mother waited more than an hour with a no show from Blue Green. One of the cashiers from the store took my mom & aide home. Thank God the homecare aide knew the cashier and she was more than willing to help them out.This by far is the worse transportation company we have ever encountered. I pray people read these reviews and take them seriously. Our elderly population deserve far more respect than Blue Green gives.

2016-10-26I would not recommend this company to service anyones family. Im not sure how well they select there employees but we had an aide by the name of Gale who slept on the job, took money and medications from family, and would take extremely long breaks without work being done. Aide was reported and agency is very unprofessional when dealing with these various issues. We will be reporting this company to Better Buiness Bureau and to the Ohio Board of Health. Families please beware before selecting this agency for caring for your family members.

2015-10-21Patients are made to wait more than two hours, there is no one to awnser calls when patients have completed there appointment. so there is no way to confirm that call has even been received. some patients have waited an excess of 4-5 hours to be picked up. Definitely would not use to transfer my family.

2021-02-19Blue green is terrible, my mother hasn’t had a morning shift aide in over 2 weeks. Not to mention they do not clean what they are suppose to clean. All they have to do is vacuum and dust in her little bedroom they don’t even do that and even getting paid for hrs that they did not earn

2018-08-07Received a job offer, was asked to start the following Monday, which I was able to do. Before getting off the phone, I informed management I am pregnant. It went from, “See you Monday!” to “Oh, I’ll have to call you back.” Needless to say, she’s been putting me off for almost 3 weeks now. Very unprofessional and ILLEGAL.

2017-11-16My sister in law was found dead on nov 7 by her aid supposedly the aid seen the neighbor give her an unmarked sleeping pill never reported this to 911 or the agency. When i spoke to the agency with this concern they had the nerve to ask wht concern is it of mine.The aids nane was johnnie cline and supposedly upon talking to the detective johnnie climbed thtough the window to get to my bfs sister. There is def something up with this agency. The are very unprofessional. We left a message for johnnie cline to call us last thursday here it is a week later still no call from her. Weve filed a report with the state of ohio tht handles home health agencies.
