The library has a large selection of materials. Books, DVDs (no blu-ray), magazines and CDs. They lend ukulele, go pro, telescopes. They have on- line borrowing. If they dont have it they will find it for you. The staff is friendly and helpful.So now for the bad at least for me. It is some other patrons of the library that are rude, loud and pushy. The parking lot is one way with signs and painted arrows yet people will drive the wrong way to beat you to a parking spot. I have nearly been hit by cars speeding the wrong way.There is a no smoking or vaping anywhere on property sign yet they do right next to the front doors.And last and most importantly. I have been push out of the way by another patron who wanted the new release movie I was reaching for.
Very efficient and well run place. Staff are always looking to assist. Truly an under-used resource. You can borrow a telescope here; pretty awesome and kids love it.
Layout is different than the Dayton Metro Library branches. Lack of meeting and community rooms. But there are plenty of tables for self studying and kids interactions.

This library provides plenty of parking and the selection of videos and fiction books is top notch. Dont forget your mask😷
So glad they are open. I was offered assistance as soon as I walked in the door. ( did not need any). Check out process is super easy and touchless.
Great selection of books and DVDs, high-speed internet to make it easier to get work done, friendly staff. Everything a great library should be.
Clean, and orderly library with lots of friendly staff. I liked all of the extra curricular activities that was available for people of all ages.
A wonderful selection for children and I love that they now offer the ability to borrow audiobooks and ebooks! Really a gem in our community.
I enjoy using this library and would walk to it if there was a side walk to it on Dayton Xenia road.
A great place to take the kids to play and read. The summer reading program is full of things for all ages
Open but if you need to use computer call to make reservation ahead to guarantee access.
At the library, it is always clean and peaceful. I would give it five star, so I did.

2022-05-01Great place for the whole family. The staff are wonderful, they are so kind and helpful. Im teleworking from home, but love working from the library too. There are different spots to sit at and everything is clean & organized. Thanks for making me smile every visit.

2022-01-06Tons of books, you can even rent telescopes there. Also there is a food pantry drop off or take if needed box out front. I try to note where they are for those in need.

2021-04-10Always a great time visiting the library. We spend most of the time in the childrens section. All the librarians are helpful and willing to make suggestions. You can do curb side pick up if you request books online call.

2020-11-25Wasnt there long enough to see the array of what was available but from what little time I had to observe it appeared to have a vast selection of books and other media to choose from. Only had to print off a document there, but the staff was friendly, helpful and really saved us in a pinch 5 stars!!

2018-11-24Beautiful facility with friendly and helpful staff. The library is a comfortable place to read, study, do research or just relax. You can order books online and pick them up when they are ready or many are available to read online. What a terrific place for all ages.

2017-04-06This place is not kid friendly, they use to have the childrens library at the front so it was somewhat closed off from the main library which is so critical because as anyone with little children can attest crying happens and you can not always simply quiet them down. This is what happened to me, after attending a crowded and hot storytime my kids went straight to the computers, when it was time to leave to sign up for our library cards my 3yr old was very upset and proceeded to cry... and cry, I understand that this was disrupting EVERYONE esp with the childrens library being open to the whole library, so I tried my best to get what needed to get done as quick as possible so we could leave, as I was finishing up with the librarian another librarian approached me to inform me they were getting quite a few complaints that I need to quiet her down or leave. No one thought to offer me or my distraught child any help but plenty saw need to complain, I doubt Ill be returning with my kids anytime soon, but it seems thats just how they like it.
