She even helped me set up my Veterans Day discount coupon online and had a smile on her face the entire time.If you want to shop at a clean, organized, and friendly bed bath and beyond this is the one to come to! I stopped into BB&B today (I have mobility issues) and I needed to return items . At the entrance at CUSTOMER SERVICE I asked for return policy and its soo horrible . SHe said they cant return it. SHe summoned someone who eventually showed up (about 5 minutes later) who also didnt accept to return my item that I bought one day before . Said she had to look it up on the computer.After a painful 12 minutes or so I learned That is my last trip to this horrible store Atrocious lack of service. Signed disgusted.Veryy Rude staff
They seem to have transitioned in to a large store with lots of unusual items that look interesting, but little to buy. I found three abandoned shopping carts in the store, half filled with items where the shopper either decided against the purchases, or go tired of looking.There is no sales person to direct you to the product.The store has no common sense method of stocking items. I needed a bathroom small trash can. The one I wanted was not in bath supplies, not in trash cans, not in containers.. it was in a section off the front by itself.You can get lost wandering the aisles.The prices are standard and a disheveled appearance. Worth a visit but no my favorite.
Good options in store and was able to locate items quickly as store was clean and well marketed.We returned an item purchased online. Manager was able to help resolve pricing difference after confusion with service desk worker. Generally unfriendly sales staff/cashier is why only 4 stars.
This is one of the best Bed Bath & Beyond stores! They are great about accepting their store coupons way after expiration dates. I know they can be pricey, but if you are a bargain shopper, dont throw out those coupons! Especially the $5 & $10 off any item coupons. You can really do great on K-cups, for instance. I love how they organize their stores - you can find great specialty gifts.Ive not had one negative experience from a customer service standpoint and this location is super convenient with man of my favorite places stop and shop in Deerfield Crossing.
It was such a pleasure to get there early in the morning when they opened up at 9:00am to have help instantly find the things I was looking for. Since I live 50 to 55 minutes away I do not get there very often so my list was pretty long and they made sure all the items that I wanted they would get from other stores since they were not going to have a certain product anymore . They made my visit wonderful!! I cant thank them enough!!
Great experience at this store today. We came in looking for a simple winter themed outdoor welcome mat, an item this store usually carries. Upon thorough review of the store no such item was currently available. As we walked out of the store without success we were approached by a store clerk (name escapes me) who suggested we look online the stores website. We were ushered to a computer and by golly, success! The clerk even offered a coupon to help offset the nominal shipping fee. Great service isnt always easy to find these days, but it was found today at Bed, Bath, Beyond. Thank you for great service!
BBB has a great selection of home goods, ranging from kitchen appliances to bedding/curtains. This particular does not seem to do as well with merchandising, items out of place, not organized. Check out time reasonable. The company overall has a GREAT coupons - get on mailing list.
One of the managers noticed I was struggling with a cartful of oversized stuff like storage containers. She stopped what she was doing and brought another cart to me and helped me get everything to the check out. When she saw that all the cashiers were busy, she opened another register to check me out. THEN the manager helped me get everything to my car. She deserves a raise and a promotion!!
They keep it well organized and neat. Wish the isles were larger due to crowds with carts but the staff does a good job maintaining the store. This location seems like one of the few bed bath & beyonds that actively assists people on the floor rather than just ringing people out at the checkout or ignoring customer while they stock shelves. Even a simple acknowledgment and offer of assistance goes a long ways in retail. Nicely done Mason Bed Bath & Beyond!
We did our registry with Bed, Bath, and Beyond so have interacted with them a lot over the past year. Weve have a great experience at this particular location! (Between the Rookwood location and the Mason location, night and day difference.) This Mason store seems very well ran. People are great - friendly, efficient, and intelligent; store is clean and well organized and they have a dedicated registry area where they help you through the process. Definitely my preferred BBB.
Bought 16 PC Salt brand porcelain dinnerware for $19.99, got it home, found a bowl partially unglazed. Exchanged and the 2nd set had smaller issues on a couple of plates, but I didnt want to go back to the store a third time and kept the 2nd set. I know BB&B would have refunded, but $19.99, you get what you pay for. This did diminish BB&Bs brand for me, though, kind of felt like the store is buying seconds or doesnt think customers care about basic quality and I guess in the end they were right in my case.
Our experience was good. We found everything we needed. The customer exit is not very good in this location. Standing in the checkout line, one must turn around with packages or buggy and leave the store behind the registers. Makes it very confusing. Customers head directly to the entrance door to leave the store.
Return policy has gotten TERRIBLE! I had a defective Bono battery operated mop. It quit in 6 weeks. I did exchange for another, gentleman just switched them out, no receipt. After a couple of months, same thing. Went back and manager said no exchanges or refunds after 90 days on electronics. This is battery powered, but he said its the same. Anyhow, out of luck on my product, and BBB does not stand by their products any more like they used to.

2021-11-27I have to say maybe 12 customers in the store. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Its hard to rate when I am sure most were hired in the past few days. Shelves were stocked. Hard to find employees for assistance, dont think they even knew their own stock.

2021-02-19Overall it’s a good. I went to buy a drain clog dissolver that I found on their website. I couldn’t find it in store but the staff helped me.Some of the products are not categorized correctly and a little hard to find which requires you to ask for help, but luckily employees are aware of where those products are and helpful.
