A great store with a wide variety of things to use around your home.
Rude staff, prices on shelf doesnt match the items and the store is a wreck, no zoning, everything just thrown around. The staff is rude and there is no price adjustment for misprint prices. You will be surprised at the register when you check out. At least at other retailers, they will honor the price on the shelf. I will just stick to those. No more BBB for me.
Weird, though! Email says, go. Park your vehicle in the designated parking area for Store Pickup For curbside pickup1. Tap I am at the store in your email or app during store hours. Tell us your car info so we can find you. There was no button in my email for I am at the store & I wasnt downloading the app. Upper Arlington location pickup are not marked for BB&B do that was confusing, too. I got my order & clerk was really nice but I suggest not going there if you are not familiar with the area. I was in the area waiting for my kid to finish her midterm on campus.
The staff is friendly, and the products seem to be worth the high prices. If they bring back my pillow, Ill change the review to five stars. You shouldnt financially punish people who dont hold the same political views as you.
Easy in and out for basics. Also close to other stores so trips could be combined. Very walkable and well laid out.
Staff is very helpful and friendly, store is very clean and well organized. I gave it a four star rating because of the size. Its a bit tight in places if you have a shopping cart.
Their customer support were very helpful and followed through with everything they promised. Will definitely recommend and continue shopping with them.
Smaller than the other Bed Bath & Beyond Ive been to but I was able to find what I was looking for. Store was clean and associates were helpful.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The lady at Exchanges/Returns was unbelievably condescending and rude. I came in to return a product, and she stared at me and said disgustingly “what’d you do to it?!”It was literally a car charger with a package that was opened, lol. I didn’t need it anymore. She clearly hates her job, and hates everyone who walks through the door.Don’t come to this location unless you want to be treated like an animal.

I arrived when the store opened and the staff were still having their morning meeting. One person stepped out of the group to ask if I needed help finding anything. She graciously helped me find the four items I came in for that day.The cashier allowed me to use two coupons in one transaction without hesitation and I continued my day.This company is exemplary in its customer service skills and should be the standard to all stores.
Not much to say other than its a big box store that carries just about everything you need for your home plus more. This store is for the most part clean and tidy. There arent a lot of employees on the floor to help you but if youre able to locate one they are helpful and pretty knowledgeable about products.
These people that work here have good customer service skills theyre very kind and nice and they get to the point of what you want and I like that and they have helped to assist you
Clerk sent me to area where it wasnt. Check out person couldnt find it online..had to use my phone to show her what I wanted..then she needed assistance TWICE to ring it up correctly. In the end, had to order it online and couldnt use the coupon..not satisfied with the service.
Was able to call ahead and compare online vs store pick up prices. Associate, Kim, on phone very polite and helpful despite my many questions. Buying at the store saved me 20.00 in S&H costs. Some prices higher than elsewhere for same items but quite an assortment to choose from. Free parking very close to the store. In store associate s helpful also.

They have everything for the home although I suspect that the quality is suspect. Despite the presumed savings from clever discounts arriving by mail, Ive never been truly happy with a kitchen item from here. Check out the knife selection. Are they real higher quality knives? No Whusthof or Shun here.I love the store anyway.
The staff are completely incompetent. They do not verify someones identity before handing out curbside orders. They had to issue me a refund because they gave my order away to the wrong person. I will never come back to this location.
Pretty standard Bed Bath & Beyond with TONS of stuff for every room of the house. The associates are friendly and helpful, and their wedding registry system is easy to use. Prices on some items are a bit high, but most prices are reasonable.
Im not a big store kinda gal, but these are always friendly and inviting. The store is laid out well, and I got help immediately and accurately on the item I was looking for. Prices are okay, but its a big mall store, so things are priced as I would expect for that situation.

This Bed Bath and Beyond is small but great! The employees are just wonderful and spent a considerable amount of time helping me find a few items on my most recent shopping trip. I find that if I have a postitive experience with a stores employees that I am more likely to continue to soend my money at said store. I also really like the selection of really neat and helpful items at Bed Bath and Beyond. Several years ago I found a brown sugar bear at this store and I dont know how I lived without it! Keeps the brown sugar from clumping and hardening into those useless hard balls. I think the prices are great too!
Great for OSU students to shop for their dorm supplies; I shopped here for mine! It gets quite busy before schools starts, so if youre out of state make sure to order items a week or two ahead of time. Make sure to also get their 20% off coupons online, through mail, or signing up for their emails!
Staff standing around chatting, ignoring customers. Went up to the checkout line one of the associates was standing at and she walked away...didn’t acknowledge me at all. The store is an absolute mess. It looks like this location is going out of business.
Rarely go in anymore, but curbside is quick and still get to use coupons for online orders

You know, Bed Bath and Beyond is a weakness of mine. My kitchen has so much stuff from there. This location is as good as any. There are some other pretty cool stores at this center too. So its always a treat to go there.

I enjoy all the gadgets here. Went in to replace something I bought there but online. Wasnt sure they would stock in store. No one was on floor to ask to ask. Fortunately I stumbled upon it.
I ordered a kitchen island and picked it up the next day! They even helped me carry it to my car which was really helpful. The store is always well decorated and I want to buy it all!

My sister and I were there to purchase 2 fit bits. Those on display in the Upper Arlington location were not an accurate representation for availability. Luckily the one in Easton was able to provide what we needed. Too bad we had to drive further. Mentally noted.

Employees were very courteous and helpful! The only drawback is the parking in the shopping center can be crowded and sometimes you can’t park as close to the store as you may want.

This amazing restaurant did not disappoint. The gourmet popcorn filled me with a nostalgia long forgotten, and the chocolate fountain was perfect for washing all my dirty pantaloons.
My comforter set was missing the pillow shams so I returned and didnt get the 20 percent I used for it back.

Ordered an item to be picked up in store, was given a broken up box, had to have the clerk try to locate another one with better appearances since i was gifting it for christmas

I worked theres years ago and ended up spending much of my paycheck on their products.
Not the biggest store...but it is in a good location if you just need to stop in for something...just call and ask if they have it before you show up

2022-03-11Normal BB&B store is on the small side. Been here a couple of times and it hasnt been busy so checkout was fast. My only complaint would be one of the things I was looking for was out of stock..however, most places since covid have supply issues so it is understandable.

2021-11-03I often visit Bath & Beyond while I am otherwise at The Shops On Lane Avenue [that I still want to call the Lane Ave. Shopping Center because that is how I had first known that area].I live approximately one mile from The Shops On Lane Avenue so it is quite convenient for me to walk there and back [except during bad weather].Bath & Beyond has a great selection; in addition, they have many items that I am certain that I would not be able to find at Target or at Giant Eagle.During my most recent visit to Bath & Beyond [on 10-11-2021], I heard loud sounds in the background that had initially caused me to imagine that perhaps they had been manufacturing items in the back room.I eventually figured out -- after having walked around most of the store while trying to figure out the source of the loud sounds -- that those sounds had actually been coming from the ceiling and had been caused by a louder-than-normal air conditioning system.
