I have been a member since 2005. I really like that you can use other coupons, not just theirs.
The saga began on July 4, 2018. I ordered a Chromebook from this company. Had to pay a $10 membership fee in order to do so. After paying the membership fee, I receive an an email indicating the form of payment for the Chromebook could not be confirmed and the order was cancelled. This is interesting, since it worked just fine for the $10 they charged. I emailed customer service and requested a refund of the $10 and cancellation of the account. I was informed that they would not refund the $10 and that auto-renewal of the account could not be turned off. I finally was able to convince a customer service rep to cancel the account. Two separate emails, dated July 9 and July 22, 2018, indicated that the account would be cancelled.Fast forward to June 3, 2019. I receive an email indicating the account would be renewed on July 1, 2019 and my card would be charged again for the renewal. After 30 minutes on the online chat function, I finally get a confirmation number that the account will be cancelled after 7-10 days. I dont have much hope this is actually the case, considering my history with this company.If you value your time, money, and energy, spend it elsewhere. This is the most frustrating company I think Ive EVER dealt with.
I have been a member for years and they have always served me well. Gas prices a good too. Buying in bulk and stocking up for the zombie apocalypse that I have been waiting for, this club makes it happen!
BJs does all the things the other warehouse clubs do. Where it excels is the variety and quality of the prepared foods.
You need a membership here however it’s worth it for sure

Great place never busy when I go. Always have good deals and stuff on sale. Kinda upset the bakery dont do 3 tier cakes for my wedding. Just have to go somewhere else.
U can save on many items by being a member. From toilet paper, to wine, to casual clothing BJs offers quality goods at reasonable costs.
If want 10 things, half of them they wont have or be out of stock literally every time I go. Will not be renewing for sure. Back to Costco I guess.

2021-09-25Never had an issue in the store or with the products assortment. But today Jennifer in customer service in Avon Oh was rude when I was returning a printer. She made a mistake in the returning price and when I tried to asker to double check she was very rude saying that was two months ago, she was not doing any math and that it was clearly the price she processed the returned. After asking to check she confirmed I was right and she didnt even apologize. She processed the return but insisting on being rude. It was the worst customer service ever. It is a shame she is in that role and doesnt have the proper skills to treat a customer.

2021-05-24Let me share with you guys one thing that BJ’s is better than Costco. My car needed a new set of tires because it had winter tires at the time. I visited Costco Tires, not only they didn’t have the tires I needed, they were also very busy. I then called BJ’s Tire Center spoke to Rich, the tire guy at the store. He had tires for my car but was unable to install them for me that day because it was almost 6:30 pm and he was about ready to wrap up the day. I told Rich that I’m in need for new set of tires right now because I’m going to drive my car out of town. I told him I could be there in 10 minutes. He agreed to help me. I knew he was about to have a long day. I got there 10 minutes later and he started working right away. He actually had to spend more time to clean my wheel rims due to rust. By the time it was done, it’s almost 8:30 pm. Rich definitely went the extra miles to go above and beyond to help me as a customer. I really appreciate his willingness to work on my tires installation. He even put all my winter tires in tire bags and put them in my trunk. Thank you Rich!!! BJ’s has better tires deal than Costco Tires. You get more rebates and free tire swap when I need to put my winter tires back whereas Costco would charge $70 for tire swap. BJ’s Tire is now my favorite place for tires!

2019-09-15Love this store. Prices are excellent, name brands. You can use their coupons and or yours. Have seasonal items such as clothing, jeans that you may pay $40.00 or more for normally, here you pay a lot less. Excellent cashiers, friendly.Suggestion, if you see something you like, buy it then as often if you go back to buy that dress, top, book, they sell out fast.

2018-10-18I prefer BJs to other warehouse stores because they have signage to indicate which aisle to check for items and because they will take coupons (both their own and manufacturers coupons). There are trade offs such as having to buy larger packages of some items so I dont buy everything here (especially perishable items) but for paper goods and other non-perishable items it is my go to. I also buy gas at this location because the per gallon cost is usually less than at nearby stations.

2020-07-26I am frustrated that you keep moving things. You have snacks in the middle of the store, in the snack isle, by the soda on the others side of the store, snacks should be in the snack isle. People today were like going different directions looking for things. This guy was like wheres the peanut butter. I said I just passed it in isle 32. He was frustrated. This happens all the time at this store in middleburg Hts. Psychology to get you to walk the whole store. I cant do this. I just left without half my stuff. I have to wear the mask and I couldnt shop anymore .
