Nice view and sound.
Nice water falls with a lot of history. This is where Berea sandstone was quarried.
Gorgeous! Who knew there were so many beautiful waterfalls to discover in the Cleveland area. The overlook provides a beautiful view. Also took the trail down to the water. Fun little hike with a beautiful ending down by the falls.
Just stopped by during a layover, didnt find trail in the wood that took me by the river though, the view its quite relaxing
Great little detour! You can make it a quick stop or walk the whole road. If you are passing by it’s worth it to stop!
It was a warm weekend in March, not as sunny, but a cool park and place to check out! Definitely go back during the late spring/summer and fall.
Love the big boulders among the falls. There was alot of water becuz of recent heavy rains. Nice picture spot.
Beautiful scenic views, the overlook is sturdy and very nice. I wasnt able to take my elderly client down the steps . Kinda sad because this was why we went there. I took a nice pic for her to see

Beautiful view of the falls, access to forest trail running, boulder climbing and a couple swimming spots if the weather and water is right.
Trail is paved. This is a trail for walking, running, horseback riding, and bikes. Loved the falls!
Pretty in white with snow up every day and night, you looked good in the season 6 months back and you look even better 6 months later. Thats my take on this falls.

Nice little hike with a few parking spaces.
Theres a nice wooden deck to look out over the valley, plus rocks for climbing and places where the river is shallow enough to walk across. A beautiful part of the park system!

Beautiful falls. The overlook is nice but its much better viewing if you go down the trail to the falls. The trail is short and easy.

Stopped on the way through the park just to enjoy this incredible formation. Very long row of falls cascading over many rock sculptures. Perfect viewing area. Get a beautiful picture with that special someone.
Love the falls, very serene, but wish it was more handicapped-accessible. Stairs are missing a railing, the pavement dips in front of the stairs (almost fell), and there is no ramp for wheelchair-bound folks.
Excellent spot for photographers as there are tons of compositions to be discovered.

Absolutely beautiful! A nice hidden treat in Cleveland and Berea. Its my favorite place to be. Hiking, biking, fishing, sledding in the winter and paved paths to walk on in the summer.

These place is beautiful and awesome unfortunately what makes it awesome is illegal not allowed to swim or slide down the waterfalls but a very well kept piece of scenery worth the stop

This spot is beautiful and easy to get to the place we went. We sat down by the waterfall and just listened to it all. It is so peaceful and just amazing! The sound of the water, nature and leaves rustling gives you this peaceful atmosphere that I would give to live in all day everyday.
This is one of my favorite views. The leaves, the water, my son being able to trow rocks in the water. We love it.

Great place for a quick visit to see the beautiful falls. The outlook was close to the parking lot. If we had more time we would have hiked down to the falls.
Is there a place in the Metroparks that isnt gorgeous? This one is particularly pretty and has little hidden areas if you like to hike a little. The river at this location is gorgeous in the early morning.
Beautiful Vista and a great turn around point for an early season short bike ride from Detroit road. There is no access to drinking water or a bathroom at this location in the metro parks but there is an overlook built over the cliff so you can get an awesome view of the falls.
Berea falls are a piece of glacial history. Very scenic....must see!
Sometimes I forget how beautiful the sites are right around me. I love the overlook, though I love the forest more. The whole place is serene. A step away from the stress and ugliness in the human world.I highly recommend visiting while you still can since environmental protections are being rolled back right now all over the country in favor of industry. Come here with a fishing pole or a picnic lunch to relax. Walk or bike the trails and absorb all the peace and tranquility you can.

Cool scenery. If you want to get down to the water, be prepared for some climbing over very slippery rocks, and walking through the river.

Unexpectedly picturesque overlook with a view of multi-layered falls with several train bridges in background. Be sure to take the extra time to hike down the steep but short trail nearby to get a view from the bottom.
Enjoy this spot at your own pace. Take photos from the overlook, do some light trail walking, or climb down over massive boulders; all three are wonderful experiences!

I stop here almost every time I pass by.
Day and night the place is overrun by undesirables. Its too close to the wrong part of Berea. If you have the patience to put up with junkies swimming illegally in the falls, the steelhead do accumulate here in the autumn.

Go climb on some waterfall play in the water and get some sun. You have to use the trail to the right of the overlook to get to the falls

2022-01-18Beautiful overlook a few feet away from the parking lot. The paved path is nice and goes on for miles, but its a pretty intense hill.There is a little dirt walking trail to the left of the overlook that goes along the river, but some spots can get pretty muddy.There is a little dirt path to the right of the overlook that takes you down to the falls

2021-03-28Ohio continues to amaze me with its natural beauty. I have seen so many great water falls and this was no exception. You can work your way down and get a closer view. Very beautiful and relaxing.

2020-07-15It is a nice little get a way from the city life conveniently located right next to a parking area. Hike down a hill that isnt too steep to see the falls which are a nice beginner waterfall to hike to. Good for kids if you want to show them nature.

2022-02-07Nice wood overlook, can get obstruction in the summer when trees are full bloom. Take the little path off to the right and you can get down up close to the falls. Cool place to just sit for a few. Please be mindful of nature and do not add any more graffiti. Sadly there is already to much there

2020-09-29Beautiful little falls, the overlook is easy to get to from parking. It was a small lot & we had to park on road. We found an unmarked part a little up from the overlook same side which led us down to the bottom. It was easier to see falls from there but wear good boots as it was rocky & wet there but pretty.

2021-04-06Was nice seeing the falls with the beautiful Easter weekend weather. The kids had fun climbing on rocks and 9 of us enjoyed some hiking all around the park.

2019-02-13I really like this place. very easy to find and really pretty in the winter time and dont forget to bring your camera. its has some really nice rock formation and the creek has some great cascades.
