I got a tea that was just a teabag in water (because I wanted iced)The cashier told me it had no caffeine and it was an oolong - so my mistake for askingFor some reason coffee shop employees typically think that teas (other than black) dont have caffeine - and for that reason I cant provide a better review
If you drink iced coffee and/or Frappuccinos this is THE spot. Ill never wait in those super long lines at Starbucks ever again. Ive been going here for maybe about a year now. I love this place to bits.

I would give this zero Stars if I could. This was my first and it will be my last time there. Was looking for coffee close to my hotel this is what came up and this was a giant mistake and a waste of $5. I got a coffee with cream and sugar neither of those are detectable within the coffee. I asked for toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese that is not toasted and it is very minimal cream cheese on one side only. The bagel taste stale, very soft, when its toasted it should be a little crispy... the lobby is closed so they force you through the drive-thru I guess that way when they screw up so badly like this you cant complain you cant take it back to them because youre already gone
Great coffee shop. This coffee shop has a variety coffee and tea drinks. They offered a red bull slushy drink that sounds delicious. I ordered the hot mocha coffee and it was very good. The drink prices were good too, large mocha and large Earl grey tea 8 dollars. And large was large! I would recommend Biggby Coffee to others. Enjoy!
First time there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and my coffee was amazingly good. If it was a closer walk wed go daily!
They don’t have fresh coffee. Coffees are in the carafe so you cannot know if they are hot or cold. Their coffee and speedway coffee has only one difference; cost! Spend couple more cents and go to Starbucks or dunkin
Little pricy but they all are really over priced with star bucks and dunkin. $5 for a dam fufu coffee. Sometimes you gotta splurge.

I missed out on this great lesser known coffee joint...finally gave it a try and its now become my go to. Great variety of drinks, hot /iced/ chais, lattes, etc. The cold brew is good and STRONG. I like how they have a seasonal selection of specialty drinks also. Never a long line like Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts drive thrus. Staff is attentive and very friendly. Mary is always pleasant and courteous! Give it a shot.
I have ordered from here a few times. Much better then starbucks. Donut holes soft and so good. Ended up getting a free coffee cause they accidently made the wrong one for my order. I do get a buzz from the coffee so its strong. I usually get cold made with almond milk, just like dunkin donuts. I think I found my favorite coffee shop! Best part is wait time is 3-5 mins tops not an hour like starbucks. I also can get things for my kids and not have it costs an arm or a leg.
My drink was really good and I felt fairly priced. Definitely cheaper than Starbucks too! I got a Teddy Bear frozen latte and love it!!
Great coffee and fresh drinks, not pricey, great customer service. We ordered couple Mocktail ( strawberry, berries, and raspberry with Red Bull) drinks they all were really good. They three different sizes, they accept discover master card visa and Amex. I asked for a menu but they didn’t have one available so they gave me a coupon book instead. The dining area is currently closed, but they deliver with Doordash and they have easy access drive through.
I am super impressed with this new coffee shop in North Olmsted. I didnt have to deal with the headache of traffic at Starbucks. The coffee was super delicious. The staff was friendly. Additionally they were able to address my dietary needs of gluten free easily. Definitely worth going around the corner to get to this coffee shop.
Always get a good coffee from them any time Ive been there. Service has always been friendly as well. Only complaint is sometimes I wait a bit, but nothing awful.

I don’t usually post reviews but I felt obligated to do so by reading some reviews on here.The coffee was delicious. Their regular brewed coffee is so good, you can drink it black. I’ve had two drinks from there on two separate occasions and my experiences both times were very positive. Their location is convenient and the inside of the store was very clean. The staff was kind and they were all working very hard. It seems to me the people who are posting negative reviews about their service or drinks are the type of people who call the police on kids for operating a lemonade stand without a permit. Lighten up, people.
I will never go back to Starbucks lol I swear these guys dont miss a beat- so polite over the speaker- pull up and I swear, Everytime theres a person smiling lol. Weve watched them make the drinks- very professional- coffee kings and queens work here! Weve been a fan since they moved in caddy corner to Wendys- we absolutely love every soul that works here! This could be a great place if the baristas could get the orders right.Hot. Chocolate. I’m pretty sure a 10 year old could get that order right.Last weekend we stopped in, and I ordered a marshmallow hot chocolate, which was so good I waked back up to get a second for my son.She gave me a frozen coffee, and argued about it, even though her coworker agreed it was a coffee. I didn’t ask for my money back I just left.Today was a second shot, ordered two hot chocolates, one frozen, one regular.They gave us coffees, and they weren’t even that good.I walked out.... and we aren’t going back.There are too many other coffee shops available to have to struggle with this one.

Opened about a month so I get they were new; yet when I tried to order an unsweetened black iced tea, I was told they didnt have it. I asked if they could make hot Earl Gray and put it over ice. They said yes but what I got was something hot and flavored. They did try to make it right but I asked for a glass of ice and just poured it over. While we were waiting and after we paid the $9 for my drink and my moms small hot chocolate and, we noticed the daily special board which was partially hidden behind a pastry case. Turns out the special was iced tea for $1.99. The workers were friendly but confused. They gave us coupons but I am not sure we will go back. Expensive, limited menu. I do hope they get better and can get on the same page.
I love it. Great atmosphere. Great coffee. Employees are super nice. I must say it’s not fair for others to have bad reviews when it’s a new store and need time to work out the kinks. I would definitely recommend this store and I would definitely come back again

This is the SLOWEST drive thru I have ever been in. Without fail I have waited at least 15 minutes even if there were no other cars in front of me. The bagel sandwiches are delicious, lattes are too sweet and cold brew is very yummy. I have such mixed feelings about this chain.

Many many problems. We got there and I ordered a small Red Bull freeze, I was under the impression that because a SMALL was 5.29$ it would have a whole red bull in it. I got told. AFTER I ordered it that it only had a quarter of a can in it (plus it tastes like next to nothing). My friend ordered a small iced coffee and the one worker (a manager I presume) gave attitude to the co-worker who took my friends order as he had charged my friend for an iced latte instead of an iced coffee (which would be fine if they made us an iced latte but it was a $2.50 difference and they were going to make a regular iced coffee until my friend pointed out that they had already charged him for an iced latte) when my friend asked for a refund on the iced latte to get an iced coffee (get back the 2.50 extra they charged him) the manager just argued and said “can’t I just give you a large iced coffee instead” we didn’t argue and got our drinks and left. Bad attitude and bad customer service.
Always extremely friendly and nice. Know what they are doing. Great coffee and specialty beverages are off the charts. Lots of good deals as well. Get our while bean coffee for at home here as well

I love to support newly opened stores but the customer service couldn’t be worse. I ordered a small $1.99 iced coffee, the guy rang me out for an iced latte which was much more expensive. I had to ask him for a refund after overhearing that he charged me wrong. I was offered a larger iced coffee instead of a refund (even though i wanted the refund and said so). i didn’t want a large iced coffee but now i’m down more than expected for something i didn’t really want.
Will never come back! I was the only person who was there (drive-thru or dining room) and it took well over ten minutes for a coffee and bagel with cream cheese - which the bagel was very burned and the crew cheese wasnt even spread on the bagel! I could honestly live with those isolated incidents but it was over $7+ for my order so the prices were ridiculous. I only gave two stars because my coffee was at least good.
Got a large ice coffee. Service was great coffee was fresh. They use monin syrups. Which in my mind is the best quality. Price couldnt be beat. Will go back. I suggest you go soon.

Super yummy coffee and prices were not bad at all! A tall and a grande costed me around 10$ and the sizes are rather large!!! Coffee is very smooth and delicous and doesnt taste overly sugary, even in sugary drinks containing caramel. Will definitely be coming here again
The coffee was really good but the sausage on my bragel was maybe half the bagel! It was tiny! For the prices I’d expect at least a full size sausage patty

When I used to travel up to Michigan a lot and fell on love with Biggby coffees. I held onto my Biggby loyalty card for over 12 years hoping they would open one in Ohio and they finally did! I love a lot of their specialty drinks, and their coffee/espresso never taste burned. Definitely give it a shot!
Very friendly staff and the coffee is always hot and fresh. You must try the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an asiago bagel with cream cheese! Its delicious!
The servers seem to be going through on-the-job training and no one appears to be in charge. A simple hot coffee has been a real challenge for them. Twice. Anything more difficult and it could take a half-hour. Add to that the less than stellar product - which certainly nothing special (think Tim Horton’s) - and I’m done.
Hands down the best cup of coffee I’ve had in years and I’m an avid coffee drinker. Moe, the owner, and his staff are eager to deliver great service and a superior coffee. Hot coffee or cold coffee, you won’t be disappointed!

I got the honey vanilla cinnamon iced latte asking if they could make it non fat and what there website meant by reduced calories and they were very helpful taste delish doesn’t even taste sugar free 👀

Went through the drive thru at 1:30 on a Monday. Waited 3 minutes for someone to come on the speaker. No response. Drove by the window and no one was in the dining room but employees were working. I wish I could have tried the food but no one served me. Super disappointed.

2019-12-28Pretty nice little coffee shop definitely something different then that big company we all know and love. The employees are nice , and helpful gentleman made me a fresh pot of coffee . My daughter had the mocha caramel frozen incredible tasting drink . Regular coffee is great as well nice little sit down furniture, free WiFi. Sit off in the cut off Lorain Rd by guitar center.

2022-03-09I’ve been wanting to write a review here for a while now and I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. I’ve been a ‘regular’ here for about a year pretty consistently and I have to say, it’s like the Chic-fil-A of coffee joints, in the best way possible. I’ve never had a bad coffee here and the employees are always so pleasant. My go-to has always been the iced mocha mocha without whipped cream and it’s hands down my favorite high quality coffee beverage in all of the area. Even Starbucks. Also if you’re feeling frisky (I’m not a breakfast person, but will bend the rules for this), I highly recommend the maple bacon, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich. It’s divine. If you’re in the area, hell, even if you’re not, it’s worth the calories! Do it. Looking forward to my magical bean water tomorrow morning :)

2021-10-13I will say this one thing this place has something Ive never seen. They have Red Bull smoothies in multiple different flavors. A nice alternative to your average coffee or your morning energy drink. I havent sampled what else since but I already have the feeling this isnt your regular coffee shop

2021-09-11First time trying this place. Quite slow drive thru experience. I had a BOGO coupon, so I decided to try two latte flavors that I wouldnt get otherwise - lotta love (white mocha and strawberry) and raspberry cream mocha. They sounded really good on paper, but the flavors just didnt work for me at all. I guess I thought the fruit flavor would be a bit more subtle, but I found it overpowering. I was very underwhelmed with both. I may give the place another try, to order a regular (non-fruit flavored) mocha drink, but I think Ill stick to paying just a little more for Starbucks.
