I made a dinner reservation online. We were a group of four adults. We were promptly seated. All the staff we encountered were nice & polite, service prompt, atmosphere pleasant and food delicious. They give you a good quality bread prior to meal. We shared a pick three bruschetta appetizer and each had salmon for the main course. We took boxes to go, because we wanted to leave room for dessert & cheesecake was delicious. All in all a great experience.
I love Biaggis!! I know what to order and ita always delish!! Well my husband ordered a steak...big mistake. It was not good. He ordered a ribeye and it was the worse cut and low grade. Not cooked right at all. So much seasoning on it...a good steak doesnt need all that seasoning. Im giving a 4 star bc my food was fantastic and always is. We know to never order a steak from there again. Also..what was he thinking ordering a steak from a Italian restaurant anyway??
This was a great place to get dinner. I cant comment on any other mealtime because we only went for dinner, but Im sure it would be just as good. The waiter was great. He would refill our bread and drinks very quickly. He was also very upbeat and courteous. And the food was fantastic. I just got spaghetti and meatballs and it was delicious. Definitely the best Ive ever had. They used some different spices or something and it was great. Definitely not you plain old spaghetti and meatballs. The place was very neat and clean looking. If I ever see one of these again when Im out and about, Id definitely hit it up again. Prices were decent too.
Nice atmosphere, and nice presentation, but it was not as good as we have had in the past(been a few years--when we lived in town). Wifes Salmon Picatta was more like a soup than a sauce and over the top lemon flavor. My meal was more simple and fresh Caesar salad. Service was extremely slow, reason as we were told because of a 30 top party.... hoping for a better experience in the next trip...
The atmosphere here is cozy and great for a date night. The staff are very friendly. My husband got the spaghetti and meatballs and really enjoyed that it had fresh basil sprigs. I got the lobster fettuccine with wild mushrooms and it’s my new favorite food. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten a dish that slowly before, trying to savor every bite 😂 You’ll just have to try it yourself!
Looking for some place nice, business casual, but not too tough on the buck? Biaggis is a wonderful Italian restaurant for the whole family or peer group. This place is a wonderful one for celebrating any occasion, so dont be afraid to give them a try. If you like Olive garden, youll like this place even more.
Just went here again to take my wife for our pre-anniversary dinner on June 3rd. I want to say that Bree was a very great waitress. She did a great job checking in on us, and she was very kind and always had a smile. When I come back, I hope to get her again as our waitress.
I usually love Biagies but this day my margarita pizza was more like a cheese pizza. When I think of margarita pizza I think of light sauce or fresh tomatoes, garlic, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. It was nothing like that.On the plus side and the reason I didnt give a lower rate, the salad was wonderful and the service superb.
Every visit to Biaggis is a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and professional, the space is clean and spacious, and the menu offers plenty of options. Every entree is prepared perfectly every time. The prices are reasonable. The location is great and there is plenty of parking.
We ordered a pizza “PRONTO” pack on Thursday May 26 and we were told 20 to 25 minutes for curbside service. I arrived at the appointed time and texted my name and parking space number per instructions. I waited 45 minutes before I left my car and go inside to inquire about my “prepaid “ order. I then spoke to a woman about my order. She asked if my name is Bob and chucked and said that they burnt 1 pizza and the 2nd pizza was too BIG for the box. She then advise me she would “stand over them“ until it was done. ONE hour after we ordered the food she brought it to me. I then asked if I should be compensated for the delay. She said she would get a manager. She left and came back with a new receipt with a 10% discount. ($3.50) I then asked that my time is only worth $7.00 per hour? There was no response. When I arrived home and saw my pizza the pepperoni pizza was still burnt and the margarita pizza was shaped like a kidney and only about half the size.I am very disappointed with a restaurant that we frequent often.I can’t help but wonder if I have given Biaggi’s enough of my money.Bob Wyma
I cant even express in words how good this place is. The food was so delicious I couldve cried. We got the pick 2 bruschetta, and while the classico bruschetta was amazing, the seafood one was out of this world. As entrees, we got the salmon and shrimp risotto and the the baked ziti dish. Both were phenomenal... And phenomenal isnt even a good enough word. The service is amazing as well. But I cant say enough good things about the food. My new favorite restaurant for sure!
The food was excellent and service was even better! Priscilla was so kind helping us with the wine selections! Water was always full and the cadence of our special mother/daughter dinner, four course meal, was on point! Highly recommend! Food was also great portions! We had the chicken Alfredo, lasagna, house salad, bruschetta, crème brûlée and cheesecake.
Food was ok. We stayed nearby and I ran over for pick up. I had the Caesar and pizza. Pizza was cold. Salad was good but the minced industrial garlic used in the salad dressing was just too much. Using garlic like this is an enormous cop out and The executive for this restaurant should be appalled.
Wow! What a disappointment. We had lunch on a less than busy day. First off, with all the makeup that our waitress was wearing, I couldnt decide if she was a street walker, or perhaps Barnum & Bailey were in town. I ordered the Chicken Piccata, but dont remember ordering it Cajun style:. Blackened! My wife ordered a chicken Alfredo, but couldnt eat the chicken because the flavor was not good. Then to top off the experience, the only way I could get a refill on my ice tea was to bring the small glass that was initially given to me to the bar, and ask for a refill where our waitress was residing. We did manage to get our waitress back to the table finally (for her 2nd appearance) when it came time for the check. Im sure she figured out why the tip was so small. Theres a lot of room for improvement here
This has become our go to place over the last few years. We always make dinner reservations when in the area. Restaurant has a nice ambiance, food is really good , well presented and service is prompt. Hosts are always professional, waitstaff are professional for the most part. Our favorite dish is their bruschetta appetizer. We usually order smocked salmon bruschetta and one with shrimp on it. Piccata with salmon is one of my favorites for the main course. I usually order mine well done and it is still tender and delicious. They serve bread with dipping oil with the meal and its delicious as well. Cheesecake with a little lemon flavor, with seasonal fruit and with vanilla mousse is an absolute must for dessert.
Meatball Appertizer, and the grilled bread that accompanies them are DELICIOUS!Pepperoni pizza was pretty good. The Chicken Parm is delicious!I would avoid the Lasagna, if you like traditional Italian Lasagna anyways.Service is usually fast and friendly. Decor is always lovely.
I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. My boyfriend and I went here for his birthday, and I got some sort of ravioli. I couldnt believe how cold and disgusting it was. I didnt know someone could make pasta taste so bad, especially at these outrageous prices. We will never be back here.
The food was not good and the price point only made the experience worse. when you’re paying that much i would expect to be satisfied. I had a party of 7 only for 2 of us to enjoy our meal.the bread appetizer was alright, i wish the bread would’ve been warm as every restaurant i’ve ever been to gives you warm bread. it was kinda cold. The pizzas are just always bad. in the fall i had a chicken pesto pizza and the chicken on the pizza was DRY. There was also barely any pesto on it. recently I got a supremo pizza and it was floppy and doughy in the middle…. i didn’t pay for it.the chicken parmesan came with the two smallest pieces of chicken but the flavor was ok. arethe fettuccine noodles were dry and looked as though it was made and then left to sit out for a couple of hours lol.alcoholic drinks were good.all and all, i think the biaggis in perrysburg has really gone down hill
This fabulous, Italian-inspired restaurant is always buzzing; always full –and for good reasons. The cuisine is some of the best in town: it is refined and well-prepared with the flavours always consistent and balanced. Every time one returns, it is consistent and fabulous, no matter whether you order a pasta or pizza. The food is always plated perfectly and served with a particular nuance that is focused as a Michelin Star restaurant vibe.Delicious Bruschetta and Salmon Risotto.#ItalianRestaurant#DeliciousFood#Bruschetta#MichelinStarVibe
My husband and I went here it was amazing. Our mothers day dinner was over the top. I had the chicken marsala, my husband had one of the chicken pastas, the bread was great and we had the bottomless strawberry lemonades...yummy ... we took the cheese cakes to go and omg it was all so great... risotto was gone for the night but other than that the meals were on point and it was a magical date night
Been here a few times now when I’ve been craving some nice Italian food. Food has never failed to be anything less than delicious! Servers are always polite and are quick to refill drinks/check-in. Lovely atmosphere and good drink selection at the bar. Bit on the pricey side but it’s been worth it. I’ve had the lobster fettuccine, spaghetti, marsala and chicken parmigiana, they have all been fantastic.
We visited this restaurant for the first time last night. We found the hostess and wait staff to be excellent with their service. That is where the pleasantness of this place ended. We ordered their Spaghetti and Meatballs with Minestrone soup. We also ordered a desert to take home for later. The soup tasted of a watered down lentil soup without the lentils. When the spaghetti arrived, it looked like it had been sitting out for a while with the noodles being cool and dryer than a popcorn fart! Where is the sauce? Deep in the noodle pile, it was watery with no sauce. The meatballs were subpar (being void of real seasoning) but edible. The cake was even disappointing. I cannot believe we spent $62 here! We have had way better elsewhere!
Ordered curbside pickup. Super-fast response and great service (1 star for this).Food was a huge disappointment. Lobster Corn Chowder was the best item that we ordered. The Ziti Al Forno was tasteless and the pasta was way overcooked. The biggest disappointment was the risotto. It could charitably be called soft rice. No creaminess, no flavor. Very inappropriate to call it risotto. I submitted an issue with their website and no response after 5 days. As a result, posting my review here. I was embarrassed in front of the other diners but we did eventually laugh about the mess of a lunch we had. Would not recommend to anyone.
Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs as the entree with the monthly special dessert of carmel apple cheesecake. The food itself was absolutely delicious, beautifully seasoned and well prepared. The server Max was professional, attentive and very pleasant as he worked. Thank you for a great experience! Cant wait to come back again!
My wife loved her egg plant parmason, I had a simply cheese pizza with bacon. I thought it was a little light and chinzey on the bacon, and the pizza itself was ok. Our server I thought he said his name was Ryan was very good. He was a nice person and definitely an asset to the business.
Food was good. Follow-up service by waitress not so great. Had to wait to request everything. A good waitress should notice your drink is less than half full and ask if you need a refill. Upon delivery of your food a good waitress should ask if you need any condiments or spices not on table. A good waitress should know if it looks like a patron needs a carry out box or bag for left-overs. A patron should not have to ask numerous times. Just disappointed.
This is a great Italian food restaurant. The late 90s pop kinda threw me a little, but who doesnt love chicken parmesan and Britney Spears? Dont answer that. Fairly priced and amazing service. Steven was the bomb. And Im not talking about an IED, Im talking fully fledged bomb ready to incite nuclear warfare on the planet. Great place.
Fine, Italian dining and bar found in Levis Commons, Perrysburg, Ohio.Reservations are not necessary, but highly recommended as the restaurant fills up pretty quickly during peak dinner hours. The menu is exemplary, from pizza, to pasta, soups and sides, all up to excellent quality standards. Vegetarian options are also available.Bread is made fresh and they have an ample wine and spirits list.Prices are mid-to-upper range, fairly priced for the proportions served.
Great customer service. There was no wait time we were seated immediately great atmosphere very open. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Sangria is to die for as well as the stuffed cod with crab. Ordered calamari which was cooked all the way through and came out very fast as well as our main horses. We were not rushed out and were given time to drink. Overall a great experience especially with a family.
Pasta underdone, frozen eggplant patties would be better. House Salad is a poorly chopped head with a sprinkle of cucumbers, blue cheese had 5 squares that were white. Minestrone was not minestrone. It was bean and kale soup with canned spinach. Sangria was good and stuffed mushrooms. Not Italian, Olive is better money spent.
It was my first time at Biaggis and I would recommend it to everyone who likes Italian food. I had the Ziti and it was by far the best I have had to date. Reasonably priced, amazing food and good drink prices. Definitely a must do for those looking for a good Italian restaurant.
A group of us were planning to eat together for lunch, they stated we had to pay $20 each for lunch. I understand working a tip into the price for a group but a small lunch + tips does not cost $20. Manager said well that is our policy. Well we are going somewhere else. They must not need or want the business.
My last experience here was pretty good, but the food last night was overcooked and hard. The first chicken Parmigiano I got, I could not even cut. From the top it looked delicious, but when I went to cut into it, it was rock hard, it was like trying to cut through cardboard, I flipped it over to see what was going on (see pics) and it was was overcooked and burned. I could knock on it with my knife and it sounded like I was knocking on table. Waitress, took back and another chicken was brought out to me with same exact problem... burned on bottom...I tried to cut again and take a bite as I was starving at this time after long wait for table, wait for first, now second...I couldnt even chew it, I had to send back as well. Not a single manager came over to apologize or see problem, which was disappointing. Waitress was nice though. Bread and oil were good as that was pretty much my dinner. I will say though, I have had the same dish prior and it was good, so Im 50/50 on what to think...
We ordered spaghetti with meat balls for curbside delivery. This was exactly for 2:05 pm pickup. Nothing fancy or complicated. It was 45 mins later and two phone calls to follow up by the time the food was taken out to my truck. The woman was not apologetic or given any explanation of the delays. I expected better service especially giving the takeout order a 20% tip. I will not be rushing to order from Biaggi anytime soon. Thats really is too bad. The food is good but customer service has got to be up there too. Its all part of customer experience.
The food is obviously prepared by a chef. Weve never had less than an exemplary dining experience. As for most restaurants, covid has had an effect on staffing. However our dining experience was not negatively impact my lack of staffing. Besides were visiting with friends while dining, so time wasnt an issue for us. Im disappointed in the handicap parking. It should be closer to the front door. And the current back door handicap parking should be used for takeout. But thats my opinion, and Im not the manager. But if I were, I would put my handicap clients above my takeout clients. If you love Italian food, this is certainly the place to dine.
The place is very nice inside and our server was great. She put us next to where they cook the food and we could hear the cooks joking about only selling pasta because they didnt feel like cooking. When we got our food, the pizza was bland and the Alfredo was bland and very watery. I might try again and see if it was just an off day. But not impressed.
Our experience eating here was great! Friendly staff and service, especially our server Michael. The food was served hot and was delicious, and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend especially to visitors like us who are unsure of where to go and want a special meal for dinner.
First time back in a good while and what a difference time makes. Very disappointed in both orders. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and was presented a small serving of their cucumber salad. It used to be favorable with thin slices of cucumbers. These today were chunks. My prime rib came with no au jus. Was told they dont have that anymore. How do you make prime rib without creating au jus?My wifes chicken marsala was served in a soup bowl - enough said! I can appreciate the issue of the lack of help but service was good. Prices were reasonable if the food was even close to what it used to be. It seems that the problems are management created.
This has been our go to for Italian for years. I have been raving to family about how great it is. Not anymore. 2 out of 3 of our meals were terrible and couldn’t be eaten. Chicken was so over cooked, I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Manager did make it right on our bill, but we had to get dinner elsewhere after leaving here. Will not be back.
This place is spacious, big restaurant, comfortable seating good for large groups. Fine Italian cuisine with good quiet ambience. Fettuccini with lobster is very good, nice selection of soups, they serve mountain dew thats a big plus for me. Pricing is very reasonable, will visit back again.
The food was absolutely delicious. I had black linguini with lobster and lobster sauce. Amazing. Our server was perfect. Answered questions, always there when needed, but not annoying. Lol. Will return many more times. The price we paid was very fair for the food we enjoyed. Not a bad thing to say about the place.
This has been one of our favorite restaurants in the area for special occasions. First time back since Covid. Not as good an experience. Slow service, though our server was nice. I was disappointed with the minestrone soup and the creme brulee wasnt as good. One of our party was quite satisfied with her meal. My husband said so-so. The highest reviews go to the brushetta and the crab cakes. Pretty high prices not to be wowed.
Worst meal Ive had in a long time. Chicken Parmigiano was burnt, tough, cold and smothered in sauce to hide the burn. Lasagne was also cold. Meal was brought out to curbside 15 mins after scheduled time (ordered 3.5 hrs before). And I had to tip 15% in advance!. I wont be doing that again
Food was delightful and the service was fantastic. Our waitress was very accommodating to my wifes special requests, and the kitchen staff executed it perfectly. Curious what was in the broccoli as it seemed a little spicy, a nice surprise. Will definitely be going back here.
Service was mediocre at best, and not a huge fan of Italian food but if it is good Italian food I do enjoy it. This did not fall into that category. Only reason I revisited was because my girlfriends family is a big fan. So maybe Im just too harsh a critic Because some people do seem to enjoy it. I will say that the construction and interior Is very very nice and that helps add to the dining experience
They used to have incredible food but our last two meals involved brown lettuce in our salads and wait staff that appeared less than enthusiastic to be there. I hope they get their act together because this used to be one of our favorite places to dine. The lobster fettuccine is still our favorite choice and did not disappoint.
Service started out great, aside from being out of the polenta fries, which we found out about after we had ordered them. Waited 45min in the entrées, though 25min in were told they were almost done. Once we received our entrées, half of the marsala was hot, while the potatoes and spinach were barely luke warm. Upon finishing our meals we had to wait another 15 min to get the table cleared which by this point in time we were out of our drinks as well. Shame, flavor was there, however the service slipped and the food ended up being decent as half of it was barely warm.As we were leaving, both hostesses were too busy chatting to acknowledge us leaving. Was definitely expecting this place to be better than what it was.
One of two of our favorite restaurants are Biaggi. Their service is super, the food served correctly and lots of choices. They are a scratch kitchen so special requests are cheerfully made for you. Dont eat too much of the very tasty bread and oil so you have room for some great food
Excellent service and atmosphere. My wife and I got a quiet booth at the back of the dining room and I ordered the Lasagna and Chicken Parmesan side by side and my wife ordered the Dijon Salmon and both of us were very satisfied with the portions and flavors. We also ordered dessert to go as both of us were comfortable and not wanting to over do it. :-)
This is the second time we have come here this year. We drive a hour and a half to eat at this magnificent restaurant. EVERYTHING is wonderful. The food is amazing, the service is fantastic, and it has a great feel to the place. Start with appetizers, and make sure you get dessert!
Slow service all around. Almost 30 minutes to get all of our drinks and then almost an hour to get our food. It was clearly busy and there werent a lot of wait staff, so they should have limited the amount of tables people were using at minimum. What is typically a 45-60 minute experience, (even during Covid), turned into an almost two hour long experience with long gaps between the drinks, food and check. Very disappointed.
Took my grandma there on Friday night before a movie, didn’t have a reservation available for the time I wanted but the girl on the phone was very helpful and explained that I could try making a call ahead later on in the day. When I called later a guy said they weren’t busy and we could come in. When we got there, we were told there was a 45 min wait, we were very upset and left. As we walked out the hostess chased after us to let us know she had a table, was very nice and apologetic. She seated us in minutes, great service, wish i remembered her name. Taller, blonde girl. Our waitress Hallie was great, very attentive, had a lot of personality, could tell she wasn’t just trying to get a tip. My chicken Marsala was very tender, grandma liked the mahi-mahi. They also give you free bread and oil, so you have to be careful not to fill up. Great service, good food. We’ll be back soon, but will make a reservation first.
The food was great as was the beer selection. One thing that bugs me about Italian Is boxed pasta and theirs is fresh! The service was generally attentive, but perhaps slightly understaffed. I felt like our waiter was over tasked, although he didnt express that in the least and was attentive as possible. Ill be back.
Excellent atmosphere, first class service, completely accommodating, wonderful food: only thing that would have made my night better would have been there with my girl (was out with my folks and baby brother). Our server was Hanna; she was bubbly and warm. Only problem I had was we werent given silverware when we were seated. We actually got our food before we got silverware. I got the baked ziti al forno; it was shrimp, chicken, and pancetta mixed in ziti in a lobster cream sauce lightly covered with cheese. At first I wasnt too impressed, but as I came to the end you could really taste the lobster sauce. What did impress me was how hot in temperature it was. Good job!
Excellent service, very nice atmosphere. I had the lobster fettuccine and my girlfriend the chicken parmigiana and lasagna. Both were excellent. They have a large wine list, I only had a Sam Adams draft. My Cesar salad was great. Strongly recommend this restaurant, we will be back.
My wife and my lasagna was cold and chicken parm was almost room remp. Our daughters spaghetti and meatballs was inedible. She and 2 friends tried it and no one would take a second bite. Other friends shoved the plate away due to how it smelled. One friend said that it was always how the food is. The staff were kind and the place looked great; we just expected better food. Not a good first impression.
1st time ordering & was excited to try. Very disappointed.Got the braised beef pappardelle. Bland and flavorless. Someone else who I was dining with ordered the same dish and agreed. The celery and carrots didnt really make sense or taste very good. They were undercooked and not mentioned in the description. I dont want to go back anytime soon . the highlight was the garlic bread. The bread was good
I come to Biaggis every time Im in the area. The farfalle alfredo was excellent, but the bruschetta was amazing. Two pieces were enough for a meal. Definitely get the chocolate cake - its huge and delicious, with chocolate pearls and coffee gelato for texture changes.
Stopped in for a celebratory meal with two family members. We ordered an appetizer, sangria, butternut squash ravioli, French onion soup - everything was tasty and the wait was short. What made it a truly exceptional experience was the quality of our server - Ryan went above and beyond to make sure it really felt like a special occasion. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and accommodating - five star service
Reading all the good reviews makes me think i was in the wrong restaurant. I ordered the shrimp risotta and it was awful! It was dry! No creaminess whatsoever. The veggies were undercooked and no flavor at all. I could not it eat it and sent it back. Fried ravioli was not much better. I then ordered a sundae and it came out as soup completely melted! The food was lukewarm and completely unacceptable. A WASTE OF MONEY! My first and last time there!
I really like this place. It is classy, the service is always nice, the appetizer bread is delicious, and the rest of the food is pretty good too. It isnt my favorite Italian food flavor-wise, but it is definitely up there. Some dishes are very good, while others Ive found to be a little too bland. All-in-all a very good place to eat though!
We had a seating requirement so we made a reservation. They could not accommodate it.. They knew nothing about it. The girls just acted dumb. We did stay because it was getting late. The presentation of the food was good as was the food. The service was okay. No offer to bag our leftovers. Staff seem young and inexperienced. We are return visitors. Disappointed!
Not going to beat them up to bad on undercooked lobster fettuccine that had a clump of stuck together pasta. The waitress asked to take it back but I wasnt going to finish it anyhow. My daughter had a really small piece of chicken for her parmesan meal(tiny). Crab cakes very tasty as was my lobster black fettuccine and my daughter finished hers. We passed on dessert this time which is usually tasty. Waitress was young, a bit slow but somewhat attentive and cordial, brought me back wrong change. My 8th or 9th time here and first hiccup!
Always a warm inviting atmosphere. Biaggis is a favorite location for our family to enjoy important occasions and casual evenings. The bread and oil to dip is delightful. Out meals hot and delicious. The creme brulee and tiramisu finish off the meals beautifuly. Thanks for the great meals and memories!
I had a large group of about 20 here for my wedding rehearsal lunch and everyone absolutely loved it. The food was served quick and fresh, even though we had so many people. The bow tie Alfredo is my favorite! Many of the guests in my party also mentioned that the creme brûlée was to die for. Overall great experience!
Nice choice of food and every dish I have tasted so far were excellent. Great location, plenty of parking, great interior, a lot of space and good separation from other tables. The service is quite good. The wine list a somewhat limited but whats available is very good. I go over there almost every most. They also do very nice catering for your parties or family events.
3 stars based on the service received by the waitress I wish I could remember her name she was great. Food was great once we rewarmed it the next day, we put our orders in and an hour later we were still waiting. Management said the order got put in after a huge party which is funny because someone who ordered after us had their food before us. Gave us a free desert and 10 percent off of our meals, would have rather been able to eat before going to the comedy club though lol. I’ll be back to try again.
Stopped for lunch with party of 4 yesterday.Absolutely horrible food. Frozen microwave food for outrageous prices. Took 20 minutes or more to receive what looked like an 8 microwaved pepperoni pizza along with a small house salad that looked like old lettuceCouldnt get past the first bite of pizza..Ordered the stuffed mushroom entree and received them cold.if there is anything good to say... The wait staff was very friendly.
Absolutely fabulous. They have an extensive Gluten Free menu including appetizers, salads, pasta dishes, seafood, steaks and more including dessert. The bread was phenomenal! The best Gluten Free restaurant bread Ive had, yet. The waitress was quite attentive, the food served quickly and hot and even my grandchildren or exceedingly pleased. (Ask for Dana and let her know you read this review. ) We will be back.
Nice atmosphere. Warm, open, simple, but intimate. Laid back, but not kitschy like most chain restaurants. The servers are excellent, and the food was good too. The bread appears to be made in house, and was very good with the olive oil they have for dipping. I will say the food is flavorful, and its a place where you go to enjoy the food but not necessarily go to stuff yourself. Pumpkin tortellini was good.I took my five year old, and they were so nice to him. I dont know if I would have taken my loud 2 year old there... a different crowd. Its great for a date, and movie, or before going to the comedy club. Its great for meeting girlfriends too.
Wow. What an amazing dinner. Let me run through the details on how Biaggi’s made my evening amazing.First, I had a reservation for 9:15PM. I was watching a movie close by that ended at 9:20PM. Even though I couldn’t make a reservation for 9:20PM, the hostess still allowed me to make my reservation for 9:15PM. This, while knowing the restaurant closes at 10:00PM.Second, I got out of my movie late and was even more late than my original late 9:15PM reservation. Biaggi’s openly welcomed me, even though the restaurant was closing in 30 minutes. What absolutely BLEW MY MIND was how the manager, who didn’t even make my reservation and wasn’t aware of the movie I was watching beforehand, asked how the movie was. He clearly studied my reservation beforehand and recognized me. That is amazing service right there.Third, our waitress was equally amazing. We acknowledged with her that we were late and that she, along with the cooking staff, probably wanted to leave by closing. However, she was extremely polite, honored every request, and was very social.Fourth, the chefs were still making amazing food, even though we were so close to closing time. I know people will say it’s their job until closing, blah blah blah, but people were walking in 10 minutes before close. Obviously showing up 30 minutes before close didn’t feel good for us, but Biaggi’s still welcomed us and every single guest that visited. Their dedication is great. This isn’t an invitation to show up 10 minutes beforehand, but I’m just pointing out how well they serve people under any circumstance.Lastly, although we acknowledged only with our waitress that we felt bad for being late, the manager personally walked over to our table during the meal to check how the food was and even told us that it was perfectly acceptable to have gone past closing time and to thoroughly enjoy our meals. Wow. That was insane. Even my cousin, who lives in Toronto, thought the food and service was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back.
Went there for our anniversary. Our waitress was very pleasant and took our drink order immediately. Brought our bread and took our order and our dinners arrived in a nice time. Dish presentation was very nice with the meal itself was enjoyed by both of us. We felt the price for each meal was more than reasonable. Why the four stars ? Is that my meal was not vert hot and the green beans were not el dente. All and all a very nice evening.
Wonderfully fun evening with delicious food and delightful staff. Our server Roman was very friendly and did a good job and the teamwork between the servers was very nice to see. Jenaye was very helpful and knowledgeable with a great attitude! It was a pleasant experience all around. Highly recommend this place.
Not a good experience at all. Think they had too many big groups tonight and as a result all of our food was cold, beef was really tough and my stuffed cod was over cooked and rubbery. Our daughters kids meals were cold and the pasta was crispy. Traditionally I’ve liked this place but not sure I’ll ever return again....
Looks really nice but only a $$ price restaurant. There was no wait, staff was quick, efficient, and friendly. Theres unlimited bread and a special oil for dipping. Their half and half deal is really nice. Kids meals are very comparable and a good amount of choices, plus the coloring sheet is thick and they bring 4 crayons. Food was very good. Feels fancy but not, which is nice. Right across from books a million in Levis commons
Wow! One of my favorite go to spots for a special occasion, or just when Im craving their delicious beet salad!I have tried many things from the menu, and have never been disappointed. As someone who is gluten free, the fact that they have so many options, including pasta, makes this a necessary stop!
Seating was horrible. Had a party of 15 for a celebration and the table prepared was completely insufficient. We made no last minute changes to the number attending. But seven crammed in each side on a long narrow table then a chair at the end for the odd person (which I sat). Didnt have room to put a drink and could not out my legs under the table. Had to sit and eat a good 18-inches from the table. Far from a nice, relaxing dinner for everyone. Drove from Columbus and was told this was one of the best restaurants in Perrysburg. God, I hope not. Party next to us had a couple more people but had an added round table at the end that was at least a little more accommodating. But even they were complaining. This place does not know how to take care of large groups. They will accommodate themselves before customers. Know that going in. Food was okay but could hardly enjoy it. Disappointed.

2022-07-19In general it’s a fancy and nice place to eat.People are nice.Food it’s really good.Be aware that cesar salad has a strong garlic flavor, it’s not bad, just consider that.I recommend the Tiramisu dessert, it’s one of the best I’ve tried.

2022-05-05My family experience was very unfortunately. I usually dine in by myself. It was a surprise party for a family member. Hoping they can experience a high stand service. A family of 26 was under staff with one waiter. I give Tom credit for trying but he seem overwhelmed. I worked in customer service and they literally told us we can not modify our meal. I thought the customer come first. Meals were cold and again only one waiter for 26 people is upsurge. We order top shelf tequila and they wouldn’t even measure the shot in a actually shot glass. They let us in the dark. It was very satisfying I hope next time they work as a team and not leave a one to struggle. Thanks Tom we appreciate you for trying.

2022-01-11Fried Ravioli was good. Chicken parmesan was over cooked. The calamari was ok. The lasagna was a lot of noodle and not so much substance. Ive tried this place and I probably wont return.

2021-11-13The service was great. The server was very attentive. For dinner we ordered stuffed mushrooms which were delicious! We also ordered grilled calamari and it was just okay. For entrees we ordered the filet with vegetables only. The green beans were very under cooked and the steak was dry on the outside but very juicy on the inside. There was also a ribeye offered which was over cooked at first but the remade one was perfect. The food was great and the steaks had great flavor. However, one of the steaks that was ordered medium-rare came out medium-well. The server was very apologetic and offered to make a new one. The manager also stopped by our table and apologized. After waiting 20 minutes for them to remake the steak we were ready to leave as the food had taken a while to even come out the first time. After asking the server to cancel the steak because it was taking WAY too long he comes back with the steak prepared perfectly. Unfortunately, most of the dish was put in a to-go box.The ambiance of the place is warm when you enter but has a whole different vibe in the dining area which I personally didn’t find comfortable. If the lighting was dimmer it may have been slightly comfortable.

2022-05-24Absolutely authentic real Italian food (they cook everything from scatch onsite). Great olive oil and sauce. Plus the staff is cool. Youre welcome

2022-02-11The most impressive things where the presentation and the waiter. The food was bland and poor quality. The filet tasted like unseasoned sirloin and the shrimp tasted like warmed up cocktail shrimp. My wife said the only thing good out of her meal was the cream soda, she didn’t like the Mediterranean salad or spaghetti with sauce.

2021-12-13Wonderful dining experience! Excellent atmosphere. Delicious dinner! The parmesan tilapia was perfectly cooked--crisp crust with a thick, tender, juicy fish inside. Only wish I had had room for dessert!

2021-08-12Oh my! This is a great find for those of us who eat gluten free! I received an actual menu that was completely gluten freeI ordered bacon wrapped dates as a appetizer. They were the perfect mix of crisp sweetness and tender date. The gluten free bread was great surprise and was delicious first dipped in olive oil then the freshly grated cheese presented at the table. For the main dish I got the gluten free spinach fettuccini with shrimp, scallops, calamari, mussels and little neck clam dish made with their homemade alfredo sauce. It was amazing! The dinner size is plenty to share.Crème brûlée for dessert just topped dinner off as completeThe service was prompt, friendly and just the amount of check ins.

2021-06-27Both the food and the service were awesome. The presentation is excellent and the food tastes great. We reserved the table for an afternoon lunch on a lazy Sunday. All the staff were following COVID appropriate protocols the tables are spaced out. The ambience was gentle and formal. I remember hearing She Drives Me Crazy by Fine Young Cannibals playing in the background.

2021-07-29We went to Biaggis last week and God I was MAD! Because after the first bite I already knew that my diet wasnt important to me anymore! I wanted to eat everything!!! Me and my husband was impressed from the first bite to the last. I brought some fettucine for my daughter home... just to eat it all myself! Now lets talk about customer service! Our server was sooo professional and he walked us through the menu. I dont remember his name unfortunately. Overall; this restaurant is not only providing you food... but its an experience!!!!
