I moved here back in 2019. Bedford Place was a great place to live back when Wilcox was managing it. Now that Ackermann has taken over, the snow removal is non existent, the office staff is completely non responsive, and they raised rent $150-$400/month as soon as they took over in February 2022, causing a massive amount of residents to move out (obviously). It also appears that they are changing our individually monitored water bills over to a flat rate charge, which will result in residents paying for more water than they are using (however, I cant get confirmation on this for sure because they wont answer the phone or return voicemails lol). They are charging $1800 for an apartment that was going for $1300 less than three years ago. Do not move here. Ackermann is a joke.

Been here for almost 4 years and we love it . Its nice because we have shops near by and friendly people . There was change in management but so far that has not changed our quality that were accustom too.

We moved in a little over a month ago. We like the units. Great choice for us. Its quiet and everyone is friendly. The office and maintenance has been extremely helpful tending to our requests. Dining and living area so open, clean and bright. Love the trees.

Do not rent here! Management is HORRIFIC! Zero communication and follow up. Pool is a mess, and several other issues. They raise rent 6% and snow removal is non existent. Prices are very high and no where near worth what you pay. Electric heat is beyond awful and windows leak terribly. Bill was $250+ a month for one person and that was with heat set at 63 degrees. Lawn care does not trim properly and ponds are filled with mold and algae. Property manager lies consistently and at every turn. I would give zero stars if I could. And I always paid on time keeping my unit immaculate and pristine. And when you give your notice and need a small extension, they will charge you an extra $250/month in addition to the 6% increase immediately following a major pandemic where many lost their jobs or took a cut in pay! This is to recoup the deposit they are required to refund. These are the shady and corrupt games they play when residents are fed up with their nonsense management and leave.

Apartments are very nice and very well kept. Maintenance is usually a make or break item with regards to apartment hunting. This property is very well maintained. Property should receive 5 stars. Office personnel are excellent. This is a worry-free place to live.

Very quiet and peaceful place to live. the appliances are average but overall the staff, grounds, neighbors are awesome!! highly recommend if you are family driven, enjoy being tucked away and love your peace and quiet.

Moved in September of 2019 and have loved every day of it! Besides the beautiful landscaping, and the fantastic staff, the units feel incredibly spacious and high quality! If youre looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood and a quality apartment, look no further

I been here 2 months and I really like the place. So far it seems very up-kept and clean and a great place to live. The only thing I dont like is when I first saw the apartments the rent on there website was 10.00 less then what I am currently paying and I was told that was an error, however still to this day, the rent still shows 10.00 less then what I am paying. Granted its only a 10.00 difference but you cant show one price and then change the price when you get there and never correct it. Thats kind of deceitful but I liked the place enough to look past it.

Absolutely unbelievable! Bedford Place is staffed by the most helpful and welcoming people that I have ever met.Maintenance is extremely quick at responding to any needs even minor ones. I asked for a can of paint to touch up my walls and it was dropped off the same morning. If youre looking for a new home in Reynoldsburge or Blacklick, I highly recommend checking out Bedford Place.
