I had a flood at my house and needed a dumpster. I didnt want to wait for days and they where the only ones that offered it the same day. Used them twice they are quick and accommodating.

Dumpster are clean, not smelling, rusted, banged up or damaged on the outside. Inside was amazingly clean for a dumpster. Its not an eyesore setting in your driveway like other dumpster we have used. Employees are friendly and professional.Dumpster never touch our driveway. I will use this company in the future again. I would recommend.
FAST! EASY! I called in a Saturday afternoon. They dropped off on Monday. No one needed to be home! Had it for 10 days. Called Tuesday and they picked it up on Wednesday. So friendly on the phone. Would recommend! Nice job guys!
We have been using this company for 3 years. Russ, the owner, goes above and beyond to deliver and pickup. Always makes protecting the ground under the dumpster a priority. Add to all this his rates are very competitive. I highly recommend Bin There Dump That.

This company is AWESOME! The owner Russ was kind, courteous and easy to work with and his rates were the best we found! Towards pick up day, we were worried about being over our dumpsters capacity, so we didnt load a final piece of furniture. The day Russ picked up the dumpster, he noticed the item sitting behind the dumpster and loaded it himself. We had no idea what happened to it until we talked to him. WOW, that was incredible. I super love the name! Plus everyone I have talked to or met has been very nice and friendly. This past weekend my husband and I were in a car accident and they were very accommodating to let us keep the bins a few extra days! 2022-05-13Second experience with Bruce and the Team. They never disappoint! I left a message on their site. Called me first thing the next morning. Asked me a couple questions in order to pick the best fit for me. Had contract within the hour, signed, paid and dumpster was delivered as promised. Not just any dumpster, but one that looked clean and professional. Completely opposite of what you think a dumpster looks like. Picked up when expected and my property looks the same as it did before it was dropped. Perfect experience! You won’t be disappointed!

2021-09-28Company reps were very accessible, drop off and pick up went very smoothly. They were very professional. They called ahead before dropping off and picking up. We loved the 10 day rental that began the day after delivery. It gave us ample time to clean out the house, demo, and fill the dumpster. And the pricing was the best I was able to find. 2022-01-03Rented a dumpster from this company, for a house cleanout. With short notice, rented it one afternoon, they delivered the next morning. Very friendly, easy to work with, the whole experience was much easier than I had thought. Would definitely use again.

2021-10-10Everyone I spoke with during the process of ordering, delivering, and pickup were exceptionally nice and pleasant. I think the rate was a deal. The only thing that was an inconvenience was the fact that you can’t throw a TV in. I wasn’t about to pay a fee for it. I completely get that you can’t put hazardous waste in. So, I would say ask about the list of things you can’t throw in and see if they will work with you because they may have a solution. I think most companies have been hard to deal with since the pandemic. BUT, BTDT made it easy. I will use them again and tell anyone looking for a dumpster. This is only the 2nd company I would recommend so far because of the service and people. The other company is Chewy if you have pets. Thank you BTDT!

2019-04-09I was very happy with this company. I had to empty out a basement. I tried to go with our local refuse company and they could not deliver the dumpster when I needed it and they were more expensive. This company was very professional and polite and they were less expensive. I definitely would recommend them!!

2019-08-13I needed a dumpster in Cleveland. I knew that this company was out of Pittsburgh, but they had such good reviews on Angies list, I decided to use them. They did a great job situating the dumpster so they didnt block the driveway, they picked it up right on time and the people on the phone were very helpful. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I had asked for the dumpster to be there before noon. It was closer to 3pm when it got there. It made me late for an appointment that I had scheduled at 3 oclock.I would use them again.
