I usually dont write reviews for anything but I had to for this one. A couple times a week I stop at the Biggby coffee in Lorain for my morning coffee. Theres a young lady that works there that is so nice and down to earth. Ive been going there for months now and the barista knows my name and knows my order and makes me feel comfortable. I enjoy going to this Biggby over the Elyria one because she makes me feels important, not just another customer paying and rushed away. I dont know her name but she is tall and has tattoos all over her arms. She deserves a raise Biggby and keep her around because from a customers viewpoint I feel important and acknowledged, not like Im just someone passing through. As long as shes working Ill keep coming back!! Its a tough cruel world and for some reason this young lady reminds me that not all people are bad.

I went to Bigbys for the first time in my life, I loved the coffee and I loved the service. But about an hour later I got severely sick and my heart rate was way higher than usual, so I have no clue if I just got randomly sick or if it was the coffee. I will try the coffee again but what I got scared me because I have no clue if it was the coffee or not.

Had my debit card information compromised by an employee at this store, the manager called me and offered no apology or anything, told me to stop blaming his employees for things I couldn’t prove. Horrible customer service, I would absolutely never get coffee from this company ever again. I ended up having over $2000 in fraud charges because of his experience, I would never ever in 1 million years recommend this place to anyone. Horrible management, horrible employees. And they made my coffee order wrong, I asked for a blood orange Red Bull cream freeze they gave me strawberry, bad experience all around.

The staff at this location is awesome! They’re pleasant even when they’re busy. I would like to see a larger size option, as I need a ton of coffee to get myself through the day. I tend to go to Dunkin if there isn’t a long wait because I get a larger coffee for less of a cost. However, the coffee at Biggby is super tasty and I love that there is an option besides Dunkin on that corner.

My first time trying biggby ever, and I love it! I just wanted a hot chocolate, and the cashier was super friendly and answered my questions without getting frustrated. Plus I got a free hot chocolate because it’s buy one get one free today! They were fast and super friendly and the drinks taste great!

Worst experience of my life. My boyfriend and I ordered two lattes. Get to the window, pay, we are handed two wrong drinks. Were informed we paid for the wrong order. So, they take mine back and to give to the customers behind us. Sanitary much? Then, they charge us TWICE. Ask for our card back to pay for the right order. Dont even inform us wed get a refund. Then, they give me the drink I ordered and its completely wrong. Not what I asked for at all, I informed the manager and she told me to have a nice day shes sorry and didnt even remake my coffee. I leave the drive through shocked at the level of customer service just to have the wrong coffee and I was charged twice? Never go here. Go wait in the long Dunkin line. At least youre not charged twice and sent off the drive thru by employees knowing you didnt get what you paid for. Unbelievable

Fast service. Good drinks. I like the redbull mocktails and the dogs like the whip cream. Way better than dunkin or Starbucks! BOGO Wednesdays are great and the owner is very nice. Will be back regularly!

Great Staff! Friendly! Fast! Fantastic!Small is 16oz. Medium is 20oz Large is 24oz. That is 4oz more per size than thee other establishment! Oh yes and a better price! Thank You Biggby at the Cube!From Ray!

Just came through the drivethrough and Luna helped me out. LITERALLY THE BEST, they are all so chill and fun to talk to !!! will definitely come get my coffee just to talk to them any day of the week!!!!
