Cheri Jacobus was a tremendous help when we were looking to move from AZ to Ohio. She found us a condo that we absolutely love. She did a video walkthrough with us so we could see all the features of it. Blue Tree helped us sell our home in one week! Their team of professionals walked us through pre-listing to closing, making the experience as painless as possible. We were given ideas on what to edit in the home prior to listing, once listed - our home was available to see on many online realty sites within a short period of time, photos were taken, and we were always notified of showings. While moving isnt without stressful situations; it certainly helps to have an experienced team on your side.

Cheri and her team went above and beyond to get us a house within 3 weeks of starting our search in this crazy market! She would respond quickly and schedule showings immediately after something popped up that we were interested in! She worked tirelessly and was so kind and warm. To say Cheri will work hard for you is an understatement. She helped me purchased 2.6 acres of land to build my dream art and retail shop! This land was overgrown with everything you can imagine including wild multiflora rose attacking from everywhere. I showed the land to Cheri and she was the first to go in and explore the land. This ravine was cold/rugged terrain but Cheri walked the property to see if my idea was even possible and brought John over for second opinion. They both met with me to explain all that goes into developing a commercial property to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting into and the costs involved. Their industry knowledge, genuine hearts and deep care for their clients have made my real estate purchase a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Blue Tree Realty!

2022-02-05A friend of ours referred us to Blue Tree Reality when he found out we were looking to sell our home. What a blessing it was working with Cheri and John Jacobus. From the beginning they spent time wanting to know Jenny and I, not only as clients to sell a house, but building a friendship and wanting to get us the best place to call home.It was hard downsizing from a house we built and lived in for 35 years to move into a Condo. But the wisdom and patience they displayed paid off, giving us advice when needed and allowing us to think about things before we made a decision.There are many realtors who just want to push you through the process to collect a payment.
