Car wash is ok...left scratches and scuff marks all over the hood and side of my vehicle. Its no different than any other car wash, its bound to happen. They load as many cars as possible into the wash bay with very little concern to personal safety.
Definitely worth the wash package. Drive up, it lets you in, nice thorough wash, and drive off. Super quick and easy.Also quite a few vacuums to use too if you want.
On March 30 I went through to the window and spoke with an employee to cancel my unlimited membership making my wash on March 30 my last one. The employee canceled my membership and then sent me through. On April 4 I saw I was charged.I called today to get resolved and was told by Shift 1, Employee 304 that there was nothing they could do for me.If you cancel make sure you get a receipt because apparently you can’t trust it’s done correctly.
Its a car wash, purchased a monthly plan because the guys at Conrads said it could be for multiple vehicles. Wasnt the case. Does a fantastic underbody wash though. Saw parts of my car I didnt know existed afterwards.
Very busy today but no waiting. 77 degrees out and everyone was getting their car washed. You can use debit or credit cards. Free vacuum.
Been here for a couple of years or since they’ve began and the equipment and help has just gone down hill! Good majority of the vacuum’s don’t work and when you come out the back end from wash it feels like running on gravel. Very disappointed!North Olmsted
Paid for the works. Got the basic with dirt not removed from the windshield and spots all over. Disappointing for $17. Rather pay the extra $3 for a different car wash location.
Free vacuuming..but dont expect great ckean cars and u paid for a good wash..not the basic..just dont get it clean for the money you pay..you end up going home and finishing your vehicle
This wash does not clean your car and the staff is poorly trained, obviously the owners are more concerned with collecting the money then improving the location.
Very easy to use and usually not a long wait in line. Going a few times a month for a few months now and have been very satisfied except for how close the cars are going through.
Quick wash and great employees. Car had some bugs on the mirrors stuck on but the auto washes arent always perfect. I will definitely return.
Poor quality wash. The car came out with stripes of dirt, untouched by the wipes. The rear end didn’t even get sprinkled by water

Great car wash!! It’s close to my house and work, fair prices, and friendly customer service. I like that there wasn’t any soap left behind my tailgate. Salt and mud was removed after the first wash. Went with the “The Works” (Monthly plan). $17.99 a wash or $39.99 unlimited ($17.99 1st month).
Be careful if you buy a pass. They will continue to charge your card every month. They do not tell you this when you purchase a pass.
This is close to home, its nice to have a nice vehicle to drive clean. The service is accommodating.
Well they’re okay. Back in my town there’s a car wash where they have a couple kids who scrub your car before you go through the machine and these guys have never gotten my truck totally clean. They turn the speed up to the machine based on how many cars are going through. The only way to get your value worth is if you get an unlimited package and then go everyday. But I feel like they even change my package to basic sometimes. Even though I paid for the best one. Because half the time I don’t get wax

Unlike the other review I appreciate the side to side brushes versus the spinning ones. While these drive through car washes can scratch either way, the spinning ones I believe are more abrasive. No complaints on this wash!

Very nice and new car wash with a digital display that lets you choose the wash packages that works best for you. There’s also free vacuums after you get a wash and I was surprised how clean and strong the vacuums were. Very nice for a good clean inside and out

When I went on 12/09 later in the afternoon after 4 but before 6. The young Hispanic bald man was very unprofessional. He seemed to be more worried about his phone call than customers. And his water bottle with naked image made my child extremely uncomfortable. Normally love the north Olmsted staff but this time they fell short.

Blue Falls is a pretty good wash for the money. It does what it’s supposed to do, it gets your car clean. But it does have a few downfalls which is why I am only leaving it three stars. During my first month over the winter I got the premium wash subscription, can’t remember the exact name of it, but it was $40 a month, and I was excited about it because it was supposed to give you tire shine, but that was either entirely not true or it was the worst tire shine ever. I couldn’t see anything on my tires after any of the washes. Since then I have gone down to the cheaper $20 subscription and in all honesty the car looks exactly the same as it did with the $40 one. Another couple reasons for the three star is that like most washes the car only comes out partially dry, the rear end of my car is always still soaked after pulling out of the wash. And one last thing is that they many times in the winter will close the vacuums if there is snow because they don’t feel like cleaning the snow and the lot itself in the winter is many times very slushy getting your car dirty as soon as you leave the wash, and now in the summer the vacuum are usually always open but it seems like everyday a new one breaks or is not sucking properly which can get annoying. Overall Blue Falls is a decent wash for the money, but I would go with the cheapest monthly subscription and don’t expect perfection from it!
Not happy with either place if you notice the top of youre vehicles hood or top of it period it has little to nothing clean surface even after going thru twice. Its Because they have those brushes that go side to side over the top of the vehicles instead of the brushes that spin across the top of the vehicles. Im so thinking about going back to the CAR WASH CALLED CLEAN . THEY DO A MUCH BETTER JOB . PERIOD. BY THE WAY I HAVE THE 35.00 DOLLAR UNLIMITED WASH . SO .... GO FIGURE.... You clearly didnt read the beginning of this review...
Its nice place to clean your car everyday
I has my jeep cleaned there some time ago and whatever wax is used, my jeep was shining for weeks. Except, my last go through about a month ago, my jeep had some spots, as if something wasnt rinsed off enough but, this place is awesome, price is right, free vacuuming. Good place
I really like this place. It is quite new right now. I have been here 7 times. Each time was nice and cleanHelpful staff although at times they may seem bored. Amazing vacuums. Those things get EVERYTHING! Really good. I like the wash packages they have. They also have a vending machine and car mat washer. They go straight in and out. Very convenient. Only for carpeted car mats of course.
You pay 19.99 a month and they drive you at 200 miles per hour. It does not wash well, those blue sponges scratch it. I do not recommend it. Thieves give bad services.
It runs smooth and service is quick. I do not like the set up of the parking lot, only a matter of time b4 someone hits someone exiting the wash itself. Cool mat washing machine, great vacuums but I have 4 cars with the unlimited pass and each never seems to be completely cleaned after running through the wash, almost like the wash is just too quick! 50 percent of of first month is a great deal!!!
This carwash is really good. I have been here many times and I am always happy with the wash results. I will say however, that the wash itself is pretty fast compared to some other carwashes ive been to, but it always does a good job regardless.

**UPDATE** Went through today and you honestly cant even tell I got my car washed. Dirt and water spots everywhere. Just canceled my unlimited package membership.Very nice staff, fast car wash, but your car doesnt get completely dry and there are water spots everywhere..
I like this chain. Does the job, uses friction as well as soap. I dont care for theno touch car washes, they generally dont touch the dirt either. This place uses the felt like material to scrub your car but not take the paint off. Havent had any issues, that said I dont have any aftermarket products installed on the exterior of my car. Prices are reasonable, better discounts with membership, unlimited washes is a good deal. Free vacuums. Good deal
Super friendly staff that will help you set up your monthly package and provide you with a sticker for quick and easy way to wash your car. Easy cancellation just by giving them a call. The car wash itself may not be the best, but it is quick and you can go through again (unlimited package) if you are not satisfied. The free vacuums are a fantastic bonus. As mentioned in other reviews, the parking lot setup is a bit strange and can lead to an accident if people are not paying attention.
Is it possible to become obsessed with washing your car? 🤔 This place is amazing! Ditch the laser washes. Ditch the coin operated vacuums at the gas stations. FREE VACUUMS HERE! So many you wont ever be waiting. Different levels of packages for washes, so all different price ranges. I think the lowest is $8 and some change. I got the $20/month unlimited plan! They put a sticker in the bottom of your windshield and you just drive right through as many times as you want! Also, this place has a great underbody wash for that yucky salt we get everywhere in the winter!
Clean car happy car.I have now washed my car there quite a few times, and have a unlimited package. I like the over all job it does, and the vacuums are very good. But I do have a few concerns, the last few times I have been there I have seen cars with quite a bit of rust, I know other car washes dont allow cars with rust to go through because the rust can get in the soft cloth and scratch other cars. Something Blue Falls might consider.
When Blue Falls first opened it was a really awesome experience - a quick car wash that worked beautifully. I purchased an unlimited membership and I’m more disappointed each time I go. I’m left with water stains and streaks and my car is still pretty dirty after each visit. I can hardly see out of my side mirrors they are so smudged and water marked. I’m not sure if the cloths need cleaned or if it’s the water, but I’m not sure I’ll continue my membership much longer. $20-30 a month is a lot for a below average wash in my opinion.

I am sitting in the only empty vacuum spot because the people on either side of me are using this spots vacuums because before I even went in to get my car washed yet another spot did not have a working vacuum. According to all the people that are here right now almost half of the vacuums are not working. So now I get to sit in the parking lot until the vacuum becomes available. Not acceptable
Great wash on my first visit last month, but yesterdays visit left the car full of water spots. Very visible on a black car. Now I have to get it washed again.Thank you Wally for your quick response. Best car wash Friendly employees. Very fast and easy. I go there every day after work. I bought the 30 day pass I got 50% off the ticket price so $39.99 was the price and I got it for 20 bucks It was pretty awesome. I’m so happy that it is priced reasonably and it is close to my house, so every day during the winter I will stop and get all the snow, ice and salt off my car. It will extend the life of my car which I’m very happy about I am so excited That it is finally open and I’ve been waiting patiently for this place to open since they broke ground a few months ago I watched it get build up from the ground up. I hope that it stays in business forever.
Bought the unlimited package, pretty nice that they have the floor mat cleaner. Decent job considering how quickly you go through the wash. Free vacuum is a nice touch. But it was temporary closed for maintenance twice in 4 days. Can I get a partial refund for my package ?
Free vacuums, clean, affordable. Nice clean car. Even with the high blower to blow water off, I still suggest bringing a chamois cloth to dry off your car.
Great place to get your car washed. Excellent area to dry your car off. Needing drains to get rid of excess water where one dries his or her car off. I will return
I love the wash and the vacuum system. One thing I dont feel comfortable with is how close cars are on the belt. Other than that the attendants are mostly friendly and helpful. Thanks 😊

The facility is new, so it is clean and modern as expected. What surprised me was the value and the quality of the wash. The conveyor pulls the car is and the flappy brushes and foaming cleaners do the work. I was surprised that it actually got into the odd shaped areas of my GTI.The middle tier washes are the best value in the area.
My blue SUV looked grey from salt so I tried car wash and they made it look good again. They have free to use vacuums so I cleaned out all the dog hair too.
Dont believe the spot free rinse claim. I have a black car and nearly every surface has water spots on it. To be honest, it looked better dirty. Just wasted $11. Never again.
Our car was only slightly dirty, but wanted to tryout new car wash. After getting home noticed what a poor job it did getting it cleaned. Cost $8.00, my advice is to got to Busy Bee, it’s &5.00 and does a better job.

Got a monthly plan and went thru 3 times a week with my Mercedes. One month in , I noticed something happening to my car hood and trunk. It looked as if the clear coat was gone .like acid was poured onto it .Very tarnished * I will update with photos on a sunny day * I took it up and talked to the manager and he took a look and said Its because Its an older car ... Excuse me .. Ive had this car for 2 years and never did my hood look like this until I started coming here. He said maybe you need to go get it detailed and buffed . not offering anything else. I cancelled my plan and will never return .I now have to get a new paint job. What a joke.

I frequent Blue Falls almost daily never had a bad experience until today, Management aggressively and unprofessionally yelled at me while approaching my vehicle. Stating my music was to loud, The Gentlemen changing the trash crossed into my personal space making me feel beyond uncomfortable,while shouting, he began to walk away telling me I better turn it down as he turns back and steps back to me saying no one wants to hear my music. I immediately left before finishing my car. Ill be canceling my monthly membership. I felt attacked and unsafe. My music was no louder then it ever has been regardless of the volume there is no acceptable situation where threats of violence tolerable.
Decided to try this car wash because its so close to my house . Car look ok at fist but after really drying all I could see is streaks all over my windshield from their Spot Free wash.
Nice car wash. Got through pretty fast, nothing was damaged, everything was cleaned acceptably. Fun decorating too.

Been a customer since it opened and I just got a new car so after two weeks or 3 of use with my brand new car I noticed at night under the lights that the wash had been trashing my clearcoat its bad thanks for the heads up so people if your car is black or dark dont do it they should be refusing black dark cars if your car is light your clearcoat is still trashed its just harder to see so thanks Ill be paying for paint correction come spring

Visited for the first time today. Left with dirt still on my hatchback and scratches. Looks like some little ones kind of all over and then a number of gouges, leaving white marks on my black car. Don’t know there’s much I can do besides having multiple panels repainted.

2021-08-23Left white scratches all over my car. To fix it they said they said they would take pics and run it through again. It came out the second time even more scratched and all i was given was a refund for their premium car wash. Definitely do not recommend unless you want to pay for a paint job the same day.

2022-01-22I pay $29.99 per month for a mid-grade package and that allows me to wash and dry my car as frequently as I like for the entire month. Two things I really like are the undercarriage wash (you have to upgrade from the basic pkg) as well as free access to vacuums & space to dry my car.The wash itself is usually quite thorough and gets my car adequately clean without scratching the finish or leaving swirl marks.

2022-03-14Great experience every time Ive been there. Feel very fortunate to have this car wash right around the corner during the Winter and also think their monthly unlimited washes are a great bargain.Im only taking the one star off because when I cancelled my monthly unlimited plan at the drive thru with one of the employees, the charge came up again the next month. I had to call there again and explain what happened to get the charges reversed on my credit card.

2022-06-28This car wash when compared to Andys or Clean just doesnt cut it. The wash hardly ever has soap and is really just whipping around dirty soft touch cleaners. Some days it pushes you through faster than others it seems. It doesnt remove bugs (perhaps due to no soap) and hardly dries your car. Its great in the winter months when you want the façade of a clean car though.

2022-06-26I’ve taking my car here for two years. I love it. I subscribe to the monthly unlimited wash plan. It’s reasonably priced and it’s great to have access to the free vacuums.

2022-03-24No safety protocols. The car in front of me stopped and I was automatically rammed into them over and over again. I was honking for help and it took them too long to shut down the belt since there’s no automatic safety in place. They shrugged and blamed the other driver and wouldn’t acknowledge that they are operating unsafely. They put the vehicles in as close as possible as $$ is more important than customer safety. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you want to crash your vehicle.

2022-03-06I drove through the car wash on 3/7/22. It was the first warm weekend of the year so the car was very busy. Going in to the tunnel, there was an attendant flagging drivers to when they could get on the conveyer. I thought we were loaded on a little too close and was afraid I would end up hitting the person in front of me. There was such a long line to get out of the car wash that once you were pushed out of the tunnel, there was no pace to go. The car behind me was pushed out and rear ended me, by no fault of the driver or myself. As I mentioned, there was no place for me to go and no place for her to go. Fortunately, neither of us had any damage. This could have been so much worse if there had been a car close behind her, which would have caused a chain reaction. Attendants need to be better trained and more space needs to be kept between cars. I wont be using this car wash again.

2022-06-14I was out doing errands at around 7:30 this morning I needed a wash and vacuum I saw on Google your hours start at 7 so I decided I would stop by, normally I come in around the evening when I get off work as I work right down the street. I saw someone doing a vacuum and the open sign was on but the doors were closed. I pulled around and I could see someone on their phone at a table through the side door so I assumed you were open. I waited 5 minutes at the window for an attendant to even be bothered to acknowledge me I know they saw me, my running lights were on and they are pretty bright, I drive an SUV so it is tall enough in most cases to be seen. It was only when I put my car in reverse and started to leave that they put their phone down to start walking over to the window. That left a sour taste in my mouth, I was in a time crunch and needed to get other things done, I ended up having to drive an extra 10 minutes to CLEAN, and not only did they have 3 people working but I was able to get in and out with no issues. I definitely dont think I will be back. As summer is almost here I have been considering buying a pass for a car wash place and the proximity to my home and work made this Blue Falls a good candidate but now I am not so sure, and I think I am going to take my business elsewhere as there is plenty of other options even if I have to drive a little further to go to them.
