I’ve used Big John Movers twice now. Both times have been great experiences. Everything was moved in one piece and faster than expected both times.This second time around I had Austin, Drew, and Nate for an afternoon move. Even after finishing another move in the morning, they were friendly, quick, and careful. Would definitely recommend Big John Movers to anyone who is looking for a reliable service at a reasonable price.
I had Austin, Drew and Aaron. They were all professional and very good with there communication! Man did them guys work their butts off to get my belongings moved! Great work ethic and made this whole process less stressful than it already was!
Fantastic service. Were prompt, excellent at communicating on the day of, and incredibly efficient and quick. No surprise charges, and they couldn’t have been friendlier. Shane, Demetrius, and Justin were the best movers we’ve ever had.
Austin had 2 guys with him. Austin and one of the guys very unprofessional and tried to charge me for a 2nd trip that was not necessary. The secretary EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Clearly she is not as risk of losing her job because after the way she talked to she should’ve been IMMEDIATELY terminated and she’s a LIAR!! There were items left that had to be moved myself. I now have to purchase new hoses for my washer since they disconnected them and left them at my old house. The owner asked me to call him the next day and he would “make me happy”. Well he never returned my call. $750 later I’m not happy and I will be sure that myself and EVERYONE I know never does business with these VERY unprofessional people!!!
Scheduled a move for afternoon of 6/13/22 for crew of 3 at $160/hour plus an additional $160 fee. They called at 4:45pm and said they would be there at 5:15pm with a 4 person crew for $200/hr. I guess thats considered normal to them because they did not apologize and seemed super surprised went I said no thanks. Am I crazy for thinking the move would happen during normal business hours? Best case scenario I would have been back to family to eat dinner at 8:30pm.
These guys rule - they go above and beyond to save you time and money and do little things that make the move so much easier. They took apart my desk and reconfigured it for me very quickly with no fuss. Will be recommending them to anyone I know moving in the area.
I would 100% recommend Big John movers to anybody! They were recommended to me by a couple of people in my neighborhood and I recommended them to my friends who they moved yesterday. Based off of their recommendation they said to definitely grab Pats crew which also included Andre, Justin and Keith. These guys did an outstanding job and we couldnt be happier! They never complained when we asked them to put stuff in one room and then we didnt like it and had to move it to a different room. We made the mistake of using Two Men and a Truck on our last move and three guys cost us $2,800 and today we had four guys and it only cost us $2,000. Two Men and a Truck also did quite a bit of damage to some of our furniture and walls. Big John movers did nick one wall but told us about it immediately and took some money off of the move for that mistake. You cant go wrong with these guys! I should also give a shout out to Ronnie who is the young lady that helped us and got us booked. Awesome job all around!
Randy, Johnny and Bo did a fantastic job moving all of my items including my big gray couch. It seemed like it was going to be impossible to get the couch out of my old apartment since it had narrow hallways but they were able to pull it off without damaging anything. To get the couch inside the new place, they were able to lift the couch (on top of their van) and were able bring it in through my balcony. They were able to do everything quickly too. I will definitely be using Big John Movers for all of my moves.
Pat, Justin & Johnny moved us on 9/4 and they were amazing. My husband was unable to help and I was nervous with it just being me but the three of them were professional and efficient. I was amazed at how quickly they had us moved. Great company, easy to work with! Huge kudos to Pat, Justin & Johnny, they are such hard workers and could not thank them enough! I would 100% recommend them!
This is my second time using Big John since I had a good experience the first time. And this was no different! I had a wonderful experience this time with Randy, Johnny, and Bo. They were fast, professional, and friendly. My apartment has LOTS of steps and I had some heavy pieces of furniture but the crew went to work without complaint. My 5 year old son wanted to “help” and they were so patient and kind with him. Truly some amazing people working at Big John. The rates are fair and worth every penny. I’d 100% use them and recommend in the future.
Cant say enough good things about this moving company! Randy, Bo, and Johnny arrived promptly, introduced themselves personally (sadly that is not par for the course with other companies), and wasted no time getting me moved. These 3 gentleman were personable, courteous, professional, and above all, efficient. While I hope to be in my forever home, if I ever do move again, I will never use anyone else!

Austin, Aaron and Johnny of Big John’s first waited for us to arrive in Cincinnati at 7:00 on Saturday night and did a great job unloading our 26’ foot. They came back and helped me move a large load into a storage unit. They were so helpful, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate a bit in hiring them for any of my loading and moving needs. Ronnie, the lady who set everything up, was also great. She was also helpful and very patient when when we were calling every several hours due to our delay. I strongly encourage anyone looking for movers to give these people a try!
Randy, Anthony , & Johnny did an amazing job moving us out of a 3 level condo. Anthony & Johnny carried things to the truck while Randy worked his magic fitting everything into the 26 truck so we didnt have to make a 2nd trip.They were fast, efficient, & careful. We highly recommend them to make any move easier!
Johnny, Bo, and Justin did a fantastic job at helping us move a very heavy desk and chair across town today. They arrived exactly on time and completed the task in a timely manner.They were professional, kind and helpful. They were also very careful with the furniture. A friend recommended Big John movers to us when we were relocating in Cincinnati, but we had already booked another company for our home move. We moved with the other company and were left underwhelmed. So when we needed a very heavy 7-piece desk unit picked up in KY and delivered to OH we called Big John. Not only were they THE most competitive rate, they did the job SAME DAY! Patrick and Dre were an incredible team. We were purchasing the item they were picking up sight unseen and a little nervous, and they made the whole experience better! They constantly checked in about timing, traffic, and even asked me to text them a picture of the item we were expecting and called me once they got to the pickup site to confirm everything matched the photos and looked great. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to provide piece of mind and worked extremely diligently, carefully wrapping and efficiently moving each piece of furniture. They set up our huge new desk with a smile and even shimmed it to perfection. What an awesome experience, attention to detail, and service! This was our first time hiring a mover and Big John Movers made it easy and stress free! Pat, Andre and Justin were assigned to our move. They were punctual, professional and extremely considerate throughout the entire move. Patrick did a great job of communicating and asking any specific needs of ours. We tried getting quotes from some of the bigger companies but never heard back from either of them. So, we started a new search and stumbled on Big John through a Google search. I needed movers to assist with getting my furniture out of my 3-floor walk up apartment. It’s quite a hassle, so I wanted to be sure and get professionals to help with it. I chose Big John Movers after reading reviews and looking over their services, and I was NOT disappointed one bit.Ryan and Shane were prompt, friendly, and very careful with my belongings. They explained every step of what they planned to do as well as making sure I was in the loop for any tear down needed. They worked quick and without fuss. I was impressed by their focus on not just getting the job done, but making sure it was done well.I found the rates to be very reasonable for the effort and the job. The fact that these two men were willing to help my move during a pandemic and were thorough in explaining the steps they were taking to keep everyone safe. I am very thankful for their help in getting me moved into my new place!
I love Big John Movers!! Scheduling was easy and Ryan, Mike and Donny were absolutely wonderful! They called ahead, arrived on time and were so nice and professional! They got to work right away and were very respectful of our items. The way that Ryan managed how things got packed in to the truck was like an art. Everything was very thought out and organized efficiently. Not to mention it was like 90 degrees outside and they never complained! I had to make them take a break and let them soak up some A/C before they started to unload everything. I cant say enough about how continuously kind and friendly these guys were also. I recently moved from a ground floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment called upon Big John Movers and I could not ask for a better group of individuals ,starting from the receptionist Ronnie I believe her name was and the two young men that came to my door. Austin and Drew where polite and considerate they did everything I asked.When we got to to new location, they put my bed together.I would recommend the Big John Movers as the go to company.If I ever have to move in the future I will call on them again.Great Company !!! , great people !!! Big John Movers came out today to move me into a new apartment and the service I received surpassed my expectations by a long shot. I paid for 2 movers and they brought 3 guys to move my furniture. What would’ve taken me a full day to get done, they finished in less than 2 hours. The movers were extremely professional and worked quickly. I’ve moved quite a few times and the process has never been this smooth. I never write reviews, but felt inclined to so that someone else may benefit from my input. I HIGHLY recommend.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you Ryan, Tyler, and Jeff!This was my second time moving with Big John Movers. I have a 2 bedroom apartment with a decent amount of furniture. Most of my furniture is awkwardly shaped and my new apartment was on the 3rd floor.These guys work hard and take very great care of your belongings. They moved my entire apartment from one facility to another in exactly 3 hours. When I tried to move it myself it took me over 11 hours. They also do not go slow. They try to get everything moved for you as fast as possible so that you can save as much money as possible.They are expert packers and will place your belongings where you want in your apartment. They also are willing to take tables and such apart for you.I will certainly be using them again next time I move.The first time I had used Louis, Pat, and Kyle. They also did a great job. I only had them move the furniture and not all of my other belongings. That move only took 1 hour. However, when I moved the second time I realized it was worth paying to have the crew move everything.
Randy, Shane, and Austin were absolutely fantastic. They arrived 5 minutes early and completed the entire move in less than 5 hours (I predicted at least 8). They moved many heavy items including my hot tub and two sets of washers/dryers. You never know what you’re going to get with a moving company but I felt totally comfortable with these guys in my home. I highly recommend this company and this crew in particular.
Big John Movers were fantastic! They were very fast and professional. They even helped me take down a shelf in order to fit my new washer and dryer in the laundry room. They helped me hookup the washer and dryer as well and gave recommendations on how to change from a 4 prong to 3 prong dryer. I would highly recommend them. Randy’s team helped me move and they were great.
Moving is always a pain.. But Larry’s crew with Donny and Jeff did a wonderful job and made this process a lot easier. If I had been more organized, they would have done even more than what I had asked. They were prompt, positive, respectful, and quick. This was our second move using Big John Movers and we will definitely use them again.

Went with Big John Movers after finding them via a Google search. We had Randys crew, and we couldnt have been happier. They moved a lot of large items (450 lb grill, treadmill, etc.) and didnt stop moving until everything was put away. They helped put beds back together, and made sure everything was OK before leaving. They made multiple runs from our old house to new, and even stopped by a storage unit to drop stuff off and pick stuff up. Wed use them again, and recommend to anyone.
The Big John team that moved us was polite, professional, hard working, conscientious, and fun. Randy, Bo, and Austin took great care of our furniture and household goods. We had a lot of antique, ornate and fragile furniture and they were extra careful in moving and packing it. Five stars all the way. I had a last minute need for a mover and called. Ronnie answered and I knew I was in good hands from the minute she answered the phone. She took a lot of time to find out exactly what I needed and confirmed a crew would be available in 2 hours. Payment was easy and efficient. Movers Randy and Austin showed up right on time and were professional, respectful and super efficient - so efficient that the move took an hour less than expected. They were awesome! They got the and moved like racehorses but were very careful with everything! Both Randy and Justin were extremely nice and made sure everything went where it was supposed to and that I was completely taken care of! I will absolutely use Big John Movers again and the price was very reasonable compared to some other places I had looked!
Just had a great experience with Larry and his crew from big john movers. My family just moved to a different neighborhood and scheduled big john movers only a couple of weeks within the move date. Larry, Chris, David, and Nate did a local move from Mt. Lookout to Montgomery. They arrived right on time, quickly and safely packed up the truck, and moved all our stuff to our new home. They were very respectful and careful moving into our new home which was hugely appreciated. We have recommended them to a number of family and friends and will be using them again when we need to move.

Wow!!! I picked Big Johns because of the great reviews and must say they are the absolute BEST movers we have ever used and only one we will use again. Ronnie fit us in an opening right away and Austin and Chris moved our items, including large glass vivariums, with utmost care! They were professional, punctual and quick!!! Even after reading the reviews, they still somehow exceeded our expectations!! And they are affordable to boot!!
I called Big John movers on a Friday to help with a move the next day and they were able to help on short notice. They couldnt give me an exact time as to when the movers would show up that afternoon (which wasnt ideal), but they did give me a roughly 30 minute heads up. When Randy and Austin showed up they were very professional and got right to work hustling to get the job done before dark. Between the two movers and some of my family members we were able to empty out a jam packed 20 x 10 storage unit and move the contents into my new home in roughly 3 hours. Very pleased with the service.
A solid group of hardworking problem solvers! These guys were constantly in motion, for 12 hours straight!They assured the job was wrapped up in one day, finishing it all off at 3am! For the last 3 hours tip toing around the house to assure they didnt awake the sleeping kids!Thoughtful, careful, and hard working, couldnt ask for much more!
Randy and Bo showed up at my house in Bridgetown just to move a bedroom. Both were professional and friendly. They were able to load up my moving truck in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and if you can choose your movers I would recommend these two guys. I made it 102 miles without and damage to my belongings.

(See my Yelp reviews)Recently, I had them move my entire household which was a 2 story brick home with 5 rooms and and a lot of stuff in basement. In about 4 hours they finished loading and unloading to my new location and I had a lot of furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, and over 100 boxes. I would highly recommend Big Johns for several reasons.First, there are no hidden fees; what Ronnie (the really nice manager, maybe owner) quotes you is what it really cost; she hides nothing and is very polite, professional and straightforward about the cost. Second, no last minute add ons or anything, the costs are straight forward which is hard these days from a moving company to be so precise about costs.Third, the team my partner and I had to help us move our stuff; Jerry, Zack, and Chris were the best. These guys could move a mountain without the dynamite. Could not ask for a better team of movers. They were very polite, very nice, and very professional and treated our stuff as if it was their own. These guys are the greatest movers I have ever had and I have used moving companies many times in my life and this team, Jerry, Zack, and Chris at Big Johns are by far the best team one could ask for and are awesome and down to earth gentlemen.Fourth, I will never use another moving company again because that is just how great the company is and the employees from management to the movers themselves.Again, this company is the best by far in the Greater Cincinnati area. I highly recommend that if you need help call Big Johns because for a great price and and a great team they make the hassle of moving a lot less stressful.Great job Jerry, Zack, and Chris, and great job Ronnie. Shane and Keith were a wonderful team helping us unload our uhaul after a move from chicago. We have narrow entry ways and lots of stairs but they quickly and efficiently navigated the entire move in. It was a great value as well.

Drew and Randy were great. So very courteous and kind. They went above and beyond to insure this move was done to accommodate my husband who uses a walker. These guys were wonderful, we moved my grandmother to an assisted living facility. I received a call the day before to confirm, as well as the morning of. They were prompt and extremely professional. I had several large pieces of furniture to move to different locations in my home. Items we could NEVER have managed ourselves. Patrick & Randy did an excellent job! Cautious and careful with our antiques as well as the surrounding walls, etc. Both very courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend using this company for a move (as my son did), or as I did.
Ryan, Zach and Tyler were the best moving team we’ve ever had! These three worked like a machine for 8 hours with the best attitudes and helpful service. They packed all of our home precisely, carefully and moved it without a single problem. They were all great to work with and gave endless fist bumps to our 5 year old son. The movers themselves were terrific, getting them to my house was the problem. When I first contacted Big Johns via email, I didnt get a response for 4 days. I called and was told they did send me an estimate, check my spam. No email. Front desk girl was pretty short with me, but I ended up scheduling my move anyway based on the glowing reviews. I was told theyd be coming in the afternoon - a sane person might think that means 2:00 pm or so. I was also told Id get a call when they were on the way. At 3:45pm I called the office, and the front desk girl said shed check where they were and get back to me. An hour later and no call, no nothing. I call them again, and she says she has a team ready, do I want them? I said yes, of course, why didnt you just send them already? It is now 4:45 pm. I get a call at 5:00 pm from the movers, they were 45 minutes away! They worked quickly once they arrived, but by the time I actually had all my furniture in my very small house, it was almost 9:00pm. No complaints about the actual movers but if youre looking for a timely, responsive company Big Johns is not the way to go.
My Fiance and I moved earlier in January and I cannot thank Big Johns enough for their services. We were so worried about moving our sleep number bed, we thought of having to do it ourselves. These guys knew EXACTLY how to disassemble and assemble the bed. No questions asked. Im 100% sure any other moving company wouldnt have touched the bed, or would have charged an astronomical amount of money to move. These guys were a godsend and knew what to do. I cannot praise them enough!

I called Big John Movers because the other company I hired did not show up on the day of our move. Ronnie was awesome! She said she could get a crew out to us once they finished their morning move. Poor guys showed up around 4pm after moving all morning and afternoon but were so upbeat and moved quickly. Finished up late so at least we could do was feed them. They ate like 2 whole pizzas and we were so very thankful for them and this company! They turned our frown upside down! 😊

I had a moving company cancel on me 15 minutes after they were supposed to show up. I desperately called around to find someone available to help, and Big John Movers went above and beyond! We’ve used Big John’s multiple times now and always had the same crew and LOVED the experience. This time around we had Larry, Austin, and Aaron. Larry is clearly very experienced and knows exactly what he was doing but he was unfortunately held back by Aaron and Austin who seemed to be new. Austin and Aaron almost snapped our tv in half taking it down because there was still a screw partially attached so the tv wouldn’t fall and they started yanking at it trying to pull it down. Multiple of our items (tv, dining room table) also ended up scratched on the way because they didn’t use any padding to protect the surfaces. Overall pretty disappointed in our experience this time around but shoutout to Larry for trying his hardest to make it the best experience.
Kristians crew helped me move from a 4th floor apartment into a new new home on a 90 degree day. They were easy to communicate with and got all of our stuff from point A to B in great condition and took extra care with our TV as requested. In addition to the great service you literally cannot beat their prices for a local move. Would recommend and would use their service again!
A friend called them with info I gave her and they didnt show up or call. She called them multiple times and they kept telling her they would be there soon but never showed at all and no calls or explanation.No mistake Big John and not a competitor. Former customer. It was a week or so ago. An elderly hispanic woman trying to get her items moved from a storage area elsewhere. Ring a bell now. I ended up giving her a different movers info because she had no internet and didnt know who to call. Check with your people I customer service. She was treated badly. I used you years ago and was happy. Thats why I referred her to you. Unfortunately she did not have the same expert.
Ive used Big John for two moves now and they are consistently easy to communicate with, schedule, and always polite and professional on the job. Tyler and his crew knew I was crunched for time and they packed my house faster than I thought possible, all while being extremely careful with my items out and packing them efficiently and securely. I just used Big John Movers to move from the east side to the west side of Cincinnati. The whole experience was fantastic, from setting the appointment on Sunday, to the movers calling me an hour ahead of time, to them loading and unloading all my stuff. The guys even helped move out the unwanted sofas to a charity. And the price was very reasonable, they didnt overcharge for a few minutes overage. Highly recommended!

We had four guys today for 10 hours, Larry was the team leader and then Chris, Randy and Zach. You would think in that long of a period of time, something might go wrong…but nothing went wrong. These guys were continuously professional, helpful, courteous and hard-working. All four of them! We’ve moved many times, had many poor experiences. This was all a pleasure. (Well aside from moving, which pretty well sucks)I highly recommend these guys.

Randy bo and Brandon really saves my life this week ! Last minute had to move and these guys made everything so easy - did everything in 2 hours I couldn’t believe it . Way easier and cheaper than renting a uhaul and doing it yourself !
I will start by saying Big John Movers did address my concerns by discounting my bill significantly, but I still would not hire them again. The movers they sent were inefficient and unmotivated, turning what should have been a 6 hour project (they initially estimated 5-8 hours after reviewing my apartment and saying you dont have much stuff) into almost 10 hours, even after sending another mover out to help the process. For contrast, this same move was accomplished in 6-7 hours, with packing up a kitchen (there was no packing involved this time), having to move things out of a 140 year old basement with collapsing steps (no basement involved this time), two additional stops (no additional stops this time), and on a day where the high temperature was 2 degrees (it was in the 40s this time), two years earlier. They worked slowly, inefficiently, and were not particularly careful. Again, management was somewhat responsive to my concerns, but it was not enough for me to consider putting myself through working with them again.
Larry, Donnie and Austin moved us. They were very fast and careful with our stuff. This is the first time I ever used any moving company and I was happy we picked this one. If we move again we will definitely call them.

Very personable and hardworking movers. The clear “second in command” guy had a good sense of humor. Did exactly as requested for moving most furniture and larger items from an apartment to a new house. Easily managed a giant truck on a very narrow, small residential street. Talked me through expectations, which were clear, and similarly from other reviews amount was exactly as quoted (we clocked in at exactly that 2 hr time). We scheduled only about 1.5-2 wks in advance, whereas the first co we called were already booked (this was for a Friday). Same prices no matter day of week. Only small suggestion would be that we technically didn’t get a confirmation email- we rec’d email about the quote (so they had the correct email). We called several days after we sent confirmation by email and the person said she was sending a confirmation within the next day and that we were locked in. Technically never received this, but week of luckily they beat us and called to confirm and obviously everything went on without a hitch from there. We had ordered for 3 guys, 2 showed up immediately and the other(s) were a little late, but 2 showed up (totaling 4) and they were very efficient and kept us with the rate for 3 ppl, which was fair. Would use again!

Big John Movers have been great during the stressful situation that is moving. Thank you to Larry’s crew with Pat and Kristian. They moved everything in the estimated time frame and placed the contents in requested area at the assisted living facility for my grandfather who is physically unable to do it himself. I will be calling them again for all moving needs.

Starting with Mikey and Roni I called them in distress I needed help getting my belongings secured while I went away for a couple weeks to get my life back in track. They made it happen so fast! Did a great job and were very professional. They were careful with all of our belongings. When we got to our destination, they put everything where we wanted and didnt just drop stuff right inside the door. It took exactly how long they said it would and they were very efficient. Scheduled a Sunday afternoon move earlier in the previous week. Called about 1:30 to see when they may be arriving. Secretary told me they were on a big job that it would be awhile. No problem. Called back again at 7pm and was told they still on the job but would still come to move me. 7pm on a Sunday night is NOT Sunday afternoon. When i questioned delay secretary was VERY rude and told me she was clear when i scheduled. No she was NOT. And no need to be rude. When i wanted to reschedule she said it would be another two weeks! and when i wanted to cancel she said i would NEVER get anyone in the city to move me an earlier. Well, I called one person this morning and they are moving me Thursday at 8am and by my surprise they are HALF THE PRICE!!!

I moved earlier this month on 11th and was completely amazed at how these men fuctioned. I had Kristians team (3 total). Everything was moved quick and swift. At first there was an issue as the Kristian thought there would be a truck present but that must have been a miscommunication over the phone. The issue was taken care of right away and the truck arrived within 30 minutes of Kristian and his crew going out to get it.These 3 men have mastered their craft, they did not even need a dolly to moved all the furniture or boxes! I could hardly get by with one box. The expertise and intelligence on moving is impressive and no one should hesitate to have these gentlemen move their house or apartment. Nothing is an issue for them, they can strategize and execute any scenario due to their knowledge of the job.I might not be moving again anywhere in Cincinnati but if I do, I know who to call.

Kyle, Louis, and Taylor completed a very technical move flawlessly. This involved deadlifting a fragile 300 lbs item up a narrow staircase with two 180 turns. The item was set in place perfectly and care was taken to ensure item was not damaged. Would certainly use this team again. Polite, friendly, and, hardworking. Showed up on time and made sure area was clean after the move. Couldnt ask for more. A+ service!
Terrible. Waited three hours for them to show up. Was Quoted one price and wanted to charge another. Add Ons!! I was going to pay the price, but they decided they did not want to do the work and left!!! Thank goodness another mover was there moving out another tenant who agreed to come back and move me. They charged me HALF OF THE PRICE THAT BIG JOHN WANTED TO CHARGE!!

This is most I ever paid a moving company for just a 2 bedroom apartment move...They sent 3 guys which were good, but came in a small truck and had to do 2 trips which I now have less then I had from previous moves...Make sure if your moving ask for them send a big enough truck..I wont use or reccommend them..

I am a survivor of domestic violence abuse along with my 2 children. CPS back in September of 2019 had moved our belongs for us due to domestic issues at our previous address. After I was vocal and questioned the price and quality of service I was screamed at by the secretary. Telling me that they did me a favor. I called hired this company one Sunday afternoon ridden by anxiety, overwhelmed. I was reassured that this company would take care of me and quoted me at $250 dollars and $85 each additional hour. I met the 2 men at my storage area and they NEVER MENTIONED IT WOULD BE OVER $500 per the agreement THEY OFFERED AFTER SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. At the storage unit I told them not to worry about the stuff falling out of totes just duck tape the lids onto them and whatever falls on the ground I will get later. Instead of being taken care of I was grossly taken advantage of. They blamed me for the misunderstanding of the location. All I had at the time of first initial call was a zip code. I WAS CHARGED $700!! THIS WILL NOT BE MY LAST TIME TALKING ABOUT THIS EVENT. POSTED ARE PICTURES THAT I TOOK AFTER THEY LEFT MY STORAGE UNIT. THEY RIPPED OPEN MY BAGS OF BELONGINGS WITH OUT PERMISSION.

2022-06-13My husband and I used Big John Movers to unload two 15ft PODS after a cross country move. Pat, Andre and Vada were AWESOME! They showed up on time, were professional, efficient and very careful with both our stuff and the hardwood floors in our new home. Pat was a great crew leader and navigated the stormy weather in the midst of our move like a pro. Would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again in the future.

2022-05-09Have used Big John for local moves twice now and they have done an excellent job both times.Most recently I was able to quickly and easily schedule the move via email. The movers let me know when they were on their way. They were able to pack, transport, and unload my 3 bedroom house in 3.5 hours, and they had it expertly packed into just one truck load!

2021-12-30I was referred to Big John Movers by two close friends so we had confidence using them. It is still worth saying that Bo, Tim and Randy did a phenomenal job moving our two-story, packed to the rim townhouse into our three-story, compact, Cap Cod style house. They were fast, technical, knowledge, professional and went over the top to help us in moments of uncertainty! Not only that, but theyre great company! 2021-12-01We hired Big John Movers to unload our truck into our new apartment. This was our first trip using movers and they were great! Their office called the day before to confirm the unloading time which was very reassuring. Austin H and Drew arrived on time and unloaded our truck in just two hours. They had no problem getting our heavy boxes and furniture up the stairs, around a tight corner, and into our apartment. Well definitely have Big John Movers at the top of our list for any future moves.

2022-06-27This was one of my best moving experiences to-date. Shane, Justin, and Demetrius arrived on time and gave me a 20 minute head’s up before they arrived. They worked so quickly and took extreme care with my bulky items (even up and down 6 flights of stairs with no elevator). They were done in 2 hours and even helped me set up my bed frame. I will 100% use Big John Movers in the future.

2022-04-25When you need movers, you want for them to be careful, respectful, and cost-effective. For a recent move at my employer, I hired Big John Movers after getting different quotes from others. The day of the move we had the pleasure of working with Patrick, André, and Justin from Big John. These young men were on-time and extremely collaborative. What I thought would cost a lot more ended being about 50% less of what others quoted because of how well-trained and in-sync their team was. Working with Ronnie on the office was great as well. We had to reschedule the move two-days before the date and she was extremely accomodating. If youre reading this please rest assured I have very high expectations of movers as my family and I were relocated ten times because of work and know what good service is. Big John Movers is a 5-star team based on my experience.
