The gentlemen that delivered our furniture were professionals. They made sure there was no damage or dirt brought into home. They made sure the furniture was where we wanted it & they were very polite. The communication as far as delivery time was excellent. They even arrived nearly! It was wonderful service.
This was a great company to work with. They kept me updated on the estimated delivery date and were responsive to any questions I had. They arrived during the estimated delivery time and were speedy with bringing the furniture into the house. No complaints. They were great.

The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were extremely polite and professional. I was missing a piece of furniture and one of guy’s immediately pointed it out and called Arhaus customer service to resolve the issue. It was not the fault of the delivery company but they made sure the issue was resolved before they left. I appreciate that very much. A+ service.
The gentleman were so nice and extremely careful with the furniture and keeping my house protected during the delivery. They put down a mat and still always took off their shoes. They put a protector on my doorframe and put on gloves to keep my couch clean, all the while being very congenial. They cleaned up all the trash and set up my rug for me. BEST delivery service I’ve ever had!!! Would give them 10 stars if I could!
Eric the driver is beyond the words of outstanding. He will always call you or text you and keep you up-to-date with what’s going on very honest very trustworthy there needs to be a whole lot more Eric‘s in this world. Eric‘s help the Loaders were outstanding they blanket wrapped everything and shrink wrapped it if you use burger I would strongly suggest to them to find you Eric. He is from Louisville Kentucky. Once again I cannot say enough good things about Eric.
The delivery guys were awesome! They were careful with my furniture. They were kind and respectful to my home and family. They set everything up and kept everything clean. They were a professional delight to have in my home.

I received a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to my delivery time, which was in the window that they gave me when confirming my date. They were polite, removed their shoes before entering my home and did a great job quickly.
Edgar and Tyler were amazing. Delivered the furniture exactly when they said they would, worked very efficiently, assembled whatever needed to be put together, placed the furniture where we told them and removed all packing cartons when they were done. Very professional, helpful, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. I will definitely request them again for our next delivery.

The team that delivered and moved our very large, very heavy, coffee table into our house did a wonderful job. They uncreated it outside, carried it in, made sure it was in the exact position I wanted, then cleaned ip and left. They texted a couple times before they arrived and they were on time. What more could I ask for?
I had never done a long distance move before and even my local moves had been chaotic (Id also driven cross country before and never wanted to do it again) so I decided to hire professionals for my move from California to North Carolina.From start to finish everything has been so easy! Allied/Berger had great communication when it came to getting my estimate, regularly checked in with me, updated me anytime additional information became available, and was always on time. They were quick and careful when packing my things and kept my place clean (no damage or trash left). They also had an easy to use payment portal (and having gathered multiple quotes they were also the lowest cost).I will definitely be using them for any future moves and highly recommend them to others.

We had a 80” x 36” display cabinet from ARHAUS delivered this morning. The gentlemen that delivered it were on time, extremely pleasant & very professional. They gave us a much appreciated courtesy call when they were 15-20 minutes away.I can’t say enough about Arhaus, the delivery company & the 2 men that not only delivered the cabinet but took great care putting it in place, setting the shelves exactly where we wanted them & making sure everything was to our liking! Crew that came did a great job! Packed up everything at my old house very securely and took apart any items that needed. Professional the entire time. Do everything quickly as well. Stored my belongings for over two months with no issue. Great value for that as well. Came and delivered everything in a quick timely manner. Put everything where I needed it and reassembled anything that needed to be put together. Very friendly professional crew. Would 100% recommend them and definitely use them again for any future moves.
My family has moved 9 times in the last 12 years, so we’ve done a lot of business with movers. We bought a very large couch from Arhaus and Berger delivered it for us. Shane and Edgar have been by far the best movers we’ve ever had. First, they were both incredibly friendly. Second, they were fast, and cautious moving the furniture making sure not to hit walls and very careful with the furniture. I can’t recommend them enough. Shane and Edgar, thank you so much!!!

Appreciated the professionalism of this company. I have done 2 long distance moves this year and this company far exceeded the other one. No damage to furniture, responsive throughout the whole process. The only thing that I wish was better was them being more proactive about communicating dates. I did have to reach out a few times to get confirmation, but once I got final dates everything was great and the movers were on time for both loading and delivering. Would definitely recommend!
Joe and his associate were exceptional! Not only were they courteous but they went above and beyond to wash their hands before they touched anything and Joe was extremely helpful when our product was damaged. We were very pleased with their service.

They delivered a new couch to us on behalf of a furniture company. They were excellent. On time, called 10 minutes ahead, were careful in moving the furniture and not hitting our walls, and they were polite and efficient.
The 3 gentlemen were very nice. They had to park on the street and bring the desk up a long driveway, but we’re VERY willing to do it. They set up the desk upstairs and it looks great. They were very careful in handling it.
Josh and his team were extremely professional and personable, and went the extra mile to make sure my floors and stairwell were well protected as they moved our new bedroom furniture upstairs. I completely trust this team of movers to do the right thing and they put their customer first.

Berger provided excellent service for my move from Ohio to Florida. Both loading and unloading went very well. I couldnt ask for a better experience!! The crew, which was made up of Joe, Niko and Geoff, were polite, respectful and by the end of the experience I feel I have gained some new people I would call friends. The gentlemen remembered what pieces were extremely important to me and took great care with them. I only found two small items that were broke and both times were my fault in the way that I packed them. I would highly recommend your company and especially the crew that took care of me. I have been a manager for over 20 years and I would love to have them work for me!!! If all your employees are like this then you have one hell of a company, congratulations!!! The move went better than I expected. Berger communicated with me throughout the process. They understood the sentimental value of the items they were transporting and handled everything with great care. On the receiving end, everything arrived exactly when promised and in good condition. The price was fair, and there were no additional charges. All in all, great service.
Couldnt have asked for a better move. Estimate was competitive, and all costs are up front so no surprises later. Did their breakables pack and had no glasses/photos/dishware break at all. Pick up and delivery were on time and they did a great job following up to make sure everything went smoothly. Would move with them again in a heartbeat.
Arhaus kept getting the order wrong at least 3 to 4 times in an attempt to replace defective desk drawer and desk delivered to be assembled without any hardware. The bright spot in all of this was the delivery team. Apologizing for things that were not their fault. Very professional and quality delivery and assembly.

My driver (Ed) was outstanding. His communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I could tell he cared for my stuff very well and absolutely nothing was broken. One box of sentimental items was accidentally misplaced and he found it before I realized it was missing and mailed it to me. Couldnt have asked for a better mover or moving company.

We have had certain Executives work with Berger personally and using them recently to move our world headquarters was a great decision. Paul and his team we organized and quickly put together a game plan for our move. They had approximately a week time to put the puzzle pieces together. It was an amazing experience prior to the move and even better on moving day. Cardell and his crew really know what there doing and treated our less then new file cabinets as if they were purchased yesterday. The way the Shrink wrapped everything to protect it was apprenticed and truly above and beyond. You would understand better if you could see our clearly used cabinets. I would recommend them for any and all of your moving and storage needs.

The men were very efficient and professional in packing the breakable items. They were very strong, pleasant to be around, and kind to my family and me. Only 2 items broke, a glass and an office chair. They took good care of sentimental items and antiques. I would use them again.

The first delivery team was horrible . They did not get my headboard upstairs and really didn’t try . They constantly talked about themselves and what they needed to do and how they did not have time to do everything on their schedule.However, the 2nd team which also was the 3rd team was very professional , responsive , and effective and efficient . I believe the team name is Bryant as I asked Natalie when she called to see how things went . Without the 2nd and 3rd team I would have not wanted to deal with Arhaus again due to their delivery contractor .

Our 2nd time using Berger Allied. The price was the best quoted. The crew took great care with our possessions. They were very pleasant, professional, having outstanding work ethics and great brawn! Their goal -- aside of getting out possessions from Point A to Point B -- was to take the physical burden off of us as much as possible. After having spent the last week moving all the small stuff, we really appreciated that! Hopefully we will never have to move again, but IF we do, well call Berger Allied, because we know we can count on them to do an outstanding job.
Berger does an incredible job! I work for a third party logistics company and work with Berger on multiple projects. They always take care of my shipments and accommodate everything I need. Moving across the country, had me feeling overwhelmed. From the beginning, Berger Allied made everything go smoothly. I did a Skype type estimate for the pricing, which went very smoothly. Got immediate responses to questions I had (Natalie). The driver (Michelle) was fantastic! Both she and the 2 movers, arrived on time, loaded in 3 hours (taking great care with my things) and delivered my stuff on the first day of the 4 day window they gave me, even after a huge winter storm that had delayed me by a whole day while I drove my car across the country! I would highly recommend Berger Allied.

You read all the horror stories about moving companies giving you a low quote and then holding your furniture hostage for more money once you get to your destination…WELL, PUT YOUR FEARS TO REST IF YOU USE BERGER ALLIED VAN LINES!My wife, Stephanie and I moved from Akron, Ohio to Orlando, Florida and the quote we received in Ohio was exactly what we paid in Orlando. And you want to know the best part? Berger Allied was cheaper than anyone else to begin with!Their packers, loaders and drivers were courteous and professional throughout loading and unloading. Nothing was broken, and nothing was missing. Everyone greeted us with a handshake and a smile in the morning, and they ended the day with a handshake and a smile.So, if you are looking to move across the country…or across town; do yourself a favor and call Berger. Let’s face it…moving is a stressful. Don’t add to that stress by calling Larry, Curly and Moe. Call the professionals at Berger and put your possessions in the hands of caring people who really know what they are doing. You won’t regret it!

These movers were careful and professional. They worked as quickly as they could and dealt well with everything that came up. I would use them again.
Worst moving experience ever. Worst team of movers ever. Arrived three hours late; made a mess at my old residence, threw garbage outside of my new residence. Workers were lazy and inefficient. Broke glasses, dishes, other irreplaceable items; broke a ceramic torch lamp that had moved 3 prior times. Damaged the wood on a china hutch. Literally threw my crates and boxes down my basement steps, damaging my steps and breaking the crates. Slammed a hutch on the ice and/or concrete breaking the Foot on the bottom on the cabinet. Paid over $2300 for what I expected to be a professional move. They paid me $276 for all of the above damage they caused and more that I didnt even report. Management is quick to take your money but very, very slow on responding to your complaints or resolving problems. I would highly recommend you find another moving company and vet them carefully. I would have received better service if I hired 10 friends and rented a U-Haul truck. AWFUL!

The delivery arrived at the beginning of the designated time window as I would expect from a delivery service associated with Arhaus.
I was quotoed for one day move, it took two full days. This resulted in additonal costs. The movers were very professional and polite. They tried very hard to be careful moving items into the house. All and all the move when as smooth as possible with just a few wrinkles.
Prince, the driver, was pleasant, punctual and a hard worker. Picked up our belongings on a timely basis and delivered them to a designated location on time and intact.

2022-06-30Such nice guys! They communicates when they were 30 min out, arrived exactly on time, prepped everything before coming in the house, placed the item where I wanted, asked me to inspect, and left just as quickly and quietly as they arrived. So easy when trying to juggle work from home, kids, and furniture delivery!

2022-07-20Tyler and crew were prompt, courteous, and careful. Tyler noticed the item was damaged as soon as he began unwrapping it. He asked if I preferred to send it back with him or keep it as a loaner until an undamaged piece arrived. He documented all damage and reported it to the company so that my replacement was ordered that same day. Although I was disappointed to receive damaged furniture, the delivery team handled it in a helpful, professional manner.

From Debbie our sales rep to her assistant Natale,to the team of guys that handled the move to three different locations; Cardell, Donnel, Jared, Jerry, Roger and Shane and Joe that packed our pool table everyone was professional, helpful and worked like a well oiled machine to make this move happen. I was dreading this move after a dozen moves of my own which we anxiety producing nightmares. But Berger delivered the best moving experience I could ever imagine- it was perfect. On time, good communication , easy to work with, no damage to goods or house, helpful and accommodating. I cant say enough good things about this move. Save yourself the headaches and anxiety and just call Berger.

2022-03-25The men delivered two broken Arhaus nightstands. The drawers were obviously broken and crooked and yet they unboxed them and set them up. Very disappointed in the quality of the furniture and the fact that the delivery men didn’t say anything about the broken drawers.
