Came in to get my phone charger port cleaned wasn’t done properly. Then went back in Travis I believe his name was. Was very professional and used multiple chargers to see the issue. Came back out did it properly and used all three cords like he did before and the problem was resolved. So thank you Travis
Bait and switch tactics. Hardly any laptops are in stock, but they say (before you pay) they can deliver to your house in 2 days. After payment they say it can take up to 5 days. 13 days later Im still waiting. 2100 dollars and no laptop. Ordered on Amazon and already have a replacement. I dont feel bad for all the Best Buys going out of business. Really shady business practices!!
Though they didnt have what I went in for I have to give the store 5 stars. It is clean, professional looking, and well organized, and they have a number of employees ready to help. The mistake I made was, while on their website, I didnt notice that the product I wanted was only available on line.
They wanted to charge me $600 to buy a new battery for my iPhone that only needed to be cleaned out which Apple did for free. Later on I wanted to fix my surface and they said they wouldn’t work on it because it’s not their policy to do so or send it out to be worked on. The branch in Holland worked on it for me instead and the support line said they do work on surface.
I feel that the place could be a little bit more organized. We needed help in a certain area along with another customer. Realizing no one would help, I took off to find help. Up front when you 🥇 walk in they have a geek squad area with about 6 to 7 workers just talking and standing around but when I asked for help they said they did not work their. Therefore, I went hunting for some kind of help. After 10 min this guy helped us and helped the other customers as well. Therefore, I gave them 3 stars due to lack of service help.
Totally positive. Got Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, problem solving from the GEEK SQUAD Staff. A YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME OF ETHAN. Solved the glitches in my phone, for no charge. & I bought a brand new computer. That was on sale. A very encouraging, engaging shopping experience. No high pressure sales push. Most satisfied. Highly recommend them to all. Impressed.
After spending 5 minutes looking around I went to the Mobil Phone desk where 2 employees were on their personal phones. After a minute of waiting to be noticed, I asked for assistance. I was looking for a cheap flip phone from Safelink. The employee pulled another phone out of their pocket, typed a couple of times and informed me no.That was it. No follow upquestions. No greeting much less how may I help. No interest in finding out what I needed or even trying to sell me anything.At least on the website a chat box pops up.
Buyer Beware if you need to exchange or get a refund on something, even with a receipt they try to find a way to jerk you around! They burned me on a $6500.00 major appliance purchase. They delivered a bunch of damaged Samsung appliances and argued with me that I had to deal with Samsung directly and I couldnt get anywhere with them either? Other than maybe a TV BEWARE of that Samsung garbage they try to push on you there! Even their delivery drivers told me to watch out buying major appliances there?
This is a store that I would not recommend purchasing from. I bought all of my appliances from here and have had nothing but problems from day one. Delivery issues, installation issues, damaged products. + the worst customer service Ive ever had. I wouldnt recommend subscribing the $199 total-tech membership to save money on installation because they cant do it right, and I have to pay other experts to install my appliances. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
I was in the market for purchasing at least a LG Smart nano 70-in flat screen TV or larger size after checking the website I decided to go into the store to see up close firsthand quality of the merchandise that I have so desire to purchase I noticed online those prices for the exact same merchandise different places to varies $200 or $300 give or take my first stop was at Best buy those prices would totally unbelievable an definitely unbeatable my next stop was the Rent-A-Center there I made a great big mistake i purchase that 82 in LG flat screen yeah at that point not curiosity still wasnt satisfied had to know the prices at ABC Warehouse and Walmart for identical merchandise great big mistake their prices was so outrageous ridiculous from Best buy $1500 they sold theirs for higher price as $1000 to $2,000 more
Had a hard time getting help, though to be fair I went shortly after Thanksgiving. The supply chain issues are evident, but I was eventually able to find what I was after. Over all good experience, store was clean and well lit, service was a bit lacking but again, timing on my part to a degree
Very knowledgeable and honest sales team. Able to very clearly describe specific products model/brand distinction, and their own personal experience reviews as well as reviews they heard/read from other consumers. Honest in regards to looking out for my best interest when it comes to value vs quality. Even if it meant loosing a sale and recommending a competitor.
Would be 5 stars but had to dock one for the lack of staffing. Pay your employees a wage to where they want to come to work. I bought a TV from someone who worked in receiving because there was nobody in home theater. They were very helpful even though they werent fully aware on how to work the system. Delivery was prompt and quick.
I was greeted very nicely when I went in. Lots of employees standing around talking to each other and in their phones. Quite a few of them walked past me while I was looking at what I wanted to purchase but nobody asked if I needed help so I left and did my own research online. I decided to order the item from Bestbuy and let them deliver it to me so they could actually do something for me.
I have had significant improved experiences with customer service over the years.I ascertain the company made this a priority. Best buy is one of the last quintessential brick and mortar real estate left. Places like Walmart, Target etc have dedicated areas for be electronics, but nowhere near the mainstream selection of Best Buy. Theres convenience of picking up a product in-store on the same day, instead of waiting for delivery from the their website or the other major online retailers.
I want to say I am an disgruntled owner of a new refrigerator. My story: Simply, old fridge died 2 weeks ago from Nov. 7th. Later, on same day bought expensive fridge. Posted on receipt delivery time: Nov. 19th between Noon and 8pm. At that time, any food, ie mustard, ketchup, etc. outside in the 30 degree weather. Nov. 19th came and went. Called that same afternoon, they said Delivery was cancelled because I didnt get the phone call to confirm. Therefore, another trip was made to the same store on the 19th. Customer Service unable to help, talk to the appliance manager. He noted that this appliance wouldnt be delivered until November 30th at 7am to 2 pm. I am at work that day. So what it boils down to is living out of a loaned 3 cu feet loaner refrigerator I was told had to be bought to be a loaner. So must wait 7 more days for this new appliance and have a friend wait in my house. Happy Thanksgiving (but not from my house.) My suggestion to ALL customers is to pick it up yourself, install yourself, drag off the old fridge and never go back to Best Buy. Before pandemic, service from large suppliers of goods and appliances made good on their promise. The world has gone nuts and blames everything on the virus, making up their own rules along the way.The word of a large company is not worth a hill of beans . Lets treat all persons 50+ with a huge amount of disrespect and take their money and give lousy service around all the holidays. I know I will still treat people with respect and dignity, keep my word and challenge people and companies to do the same back. Its not complicated. Its the right thing to do.
I love best buy , especially for my Verizon cell phone purchases , always professional , and they go the extra mile with screen protector installs , I previously went to a Verizon corporate store and it was the worst experience I ever had , I kept asking them why they dont do things that best buy does for there customers and one of there rude workers looked right at me and said maybe maybe you should leave and go buy your phone at best buy , so rude , best buy will always get my Verizon business!
Very frustrating experience trying to pick up my grandsons e reader. They dont have a phone and the app wasnt working. I couldnt go in as I had a carful of kids and dogs. Happily an employee leaving work volunteered to go get it for me. Ive never heard of a business without a phone, as explained to me by best buy customer service.
I practically live in this location! They’ve always got plenty of staff available to help you out with any questions you might have. Over the past 6 years I have truly spent thousands here because they always seem to get the new tech in before everyone else.Friendly, attentive staff goes a long way... especially when stopping in so frequently! 👌🏽
Great customer service in the car installation dept.Update - I returned to purchase home appliances & a TV. We had a great experience with Subid. He provided us with Great customer service and was knowledgeable on bundle offers! Thank you Subid! I have not been to best buy in years. I came in just about closing time and they took the time to help me. What i was looking for was not in store but they took the time to find it online and order it for me. Was thinking that was cool of them to do that for me like that .
I would not recommend their real time delivery option. Neither the store nor support can tell me why the verifiable order is not being delivered on day 2. Both just said to contact the other. Wouldnt change to curbside not cancel order. Information was not in anyway concerned that no one could offer any support or resolution for an essentially $1,200 order.
The sales man that helped us was extremely rude! Told my husband that the TV we were buying was under par to be considered mid range. And this was by far not one of the cheap TV that they have there. Then I bought the sound bar that they have set up for display on a $3000.00 TV that I bought to surprise my husband was not good enough to go on the said under par TV. Then argued with my husband over the TV fitting in our car. Which it did my husband had did his homework. Just was not a good experience over all for a company like Best Buy! I did return the next day to grab something else we need and the young lady that helped me was wonderful and after telling her what happened the day before she was very apologetic and wanted to make sure I knew that it was not company policy to treat anyone like that!
I wish they would do something about the scalpers at the GPU drops. I was lucky enough to get a card this time but you see people like this guy bussing in a bunch of people to stand in line and it makes me sick. They all walked in together, they each got a card, one person paid for the whole thing and then went outside and handed each one of them $100 bill for their time. Look for these cards on ebay, Facebook Marketplace and other resale sites. People blame the miners, its not the miners, its scalpers that cause GPU shortages.🤷♂️
I would have given it 0 stars if I could have. I recieved a satellite radio for a Christmas present 12 years ago and the Monroe Street, Toledo, Ohio store (the store where the radio was bought) installed it. During those 12 years the store switched it from the first vehicle to my current vehicle.I am trading in current vehicle for a new vehicle on Thursday and I attempted to make an appointment to have the radio removed. The automated menu was nothing more than an endless loop of automated menus that did not let me talk to a human. I finally drove to the store to make an appointment in person.The salesperson at the store told me that I BestBuys computer system would not let me make an appointment unless I had a BestBuy account! 😱!! I told the salesperson that I was not going to open an account; BestBuy initually installed it and subsequently reinstalled it in the current vehicle. I asked to see the Store Manager and received the same song and dance from him. After threatening to complain to the press he finally was able to make an appointment without me having an account.
I always love supporting my local best buy. The staff is always super friendly. Although it can be hard to find someone that has more than average knowledge on whatever product youre interested in. This is especially apparent in the computer section. They care enthusiast level PC products, but rarely have enthusiast level knowledge of said products.
I picked up my purchase with the wiring harness, dash kit, 4 gage kit etc and the set up for steering wheel controls werent anywhere in there. I still want them them but other than that its a nice deck. Sound quality vs original is no comparison. Hooked up with stereo system and does the job I want.
Now that they have opened the stores it is quite nice to go there everything is organized and clean. they have limited variety but they probably have something to fit your needs. There is a limited number of staff which is quite quite annoying at times but the staff that is there is very knowledgeable. But I understand that it is due to social distancing. Also all the employees had mask and were constantly cleaning so that is a good sign. Overall I would recommend this store!
Was having the usual Buckeye Internet issues. Went to this Best Buy and James gave me some great ideas, then had offered a free in home consultation with Courtney after pondering each idea. I had her come out and take a look at our setup and was pleased that she offered a few options, one cheaper and one a bit more than the one I looked at in the store. She had the knowledge and experience to vastly improve my speeds through a mesh network. Props to both for their honest help!
Had laptops on sale. Didnt have the one I chose in stock. I asked if I could purchase the floor model. Was told I couldnt because others couldnt see it and order it if it wasnt on display. That made sense until the salesman went to order it only to find its not available. Cant order it now or ever. So, I again asked if I could purchase the floor model since it cant be ordered. His response, The answer is still no.I left, went home, and ordered a 2021with more options and 32Gb memory for less money from Amazon. I also purchased 4 years of full coverage insurance for repairs and/or damages for $150 with free shipping. Cant even get 1 year through Best Buy for that amount.
I dont recommend any of thier Samsung washer or Dryers they are all junk and refurbished Samsung makers treat consumers horrible! They are lucky I still continue to use thier cell phones they are crooks! Insurance is a waste. They are horrible with customers service.
Not so great prices. Out of stock on many items. Staff is disinterested in customers and cant answer basic questions about products without pulling out their phones and looking at the website. Not knowledgeable about basic details. Bad shopping experience. Best buy elsewhere!
Seems to be hit and miss with their customer service. I was standing near the iPads in the phone area ready to buy one. I was waiting patiently for someone in the are to become available. That was about a 15-20 minute wait. Then when someone finally approached me, whom wasnt a person I was waiting to become available, they told me that I had to go and wait in the designated Apple area. When I went over to the are I was the only one there and waited about an additional 15-20 minutes before someone approached me to only tell me that they were sold out. So I waited a total of about 30-40 minutes to be told that the item I was looking for was out of stock.
This was a great experience even though they could help me. I went in to have a car started installed and it turned out my VW has some weird issue and it wouldnt work. BUT the guys in install tried like everything they could to make it work! They were super informative and friendly. Its was great!
I went in looking for a 1-$200 tablet, they showed me 3-4 tablets, in the $500-$600 range, none in store, can get shipped in a week or two. after a comment from another staff member, I realized there were more less expensive options. in the end we got a $99 Samsung 7 inch tablet, but make sure to ask for all the options, or you will only see the most expensive ones.
I went in with an issue on a Samsung tablet. I explained what Id done to mess it up (it was 100% my own fault) and the guy that helped me at Geek Squad was really nice. He didnt shame me, just asked what he needed to know to try and help me. He wasnt able to do anything for me there, unfortunately, but he did give me suggestions for what I might be able to do to fix my problem.
As always, waited 15 mins to find an employee. Was told to wait, after another 15 mins showed him the camera I wanted to buy. Then alarms start going off, 2 kids stole a display tablet or phone and are now running through the store. Then the guy rushed my sale in the commotion and sold me the wrong camera for $650! Now I get the joy of another return to this store to return. Not exchange, return. Id rather give Amazon my money and not have to deal 1 more minute with these people. Get it together or close your store. Best buy? Hardly...
If I could give negative stars I would.The customer service at this store is absolutely atrocious I would reccomend buying elsewhere. I went online and logged into my best buy account and I purchased a 32 Insignia smart television set at a very cheap price and set up in store pickup for the next day.So after waiting about 25 minutes or so in line to pickup my order I give the associate my account information and they pull up my order. The associate then tells me I am not authorized to pickup my order. I then ask, why ? She proceeds to tell me that the purchaser was my wife that she needs to pick it up, I laughed and said you are joking right ? No response. I then proceed to pull up not only my best buy account via Google, but also provided the purchase email and the pickup email to prove that I placed the order. Not only that I also pulled up the authorized persons for pickup through my account settings on their website, low and behold I am the only person listed as authorized to pick up on my account. Literally the only thing attached to my wifes name was the credit card it was purchased on. They still refuse to give me my television. I ask for a manager and the store manager literally gives me the same spiel, I once again provide all the information I provided to the associate, the manager apologizes and refuses to give me the product. So at this point Im like fine refund me my purchase, the manager proceeds to refund me for a television that for some reason Im not allowed to pick up but im allowed to say I dont want it give me my money back. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any store and after years of loyal patronage to Best Buy I will never return there again for any reason.*update*Today 12/29 I recieve an email claiming I picked up the television they refused to give me on 12/28 that I had asked to be refunded. So I return to the store to ask why, after explaining the situation from 12/28 to another associate, they then tell me that they had to show the item as picked up to issue a refund. So I asked for a receipt to confirm this and they told me they were unable to provide that.Another associate walks up and asks me to explain the situation again so I do, this person decides to get extremely snippy and quite frankly down right rude with me claiming Im confused and I dont know what Im talking about. At this point Im like you know what just give me corporates phone number and he proceeded to give me the 1-888-bestbuy number I said that isnt corporate. He argues with me about that then threatens to kick me out of the store. Mind you I was calm and I didnt get loud. So I left the store.By the way Dont bother calling that number to file a complaint it falls on deaf ears, Best Buy doesnt care about you as a customer or thier atrocious customer service they provide. They will not resolve your issue and will basically tell you oh well.This was at Best Buy store # 243, thier associates are rude and very condescending. do not go there.
The young man who helped us was Will T.He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us find a laptop for our grandson, and he was extremely patient when I was asking a million questions. He also helped us find the refill kits for the selphy cp1300. I definitely recommend best buy
We went in to get a phone issue taken care of and we had a little bit of a wait. After the wait we got our issue fixed with the phone in a matter of minutes. Here I thought we were going to have to purchase a new one but we didnt have to. Thank you to the gentleman who took care of us.
This time I had another laptop I took in to get checked. The technicians there were able to look at my laptop and tell me that the motherboard was no good right away without having to charge me with a diagnostic fee. I really appreciated that. It saved me a lot of money and was very helpful.

If you havent been to a best buy/looking at this review you should stop what youre doing and just hit yourself in the head with a tact hammer. Heres my review if youre still reading: they have every electronic device you could think of including toasters. Although all of their items can be found on Amazon at about half the price. The staff is constantly on suicide watch because its so dull there.Overall, I found what I need and paid a ridiculous price for them. Overall, theyll most likely be out of business in 10 years. 10/10 would go again.
Very clean and organized. Numerous times ineas approached asking if I needed help. Great place and I had a employee notice we were looking at microwaves for the kitchen and the employee said he had a small handful of floor models, clearance, and very low sale prices on some in a specific area. We found one and loved the look and the price. And saved a good chunk of money that we then later lost at the casino.
Best Buy has a very very knowledgeable staff. No matter what youre looking for whether its computers cell phones TVs laptops video game systems or even certain connections to make your surround sound systems work. All employees are very helpful. This is definitely somewhere I will go back to in the future
For one of the most tech savvy companies in the toledo area. I saw three hand sanitizer stations, my whole visit. They have top of the line products in all departments, except the restroom. I was very uneasy we live in 2021 had to manually flush urinal, pump hand soap out of freestanding bottle on the unkept sink. After that no air drier a paper towel tray with no paper towels. I dont like posting negative comments. It just took me by surprise looking at all the high tech things we have to offer 5g networking, 4k screens, face recognition thermometers. It felt like I stepped back in time to 1995. Please update your restrooms.
I ordered online for curbside pickup and the order was filled and an email was sent within 15mins. When I arrived at the store and notified them of where I was parked, he brought it to my vehicle within 5mins.I gave Best Buy 4 stars because their website is always painfully slow.The store location itself gets 5 stars.
The staff are very attentive and very nice. The price range for products are as executive though they have great deals going on right now on washers and dryers. If you are looking for electronics this is the place to be. I also have breast fed here and none of the staff said any rude comments. So they are breast feeding friendly. They also have a wide variety of things here. If you want come on in and just take a look.
Updating my review. I will warn everyone not to get too crazy with expensive returns within a short amount of time. Regardless of having legit reasons for the returns (faulty made item). If they have your drivers license or you have an account through them they are tracking your returns. Even if theyre legit returns-if they happen to frequently-you will be put on there return fraud hit list & NOT be able to return your item EVEN IF you purchased their Geek Squad Protection. Theyll say its out of your hands & give you a number to call which does nothing for you to resolve the problem. So beware.With all that said, they have friendly employees that do their best to help you find what you need. The store is clean and moderately stocked. A few times I have had to place an order because they were out of stock. Other than three return issue, theyve been great at this location.
I called to ask a simple question about the warranty on my a/c because I lost my receipt. I wanted to know if they could look it up. But instead I was on hold for 13 minutes with no answer. No wonder brick and mortar businesses are dying. Poor customer service.... you really cant answer the phone.
Horrible Customer Service. Ive been a Bestbuy customer forever and never been so disappointed with their customer service staff that was there Monday Morning. The Female Rep. Basically barked at me instead of talking to me (while I was working with another young man). I informed her of the situation and she told me it couldnt be done. Even after pulling up the return policy from Best Buys Website. Instead of going back and forth with the rude young lady I waited to go to my local Bestbuy and they took care of me today with no questions asked.Other than that the Place looked like it was well put together. Just work on training with your Customer Search staff
Had a great experience at this Best Buy today! I went in for an appointment with the geek squad and left completely satisfied with my service! David at Geek Squad was willing to bring in the manager Tim and get me a solution immediately! With the help of Nick in computers I walked out with a functional system and completely satisfied with my visit. I would highly recommend this store for your needs and Geek Squad service this is my number one store when I go to Best Buy!
The sales rep in the computer department was extremely helpful. He listened to what we thought we wanted in a laptop and then directed us to the products that he thought would best fit our needs. He didnt push the most expensive computer, but rather the one that best fit the bill. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He let us spend as much time as we needed looking at computers and answered any questions we had.
Great, friendly staff. Went in to exchange a monitor under their exchange warranty and it only took a few minutes. The only issue I had was that some of their stock seemed to have taken shipping damage. They perform inspections on it to ensure that the product functions as expected, but the box was ruined!
This should be a zero star review. Our refrigerator was never delivered. When calling into the store to inquire about our missing appliance, we were laughed at and asked what they were expected to do about it as all appliances are kept in Cleveland. Holly, the store manager wasnt concerned about our issue as it was more important to get to her cigarette break. We will no longer purchase from Best Buy.
The sales reps were very helpful in finding a laptop that best suited my needs. Be aware though that if they tell you they can install a program in your laptop such as office that when they say they can install it for x amount of dollars theyre talkin about the labor not the total cost. But very happy with my laptop and I would shop there again... thank you

The lines up front were huge, as usual a small fraction of the registers open. I thought I was smart going back and having an associate ring me up. 11 minutes later, she got it figured out. I blame myself, I dont know why I still walk into best buys.
Havent been in for awhile and was reminded why..Nobody greeted me when I first walked in, had to hunt down somebody to help me in one area and in another the associate basically ignored me looking around for bout 10-15 mins...used to enjoy coming to Best Buy but past few times kept getting more and more disappointed, this trip was no exception unfortunately.
Terrible selection on graphics cards, only the MOST MODERN, and only a few of them. PC building is way overpriced here. The only reason to shop here i stear of Amazon would be more convenient customer service and no waiting for delivery. Pretty sure they also price match anywhere.
The staff at Best Buy on Monroe Street work together as a smooth-running team! I was very very impressed with how well they work together! They each were looking out for my best interest. And they took time to explain oh, and teach me how to use my new products. I like knowing I can call them anytime and theyll talk me through whatever problem Im going through regarding my technology regardless its if its my big screen TVs,our keyless door locks, the music system, the new phone, our new security system, etc.... They are the go-to people when you have technical issues and need to purchase technical products.
I LOVE Best Buy. I should own stock in them. I buy all my electronics from them. I just recently purchase a Sony camera and lens combo and the associate that helped we was wonderful. He took his time questioning me to figure out which ones would work best for what I like to take pictures of and showing me the different camera. He also told me about the FREE camera classes they offer once a month and that w/my protection package I purchased I could get 3 one-on-one sessions w/him to learn about my new camera. Im looking forwad to both of these options.
Theyre okay. Since currently theyre the only full-service Best Buy store in the area I guess they dont have much to strive for. The employees were polite and courteous and I really appreciate that however they did not finish switching over service on my husbands phone. So we had to go back the next day cuz by the time we realized it it was too late in the day to fix it. This made two trips into Toledo and we live in Perrysburg so it sucked. Make sure youre double-checking that youre getting everything you want done because theyre bound to forget a step.
The staff was not knowledgeable and didnt even notice we were there while we were actively looking for someone who could help us, instead they were chatting in a clump on the sales floor. While its not their fault they didnt have the basic item we were looking for, overall the prices were through the roof and selection was limited despite how large the store is.
Professor Xavier is great, really helped me out on choosing which appliances to choose for my new home. He was knowledgeable, professional, and funny. If you get a chance to go here go bother him like I did and if he’s not available bother Shamus. The delivery was handled greatly too even with all the changing of dates due to closing, delivery team was great too they helped me get the lawnmower out of my truck and switched the plugs on my dryer so I could use it.
After 3 visits in a week I feel like they are much more interested in getting you out of the store than helping. Each time I went in I was told something different about the product I wanted to return and the product I was looking to purchase. No one was interested in actually helping me, it was just easier to tell me what I wanted to hear to get me out of the store. Decided I was done playing their game, returned the item today and have already ordered the one I wanted from Amazon, probably should have just done so in the first place and will in the future.
Drove with my daughter from Michigan to get Legendary cards for our Pokemon games. The staff inside were very friendly. Just browsing through the store someone would ask if we needed help with anything, very courtious, not trying to push a sale. Nice store inside and out.
Knowledgeable, helpful staff. You leave a little a smarter and very confident about your purchase. Extra kudos to Brent in computers dept - He made my unwanted, yet very necessary trip to Best Buy (in snow storm no less) a very good experience on a seemingly bad day. 👍
I would love to rate Best Buy higher than 1 star. Im not rating on that for product quality or for what they have in their stores but 100% on the fact that I as a 58 year old woman cannot walk into that store and Shop. I walk in and apparently some silent alarm goes off and says old lady alert old lady alert and I am pounced on and swarmed by every sales person in the store. I was asked if I needed help 11 times in 13 minutes. On after the 10th time I said to the gentleman who was there that I was buying a stove and if one more person approach to me before I asked for help that I was leaving and would buy it somewhere else. I spent my thousand dollars at Appliance Center because Best Buy could not comply with a simple request

2022-02-05The staff here are always so friendly and knowledgeable. It really feels like they are putting customer service before sales. As a sales person myself, I enjoy looking around without feeling pressured. The employees stay close enough to answer questions, but they dont feel intrusive. This is the same feeling at all locations I have been to.This particular Best Buy exemplifies why I keep returning to Besy Buy. I went in looking for appliances, the gentleman at the door asked me a few questions before walking me back to that section. He introduced another employee from that area, paraphrased what I had told him I was looking for, and the other employee took it from there. He was informative, funny, and a joy to work with. I just wish I could remember his name.Every bit of it was a wonderful experience. This is my favorite Best Buy.

2022-02-24Awesome customer service. The manager Brandon, went out of his way to contact me and let me know there was a product in stock. Not many people go the extra mile like that. Best Buy is one of the few brick and mortar stores I still shop at, and its because of the personalized customer service.

2022-03-24The cashier Yasmin did her level best, but because the store has no way to get accessories and can only sell what corporate decides to send them, I could not complete my purchase! After trying 2 other stores, I finally returned and Yasmin sold me a new unit. Maybe I fell into the corporate trap, (dont provide appropriate accessories and the customer is forced to buy a brand new replacement!)Bill

2022-06-08I was repeatedly asked if I needed help with anything. I observed others being treated the same way. The representative who helped me went out of his way to demo a monitor that didnt even have a computer hooked up to it. Very happily using that monitor while I type this.

2022-07-01The sales representative was knowledgeable and nice, but their prices were much higher than Home Depot and Big Sandy (Columbus area). We saved $3,000 at Home Depot and upgraded our washer and dryer to the top model. No need to go back.

2022-06-15Unfortunately Ill never do business here again. I had a video consultation after the consultation I never received my bid or plan or anything. Went into the store and talked to someone, was told the original guy had just gotten married and was on his honeymoon, no problem. They apologized and set up another. After that phone consultation I was told they would be in contact. Once again never heard a thing. Checked spam email, regular, no missed calls, nothing. I was looking to upgrade my home audio system. And when i do it wont be through best buy.

2022-03-23The people in the BB store are great. The after the sale, completely sucks. We bought the Total Tech. So far not one of the 4 items promised to be delivered. A month now and the fridge has yet to make an appearance at the correct address. ~smh~
