I had Ben Ceramic Coat my truck last August. The quality of work, attention to detail, and personable relationship i have built with him are all unmatched. As some are aware professional detailers are hard to come by especially ones who actually care. Ben has built his business on excellent service, great products and outstanding integrity! I have been nothing but pleased with the paint work and ceramic coating on my truck as well as the detail work he has dont to some of my other vehicles. The dealer washed my truck a year after i got it coated and after i got the kinks sorted out, BFH Detailing got me in within a week to completely fix my truck after the dealer messed it up. From here on out, ill be taking all of my vehicles to Ben no matter what because it is the best shop i have ever seen, he cares about his customers, and his work ethic is down to earth. Money well spent. If you are concerned about anything, call Ben with BFH detailing and he will take care of you and you will be happy you did business with him

Took my new-to-me M3 to BFH Detailing after the previous owner loved on it a bit too hard (bunch of light scratches everywhere). Ben worked his magic and let me tell you, the car looks better than it ever has! 90% of the scratches were taken out, everything (wheels included!) was coated with Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra (ask for da SAUCE, hell know what you mean...) and he even went the extra mile and removed some dents from the trunk lid and gas cap. Ohh... and he had the car for only 2 days. 2. Days. He worked a MIRACLE in a crazy short amount of time!Cannot recommend Ben and BFH Detailing enough. He did a stellar job!

A few months back, a friend of mine shared videos on Facebook of a recently detailed car, where both sides had been done in two different protective coatings. The side with the Gtechniq had the water bead up, and effortless roll off. In addition to the hydrophobic quality, the paint correction that was done was immaculate. The car, which was almost a decade in age, practically looked brand new. I knew that when I got my forever car, my Chevy SS, that I had to take it to BFH for the same protection heading into the winter.Ben, the owner (who is Gtechniq accredited), was extremely helpful when I called, giving me details about how the coating worked, what the options for paint correction were, and how long the coatings would help keep my vehicle safe. He also told me about wheel / tire and glass options as well. Ben is a busy man (thanks to the quality of BFHs work), but he was accommodating to help me find a time that worked with my busy travel schedule.When I got the car back, I could believe how amazing it looked. Despite my car only being a couple of years old, Ben had restored the paint to its original luster, and had even corrected some of the yellow tint that had begun to develop in the white paint due to the time my car spends at the airport. The finishes, on every surface, made the car feel like pure glass, and when they first encountered rain a few weeks later, they whisked away the water in tiny drops. Looking at the car in the sun, it even reflected back bits of its surroundings despite the fact its a white car. All the swirls that had previously developed in the paint, and plastics were also gone.On the pick up, Ben also instructed me how to take proper care of the coating, and helped guide me to the right products and techniques to keep the car in the best possible condition.Overall, I cant recommend Bens work enough. The car came out so amazingly well that were going to take all our future cars to BFH. If you need your car protected from the elements or want it to shine like its brand new in the Cleveland / Akron area, you cant do any better than Ben and BFH.

BFH detailing did an amazing job on my wife Mercedes. Looks better then brand new. The car has been coated for over a year now (sorry for late review). The car looks and beads up just like the day I picked it up. Thanks Ben!

As a veteran of the car business, Ive seen A LOT of bad detail jobs. Most detailers lack the attention to detail that should obviously be a prerequisite of the job. After meeting Ben, you can instantly tell he is just the opposite. He came highly recommended from multiple friends who are even more particular with their cars than I am. Ben is honest, professional and crystal clear on his products and process. He kept me updated from start to finish and even delivered ahead of schedule. Once I picked it up, the results were clear: I should have ceramic coated my car the day I bought it. Absolutely amazing product, applied by a true car guy who cares about his customers. I just cant get over how deep the paint looks and how easy it is to keep clean now. I look forward to having BFH apply the same treatment to many cars in the future. Thanks again Ben!

Ben is one of the nicest and most genuine people youll ever meet in the car industry. He is always prompt, and super helpful. He never will steer you wrong, and never tries to upsell you unless its absolutely necessary. Usually, this is hard to balance, as most detailers are type-A (OCD), so they try to throw the kitchen sink at their customers. However, Ben manages to strike a balance between type-A and managing customer demands. As a result, Id imagine he could service any budget. His work is absolutely incredible, and he will always put the time in, and take care of his customers. Its amazing to me that he doesnt have every automotive enthusiast in the Cleveland area lining up for a detail. Dont bother with any of the other detailers in Cleveland... BFH is the place to go.

Brought my car to BFH for paint correction amd ceramic coating a few months ago. Before the service my cars exterior was heavily neglected. Was honestly covered in swirl marks and some fairly deep scratches from bumper to bumper. In just a few short days Ben made my car look better than it did the day I drove it off the lot. Now several months later with just simple washing and sime very occasional quick detailing spray my car still looks perfect! Would highly recommend BFH detailing to anyone looking to either keep their car looking beautiful or to anyone trying to bring their vehicle exterior back to life .

I could not have had a better experience with Ben and the team at BFH Detailing when I took my 2017 Forester into them for some TLC. This is the first time I’ve had my car professionally detailed and I’m beyond thrilled with the results. He was responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
