Booked a room last minute and my kids were able to catch the pool for a half hour before it closed. (Most pools nearby aren’t even open & the only other one I found closed their pool extremely early). To our surprise, the pool was WARM! Nearby our local town, the hotel pools are usually freezing. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant, quick and efficient during checkin. We needed some condiments for dinner & she was quick to help us out. The room was very clean and seems to be a well maintained hotel. The pool was particularly unique and had a cozy feel. Would stay here again.
We came from out of state for an event at Brewdog. This location is the best for that purpose. Tammy the assistant manager was kind and informative. Though she was nice and location was good, I would likely not stay again by choice. The room smelled like cigarettes, even outside of the door in the hallway. There are non smoking signs everywhere, but guests don’t follow those rules. I check mattresses everywhere I go for bed bugs and didn’t see any noticeable signs of them, but one of our mattresses had a huge stain all around the bed. We avoided that one. It’s a shame because they looked newer. They really need to invest in some mattress covers, especially with carpet flooring. I’m not convinced we didn’t get bit by bugs yet. 2 days later and I’m starting to get bite marks and itch on my lower calves that were uncovered in my sleep. (Could have been from being outside at the event though) I just couldn’t feel “clean” because first smell was smoke odor, so I was uncomfortable and glad we were only there one night. People do need to keep in mind that Tammy is only doing her job, she can’t change rules and policies, make adults behave, or renovate a building on her own. This is coming from someone who has worked in property management for 15 years.I want to thank Tammy for her concern and attempt to remedy the situation while we were there and afterwards. She is a lovely person and would be one of the reasons I would consider staying again for this event in the future.
Terrible. Beds were so uncomfortable. Half of the lights in my room didn’t even work. Place was disgusting! Smells so bad. Said masks were required, but the front desk lady was not wearing one? I would give a 0 star rating if i could. the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. There was a dirty towel in the room when i got there. Everyone in the rooms around me were so loud and did not respect the rest of the people there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
The room itself was great...quiet stay....staff and other guests wore masks at breakfast...the front desk clerk Debbie however needs a new, better attitude. She told us you know...I dont have to rent you a room after deciding to not accept my boyfriends out of state ID....ummm...this is a hotel? But you dont accept people from out of state? We had made the reservation through booking.com, will be making a review there as well.
I just completely loved this hotel!!! I cant wait to come back. The bed was so comfortable..i was in heaven. We also had an amazing jacuzzi that i fell asleep on for almost 3 hours it was that relaxing. The staff was amazing. Matt in particular!! I am a diabetic and my sugar dropped in the middle of the night he let us in so i could get a snack. Breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed the pool. I would give this place a 10 star rating if i could
My husband and I really enjoy this hotel. Even though we live in the area, we book the spa room for our anniversary or birthdays. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a number of times and have never had any issues.
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. First and foremost my nephew got chewed up by bed bugs and is currently having a terrible reaction. Thankfully the other 7 kids we had there were not affected by this. Second we booked 3 rooms to accommodate the amount of people we had because “birthdays and sleepovers were not allowed! LOL we just wanted to take our kids swimming???...... the front desk lady was rude we were only allowed 10 people in the pool at one time and 11 people in my family....... i understand covid restrictions but when you have a big family this needs to be accommodated! But the most terrible part of this wholeexperience is that there was no money refunded, not discount given, no remorse that a poor child is miserable with bites allll over him! Have some human decency.
Hotel is extremely overpriced. Rooms were a bit outdated. None of the staff wears face masks. Even the pool covid protocols were not be followed as there were at least 20 people in there at one point. It was also super noisy in the halls. Only giving it 2 stars because although they were not wearing face masks the staff were very friendly.
The shower drain was broken, so the water would collect at the bottom of the bathtub, and then I had to hold down the drain lever so it would drain. Secondly, there was so much noise constantly during the night and in the morning too from the hallway since my room was at the end of the hall and close to the storage rooms, office, breakfast room, etc. I got maybe 5 hours of sleep. Then an employee who was walking down the hallway and blasting music at full volume from their phone at 5 am. They finally stopped once I asked them to. There is absolutely no sound proofing from the hallway to the room. The door itself is paper thin. The whirlpool jets also were extremely weak and did not work like they should have. I would never stay at this Best Western again. Coming from a very loyal Best Western customer. The beds could also be a lot nicer as they were hard, not a pillow-top and squeaky. Definitely not worth $161 for one night. Disappointed to say the least.
Mine and my familys stay was GREAT!! Tammy is such a wonderful woman. There was a power surge and our TV wouldnt work. But Tammy knew exactly what buttons would get it going again. The grab and go breakfast was awesome as well, Yolanda made some of the yummiest mini waffles, my daughters and I loved being able to swim indoors and watching the storm outside. You cant go wrong with anything at this Best Western! Thank You Tammy and Yolanda for making our stay as comfortable as possible. You both are AWESOME!!!
So, we had a block of rooms here for my wedding party. The staff seemed...okay. They did their job, but certainly not enthusiastically. The rooms were alright, but the big issue was the rooms smelling like smoke in a non-smoking hotel. From what we determined, close to 3/4 of the staff smoked, and didnt go very far outside when they did. This included the housekeepers. So, they would smoke, then go room to room and clean, which is a problem. When this was brought up, the front desk staff didnt seem terribly bothered. Very disappointing, and I would say wait for the other hotel to be built at 33 and Gender. Maybe they will abide by a true no smoking policy.
They had pictures of gym . No gym .. they removed it .. they had pictures of jacuzzi . Also removed . The water pressure on the shower head was so low it left so much soap on my feet I almost broke my neck getting out of the shower . They don’t have room curtains so the street light will give u a nice nightlight . So bring like those eye covers if u have to stay here
Overall for what you pay for depends on the day. Which in some circumstances is pretty good given the dated decor and lack of anything newer from the tvs, microwaves and other things but if you only pay 60 bucks is a great deal. Overall the staff is friendly but if you end up paying 100 or more than its not worth it. better hotels await you for the price. The holiday Inn express was better and for the same price. But in a pinch this place did just fine.
Ok hotel if you want to over pay. There was a Hot tub in the pictures online, but it had been removed over 5 years ago but the pics still online for advertising. The gal at the desk did atleast give me a discount. Dont waste your money here, go to the Drury hotel. Its less money, way cleaner, nice pool and hot tub, complimentary food and drinks. I will go to Drury in the furure.
ZERO STARSTammy the manager at this location was 100% unprofessional and refused to rent me a room. She stated that sleepovers are not allowed at her hotel bc she did not want property damage. This was insane to me. I have a large family and we were wanting a night away with two cousins and she refused. I am on hold with corporate now.
Staff is excellent. Helpful and amazing friendliness. But hotel far overpriced for quality and amenities. Hotel advertised as non-smoking but strong smell of smoke when we entered room as well as musty AC. A blanket sandwiched in between two sheets is unacceptable when blanket edge sticks out...should be laundered after each guest but obviously was worn and limp - not newly cleaned. And pillows were so hard I had to buy one just for this visit so I could sleep. Awful. Didnt bother with breakfast. Wish it was better since it is quite convenient for us, but next visit will stay somewhere else.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. My wife and I agreed that a three star was in order. The breakfast was satisfactory, the coffee was great. The pool looked inviting, but not this trip. The parking lots are covered by security cameras although I did not see any inside the hallways. It appears to be a fairly new facility., There was plenty of hot water on the second floor and my wife said the bath was enjoyable. The room was equipped with free television, a microwave oven and a refrigerator, as well as an iron and ironing board. There was a desk in the corner of the room (see my photos) and the WiFi, which was free, was strong and reliable during our visit. The bed was comfortable yet supportive and the in-room room conditioner was ample to the task of keeping our room warm and comfy.I would recommend Canal Winchester Best Western to any traveler looking for a clean, comfortable nights sleep. Al Colombo
Stayed a week. Nice and clean rooms, most of staff was very nice. Cleaning staff did not change bed sheets even when we request it specifically. We had a serious problem with entry keys to side doors and our rooms. We had to get them recoded atleast two times every day. It was very inconvenient and frustrating. One of the desk clerks got a little snotty about our problem with the keys towards the end. As it is the it place to stay close to my dads house, I will have to use it again.
My husband and I are originally from Canal Winchester, but we recently moved to South Carolina, so we needed a place to stay while visiting family. We were really impressed by our stay! Room was very clean, smelled clean, the hotel itself was quiet. Breakfast area is small, but it taste good. Its in a convenient area close to shopping! The customer service at the desk was nice, but prompt. Overall, I would recomend for the price and cleanliness for the Columbus area!
We go frequently stay at BW hotels, but considered this one substandard. The facility seemed dated and the room had very strong cigarette smell. I should have asked for a different room but didnt want the hassle. I dont know why this place is more expensive than other BW in the area.
Front desk people were nice. Rooms were ok. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. not a lot of privacy as you can here your neighbors easily. People waking me up all night in the hallways not a quiet place. Food was close by to walk to. I dont think I would stay here if I had a choice. I did not have a choice I was here for work and thats where they put me.
The hotel is the cleanest in the area!! Its well maintained, the staff is friendly, courteous, polite, helpful, and professional. They are accommodating and helped where they could. The hot breakfast is a hit, great selection and fresh. The breakfast staff woman is so friendly would pay to eat breakfast there even if I wasnt staying there!!!The rooms are clean and so is the hotel. Will defiantly stay there again if we are in the area!!
The outlets in our room did not work except for the lamps that were plugged in. You had to unplug a lamp to use the only working plug. The chairs and cloth furniture had stains on them. The shower had hair and bath products on the wall. The jetted bath tub had dirt in it and the jets did not work properly. I had to rinse the tub out and wipe it down to use it. The mirrors had streaks on them and were not clean. The towels had hair and stains on them. We paid $270 for the best room in the hotel that included a balcony, which was over an indoor pool. We tried to take a nap after a long day at the zoo, but you could hear people yelling and playing in the pool. The room itself was non-smoking but you could smell heavy cigarette smoke in the hallway from other people smoking in rooms down the hall. We tried to get our money back and were denied a refund because we stayed and used the amenities. We should have left as soon as we saw the outlets were not working and the stains, but we wanted to give the hotel a chance. After we checked in, we left all of our items in the room and left to go out to eat and go shopping. after finding one thing after enough, we decided to check out of the hotel the same day we checked in at 11 pm. We had higher expectations of a well-known hotel and did not receive a quality experience. I will not stay at a Best Western every again and I will make sure to tell as many people about our experience. We drove three hours home that night because we were so disgusted. Our anniversary weekend did not go as planned. We are good people and were not trying to use the amenities to get a refund in the end. This hotel was truly a disappointment. The customer service from the manager and staff was also very rude and nobody tried to make anything better for our stay.
Dirty. Very dirty. Smelled like dirty feet and the entire placed needed a good vacuuming... Was already unpacked with our toddler before we noticed. Almost left but after 12 hours in the car moving felt like more than I could handle. Do NOT recommend this place.... Unless dirty appeals to you. In that case, have at it.
I’ll never stay at this place again. There was a huge bunch of kids running the hallways in the middle of the night and trying to get into our room. The front desk then called in the middle of the night and tried to tell us we were in the wrong room. We had been there since the middle of the day. Also how in the world would it have been the wrong room when our key worked and they wrote our room number on our key holder?????? It was awful! I barely got any sleep. As far as cleanliness, the room was decent, but nothing to rave about.
Clean rooms and a big comfy bed. Had a pretty good time with the wife here, staff was friendly and didnt bother us with anything. Check out was fast and easy, and they didnt even give us any trouble for being a few minutes past check out time. Id stay with them again.
Very pleased with the facility. Our rooms were exceptionally clean and linens were well stocked. It is well located near many restaurant and business establishments. The breakfast bar was our granchildrens favorite and many choices were made available. Our only issue was , we went to dinner in Pickerington and arrived back at the hotel too late to swim!! Well, maybe next time!! My husband made the remark that it was a bit pricey but again the hotel was very well kept and we felt safe!! Thanks to your very attentive staff!!
The stay was over all nice. The rooms were clean, the employees nice and had a pool and jacuzzi. The only things that would have made this a 5 star visit was that the electrical socket behind the night stand did not work and the water in the jacuzzi could have been hotter.
Check in was simple, quick, and easy, no problems with the room. It was a little cold at first (probably due to the snow storm) but setting the heat was simple, the room had warmed up by the time Id finished taking a shower. All in all a very pleasant (and decently cheap) experience.
This hotel is conveniently located near the highway but in a very quiet area close to several restaurants. Although the hotel is an older building, it is well-kept and clean. The room was large and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was ample and all the service persons were friendly and helpful. All in all, a good place to stay.
Me and my husband went to Best Western in Canal Winchester for our 20th anniversary. The main reason we decided to go to the Best western was because of the hot tub, heated pool and the whirlpool in the room. When we got there we went swimming but the pool was dirty and around the top was slime and grime. The hot tub was not hot, it bubbled and worked but was icey cold. We lost interest in swimming after about 15 minutes because we were angry. When we went to the room we turned on the heat because we were freezing and the room filled with a burning smell and smoke setting off the fire alarm. I called down to the front desk and told them about it and the girl who answered the phone was like Yeah it does that sometimes because it burns the dust off the heater. The problem was it smelled very bad and was smokey we had to leave the room for a while. The sink wouldnt drain either so I had to use the tub faucet for face washing and tooth brushing. We are just very upset although the bed was comfortable and the whirlpool was nice after the room aired out. We spent 200.00 on a room that was advertised as including things it didnt include. I will never stay at a best western again, and will advise friends to stay elsewhere also.
The room had an odor. The Jacuzzi didnt work well. The shower head didnt work. Kids were having a party. Very young kids. The door closest to our room was broken. We carried all of our stuff to the door. Then walked all the way to the office thinking it was the door tag for them to say it may Not be working. Lamp was broke in the room. Told them and they already knew? Why put someone in a room that you know isnt at its best?! Not impressed and management obviously doesnt care.
I was looking for a nice hotel with a jacuzzi suite and ended up booking online with an agent as most of the hotels who had these in Columbus were booked. I was initially put off because it was a Best Western and I generally stay at Hilton owned hotels because of their cleanliness. My daughter who works for a chemical plant that supplies them their cleaning products assured me not to worry because I know the quality of their products. Well, we arrive and find out we have a balcony that overlooks the pool area so our room got all the noise of screaming kids in the pool. Evidently they book birthday parties here. Then when we turned on the jets to the jacuzzi tub there was scum that came out of the Jets and was floating around. My daughter told me thats because they didnt clean and sanitize the tub properly. When I went to use the phone to order more pillows , the phone did not work. We turned the tv on and were watching a show and the tv was blacking out periodically. They also take a credit card and charge $150 on it in case you have a party, smoke in the room or have more people stay in the room. They did however provide two robes for our use but after taking them out of the basket I noticed a printed sheet in the basket that said if the robes come up missing theyll charge your card on file $100 for each robe. This they dont tell you at check in. The room itself was $200 of wasted money. Will go back to what I know and stay at a Hilton owned property so I wont worry about bed bugs.Laura StatenBowling Green , Ohio
The front desk lady was so friendly I have no idea who she was but she felt like family! I let them know we had a bulb out and a broken shade they had it fixed by the time we got done running all over town we then went swimming and called it a night. Will def be staying here next time Im in town this time Im gonna get the ladies name 🤣
Our family stayed at this Best Western location this past weekend. The facility was exceptionally clean, the rooms were also very clean and linens were well stocked. They have a breakfast bar that was very satisfying to our grandchildren and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay!!
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights . We will never stay in this one again. Check in took forever. The first room we were put in the door did not close properly. We were moved to another room. The hallways and first room smelled musty and old. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable. Nothing like what was described about hotel when booking. If you like a tiny bathroom that there is no room in and the door has about an inch between it and toilet then its to your liking. We did not utilize the free breakfast. Second room smelled a bit better. I couldnt wait to leave. No more Best Westerns for us. Should have payed the extra money and stayed at a Hampton. Very unsatisfied.
Average hotel. The lobby was very small. Rooms seemed a bit cramped. The whole facility looked a bit outdated. The bathroom sink wasnt separated by a door, so any light or running water would disturb others sleeping in the room. Its not a bad hotel, but I was hoping for better based on the reviews Id read.
I called multiple times regarding our reservation and had terrible customer service. Tammy was the only worker I spoke to that took the time to answer my question and was actually nice. Once we checked in, we found a couple dead bugs on our bed (did not look like bed bugs). The front desk rep seemed annoyed and stated “there was only one dead bug in there” and that their “cleaning people left for the day”. Terrible customer service and will not be staying again.
My 5/5 star review had a lot to do with the amazing front desk receptionist named Faith. She was so very sweet and helpful. Very very good customer services do hospitality skills. Not to mention I had no clue she was only on the job for two weeks. Never would have guessed. She is definelty an asset to the company. So pleasant and wonderful to deal with, would be nice to see more people in the hotel world like Faith! Would definetly recommend now thanks to Faith!
On the one hand, the staff is nice and the place is clean. The room is typical for a hotel, so not bad. And the breakfast is good. On the other hand, theres the bathroom. The fan doesnt work. Theres no shelf in the tub so you have to keep stuff on the stool you position outside of it. The shower light was shattered. The piping was held together with huge zip ties that they didnt even bother trimming. The tub handle and faucet were very loose, like they were about to fall off. The plunger to send the water to the shower head only works a little unless you put your whole bodyweight into it. Same with pushing it down. The bathroom light was literally a work light that you would buy at Home Depot, and didnt come close to fitting the hole for it. The piping also had 2 separate metal pieces that had come loose, but I was able to force them back into place. I was so angry that I didnt even bother showering again. It wasnt worth it. Not for the amount of money I paid.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!!! This property doesn’t even deserve a one star, and I have an ongoing case with Best Western Corporate due to the fallacies, deception and outright inhumane behavior displayed by Debbie, the front desk clerk and Tammy, her immediate supervisor. She was completely rude, disrespectful, hung up on me twice merely bc I asked a question about a policy and used vulgar profanity when I left. Then she called her Supervisor, Tammy, and made up completely malicious lies when I told her I was calling corporate due to her bizarre, insane and very unwarranted behavior. It was over evident she had a bad day and was not happy to be there. In my opinion, it was probably something personal that spilled over into her professional life. Regardless, we all have bad days, but that is absolutely NO excuse for spiteful, callous or despicable behavior and actions. And I’m certain Tammy is a relative or a close acquaintance which is why she supported her shameful and nasty behavior and lack of any type of manners. They are both completely uncouth, unprofessional and wretched individuals that should never be in any type of CS position. BULLIES to say the very least.
The only option if you need to be near Canal Winchester. To find a decent hotel you have to go back to Columbus. I guess? Pretty sketchy crowd hanging around Saturday night. Loud drunk guy at front desk. Group having a cookout/ party on the sidewalk out front. Internet is basically unusable. Phone in room not working. Ask for first floor when booking. Got second floor at check-in. The rooms seem clean however the strong orange scented spay they use throughout is probably covering up some funk better left alone. I will say that the staff seems nice and they try to be accommodating if able. Like I said. Only choice if you have to be in Canal Winchester but definitely at the bottom of the Best Western food chain. Weve already renamed it the Sketch Western.
Clean and comfortable. Odd location on a one way street, but you get used to it. Part of the strip can bee seen from front parking lot. Found the lack of Do not disturb door hangars disturbing. Had to leave note on my door. Quiet enough once your door is closed. Close enough to the strip without being in the middle of the mayhem.
When we arrived at 4am, the front desk person was nowhere to be found. We called from our cell phone, but no answer. We called 2 more times. Nothing. We drove around the complex thinking that maybe they were outside smoking or something. But no one was there. 25 min had passed. Once we drove back around, we saw that a man was finally coming out from the back to the front desk. Finally! He did discount $10. Sadly, the beds are hard. My husband and I love firm beds, but this feels like plywood. Theyre really old. So, if you dont mind waiting and a bit of discomfort, then this could be ok. Im writing this from the bed right now and, well...my back hurts, but its late and will have to do. Just thought I would warn you guys. Maybe there are better beds in other rooms. If thats the case, avoid room 225 until new beds are installed.
!! SMOKERS BEWARE !!I falsely charged $250 for smoking in my room. Moreover,, when I called to ask about the erroneous charges - Tammy refused to consider an error was made. She explained that either reidue or aroma was present. When I asked for PROOF, she hung up on me.I called 3 more times, which again and again, she yelled that her lobby was full, that she would not remove the charge, and I was hung up on repeatedly.BTW, the entire hall where I spent the night reaked of inscense smoke. I smoked in my vehicle, and any surveillance video would show this was the case.I believe this is a scam targeting travellers, and will be informing the necessary authorities..
Clean rooms and a wonderful staff that were super helpful, caring and courteous and just all around wonderful! The hotel is also conveniently located next to several restaurants and a Walmart, which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again in the future when Im visiting the area.
Not quite up to the quality we normally experience with Best Western but it might be ok in a pinch. Pros: Close proximity to Old Blue Rooster Event Center, shopping, restaurants and antique stores. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Cons: They were out of stock on some breakfast items and the hotel seemed short staffed. Side entrance was left unlocked (unmonitored by staff).
This hotel is one of my favorites! I have stayed at Red Roof Inns, Microtels, Holiday Inn, Value Place, Comfort Inn, etc and this is by far my favorite. The location (Canal Winchester) is perfect, the pricing is really nice, especially if you sign up for their point program, the rooms are always clean, the staff is super nice, and we have never had a problem. My boyfriend and I have stayed here about 7 times in the past few weeks and we will keep coming back!
The king sized bed was ok, definitely “not” a pillow-top, as was advertised, but our jacuzzi room was very clean, their wifi is still terrible and the “balcony” overlooks only to the “inside” of the pool area..so not an outdoor balcony like you picture it as and they don’t describe this part at all in any of the listings.
I was scheduled for two nights and am moving to a different hotel after one. The only good was friendly staff. The negative...They charge five bucks a person for people not on your reservation if you use the pool. Silly. (I have three kids staying with Grandparents but they wanted to swim too)Continental breakfast was horrible. The eggs tasted bad and had the texture of rubber. The biscuits were dry and hard. *waffles were good* Im the eat anything kind of guy, and barely ate anything. No second floor ice or vending.I never found an elevator. Thats a big pain when your toting bags.VERY small bathroom.Hallway smelled like b/o and the stairwell smelled like a bar (very smokey).Overall this hotel was not a good experience, they could do more to make this a better experience but overall Im disappointed with best Western.Hoped this helps.
THEY STOLE MY JEWELRY. It was my late fathers and had his ring on it. I inquired about it and they had the audacity to get mad and yell at me. THEY ARE THEVES! I asked if she could check with her house keepers and that’s when she got mad. Very unprofessional and obviously they hire the wrong staff. DONT TAKE ANYTHING YOU DONT MIND BEING STOLEN! They really searched the room to find it. I’m sick to my stomach.
I have NO idea how this place has 4 stars. The rooms smell like cigarettes, there were multiple spiders in both rooms I stayed in, and overall not comforting at all. Also, there were two guys who tried to come into my room on accident while I was there. Luckily the door was locked, but I dont think I could stay here again.
Lets see here, for cheer camp, we stayed here for about three days, which was fine, until one of the cheerleaders started complaining about getting bug bites, now, since none of the other girls had this issue we didnt think much of it, but turns out that as soon as we got home, the same girl went through her things to unpack, and found tons of bedbugs in her bag. After that, many other girls noticed bug bites on their stomachs, and their necks. Please fix this, asap.
It was a decent Hotel as most all Bestwesterns are but the desk clerk seemed overworked and not happy to help with questions or requests. I asked if there was a delivery menu available and she could not find one and insisted there was one in the room, but the one in the room was a simple list of area numbers without a menu like most other facilities have making it difficult to choose a restaurant. Being tired already it was just more to do for me. Upon getting into the room, the TV would not work and I had to trace the problem to a power strip lodged deep behind the dresser that was turned off...more self help. Additionally socket that coffee maker used was loose and kept turning off the coffee maker! now Im upset!! Come on BW I can get that from a cheap Hotel and this one was 40% higher than most BW! Even though... I still love BW!
The hotel was nice and clean..rooms beautiful..the young lady at the desk was so helpful and considerate...the breakfast was the best i had ever had in a hotel, large variety..fresh...i was totally impressed with the hotel and will b staying there whenever i go to columbus!
Very upset Tired of going to these places thinking Im going to get to relax in a nice HOT HOT TUB & NOT get to use one Why why WHY is the Cost so much & we get penalized for it I dont know if I will stay in another one of yours or not I have fibromyagia & It Really helps But NO we dont get it & the cost is way over Rated when we dont get what we Pay forAlso I was told it would be $129.00 & then taxes I get there & it is $143.00 then taxes WheTher lady @ the desk was very nice & polite but thats all I liked bout the place

2022-07-07Tammy, the manager, was very helpful when we checked out. The check in was simple and the woman at the front desk gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner in town. The breakfast was excellent with many hot options. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if in the Columbus area.

2022-04-10You can tell this is a busy hotel, we stayed in Jacuzzi room. It was big and nice. It smelled nicely and clean throughout facility. Only negative I would say is toilet and tub were easily clogged up, not fun taking a shower with water at your ankles.

2022-04-11If I could give 0 stars I would. Our first room wasnt ready, so I was given the key to a second room, when I opened that door.......I was given the key to a room that STILL had guests in it. What if I were a thief?!!!When I told Tammy at the front desk I got no eye contact, a half-attempted apology and to top it off, the worst room in the house. We listened to employees all night because we were put next to the breakroom and across the hall from the breakfast area when we woke up in the morning. What a great way to wake up and leave our room in the morning, all eyes on us!But hey, I woke up to 25$ off my bill, the TAX on the room mind you.Absolutely terrible customer service. 0 attempt to make my stay any better. Will not be back if you couldnt tell by this bible of a complaint.

2022-06-03My experiences here so far have included:1. Having to go to the front desk each day because keys didnt work (not kept anywhere near phone, other cards, etc)2. Being put in a room with a broken sink. When I called the front desk they said they knew it was broken before putting me in that room.3. Being given a room with the bed undone, trash in the room, and TV on (either someone else was in that room or it hadnt been cleaned)4. Absolute 0 effort or attitude towards customer service when these issues were brought up.

2022-06-08Positive: We were looking for a place close to restaurants and the Brewdog Brewery. It¿s pretty close - a walking distance. Breakfast, room and staff were ok. Negative: The room was freezing, and took a little bit to get a comfortable temperature.

2021-12-27WE stayed overnight during Christmas day to the day following morning. The staff at levels were courteous, professional and available. The buffet that was included with the room had a good variety of food--eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, sweet breads and plenty of beverages. The food was good quality and hot and the guest room steward was very friendly and helpful

2022-04-10Im not to sure who the tammy lady was at the front deask but she was very rude. She wouldnt help us with barely any information. Im paying to stay somewhere where i am being rushed and basically talked down upon for no reason rather then im a little young. Its absolutely ridiculous if you ask me.

2021-12-14The bathtub was dirty. The sheets had spots on them. Cardboard in the heating unit. The hot tub was closed when we checked in, pool closed before we could use it. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel. Very disappointed and no response to the photos I shared with management. Will not go back.
