They want you to pay a fee on-line and you cant pay in person unless your water is turned off poor service

Terribly Expensive. They shut your water of with low balances due and they have an outrageous $100 reconnection fee. Worst water department Ive ever dealt with.

They are distasteful in handling clients and insensitive they dont care about the people in there city or their situations they charge a ridiculous 100 reconnection charge to have service restored I can not to move out of this city
