2021-04-12First impressions were good, they were able to deliver a dumpster same day if I was able to pay them in cash because they do not take card or use email. Ok, no problem...worked out a day later (Monday, today) so I could get money from an ATM. Was scheduled to have a dumpster dropped off today this morning, called a couple times, got voice mail both times, no call back, no one showed up. Never even got the chance to use them but good thing they didnt take card because Id be stuck waiting..

2020-03-12Ordered a dumpster for 3/12/2020 a few days prior. Was told delivery between 11am-1pm. Didnt show up. Called and was told 4pm. Did not show up. Called and was told one was on the way. Didnt show up. Called and said theyd call me back in 10 minutes. No call back. Called again. No answer. Driver called back at 6pm and asked if he could deliver tomorrow.I had a crew demo a bathroom today. 70 bags of waste are now sitting in the yard. Ordered a dumpster with another company and will now have to pay a crew to remove the debris from the yard.Using this company COSTED me time and money. I would never use again.

2015-09-03We are downsizing and needed a dumpster asap. We called Big Dumpster and Jon helped us calculate how big of a container we needed. He got the order scheduled. Their driver was on time and very courteous.If you like working with a quality company that still believes that customer service is #1, I highly recommend Big Dumpster.com!!!!

2018-10-05Before we sold our house, we cleaned out a ton of excess junk from our basement and garage that we had accumulated over many years. And I have to say - if it wasnt for Big Dumpster, it would have been a real pain! Their overall customer service was PHENOMENAL, which made our lives (*and getting rid of all that junk) so much easier. Id recommend Big Dumpster to friends, family and colleagues any day of the week!

2018-06-27Haul Away, Big Dumpster and Waste Tran are all owned by Bart Carmichael. You’ll notice many of the reviews are each of the companies reviewing each other. All other good reviews are done by family and employees. You can easily pick out the real ones. He has a long trail of unpaid employees and companies he deals with. Do not do business with this guy!

2020-03-06I have used Big Dumpster multiple times with no issues. The staff is very friendly and their timing of getting my dumpster in and out was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Big Dumpster !!!

2018-09-07Do not do business with this company unless you like your dumpsters abandoned on your own property. You will call them and they will boldly fabricate they are coming and then pull a no call no show. The service is terrible and very unprofessional! You have been warned!

2018-10-01Terrible. Left dumpster on sight for over a week. Held up other work. Rude, difficult to communicate with. The worst I have ever dealt with. 1 star is too much. Bart and Tim are horrible to deal with.
