I bought headphones online. Opened the box and it was a GPS. The birthday boy was very disappointed! We took the GPS to the store and explained the mix up. Within a few minutes we had the headphones and a 20$ gift card for the invonvience. Best customer service Ive had in a long time!
You dont have to worry about being helped... that is unless youre in the mobile section. If theres a shortage of workers - you couldnt tell by Best Buy Standards! They have likely too many employees, which kindly ask if you need anything - not high pressure do you need anything but service oriented.
If I could give a lower review I would ...I ordered a portable dishwasher for my wife at least 3 weeks ago was given an outrageous price ..still decided to get it was told time and time again by salesman I would be receiving it by June 18 it was available in warehouse I got no call or notification on June 18 from the company so my wife contacted them and was told they shipped it yesterday to warehouse and we may receive sometime in July unless we want to pay more money for same exact thing in different color but still wouldnt be here till July..there liars very unhelpful and extremely disrespectful I recommend going anywhere but here !!!
15 employees standing around and after I wandered around for at least 20 minutes I made my decision, 40 Samson tv for $269, finally I just loaded it on my cart with no offer of assistance, and headed for the checkout, then a salesman motioned me over to ring me up.... But I love the tv.
Needed a washer and dryer asap. Went to Best Buy after a horrible experience at Lowes. Ordered our washer and dryer and thought it was going to be great. NOPE! Delivery day and the stacking kit didnt have any screws. That was just the beginning. 2 failed attempts to have another crew come out and set this up. I have not been able to wash clothes now for 3.5 weeks. Excuse is that there is not kit in the warehouse. I may never go back ever again after this.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I found someone to help me in the gaming monitor section. He was so helpful and took time to answer all my questions, and really explained things to me. I wish I knew his name because he was awesome! I made my purchase at the best buy in North Canton on the strip on 12/21/21 @ 17:34. I hope you can find him and be thankful for this awesome employee. He went over and beyond for me. He even carried my gaming monitor to the front door and placed in a cart for me. Will go here for future purchases.
I absolutely hate going into best buy. Always have. So the new pick up service is such a great way to shop there without ever having to go in. Spent less time having them bring out my order than I would have spent looking for it. Will shop there more often now as I love this convenience.
We ordered a tv from Best Buy back in Oct. 2021 and we had Sam who came out to deliver to us help set it all up and was super awesome! So was his crew!When my children decided to break our newly purchased t.v. just two months later we were so glad we had the geek squad protection and that they were able to replace it & come remount the new one for us! & we got to see Sam again! 😎 exceptional job both times! Thank you!
Took my 21 ultra up to get the screen repaired, I wish I remembered the gentlemans name that helped me, he was so personable and very upfront with everything, they had to keep my phone to repair it, he said it would be a couple days and I got a call the following day that it was already finished! They did a fantastic job on the repair itself and a fantastic job explaining everything in detail and giving me tips to avoid this in the future.
No stars if I could just leave an honest review. Horrible return policy on holiday gifted items. One gentleman was going to take care of it and the other ran over as if I was some kind of criminal and ran to get a manager. Asked if I would like to speak with a manager. I replied yes since I felt some type of way standing there waiting in line to be told yes then no but a return. I waited several minutes for the manager supposedly helping at one dept only to see him walking around helping others. I just ended up walking around to find him and ask him about the policy and how I didnt find it fair at all. Nope. I ended up walking right out. Things arent the way they were before and bad customer service if you ask me
I enjoy coming here when I am considering buying new tech because I can physically peruse the items and compare them in person, as opposed to online. The employees are typically quite helpful and nice, and they really do know a lot about their products. Recently bought a new phone as well as a FitBit from this location, and the process was smooth and quick. Even exchanging the FitBit for a different model was a fast process.
I had the best experience with BB’s curbside pickup. It was the quickest and easiest thing I’ve ever done (while purchasing electronics) and quite frankly I was surprised! The experience was made even better by the gentleman that met me at the curbside, he was so polite and helpful!
Mallory was fantastic. Her patience and knowledge is unsurpassed. Also I am not sure who the gentleman was nor his position, but his knowledge of the different plans and financing saved me $234.00. A big shout out to the crew at the AT&T Counter for their awesome assistance in getting me a new phone at the best possible price. Thank you all and you will be my go to place from now on.
Went into the store to get help upgrading our phone plan and to get new phones. We worked directly with Caleb who was great. Very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what all of my options are and the benefits that came with each option. Got me in quickly and was extremely helpful. Would recommend seeing if he is working when you go in
Never have I been so jerked around or poorly treated. Upon my delivery of an item, it was found to be cracked, molded, and damaged beyond repair. They insisted I call the company and report it, which I did. If I would have cancelled the order and re-bought, it would have been delivered 4 days later, but the company encouraged me to just wait for a new one to be delivered. They said I should call back the next day to set up a new delivery. I did, and the rep said that I would need to call every day for the next 3 business days to see if there was an open delivery slot....I did that the first day to find out that there was no report of a problem. So I had to start from scratch. They cancelled the first order and reordered and set the delivery for 5 days from then. I got a confirmation text and email. My husband works from home that day, so was available to take the delivery. I got a text 2 days before delivery that it was going to be delivered between 9am and noon the day BEFORE it was supposed to be. On a day my husband doesnt work from home. I called and they said they would push it back a day, but to call if I didnt hear anything by 6pm about Fridays delivery. Well, I didnt, so I called. And they said that I had cancelled the appointment, so now they had to reschedule me for a day in the next week!!!! Ive never had that much money spent be so poorly repaid.
Got washer and dryer !! The people who work here was helpful , nice ..... Someone needs to get the woman who call you about the delivery time updated on how to do her job..... just saying ..... called us ! But couldnt pick up because we was at work of course but she leave the phone number for us to get ahold of her .but her voicemail was full ,we played phone tag for a couple of days , she left another phone number that was not in service!! So we went to best buy to get help on the delivery date and time ! The gentleman helped us with everything in 5 minutes .... Thanks 👍 Best buy guys !! Also thanks to the guys who hooked up everything too ....
Ive bought a lot of my camera equipment here and it is definitely not the place I would recommend for anything along those lines, as there camera gear is extremely limited and the knowledge in regards to this subject isnt there. But for anything else, I can recommend the store.
This is the second time Ive been to this location. For about ten minutes I went in with my fiancé to look for Samsung wireless earbuds. From the time we walked in until the time we left we werent greeted, asked if we needed any assistance, or was even acknowledged. To be fair the store had some people in the store, but ut wasnt terribly busy. My suggestion is that these associates learn to better serve customers and gain a more upfront and personal introduction to their location. I wont be visiting there again. Highly dissatisfied as other Best Buy locations have excellent service. This location does not. Travel the extra 15-20 minutes and go to a store thats interested in helping you. Each employee knows their department like the back of their hand, always been friendly with me, and as far as electronics go; if you need it they probably have it. The Geek Squad are also super helpful, went to them a few times the past week for issues with my moms PC as well as my own, which broke down, and they helped me get them both back up and running in no time!
Paid $1000 plus for a HP laptp in Aug 2020. Got their additional Total tech support for $199 only to go in there today and IT man for the Geek Squad tells me that whats wrong with my laptop isnt covered and I could end up paying the total cost for the laptop. He couldnt answer any questions I pretty much saw this my entire visit 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️Im so disappointed and Ive never felt more robbed.
Came in to get an AV to HDMI converter and the cheapest one they had was $60. Bought one on eBay that does the exact same thing, brand new in the box, for $6. 1/10 the price online. Sucks these days that Best Buy is usually the worst buy. Bonus star because staff was helpful in finding what I was looking for.
Simply another run of the mill Best Buy location. Ive been more and more impressed with them as time goes on however. The store includes a wide variety of technologies. Everything from laptops, mobile phones, kitchen, home theater, smart home and more. They do an excellent job displaying the technologies and giving you a chance to try what theyre selling.My biggest beef with Best Buy is the constant bombardment of sales people while youre shopping. For me personally this will just chase me out of the store. Sometimes its nice to just look in peace.Of course, being in the strip this location is insanely busy. I would not recommend coming here weekends during the day. Not worth it.Best buy is a great business and i think theyve done a great job adapting their stores to todays technology needs.
I was occasionally asked if I need help but the staff were not pushy when I refused, which I really appreciate. They had everything I wanted to see and more on display and available. Perfect experience! Losing a star because the floor model fridges were almost all broken. That makes me nervous to order one.
Bought most of my large electronics here, BestBuy is a solid company. Always helpful staff, pretty knowledgeable to help you sift through the product buying process. I always go in with a few models/brands in mind then find someone to talk to and narrow it down. Another benefit vs Online shopping is knowing your product hasnt been thrown around by a delivery guy - it goes from factory to a pallet to distribution to the store and home to you... my 2cents
The Geek Squad is outstanding! This was the first time I have ever used them and the experience was WOW! They are very knowledgeable and take time to explain things for you to understand with great recommendations for future plans with technology. I highly recommend checking them out.
This place is a joke. They need to Update their automated system. I have called 3 times to get through to geek squad, and all 3 times I got nowhere. It wouldnt put anyone on the phone, and wasnt accepting my answer for the automated response. When I finally called back a forth time and clicked another option I got a lady after 10 minutes who was rude, and transferred me to geek squad where they hung up. When I looked up geek squads number to call directly the phone just rang and rang. Totally unprofessional! It is safe to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere!
So we used the geek squad to fix a tablet that I bought at Best Buy. The best customer service ever and they were completely respectful. Made my sons day and saved his account. You made and Autistic kid jump up and down so happy. Thank you geek squad. Everyone was so good to us.
This place is great! Every time I go it is enjoyable. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I made a big purchase knowing that it might not be exactly what I needed and in the end I did need to return it. But throughout the whole thing Logan, the associate taking care of me, and the other staff where completely awesome. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. It was perfect! Thank you everyone!
Not only could I not find assistance, i had 3 sales reps walk past me all helping the same customer and not one offered to help anyone else. The product i was looking for said it was in stock and wasnt. Then the person who was trying to help me went off to help someone else with something before finishing helping me... When he finally came back he said its not in the back so he didnt know why it said there was one in stock but i could order it online. It was $80 new in store. Refurbished online was $120 and new was $180....
The people there are super friendly. We walked around for a while and got help from some of the employees when we were looking for something that wasnt on the shelf. The clerk was very patient while we talked about getting a warranty for our item or not. They also require masks and have hand sanitizer everywhere and wipe everything down to keep stuff clean during the pandemic. Very nice place! Its always fun visiting there and I plan to go again the the future. Would recommend to anybody.
It was a bit of a chore to get what i needed accomplished and i still didnt leave with anything remotely close to what i wanted, but because of Verizon and Best Buy, i had to go with an iPad instead of the Samsung S7+ 5G that I had my heart set on. All that aside, Noah, a team member who, unluckily, got mebin the line of checkouts made the whole experience, approximately 1 1/2 hours, completely tolerable! He was very knowledgeable, was quick to get manager approval to discount my pirchase due to the longevity of the event, and seemed genuinely concerned that I leave happy... give that young man a raise...
Beware of this company there cycling the drain and they know it. There small parts business are extremely overpriced, and they will try to confuse you with complicated tech talk. I installed optical audio cables on two different tvs, one I purchased at Best Buy for 80.00 dollars another on from somewhere else for 20 dollars, but they would have been glad to do it for 130. dollars a hour plus 80 dollars for parts.
Everyone who has HELPED US has been very nice and most importantly knowledgeable! Walked in looking for what we had googled and found out we needed something different. The recommendation will do more and is far superior to what we were looking to buy. Kudos to Best Buy for employing knowledgeable staff. The only reason for 4 stars is because one of the staff was rude as he walked by.
Way overpriced for the service. Not to mention, a week after your purchase, when Geek squad finally gets around to setting up your new computer, you realize that you didnt even get what you told them you wanted, and they want you to come in for a third time so they can ring up the 365 subscription they should have included in the first place.
Ignored by several employees while trying to purchase a new phone up until after 7 so they could say they are closed and cant give me the time needed to help. Very disgruntled this was one of my favorite stores. Ill purchase electronics elsewhere and give someone else 700+ for a phone. Your loss best buy, dont hire little punk kids.....
Worst location to shop at. Incompetent staff and rude. It was clear from my visit that the employees hate their job and if that’s indeed the case please seek other employment. I purchased headphones and was interested in insurance for them through Apple Care. This location told me they couldn’t charge Apple Care to my purchase. When I asked why I couldn’t get a solid explanation nor even a manager. I then contacted Apple and found out they still offer insurance for the headphones I purchased. If you’re too lazy to do your job just say that.
I mean hey its best buy. This particular one always has friendly workers whenever I go in for a new product, the employees are nice and eager to help you with what youre trying to find most of the time they have the things you want in stock and if they dont they help you find it online. One of my favorite best buys to shop at
I ordered a Pioneer receiver and DVD player online for my wifes van. It came in earlier than expected and the store pickup was quick and easy. What really impressed me was the installation crew. They were very helpful, had everything in stock to do the installation, and got it done super fast (even on Christmas Eve). These guys are amazing. This type of service is uncommon- they deserve more than five stars.
I bought a robot vacuum with a extended warranty. When the vacuum had issues they wanted me to pay more money for a lesser vacuum because mine was on sale when I bought it and they no longer carried that model. Then the want to charge me 169.00 for the warranty on the replacement vacuum. Didnt do it. I cut my losses and left with my broken vacuum. The manager was rude and would do nothing to help. I just wanted a fair trade or mine repaired. Dont give this store your business. They are horrible.
Like an adult toy store if I had a million dollars Id be in there All day long wish the staff would be a little more knowledgeable keep the staff in their dept its understandable to helped. Best thing to do is say in dont work in this dept let me find some that can give you the correct. Info Im always on the more and dont have time to go back and return.
Found a 55” smart TV, everything included for $150! Took it home and began setting it up when we realized the cord was missing. Called the store and spoke to a manager and they were so friendly! Allowed us to come in and get the cord we needed for free. All around great place with incredible staff. Highly recommend getting your electronics here. Be sure to check out the open box deals!
Gotta say I am somewhat frustrated with the DVD Movie selections these days. My cousin and I would make a special trip to get the newest movies for our collection. I know you can rent and watch streaming but that is not the same as deciding to watch a favorite movie when I can go to my collection and select my own movie.
I was with my daughter. She was looking for a couple of things. There were two young men that were helping us. They were knowledgeable in every department that we went to and we went to about five different departments The one young man in particular seemed to know just about everything I was very impressed we got a lot of information on things that she was wanting to get for later would I go back absolutely !!!!
Terrible experience with appliances. They called the day of and said appliances we ordered months ago were not in stock for 2-3 months. We canceled 7K worth of Black Stainless Samsung Appliances. We went to Lowes and everything was in stock and shipped to our new house on time. Nobody even apologized or tried to make it right.
Good selection of items. Being one of the last electronic stores around, its nice to be able to play and feel with a product before purchasing. The staff is helpful and knowledge. Dont forget that Best Buy does price match some online retailers, such as Amazon, in order to stay competitive. Some electronic recycling can also be dropped off here as well.
Its a best buy. Their prices cost about 20$ more than you can get a similar item for on amazon. And about 30 more than new egg.With a limited selection. But what you get here is the ability to buy it and have it same day. Something you dont get with the other 2 mentioned. (Still works out cheaper than shipping from new egg)
From the ordering experience to delivery, I was extremely satisfied. Especially on the delivery, the gentleman that delivered called, promised a time and followed through on that time. Even with my directions to call when he got close to my business. I own a service company and know that communication is huge! Big shout out to the delivery guy! (CREW 723 802C/creation location 960). Youve made me a Best Buy customer for life!
The virus restrictions make doing normal business practice more challenging. We had to make an appointment, then met at door, had to go directly to the phone department and meet sales person. We could not look at anything else in the store. I dont know how or when business will get back to open and normal. Good luck all
Was there 45 minutes to buy a new radio for my truck, no employee would help me the two I asked for assistance said they were doing curbside orders and walked away. Ended up leaving without the head unit I wanted and ordered the Crutchfield. Ill spend my money somewhere else if they cant help their customers.
I dont know what to say about this place. They have knowledgeable people working for them for the most part, however Ive had a recent experience with them where I was sold some VR goggles to later find out that the apps for the product were all outdated and unusable of course the VR goggles were on sale probably getting rid of them because of the problem. I dont like to have their problems pushed off on me.BEMO
The guy who helped my husband to pick out the best ear buds for his type of job & being on the motorcycle was very helpful & answered all the questions my husband had about the different brands. My husband asked what 2 brands would he suggest; so it would be easier for my husband to make a decision (hes not very technical). Thank you for helping & giving my husband your suggestion; again Im sorry that I dont remember the guys name! He was very helpful to my husband!
Went to do curbside pick up. Its nice that they have it. They were quick with the order and instructions with checking in, only downside was that it was difficult to find where their curbside pickup location was located..I say this bc when we pulled up to the store there were cars pulled up onto the sidewalk almost to the front door, so one would (assume) CURB->SIDE...I looked and was in the process of doing the same when my bf pointed out that curbside pickup was on the other side of the parking lot.Sooooo.... other than the location and it not being clearly visible, it was an ok experience. They had what my bf was looking for and he didnt have to wait.
Very helpful. Fast service. Its been a few years since purchasing a computer at Best Buy. Last time wasnt the best experience with a salesperson who didnt know computers or care to understand my needs. This time was an excellent experience. Very helpful sales folks. Then had to exchange due to a noisy fan and again super fast, helpful and friendly on the exchange.
Purchased a new TV, soundbar, mounts, and some misc hardware and had Geek Squad install everything. Completely satisfied from start to finish. Very knowledgeable staff in store, didnt pressure me into anything I didnt need. Home installation was fast and easy. Great experience overall.
Best buy is a great store. The staff over the phone are helpful but not so much in store. I am a computer technician myself and I can certainly say that they try to sell you overpriced computers by telling you this is the computer you need. They tell you the others will not work and instantly take you to a more expensive model. I can assure anyone who asks that a cheaper model than the one they tell you to get will work fine. They do know what they are talking about most of the time though, so do your own research online so that you know what you will actually need. The prices are very high, and by that I mean eBay and Amazon have the same stuff only its 60-80% cheaper. I love this store but if you dont mind shipping times, try eBay. Good store overall.
Im shopping for a smart TV, so I went to BB to check out my options. There was a huge selection of televisions to choose from. A sales person came to help me as soon I I walked into the dept. He was so knowledgeable about the many options to choose from. He showed me about sound bars and how they enhance the sound. The sales person never pressed me to buy right then. He did a great job. Ill be buying from BB as soon as I get some help getting the TV home. I highly recommend BB.
My experience at Best Buy was awful. Went in looking for a car audio system. Waited around for 15 minutes and no one came to assist me. Walked to a register and the person there said hed have someone meet me in the car audio area.... Another 15 minutes.... Nobody.... Another shopper came to car audio and said the cashier was sending someone back to help us.... 15 more minutes.... No one ever came. Upon exiting I told the person who seems to do nothing but stand there of my experience.... To which he said sorry, come back again.... Which I am never doing.
Selection was good but they had quite a bit out of stock. The staff was alright, when I asked for some help I got a little here or there until I finally found a younger man back in computers that was phenomenal. They still didnt have everything I needed, but he did point me towards the Akron location (Which the staff that I visited wasnt nearly as polite as N. Cantons) where I found the last piece of the puzzle.
Santos was super helpful and friendly! We may send our son up when hes 16 for a first job! Tech whiz! He even got us signed up ,so we can get help from the Geek Squad should we ever need it. Thanks Best Buy! You always have what we need, in store. And fair prices too
Ive purchased so many things now from this particular Best Buy. I like their products and trusty me...you cannot go wrong purchasing their extended warranty. I thought Id never say that in my life. Always thought it was a scam...its not. You just take your old product back in before the end of the contract b(usually 2 or 4 years) and they either give you a brand new one or give you the full purchase price you paid towards another product. Great way for future upgrades! They dont make things like they used to, so everything usually has something go wrong before that period anyway.
I had to put this one up cuz Noah went above and beyond for me. He was the guy at the pick up desk when I showed up and when we found out that an item on my order wasnt dispatched correctly, he had it cancelled and another one in my hand in no time. I have to give props when someone earns them.
I needed to call ahead and ask some questions. I called 3 times in a row. The first time I waited 5 minutes without speaking to anyone. The second time I waited longer still no one answered. I called a third and final time. I waited 13 mins still without getting to speak to a real person. I went and spent my $700 online and it was not on best buys website.
Always so much selection! Love looking at all of the departments. I bought my last cell phone here about three years ago. I am NOT at all tech savvy! If I was stuck on how to set something up, I could go in to Best Buy and ask a sales person in the cell phone department for help. I also like looking at the appliances there and the home protection products. All of the workers there are very helpful and friendly.
Theyre happy to match prices, and have excellent service with real people you can talk to! Recently I was pleasantly surprised when I bought a Dyson hair dryer that has tight price controls everywhere across the internet and to work around it they offered a $50 gift card with the purchase - Keep it up, Best Buy!
Horrible experience with a gas dryer! As far as electronics go they are usually pretty good but I ordered a gas dryer and when they delivered it they didnt have necessary parts to install. They came back a few days later and the guy who installed rushed through it and was sloppy. A couple hours later I could smell gas through my whole house. I called Best buy and they did nothing to help. They had the guy who did it wrong call me to set up an appointment to fix. The new appointment was today and when he didnt show up I text him and he said he was in an accident. Feel bad for him but nobody even called me to reschedule or couldnt they send someone else? I know this is a busy time of year for retail but the leak was bad and thats so dangerous. I had to call the gas company out and best buy has really left me hanging on this one. Very disappointed.
Decent selection at this store and staff is super helpful. You can even try the Galaxy Fold here! Only thing is organization could use some work. It took me about 20 minutes to find the Galaxy cases and other accessories, as theyre nowhere near the phone display. Good store overall with high inventory of most products.
Way too many employees with a whole lot of nothing to do. I understand the concept of having enough people to accommodate the customers, but when theres next to no customers and one, which was me, walking around aimlessly, shouldnt have to approach employees huddled , for help
We had an accident with our Samsung TV where the screen shattered and we needed to buy a new one. We knew we wanted to upgrade but had no idea what the differences in all of the new technology was on all of the different models. It was not a shopping experience that we were looking forward to as it all seemed confusing. Upon entering the home entertainment department we were greeted instantly by Chelsea who was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products, super friendly, and listened to what our wants and needs were. She even looked up details of our old TV compared to the new model we were considering to be sure it would fit. I have worked in retail management and sales and Best Buy is lucky to have her on their staff! She deserves a raise and a promotion!
Ryan installed remote start for my son and I. Ryan was awesome to work with, truly the customer service couldnt have been better. While they were very busy with installs, as its a busy time of year during Christmas, they were installed quickly. Everyone was great to work with.
So if you need to buy an appliance for your home just go next door to Lowes or home depot across the street. Bought a washer and had a delivery date set for a Monday between 12-6, had to call off work and wait for the delivery driver to deliver around 5 pm they call to confirm a delivery for the stainless hoses and thats all. I asked if they had the washer and they told me it wasnt listed on the order and all they can do is bring the hoses. they told me best buy would be calling to explain what happened and to reschedule and never did. I tried calling this store multiple times only to get a busy tone and ended up calling the customer service line. I now have to call off work a 2nd time to get my washer. when I asked the delivery guys if this is common they said it does happen frequently and even when I was at the store the first red flag was another customer discussing the same issue so I can double confirm that if you purchase an appliance here theres a good chance youll be waiting around all day for nothing to be delivered and no explanation given.
I dig the place for all the cool stuff they have. But for Gods sake leave me alone to browse. I don’t know if the employees make commission or what the malfunction is. I was constantly asked by everyone ( even three times by the same guy ) if I needed help. Overbearing? Yes. Then I was stalked by the same people like someone was trying to take me out. I like the gadgets. Just please let me read the back of something without being offered a lecture.
This is the only place in this area to get current electronics with somewhat of a variety versus other competitors nearby. I feel over the years the amount of products they want to put in this store is getting crowded. The reward program is only beneficial if you shop here very frequently, and that is because of the requirements to get every one point to count toward every dollar. If you are on the free rewards program you only get half or 3/4 of your $1 spent towards reward points which I feel it should be one dollar equals one point. The rewards is designed for if you spend more you get more. Some people wont be able to take full advantage of this because their business is at a different store or online.
My fiancé and I were shopping for a new TV, and we ended up spending about 3 hours in the store and ended up getting everything we needed AND MORE!From the start, Jon who was working in cellular approached us so kindly asking what we needed help with. Even though we werent there for cell phones, we did ask some questions because we were both due for an upgrade. He told us he would hook us up and make the process quick and easy since I had a military zoom call I needed to be on. He ran the numbers for us, showed us how much our phones were worth, and made it all work. He also made sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. We thought about it, and went on to look at TVs.JD was a HUGE help when it came to our TV. He gave us the specs on things we werent even looking at and he sold us a great TV that will be installed by the Best Buy crew with also having all our hook ups connected. He was so personable, funny, and smart. He really knew everything he was selling inside and out. We even ended up getting a mesh internet extender for our home, and he hooked us up with one that would fit the size of our home, along with the number of devices we own.Last but not least, once we decided that we were going to go ahead with purchasing cell phones, Jon led us to Nathaniel to start taking care of us, ensuring that we would be done for my zoom call. Nathaniel was so great at transferring information over from my old phone to new (which was iphone to iphone), and my fiancé who went from android to iphone. He took time, had patience, and continued to educate us on all we were getting.These three were amazing, and really know how to work with their customers. Cannot wait to be back and see them all again!
We bought a dishwasher and have not had the best luck to date with the installation or operation of the appliance. However, Dan has made this challenging process MUCH better. It is nice to know when things dont go as planned someone will stand by the customer and make things right!
So, if you get gifts for someone using the your rewards card. Make sure when you ask for a PRINTED receipt that they dont ALSO send it through an email. I asked for printed receipt but then they also sent the receipt by email....still love best buy, but very upset my spouse received the email 10 minutes after leaving and saw all his Christmas presents from the kids...
Wanted to find a stylus pen but was not sold here, although it was stated on the web site. Seems that only items are for computers. Walked thru to look at laptops but this were out of my range. Employees are friendly and ask if they can assist in any way. Just not sure that I can afford to shop here for electronics.
Very unprofessional. The worker helping me sign up for my AT&T phone plan explained to me I had 14 days to return my device if I didn’t like it and buy another one. I purchased my phone 1/11/20 and came back 1/25/20 to buy a new one. He told me I was a day late and there was NOTHING they could do. The day I signed up for my phone he told me I had until the 25th to bring it back. I even chatted with someone online to verify I could return it and they said it was no problem. I will never return to best buy for this reason.A very unhappy ex customer!
This best buy has a good selection of consumer electronics and also features a cell phone store as well. The staff has been more knowledgeable than the average best buy Ive been to and happy to help in any circumstance. As with most best buys, it does tend to be a bit pricey compared to prices found elsewhere, but they honor their warranties without complaint or issue in my experience.
The staff is always friendly. We always get great deals here, and allot of times if you ask, they may even give you a discount if its available or will ask for approval for one! We buy literally everything from them. They are great with warranties too. We had a washer and dryer we bought a few years ago just start leaking and making noises at the same time. We had a few slight issues with a warranty not being transferred from a different model that we had switched out for when we bought it, and instead of saying o well, your stuck they made it right and went above fixing the set, they replaced them with a brand new washer and dryer, with warranty! We couldnt be happier customers and will continue to shop there for any and everything our lives need.
This has been the best experience for me especially because Ive never been here. Phill in the canton Ohio store was the most helpful person/worker Ive encountered in any store Ive been at. He was incredibly knowledgeable on everything I asked and sold me a computer .. Ill be buying my electronics at this store from now on I HIGHLY recommend .
I used to like to shop at Best buy but if I have to be walked around with an employee and not be able to take my time or feel pressured by them I will no longer be buying from them again, Ill go to Walmart or Target that will actually let me browse and look at my leisure while still understanding social distancing. But I felt pressured, I felt that I needed to get in and get out as fast as possible and it was the most unprofessional uncomfortable shopping experience Ive ever had. Do not order from BEST BUY!! My husband and I ordered a refrigerator (NOT CHEAP) from them in August, we needed a certain style and dimensions, Best Buy had exactly what was needed and wanted. The delivery has been rescheduled TWICE, the $ taken out of our account and put back multiple times, now told we arent scheduled till the weekend of black Friday😡😡😡😡 pretty sure that will be rescheduled too! 4 months to wait when our fridge is broke...unacceptable
Sadly customer service is dead. Wheres this product? Employee points over there. Thanks..... I guess. Whatever happened to service or even a smile is gone. This is sadly why so many folks are using online services now and no longer shop local except in a pinch or to support a local shop they love. I was in a pinch and didnt have a chance. But seriously, customer service here is non existent. Id get better service if I waited on hold and got hung up on calling a 1800 number.

2021-12-19I ordered some extensive home theater products and had TotalTech install everything for me. Several Sonos products, AppleTv, and Samsung Tv’s. Everything was installed professional manner, setup and adjusted for my situation and had a very great experience.Would highly recommend buying the TotalTech for $200 as it would have been much much more expensive to install/set up than that!!!

2022-06-16My mother needed a new refrigerator on Saturday. I went to the Best Buy site to see what they had. All of the out of stock and back ordered refrigerators were clearly marked as such which is not the case at other retailers. I was able to order, pay for, and schedule delivery on line for this refrigerator in no time at all. My mother received her new appliance Tuesday and they hauled away the old one for a minimal added price! Quick, easy and painless.

2022-04-25Its almost like they should greet you at the door as personal shopping assistant and just be with you answering questions.I have never bought anything in Best Buy without consulting with a sales associate. I pick their brains and have them explain the comparisons between products. I always feel like I made solid purchases when I leave with a new piece of technology. They are great!!I hate the aggravation of walking around the store searching for a sales associate.My wife just explained that I walk past them everytime I go in. She says I storm by them as if I know what I want. Until I find the correct department, then instantly realize I have no clue.

2022-03-31Nice selection of products at reasonable prices.I tried to get someone to assist me as I wanted to buy a laptop that evening.It took way too long so I walked to the store next door and was greeted by a friendly person in less than a minute.So I purchased the laptop elsewhere.I think this store has enough business that they dont care about Customer Service.I would recommend shopping around.

2022-05-02Damon from the mobile phone services desk helped us purchase a new iPhone last week and went above and beyond! He was so kind and patient answering all of our questions and getting in touch with Verizon to reset accounts we didn’t have the passwords for anymore. He also set up the new phone for us, and waived the $40 fee. Could not have asked for a better experience, and my grandma is so happy about her new phone!

2022-03-15Came here looking for a laptop and didnt even know where to start. The employee that helped me really knew his way around and explained alot! I ended up with a Samsung galaxy book 360 with some decent specs. Thanks to best buy I have a superb laptop for my bachelors degree. VERY impressed with best buy, you cant get help like that when you buy from Amazon.
