I am editing the last review I placed , owner made good on his work , had to take vehicle back and repaired it , solved the differences due to communication , will continue to do business and recommend this place .

2021-05-27I live an hour away. I drove to Bellefontaine to pick something up from a store downtown, rather than having it shipped. My car started acting up and wouldnt accelerate correctly. The store owner gave me directions to Birts. I got there about 45 minutes before closing and explained I was from out of town. They were incredibly understanding and friendly. They squeezed me in right before closing and even stayed over to fix my car and get me and my children safely back on the road. I am very grateful for their kindness in helping us. I wish I lived closer, I would use them for all of my car needs!

2019-12-16My grandfather has been to birt for over 20 years. Now my family and myself go to him with all of our vehicles. Prices are good and service is great. Recommend anyone give him a call to get anything done or fixed.

2019-04-25I highly recommend Birts Auto Service. I have taken both vehicles there (Honda / Chevy) for repair and maintenance work, ranging from exhaust problems to brakes / rotor replacements. They explain the issues thoroughly and keep in contact with you throughout the repairs. We will continue to do business with Birts.

2017-10-18Man takes car to get estimate and work on mysterious squeak on vehicle. Cant get a call back. Finally gets vehicle to be looked at people seem annoyed to do their jobs. Barley even got the estimate. Huffed when he came back through the door. Place was recommended by a co worker of his. He wont just let anyone work on his car. This place is off the small list of businesses we will use.
