My most recent experience was worth negative stars. I have been a loyal customer for years. I called ahead of time to ensure the wait wouldnt be long and was mislead. I waited 2 hours for a oil change. While waiting Art Dean and the person who changed my oil spoke to me in the most disrespectful way and thought it was comical. To add insult to injury they didnt put down protective mats down and got huge oil footprints on the mats in my brand new car. I will no longer patronize them.
Services offered are standard for a repair shop, as-expected..nothing extraordinary, so Im at least giving one star. I wanted to find a shop that would be my go-to for regular tire service/emergencies. I tried to make things work with this store, to no avail. The reception staff could use a lesson in basic customer service. You get the feeling that the receptionist (older african american, male) at the desk would rather be anywhere other than working here. Borderline rude, very condescending. Since reception is the first impression of the business, the Best Buy experience for me was very off-putting. This particular time, It took over an hour to get a simple TIRE REPAIR. I thought tires were their specialty.After waiting for over a half hour (my car had not even been touched), I overheard a staff member mention how busy they were. It would have been nice to know this upfront. I could have come back another time or gone elsewhere.The most infuriating point of all, at least 2 people came in AFTER me and their service was expedited. I am a repeat customer, and the tires currently on my vehicle were actually purchased at Best Buy. But I guess you have to be a friend of the owner/staff to get in and out quickly. A guy who came in after me, asked for a staff member by name and after a friendly little chat about mutual acquaintances, was able to get an OIL CHANGE and was on his way. Even HE expressed surprise that he received service so fast.I would not recommend this shop to a friend or family member. This was my fourth and unfortunately my LAST time having any of my vehicles serviced by Best Buy. My advice to others, if you choose to patronize this business, be sure to ask how busy they are, unless you have unlimited time to wait.

Quick service and good pricing. I dropped my car off around 1030 am and it was ready by 1pm. Very happy with my new tires.
We were out state and new to the area. We had a low tire pressure. I had a screw in my tire. Best Buy Tire Pros had us back on the road with in a half a hour with no appointment.They were very helpful.
The old adage is You get what you pay for. But every once in a while you will come across You get more than you expected. Best Buy Tire is one of those places. They provided me Quality service at an outstanding price. They stand behind their work. They let me know what to keep an eye on in the future without sales pressure to do it right now. This is one of the few places that sell quality instead of making customers pay for fancy commercials and a sales and marketing department. Automotive service is a hard thing to put your name behind in respect to reviews. But I would refer them to anyone. A+
I purchased two new tires for my Toyota on 11/04/2019 at Best Buy tires for $162.95 . The tires failed to hold air..Upon returning to this facility I am told that my tires are not new and that the tires mentioned are not sold there..And the supposed owner acted with disrespect and was rude and interrupted my phone call ..I will never buy anything else from this ( Best Buy tires shop ) ..After I told owner I would have payment of tiresCanceled with my bank , the owner of Best Buy tires informed me he would have tires checked for leaks.Both tires leaked air..This tire store owner is bad business. And tires sold at Best Buy tires are trashy rubber tires.Avoid this tire store if you can..BAD BAD BUSINESS.....!!!!!!!
This place was great! Called at 8 am to see if I could get in the same day, (Saturday) they got me in within the same hour! Spent maybe 20 minutes at the shop. Friendly staff! Great service! And cheap tires!
The wait today for a wheel alignment which led to my purchasing two new tires becauseThe belts on mine were broken was over 3 hours!This is incredibly long. If they couldnt do it in a timely manner I should have been told.Plus, these tires have only 8000 miles on them. We see a lot of this from the chuck holes, etc...... Wow. Promised 15 minutes and its been 40 minutes to put two tires on.I returned December 3rd 2018 to have my tires checked, wheels balanced and oil changed. My battery and brakes were also checked. Very quick, efficient and thorough service for a great price!

The representative from this place called me every 5 minutes because he couldnt open the door to the car in 16 degree weather even after I explained to him that it might be a little Frozen. They never offered me a courtesy ride which I didnt realize that they offered this service. Then when I receive my car back the radio was blasting I didnt turn the radio on the heat was blasting I didnt have the heat on and they move the seats adjusted my Mirrors, and dirty the interior. These people are rude and disgusting. The only people that give these guys a good review must be related to them.

I didnt get any names but ted who greeted at door but the mechanic took me in back showed what he could do and what i needed he could try his best but no guarantee ( wheel alignment). After all said and done made car driveable and gave suggestions all for 27.00 $
They were AWESOME--I picked up a nail in my tire on Sunday, so had to start looking around Monday morning. I walked in and they took me on the spot! Great customer service, affordable price and great service overall.
I dropped in here today for no other reason than the fact that its the nearest tire place to where I work. The stem in one of my (very pricey) tires was busted, and I wondered if these folks might be able to fix it for me. Two things of note here: Firstly, none of the yeah, sorry, but youre gonna need new tires BS that a lot of these places try and spin you. That alone made me happy enough. And secondly, when I came to pick up my truck after theyd put the stem in and asked how much I owed them? Nothing. Nada. Zippo. Squat. Are you kidding me??? Trust me when I tell you that his kinda combination of integrity and customer service is mighty hard to come by in this day and age - and because of it, these guys are 100% getting my business when new rubber is required. Highly recommended.
These people are CROOKS!When I took my car to Best Buy Tire and Auto Pros at 4890 Superior Ave Cleveland oh, on Tuesday August 27th I didnt expect to get my car back in WORSE condition than when I brought it to them. And thats exactly what happened. They were to do the rear shocks, rear brakes, 4 new tires, an alignment, and the right front ball joint needed to be welded for something. I got no brakes, no alignment printout, (if the car shakes bring it back to us and well re align it, yeah right!) and one of the two shocks werent even bolted to my car. Completely unsafe to drive, if I were to need a state inspection I would fail. Well,the only thing they got partly right was the tires. And even those werent done to 100% safe completion. When they gave me my car back the tire light was on. A tire place, its in the name, thats what you do, and you let a customers car leave w the tpms light on?! Smdh. And the OWNER tried to tell me it was a drive to reset, and that it would clear after driving for more than 25 mph for more than 5 minutes. I drove it that night back and forth down the interstate and nothing. I did however hear a noise coming from the back that never made noise BEFORE taking it to them. So I called them on Wednesday to see about why the brakes werent done and he said I didnt ask for it Bc it wasnt on the estimate and he tried to tell me they would charge me AGAIN if I wanted brakes done. I said forget it. On my lunch break Wednesday I decided to take it to Conrads Bc they have a free air station, I figure ok the tire light is on, maybe there isnt enough air in the tires, another HUGE safety issue! Once I get there and step out of my car and go to twist off the cap, I can feel the air moving the cap. Again, negligence rears its ugly head, the driver front tire is visibly lower than the rest so i take the cap off and air is gushing out. The core was lose and whoever was working on the car didnt do his job. So I ask the counter person at Conrads if he can tighten the core and he did. I go to fill it up and sure enough with the proper amount of air able to STAY in the tire, the tire light goes off. I shouldnt be troubleshooting and solving their problematic work, especially not when I dropped $1389 for them to do it. I took my car somewhere else to review the work they did. When wedding the right front ball joint they torethe boot on the drive axle, spilling grease EVERYWHERE. All over the inside of the wheel liner its horrible. And its going to cost me 800 more dollars on top of the $1389 the original assholes charged me. To make the car safe Id have to replace both lower control arms in the front. This is insanity. I drive for lyft and Uber if I had had passengers in my car I would have gotten into a really bad accident. Im raising money for a lawyer and to try to recoup lost wages. And possibly enough to have a rental car for a week. It being a holiday weekend the work wont be done until Tuesday afternoon at the earliest. Im a single mom w two girls and my car is absolutely essential for our day to day activities. I cant even do laundry get groceries, nothing Bc I dont have a car. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE IDIOTS!
Everyone was so courteous and willing to see what I needed. Also observed how the staff interacted with other customers...they are fantastic and keep you in the know of whats going on with your vehicle. Thanks Al and rest of crew!!!
Although most of the recent reviews are poor, I I liked the fact that someone responded to the complaints. So I decided to called just to get some information and the gentleman was so rude, I just hung up the phone. Why would I spend my hard earned money with a rude individuals.
Drop my jeep there to have my tire looked at because my pressure light came on. They had my car for 6 hours. When i picked my jeep up and was driving home my pressure light came on!! 26 dollars later Very Disappointed. Will never give you the time of day
Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. This business has sketchy business practices, very rude staff, and incompetent management. Quickly, I was researching suspension shops to do a suspension refresh on my Jagaur XKR Convertible. I called in the morning and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes then hung up on 3 times before I talked with anybody. I spoke with Mike and upfront asked if they were capable of dealing with Jaguars suspensions. I told him I could bring the car in but he said he could give me a quote through email so I agreed. I understand this was going to be a complicated job but I was ready to pay for quality work. Towards the end of the day, I received an email from Mike stating that their software could not give him accurate information regarding my vehicle. So what does he do?? He goes on to say at their normal rate of $96 an hour, his Guess was my job would require 20+!! hours ($1920.00) to perform. For 4 coil spring, 2 ball joints, front shock mounts, and spring insulators that would be easy to put on once the old springs are off smdh These people are the very definition of scammers! I was quoted $600 less by a mechanic whos shop specializes in Jaguar. Im glad I didnt waste my money and get trapped doing business with these people. If they couldnt perform the job he should have said so. He basically tried to do a money grab, without the skill, knowledge, or experience to perform the job. STAY AWAY!!!

2022-06-21Dont want to be that customer and write a bad review, but after being out of almost $2400 and my vehicle still wont pass the emissions test, they dont deserve a good review from me. My fiance initially took the car in to Dan because it wouldnt start, told them to fix everything that was wrong (which was $1900), got it back and IMMEDIATELY started having issues with it not turning over. I took it back just to be told that it would be an addtl $384 to repair something else; 3 months later I still cant pass the E check and the dashboard is lit up with all sorts of other lights. A bunch of fun artists. The only good thing I can say was I didnt have to wait long to get my car back, but I guess I wouldnt have to since it was barely serviced in the first place

2022-07-02The mechanic that I worked with had a fairly nasty attitude when working with me. We tried to pinpoint the issue of why my car was making noise and we were not able to do so and he did not seem willing to put effort into replicating the noise.

2022-01-05Went here to get tire sensors put on and at first the TPMS light went out and a couple of hours later it came back on. I called back up there and a man told me that it’s possible that it’s something wrong with the whole system and that he could do nothing about it. I went to a different shop and they told me that Best Buy tire Pro’s put the wrong frequency tire sensors on my jeep which I why they weren’t reading . Upset and a waste of money.

2021-09-05These guys are awesome. We come here for our personal cars, work vehicles, and trailers. The staff is well informed on the what youll need and the service is great. Because they are so good, they get very busy! If you are going to walk in, come early!

2021-11-20All have attitudes and terrible customer service skills. Called the day before was told they ordered my tire and it would be there in an hour I get off and head over but they’re busy. So I leave come back the next morning they’re just as busy so I ask to buy the tire after getting attitude yet again. Come to find out they never even ordered my tire, they wasted my time and are extremely rude.

2021-10-09I’ve had a couple oil changes on my bmw with no issues however after the last one my check engine light came on and multiple warnings that if I’d continue to drive I risk engine failure. Took it back and was told they used “good oil” this time!!!????? Hello!!! I would not be paying for high test gas if I had known you were using used vegetable oil in my car!!! Took it to certified Bmw dealer turns out the censor had been snapped off the oil cap at my last oil change . $280 later to replace it… no issues..no warning lights.

2021-07-18I had my wife take a car to this place to get an alignment done while I stayed at the shop and she called me and said they will not do it for her that the car needs wheel bearing so I left the shop to see what is bad because I literally just put new wheel bearing on the car before she took it there. They say things are bad when they are not bad to get more money out of people. Very crooked shop!!

2021-10-16I came in for a alignment and it couldnt be done because I need work which is fine but they charged me $45 for the inspection when everywhere does free alignment inspections.I live paycheck to paycheck so every little but of money matters.

2022-01-03Went in because my tire light was on was told I needed a new tire I told him to install it that was fine come to find out a week later tire light comes back on take the car into another shop they plugged the tire I’ll never return to Best Buy tire again poor customer service poor mechanic skills
