I really like Fresh Thyme! They have beautiful produce; many organic products. They have a great selection of vitamins, supplements and health care products. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I dont do all my grocery shopping here, but I usually visit once a week. Great prices!$$
Always a pleasure to look over their merchandise in all departments. Fair prices and CVS Drugstore and Starbucks are there, inside. Good sales. A fun Christmas store. A good electronics section and nice greeting cards. This is a nice, clean store. Their buyers pick things that are unique and tempt you to buy!
Even though Target is a bit more expensive....I would gladly pay it to avoid the creatures of Walmart. This store was uber clean. The smell of Starbucks is always a nice thing to walk into. The atmosphere was good.Selection is not as diverse, but again.........the creatures of Walmart. They even had people wiping down the carts in the store and everyone was wearing a Covid Mask.
Staffed well and the employees are always willing to help when theyre available. They could do a lot better job stocking their toys and games sections and they are always out of stock of everything legos or Star Wars and dont get me started on their policy about purchasing a PS5 or Series X.
Overview; helpful customer service, clean store, no help in the self checkout area. Honestly if it weren’t for the self checkout this whole store would have been above and beyond 5 stars. Oh... and they were the ONLY store in the area that already had swimwear out and available.Well... The store itself set up nice, everything was clean, the few employees I got the chance of speaking with to ask for help were extremely helpful. But... Spent literally almost 15 minutes at the self check out kiosk, waiting for somebody to come assist me, because I had pressed the help button due to an item not having a scannable barcode on it.The two employees that were working the cash register’s away for me didn’t acknowledge me, but I presume it’s because they have their own thing to do while they had a register to run.. whoever was responsible (normally a service attendant) for assistance in the self checkout area... they were NOT helpful. Best part was, the wife baby and I were only in the area for a night to stay in a hotel and I simply went to target to buy some swimming clothes for the wife baby and I.Funny enough i actually went to Walmart the night before but they had no clue if they had any and said they knew target had swimwear out already (A] HUGE plus for target in my book!! B] ONLY place that had what I needed, C] ONLY place that had their summer line out, AND D] a competitor sent me to them 🤷♂️), so we weren’t able to swim the night we got there & we figured I would just go get swim wear in the morning at target.1) they (targets clothing suppliers, maybe not limited to target- does not affect review rating) do not make any affordable swimming suits for women... So if you’re on a budget, you’re better off buying a pair of men’s shorts and a cut off T-Their selection of affordable swimsuits does not affect my review. It affects my personal opinion, but not my professional.Overall the only reason I rated this four stars instead of five is... to be completely home with you... it is highly unprofessional to not have anyone watching the self check out area. God rest his soul, but, it’s Situations like this that Used to frustrate my grandfather really badly. It was already hard enough to adjust to the new layout of many stores, but when you go to self check out, for some people it is their first time and I’m sorry but it will be the future eventually. I literally could’ve walked right out the door with my products, But after 15 minutes in line and people giving up me dirty looks because they wouldn’t use the self check out I’m standing out, I decided to pay for the two items that would scan, and then I placed the shirt that would not scan off to the side and after I checked out, I left.By the way;-i pressed the help button multiple times. Canceled it, restarted it, about 5-6 times. (I was hoping that when I press the button and it set an alert to someone’s walkie-talkie system or some register somewhere- clearly it doesn’t.) [CON]-other than being IGNORED at self checkout, I had a very pleasant experience and everyone who helped me on the floor were exceedingly helpful. [PRO]-I chose self checkout because the other few lines that were open were very long. No one rushed to open any more lines during the whole 15 minutes I spent at self checkout despite having several employees stocking shelves/product. (Although Maybe none were trained on register?) usually it is customary to open “overflow” registers to help alleviate the back flow of customers. [CON]- first place in the entire area to have their swimwear available and on the shelves [HUGE PRO]-VERY clean store. Seriously, it looked like they had a 24/7 roomba cleaning the place, even the carpets looked immaculate [PRO]I’ll be back in probably a month or so to revisit the hotel.. would love to stop back in and mystery shop the self checkout. This area is a must. Keep up the amazing work everyone!!!
I usually meet up with a friend in Starbucks. This time we had to sit outside on a bench because the seating is still closed due to pandemic precautions. It was nice out so not completely upset about sitting outside. It just seems that Target furniture has gone up in price since I last remember. Didnt buy anything.
The store itself has an awesome baby section and nothing wrong with the store but it isnt somewhere I want to go again maybe online is fine or a different location. Me personally I didnt enjoy my shopping experience. We saw a dude walking around with a long rainbow wig dressed as a woman with makeup working there carting supplies through the store and another man who was a cashier with a long flowing wig. I will not ever bring my children there to see their mental issues beg for that much attention and let them think that is ok and normal part of society because its NOT.
We went here for the first time the other day to go to Fresh Thyme. They have great deals on their produce and other products. Its now one of my favorite stores. Also in the plaza is the Party Store, Joannes Fabrics, And a couple others. Parking is convenient, and thankfully smooth. Unlike other lots that are full of pot holes.
I love Target. All of them. Clean, bright, helpful employees not hanging out with in the aisles on their smartphones. I wish Ohio had Super Target locations. I believe all the Targets back home in Chicago were converted like 10 years ago. Crazy there are NONE in NE Ohio. Id never go to Walmart, probably anywhere else either, if they were here.
The traffic flow within the plaza is horrendous. Chick Fil-a and Raising Canes drive thru back ups are causing is resulting in an unsafe condition. Cars are lined up into the access roads to the plaza. I surprised there hasnt been a serious accident there yet. Go to Belden Park Crossing at your own risk.
During school hours easier to get in and out of mall area. Kohls had what we needed which was a toy that involved the characters in pj masks. Also they have some neat discovery toys. I dont usually shop there so it was a pleasant surprise to find what I was looking for almost right away.
The parking lot is not one of the most favorite that Ive been to. Not sure if its because the spaces seem to be congested or if people just really dont know how to drive here had several different instances where we almost got hit because people were trying to cut through parking areas. Only went to a couple places and this mall area. One of which was Target. The staff was one of the worst staffs in a Target that I have ever been to. Treated us like we were idiots and were not very friendly at all.
Nice strip mall. A bit to hard to get in and out of at peak times. Anchored on both ends with a kohls and a target. Also have a dicks sporting goods, few shoes, Yankee candle and various other stores. Good location around the belden village area. Only restaurant in the same lot is panda express. Quite a few other ones across the street.
There is a store for everyone here, no matter what youre searching for, but going on Black Friday was a miscalculation on my part. It was packed, even in the evening, so getting in and out was a waiting game that depended on the frayed nerves of tired shoppers. If youre not in a hurry, wait until after Christmas to get what you need.
Tried to get Consumer Cellular for my Mom and there customer service should have told us that she wasnt able to get a plan to pay on her phone. Also not able to switch her phone. They didnt bother telling us that our phones, werent compatible with their Sim Cards. Five days wasted.
Went to Joann fabrics to have some paintings framed. They almost always have a sale going on custom frames. Have had five items done, two spray paint paintings and three paintings on canvas, Ive always been happy. They do a great good. Lots of frames types and matting materials and colors to choose from.
I only say a 2 star because of the fact that they are expensive. But their are a lot of things they do have that everywhere else doesnt. And their staff is nice, when you can find one, its like they are all in the front. The only time I see a lot of employees is durring christmas.
I went to DSW. Love their shoes and also jewelry. They have a lot of different stuff....handbags, leggings, socks, jewelry and other little interesting items. I also like that Ulta is right there. If I feel like it and have money to spend I go to Ulta and always find something cool.
I try to go to this shopping center during the week because its always so busy. Plus, whoever designed the parking lot did a horrible job. The aisles and turns make it difficult for cars to turn past other cars. Plus if you have a big truck or SUV like me, it is even harder to park. I dont know what they were thinking. Maybe that is another reason people are using me online shopping, so they dont have to deal with bad parking lots.
Has a Target, DSW, Kohls, Weight Watchers, Ulta, Davids Bridals and a few other popular shops. It gets a bit crazy when trying to find parking, especially during busy times of the year. I heard that there is parking behind the stores, but I have yet to try it. There is also a Panda Express in front of Target. All the stores are clean.
Friend bought a 60 tv. Salesperson got a guy with a flat cart to haul it to the curb to be loaded. He was unhappy to help. Weird thing is, I bought a $130 item with my out-of-town checkbook just fine, but I had to turn around to buy a $10 item I forgot to get the first time and the register denied my $10 check just 10min later.
Terrible, I would not feel safe for my wife and children alone in this area.Alot of transit people wandering aimlessly among parked cars, Other cars seemed to be lookingb for something with many having 2 or 3 young adults or older teenagers in them. AREA is also full of litre.I give it one star out of kindness or may eI can not give it minus stars. Do not recommend
Went to pick up my grandsons bed, we got 2 boxes on the truck and they said the 3rd box would not fit so I had someone else go to the store and he said they didnt have the 3rd box, so I made a second trip to VCF, spoke with the rude manager a d they will deliver (free) the rest of the bed on Wed . Not a good ecperonce at all. I just wanted a bed for my grandson no fuss. The manager was not very sympathetic at all. I said thats it you are not going to say try and have a goox day oe anything and she did wirh disgust. Wull nit go back
Some parts of the parking lot need to be fixed. The potholes are terrible and the traffic is hair pulling slow. Stores there include petsmart, joanns, arhaus home, world market, five below, party city, a cosmotology school, value city furniture. There’s a chik fila and bob evans in that block and panda express across the street along with a slew of more stores including target, ulta, and kohls.
PARKING LOT PARKING LOT PARKING LOT... Although I cannot fully blame the management - their creation - well its like throwing loaded guns into an angry crowd. Somehow you have managed to design and execute what I would rate at the #`1 WORST parking lot in NE OH. ONE DAY, I hope to get my SHERMAN TANK running and come here - until then I fear for my own safety. WHAT are you feeding these people - they all cant be that impatient, and upset. I cringe when I think of the poor husbands here on Black Friday...
This shopping center is targeted more towards the beauty and fashionista... It includes a target with a starbucks, kohls, Ulta and a smattering of smaller stores like Justice for girls and GameStop. Youre in position around a few good eateries and directly across from craft store shopping

2022-01-17Previously rated a 4. After a negative customer service experience at Christmas time, the only reason the rating is a 2 is because of the food, otherwise it would be a 1. Waited an exorbitant amount of time in the drive thru, because of the volume of customers inside and out. Service at speaker and window was excellent. Parked to check the order. Spent about $35. Was shorted a 6 piece nugget. Walked in to get it, was told not without a receipt. Had to walk back to the car to get the receipt and then present the receipt for a detailed inspection to prove I wasnt trying to steal a 6 piece nugget like I was lying on an extremely cold, very busy shopping night just before Christmas. Plus, just because I had a receipt doesnt prove I was shorted a 6 piece! Unbelievable after a long shopping day. Will not return to this location. Plenty of other fast-food chicken and many, many other restaurants in the area that treat you like a customer, not a thief. Was the loss of a family as a customer worth 6 nuggets to your franchise?

2022-02-17TARGET REVIEW: Store had a ton of items that needed to be stocked. Lots of full boxes everywhere. Hard to move cart around. Also the charging rooms are filthy!! Why is that hard to clean? Food shelves are a hit and miss. Some are very bare.

2021-10-12Target is a great store, but their lines at check out are always long and slow. Also its location in Belden Village sometimes makes for difficulty in parking. The store itself has good customer service and the store has a great variety. Adding the food section was a great move as well. Produce is surprisingly some of the best around.

2021-08-10I really like this mall. The day my Mom and Aunt went was Hall of Fame weekend so there was a lot of activities that were going on in the mall.
