After my interaction with Justin R; It’s safe to say I’ll never visit this dealership again. I scheduled an appointment-arrived a couple minutes early, no one greeted me or even looked my way-I was the only customer. They were closing in an hour. So no I wasn’t a last minute customer nor was I a walk in. He had my car “checked” because I was considering trading or selling my vehicle to this dealership. After 10 minutes he comes back asks me what I owe tinkers around on his CELL phone and gives me an insanely low offer (compared to other large dealerships). All while not making any eye contact with me what so ever from the time I sat down. He then looks at me after giving me the terrible offer and says so you wanna sell it to us or not. DEAD SERIOUS!! I respond that’s lower than other offers I need to talk it over with my husband. I ask for a written offer he says no only verbal says nothing else. I say ok so what happens if I decide to come back? I have no proof of the offer, he just looks blankly as if he’s not expecting this type of question. I ask him how will someone know? I ask if it’s in the computer his response yea yea yea it’s all here in the computer. Which is interesting because he did nothing on the computer aside from first entering my name. No not everyone has to be super friendly every single day 24/7 but he clearly was annoyed he had to help me. This experience was awful and if I could give 0 stars I would. I won’t be returning nor will my family.
Attempted to buy a new vehicle from this dealer, even said I could be there first thing in the morning to buy. Was told the dates it could come in, and then later told it will be marked up $8000. Not good enough to have your cars selling great, have to jack up the price. Next I was told it might just be pre-sold to another dealer for $10,000 more. In the end they agreed theyd come down on price, only $7000 mark up.Seems this dealer would rather not sell you a car, but simply sell to other dealers. First and last time I deal with Ford.Edit: the salesman was friendly and informative.
Called 5/20/2022 and spoke with the service department re: a warranty repair (oil pan leak, fixed previously at this dealership). I was advised the soonest they could get the car in was 6/20. I asked to speak with the service manager to double check the repair would be under warranty and if there was a possibilty it could be repaired in less than 30 days. I heard all about how he didnt have a computer screen in front of him, he would have to go downstairs. He shared in great detail how understaffed they are, the parts shortage, no loaner cars due to the chip issue, his head mechanic had left for the day, he had another mechanic going on vacation to Omaha. It went on...and on...and on. Finally he said he would have to research the issue and call me back. He didnt call me back, he had the gal that handles the schedule call, and they still had no idea if it would be covered. It is abundantly clear, Beau Townsend doesnt want to work on my car. Thats ok. I spoke with Tyler at Dave Arbogast, who knew his stuff, immediately looked up the repair and confirmed its under warranty, double checked with his parts department and VALIDATED the part is in stock, and they are doing the repair Monday, 5/23. I am absolutely DONE with Beau Townsend and am happy to drive to Troy and be appreciated as a customer, rather than feel like a burden.
BT appreciation post!I posted this review on Twitter and figured I’d tell you guys here too!During covid my company shut down and we were forced to sell my f-450, F-350, and 2 F250s. I am now driving my dads Chevy Colorado he left me and going back to school to try and improve! It’s not the best truck but I’m thankful for it!However BT is the dealer I buy my Fords from and deserves a shoutout!BT Fords genera manager lended me a pickup and everything I needed in 2017 to take a trailer of supplies and rescue help (mind you- when we desperately needed a truck and had no funds) to go down as Hurricane Harvey hit.This act was the single greatest act of kindness i have ever witnessed. There was ZERO questions for the GM. Didn’t matter, whatever we needed - we had.The day I’m done with school, I will be buying another F350 from Beau Townsend again - no questions asked. Their commitment to people and product are second to none!Thank you for everything you guys do! This Ford Dealer Cares. They proved it, didn’t talk about it.Bless 🇺🇸 and bless it’s Truck company!
Used to really like Beau Townsend, and actually have purchased 8 vehicles from them, but won’t be purchasing anymore. Called service yesterday for a problem I am having with my diesel truck (that was purchased there), and was told they couldn’t even look at it for 10 weeks! That is way to long to have to wait for service.
Great service while thereHowever, they did not transfer the plates even though the document I signed gave them the ability to do so. Even asked if I needed to go to BMV and they said no they would take care of it. Just found out so since I’ve purchased the vehicle, I have been driving with fictitious plates. Don’t say you’ll do it if you are not actually going to do it.
10-30-2020. First experience at Beau Townsend Ford... I was interested in a pre-owned 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman JCW posted on their website that I had been keeping an eye on for several weeks. After seeing a price drop, I called the dealership, spoke with Tyler Boesenberg and made an appointment to see the car. I made the 2 hour drive from Galena, Ohio and was pleasantly surprised and impressed to find that Tyler had the car washed and pulled up in front of the office when I arrived. Good vibes right from the get-go!After a nice test drive, I decided I wanted the car. Tyler showed me inside so we could talk numbers and value my trade. In short order we agreed on a price and I was introduced to Chris York, the finance manager. Chris was super nice and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase any add-ons to the deal. He simply showed me a few options and we moved on. In less than 2 painless hours I was in and out of the dealership, headed home. Thank you Tyler and Chris for a great experience, I would definitely return to and recommend Beau Townsend Ford!

Beau Townsend has taken care of my service needs for the past 10 years and they have always been professional and accommodating. I bought my car from a different dealership and their service was under par so I drove a little farther south and have not been disappointed.
Completely low-balled me on my trade in with a ridiculous number. Don’t they realize people can look up trade-in values themselves? And you would have to live under a rock to know that used car prices have gone through the roof. Totally unprofessional, especially considering I was looking at buying a $50,000+ vehicle. I just got up and walked out and the salesman chases me out of the building yelling an actual offer that was quite a bit more. Very unprofessional and clearly want to take advantage of people if they can get away with it.Edit to add response to owner not having a record on me. The name here is my maiden name and I have no interest in calling you. I will never waste my time with your dealership again. I was at the used cars looking at a black label nautilus and Jamie Spencer valued my trade.
Scheduled for mantinance on my car, brought up a few little issues. Dan was able to fix those issues in a timely manner and with a professional manner. They also do a free complimentary car wash. They take really good car of the customer and their vehicle. I have been a Beau Townsend customer for a very long time, and will always be one! Thank you Dan for Everything!
I shopped online , like most. I sent out 4 request. I was not a easy shopper . I needed a specific truck. Two of the four dealers didnt even respond. I finally settled and agreed to visit Beau Townsend Ford. What a professional staff. They new all about the payload and towing capabilities , If it wasnt for there knowledge , I might have bought the wrong truck. I was very impressed and even met the owner of the dealership. This is a feel good establishment with down home values.
I went to get maintenance on my Ford escape. I waited 3 days. First the diagnostic cost was $155 the first day. 3 days later, they tell me its going to be $405 dollars which is ridiculous for a coolant leak which at first they told me there was no leak, but prior I went to Midas and they found the leak, but advised I go to them because I have a warranty. I go to them and get double charged for a diagnostic before they even found the problem, and charged to fix on top of that. I did call upset, and felt I was being overcharged and they told me I can come get my truck and wont be charged a thing because they make plenty money and dont need mine. So they pretty much tried to charge me $155 and tell me nothing was wrong then send me on my way, and when I stressed there was, they eventually found out I was right and decided to charge double to take another look 3 days later, while Ive been stranded with no vehicle. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody l, and am hoping they dont sabatoge my vehicle, because I am thankful they didnt charge me for the 3 days I waited. I like to pay for good service. Maybe some people have had better experiences but not me. Just thought I should share this because I love my car and just bought it 4 months ago. If its more wrong then when I dropped it off, Ill give an update
Top notch sales team. The underwriter was probably the best I have seen in 20 years in the automotive industry and, while I did try to keep my requests somewhat fair, they accommodated every one and got us off the lot in our 2017 Ford before anyone had to be at work. I would and will shop them again.
Just bought my 7th vehicle from BTF. Justin Rash is the best sale person. Takes great care of during and after each sale. Will not go anywhere else to buy. Service department, well, thats another story. Wife was talked into getting her transmission fluid change. Tramsmission fluid was changed and the next day transmission went out. Had her vehicle towed in and looked at by the service department. They said, its out of warranty, not our responsibility. Even though the vehicle was FINE!!!!! before we brought it to them. We were told it would cost us out of pocket $5000. So we traded it in and could not get a fair trade in price . DONT take your car to the service department.
This past weekend I purchased a long awaited vehicle from Beau Townsend Ford. My experience as a while from the dealership has been superb from the moment I made contact with them over the phone. The specialist I dwelt with and all others that introduced themselves to me in the process. I never felt rushed or like I was being an inconvenience to them for asking questions.But truly all the thanks in the world goes to my salesman, Justin Rush. Before during and after the sale, Justin made himself available to me anytime during the day or night. He never left a question unanswered regardless of how many times I had asked the same question over the last 11 months while I waited for this vehicle to come in. My vehicle was special order and one of the hardest vehicles to get ahold of in the past two years. Not only did Justin and the dealership stick to their word about not charging me anything other than MSRP, he personally reassured me on several occasions that this company holds itself to a higher standard and would not try to take advantage of the long suffering customers out there who had placed and order through them and had to endure delays after delays after delays.This is my fourth vehicle purchased the Beau Townsend as a while and my first Ford. Even though I’m not happy with how Ford the company handled things, my experience with Beau Townsend Ford and especially with Justin all but guaranteed and I’ll be buying another Ford product through them again.In this current market, so many documented stories are in the internet of how dealerships say and promise one thing and do exactly the opposite when they know that they have an emotionally invested customer over a barrel and take advantage of them or completely hard ball them and do some Unscrupulous things. Well I can assure you that this dealership doesn’t work that way. They do EXACTLY what they say and they stick but it regardless of how long it takes for the sale to be finalized.Justin to the time to always keep me updated as to where my vehicle was in the build process. From receiving build date with the VIN number, down to when it was shipped. On the day it arrived, it took photos for me while it was still on the truck. The next day when I picked it up, all the parts that he said would be installed were installed and it was cleaned prepped and waiting for me as agreed. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience.
My husband was driving through Ohio on his way to North Carolina, hauling a trailer when the running light fuses blew on his truck. After hours of troubleshooting he still couldnt find the fuse that was the culprit. I got on Google & started calling Dealerships on I-75 trying to find someone who could help him on short notice. Craig told me to send him on over & someone would help him. Everyone was nice & helpful. They even showed him in the manual what the fuse was actually called so if it ever happened again he could quickly fix it himself. Within 30 minutes he was out of there!! And by the way, this was on a BUSY Friday. Thanks for GREAT service Beau Townsend Ford Team!!
The team at BT Ford was an absolute dream to work with. I traveled on from the other side of PA, so we did everything through online, phone, and overnight mailings. Justin Rash went above and beyond to ensure quality customer service. Even being so far away, he kept me updated, ordered parts, and expedited the title so I would have it ready to re-title in PA. This was quite honestly the best car buying experience Ive had. I only wish I lived closer, so I could return for service!
Brought my CMax in for an oil change on Saturday Sept 25th and added windshield wiper blade replacement to the service request. I received a phone call first thing on Monday from Scott who advised that they did not get installed at which time he told me that the serviceman would drive out to my house that night to switch them out. I reminded him that I live in Indiana and still insisted he would come here. Thank you to both Scott and Larry for making things right. Absolutely love Beau Townsends service department!!
Try another Ford instead. Had an appointment 7/3 at BT Ford to look at buying my 2020 Explorer. The salesman immediately low balled on it, but that’s pretty expected. It’s that they mockingly offered $1 more when I asked them to come up on their offer like he’s on the Price is Right and customers don’t know the value of their vehicles or current news on how high car values are right now. Then he pretended to call his manager to make it look like our asking price wouldn’t be accepted by them. Well their competitor across town offered us our asking price plus more to beat another offer we already had and bought it within the hour of leaving Beau Townsend. Their competitor treated us like people and valued customers, so good job losing that business and earning 1 star. :) I won’t mention their competitor to not get them in trouble for confirming to us that Beau Townsend Ford is notorious for poor sales service when we told them about the experience.
The air conditioning unit on the drivers side of my 2019 Ford Ranger does not work. I called Beau Townsend when I first realized this and had to wait 6 weeks to get it in to get looked at. The staff was efficient to look at it and call and let me know the airbox needs replaced, that is an $1,100 part and $2,500 for labor--yep, I only got 2 summers out of the original and then new one is only warranted for one year all for $3,600. Previous to this I have taken it back to Beau Townsend for everything that needed to be done. I have always been treated very well. What frustrates me most is, this part is a known problem and has been redesigned several times. Since the air conditioner is only used maybe 4 or 5 months a year, who knows when it actually went out, maybe it was last summer or during the winter, I dont know how those parts work, it did not work at all this summer when I tried it the first time.
Website show great prices, get there and was greeted by someone who was helpful but that’s where it ended. Was told to ask for Rick, was left standing for 10 minutes then offered a chair for my wife and I.when Rick finally did come over he said he didn’t know where we were and thought we left. We had a vehicle we liked. Was told finance was working on payment, no one ever discussed car price, incentives, promotions or offers.Was told a payment offer we refused and asked why no one even came to go through buying process. Severely disappointed in Rick the salesman and Connor the finance person. I’m not upset about not getting the vehicle but about how my wife and I were treated. I purchased a vehicle from Beau Townsend in the past but will NEVER go to this dealership ship again , I will also discourage other people from shopping here. Especially Rick the salesman. Replying to there comments, I’m ok with not getting the car. Your salesman never asked if we Costco members, which your dealership participates in their auto program. Never gave us a breakdown on anything. We were never given opportunity to go over anything. Rick is a horrible salesman and treated my wife and I more like a burden. Your salesman and finance manager Connor didn’t have 2 minutes worth of conversation with us. The customer service is where my issue lies not with the payment offered. We were treated like a burden not a customer.

I do not recommend this dealership at all. They took my down payment on a vehicle. However, when I decided not to buy it my salesperson informed me, they were keeping $500 for their time. I did not sign any paperwork, nor did I agree they could keep any of my deposit. Not to mentions I have had to call and email numerous times to receive any refund. I think the would of kept the entire amount if I did not keep reaching out. They want you to pay retail for their vehicle however, on your trade they want to give you the least amount possibleI
I recently had my first experience with Beau Townsend and also my first Ford in 35 years. I thought the dealership and my salesman had it together and seem to know how to sell vehicles and service customers in a no-nonsense approach. I hope my future experiences with them, aka Service or a future new purchase will be equally as satisfying. I shouldnt forget that I love the 2020 F-150 and proud to drive it down the road.
Had my Fusion in here for power steering issues. Come to find out, the part was covered under an extended warranty from Ford, not bad to get a free repair at 91,000 miles. The service department was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. It went in on a Thursday at 915am, got a call a couple hours later that they need my approval to o set part and said it was covered. I gave my approval and they said they should have it done next day. I received a call a couple hours later that my car was done and ready for pick-up. Excellent customer service!!
I drove all the way from the east side of Columbus and had a great experience working with Johnny. I told Johnny I would stop by on Saturday to look at a specific truck. It was out front and ready to go for a test drive. Also, it wasn’t the typical back and forth negotiation I had been dealing with earlier in the week at other dealerships. It was quick and painless. They beat all other dealerships by a good margin for trade in value and the price of the truck. I highly recommend Beau Townsend.
The salesman was good as he did what I requested. I needed to upgrade and keep pricing down. My husband and I have bought several cars and trucks from them. That is the reason we usually go back. There are some things that I have gotten before at no cost when you buy used and this time I am having to pay for it. If you are spending over $20,000.00 getting free touch up paint should be given with no questions. A Used car will always need touched up. There are several spots that were missed when they were going over the vehicle before they put it on the lot. Overall it was not a bad experience. Next time I plan to do more research before I go.
I had a sales appointment with Connor and was told to make sure I arrived before 10 to ensure that Id be seen. I arrived at 9:30, walked around a little and waited. Several employees passed me but not one seemed to care that I was there and needed help. I even saw employees just standing around. After an HOUR of waiting, I gave up and left.Any other dealership Ive ever been to has greeted me immediately and helped me within a short amount of time. Not sure why its so hard to at least say hi.
1. Very friendly staff. Everyone was very nice and professional.2. Even though I explained the issue online when booking the appt and wrote it out on the drop-off sheet they still called and asked what the issue was.3. The technician verified the issue but after having the truck from 0745 until 8pm that day they could not locate the issue. Was told if it gets worse or more frequent bring it back.Not really what I was expecting from a service department. They were kind enough not to charge me for looking at it and only charged me for a bolt and clip that they replaced.2 stars for nice staff and not charging me to check out my issue. Would have been 5 if they would have located and repaired the issue. Now I have to take the truck to another shop further away.Update: 17 Nov 2020 - Was notified 2 months ago that I would be contacted by the dealership. Never heard from anyone.
I took my vehicle in for a suspension inspection after an auto collision. I also asked the dealership to check where my oil leak was coming from. In the process, they decreased my engine with petroleum based degreasers and used a pressure washer on the vehicle. I researched the process and took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion and the second shop said what the dealership did caused my alternator to go out and also killed my batteries. The dealership is now refusing to pay for the damage they caused in the total amount of $778.00 even though I have a recorded call from the GM stating he would pay for the damages.
I was very pleased with Beau Townsend service department. I bought my car at Beau Townsend about 18 months ago and was pleased with the sales department. When I went to the service department, I took my dog and everyone had to stop and say hi to him and they gave him treats which made him happy!
I always bring my vehicle to Beau for service. Im really disapointed during my last visit for a The Works oil change. Fords official web site states up to 6 quarts of oil for that package. Yet on Beau web site they have the works for $39.99 with up to 5 quarts of oil. They were going to charge me for the extra quart, we talked about it and they removed it. I ended up paying $59.99. No were close to the $39.99, I guess if they added a quart that would make it $49.99. Still 10. Bucks over. Its a shame dealers still gouge there customers in this day and age. I think alot depends on what the service person can get away with. Ive really lost my trust.
They try to tell you what you can buy. Dave Arbogast is the way to go . It was a positive experience. they kept this informed on every step of the way what they were doing when they were doing it how long it was going to take and they were dead on the money I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half. The day before I work with Beau Townsend Ford for 5 hours .So I love their staff theyre all nice very professional.
Its not the place I knew for years before, and we have purchased several vehicles there over the past 30 years. Today the sales associate did not introduce himself at all and could not have been more apathetic to our existence. He was more interested in the motorcycle parts he had at his desk than helping us. We are shopping for a replacement vehicle and are disappointed with this experience. As a store overall, I did not see a high level of compliance with current health guidelines. Definitely makes us second guess coming to them for a vehicle in the future.
If I could give -3 Stars I would, I would most likely stay away from the used car lot, (matt)I know theres chances you can take by buying a used car but bought a used vehicle there they stated that the vehicle had a rebuilt motor and they had paperwork but when asked for it at time of buying it all sudden got thrown away by detail which is a poor excuse to me. This comes to the point where now the motor needs to be completely replaced because of a bad rebuild or not rebuild at all and the shop that the salesman said his buddy had to work done at cant find any of the records of this motor being rebuilt there. Your typical salesman lied about everything. I would definitely find a different car lot to do business at.
Second time purchasing a car here! Customer service was great! I worked with Justin Rash on getting a vehicle well within my budget. He did all he could to get me every discount available. He also hooked up my phone to the car, and pulled the car into the service area so I could transfer my things from my old car to new without getting drenched in the rain. Best Ford lot Ive been to.
I am satisfied that the car was fixed and they were very nice but I take issue with 2 things. 1. They stated that I needed an Evaporator temperature sensor replaced and that it would be $875 to do it. I didnt have that kind of money to fix the A/C so I just had them do their standard works package (change oil, rotate tires, and check fluids) only, but when I got the car back the A/C was working fine again and is still working so that seems to put into question the validity of them saying it would take $875 to get my A/C working. 2. They stated that my car would be washed as a standard courtesy but it did not appear that they did that nor did it appear that they rotated the tires as they stated. I guess its possible that they did and that I am mistaken, Im not a 100% sure. I will go back but I am going to be paying very close attention next time and will be much more vocal.
I love going to Beau Townsend Ford I had a oil change done on my 2018 Ford Edge it was done in a reasonable amount of time the technician was very friendly nice and knowledgeable also theres a Salesman there his name is Donovan he is very nice friendly knowledgeable I will send anybody there who needs a car to Donovan

Top Notch!! Ive been waiting since I was 8 years old for my dream car. 36 years later, it finally arrived - thanks to Josh Otstot. Ive had many iterations of a Mustang over the years, but was finally able to get the 2020 Shelby GT500. I live in AZ and reached out to speak to the first salesman who answered the phone. Im glad it was Josh that answered. I will go on record to say that Im usually not fond of car salesman, I know their tactics! But from the moment we chatted, it was an easy rapport to build. In fact, we quickly learned about each others personalities and even texted back and forth about our personal lives. It was so incredibly easy to work with Josh and Beau Townsend Ford, so easy I thought it wasnt going to work out. It was much better than the local dealerships here. Josh was on top of it! Because I lived a couple thousand miles away, we had to do everything via phone/email and Fed Ex - he didnt skip a beat. I would do it 10 times over again, in fact I may have to just buy future vehicles from him!

I had amazing service from Dan. Was traveling to see family had my undercarriage shield break a pin and get stuck while driving. I called them since they were the closest dealership. He got me in and out within minutes. Just a fantastic place and Dan was awesome. Thank you Dan!
My appointment was for the Ford Fusion oil change. Before they completed the my service, the young lady brought out an evaluation of my car and stated that at 30,000 miles, the mechanics advised it was time for: transmission service, spark plug cleaning and some other service.If I remember correctly it total $460.00. I declined the service because my manual say that kind of service should be considered at 100,000 miles and I only have a little under 40,000 miles. When I received my final statement detailing the service, none of that was documented as recommend service for my next visit.This has reduced my confidence with Beau Townsend service!
Brought my 2014 Transit Connect in for 60,000 mile service. My service advisor, Eugene, was very good at communicating the work that was done and that which needed to be done along with prices and wait time. There were a couple of parts that I asked him to order, which he did and I received a call within 2 weeks, letting me know the parts were in so i could schedule a visit to have them installed. I highly recommend Eugene, if you want a guy that is committed to customer satisfaction. The service department has always done a good job on my vehicle.
My wife and I recently bought a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid and our experience was outstanding. We are very satisfied with the deal we received and the outstanding professionalism and great personality of Terri Connolly who sold us the car. My mom purchased her SUV from this dealership but wont do it again nor will she take it there for anything!There were a couple recall notices sent out so we called to make an appointment to have hers done. Our appointment was made for about 10 days out and the day of, we arrived and from that point forward the service was absolutely terrible!! Whoever the young guy was who took her vehicle he was acting like he didnt feel like dealing with us, took his time getting around to us and mind you there was no one else or any other vehicle in the garage at the time. It was 9:30 am and we were prepared to leave the vehicle for the day but they could not give us even an idea when they would be done, they said they would call us later...they did not call!!! We had to call 3 or 4 times and the lady that answered was clueless, this place sucks and needs to revamp their customer service.
Very helpful and attentive sales staff. They listened to what I was wanting and were honest in telling me that what I wanted and what I could afford werent going to be the same. He then made the effort to find a great compromise and made sure I left happy with what we could do in my budget. He made sure to contact me each time he found a truck that he thought Id like and I ended up very pleased with what he found for me. Ask for Rick if youre in the market for a truck. He wont steer you wrong.
Our family loves Beau Townsend!!!My first visit to the dealership was in 2007 to purchase a vehicle for our daughter. The great customer service I received that day is the reason my family returns to Beau Townsend to purchase our vehicles. You walk in as a customer and leave as a member of the Townsend family. On a recent visit to the dealership my husband and I met a great guy named Doug Higgins. In addition to providing the absolute best customer service Doug was very attentive to what I wanted in my next vehicle, and very knowledgeable of the product.I walk out of the dealership that Saturday morning as one happy and extremely excited customer.I love my beautiful new vehicle and the great service I received. 😊
I have never heard of, let alone experienced the kind of care I received at Beau Townsend Ford. They not only took care of me, but they cleaned up a huge mess another dealership caused for me and got me into a nice, reliable vehicle. They have been great at communication and making sure Im happy. If you go anywhere but Beau Townsend Ford, you are definitely doing yourself a disservice.
If it was not for Justin Jacobs I would not be in my dream car. He helped me out so much and even was happy to sit down FOR TWO HOURS to just explain to me what to do and what to look for. I was unfortunate enough to end up with a screw in a tire. I contacted the service department and was able to bring my car in the very next afternoon and waited, only 45 minutes, and they were able to patch the tire and I was on my way. Then just 48 hours later, a different tire was flat. I put the spare on my car drove it back over to Beau Townsend and was taken care in less than an hour. Another patched tire and I was on my way. I sincerely appreciate being able to bring my vehicle to the service center and waiting for a reasonable amount of time to get the repairs needed.
I originally went to Beau Townsend to look at a new Nissan Murano. My salesman was Robert R. He took his time working with me and didn’t push me to buy something I didn’t LOVE. I told him I also had my eye on an explorer. I ended up falling in love with a 2019 Ford Explorer. Robert got me my dream car at the price I was wanting. The financial team was great to work with. Everyone I came in contact with was great, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Beau Townsend and especially Robert R.!
Justin Jacobs provided an excellent new vehicle purchase experience. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and he had it up front and ready to test drive within minutes. He was also able to provide pricing that exactly met my budgetary requirements. Justin was also extremely helpful with my trade-in/private sale using the pass-through option. This not only saved me money but also eliminated the need to make multiple visits to license bureaus and title agencies. Everything was done in one visit and all parties drove away completely satisfied. The delivery experience was outstanding as Justin explained all of the new vehicle features thoroughly. Originally called dealership inquiring about a vehicle they had on their used car lot. When I told the salesman my trade in was exceptionally clean and asked about the Kelly Blue book price his reply waswe dont go by that we are a volume dealer and only want to make $1500 off each vehicle We tentatively made the deal over the phone and made arrangements to pick up my vehicle in a few days. After driving 2 1/2 hrs. the salesman was waiting outside and after we met the first words out of his mouth were looks like you need tires. After the vehicle was taken to the used care sales manager the salesman came back and said he had to take $500 off my trade due to it had over 25,000 miles.....grant you now this is a 2014. Then he went on to say there were mechanical issues with my trade in and another deduction. In the end I made the deal but if I had to do it over I would have just walked out. Typical sales tactics by this dealership. Oh and just a FYI.....my vehicle was listed two business days later for over $6000 what they gave me. Couldnt have been much wrong. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Beau Townsend Nissan. The sales staff was polite and willing to work with my multiple requests for test drives, information, etc. The facility itself is pristine, and I felt a sense of luxury buying there.Not to detract from the experience too much, I did have some minor inconveniences during my two separate visits. During my first, I was simply there to test drive. I was not going to buy a car, and my salesperson was aware of this. I told them my initial price range, and that I had found a vehicle on their website that I was interested in checking out. During my first visit I was told it was unavailable as it had JUST been purchased. I drove other (more expensive) options and said I would take the week to consider. Prior to my second visit, I had checked out the website again to see availabilities, price, etc. so I knew what to expect in the store. The same vehicle I had been told was sold was still listed on the site. I went in, checked out two vehicles, and ended up purchasing the vehicle I saw online.Other than that, I would have preferred the usual: shorter wait times; less time without a salesperson (to make the process shorter); and more transparency of where costs, fees, discounts, and taxes were filing into my final cost.I love my Rogue; it’s my baby. Coming from an old Pontiac, this vehicle has everything I wanted and more. I can see why it’s Nissan’s #1.
I bought a new 2019 Ford Ranger at Beau Townsend ford and it was a delight.Conner Spencer, my salesman, is a great young man. He did everything I asked and more.Mike Schmidt, the Finance Manager, was also very helpful and a very nice person.The whole team at Beau Townsend Ford were exceptional. I am 79 years old and have bought a lot of new cars and Beau Townsend is as good or better as any I have ever bought a car or truck from.Great job guys and gals.
I was very pleased with the sales experience. Doug, my salesman was awesome. He did not try to do a high pressure sales. He let me take my time on deciding if I wanted to buy the Edge. And the transition from through the financial paperwork was very painless and quick. Once I was finished and ready to pick up the vehicle, Doug walked me through all of the features. The thing that made me give them a 4 out of 5 stars was the detailing. When I here the word detailing, I think of cleaning the car inside and out. It did not look like the inside had been cleaned. I could still see streaks from a beverage in the back see and white marks from someone’s sunscreen as well.
I have been doing business with Beau Townsend Ford for several years now. The Sales people are great. The Service Department is on top of their game taking care of all their customers both on the Ford and Lincoln parts of the Dealership.The Mechanics that work their are knowledgeable and up to date on all the newest technologies that are in your vehicle.The waiting area is nice and clean. And free coffee. The Lincoln waiting room is off the main area and really nice.So stop in and look around and see if you can find a vehicle that meets your requirements and payments and get that vehicle in your driveway.I myself have bought 5 vehicles their.
I recently purchased a vehicle from beau townsend’s Used cars and the service has been wonderful. My salesman, Jamie Spencer, has been excellent and is top notch. He has called to check to see if I am having any issues with the vehicle and he has been passing along information on some of the different features on the vehicle. Yes I would highly recommend Jamie as he has done a wonderful job and beau Townsend is a great dealership to work with.
Everyone was very nice and efficient in the service department. They took my car right in for the service I requested, everything was done that was supposed to be done and was correct, and it was very quick so I wasnt sitting there all day for an oil change. So far, from buying the car to my first service I have been very happy with Beau Townsend.
Had a great experience. The salesman Robert Reid was very professional and tried everything and successfully got me in a new car. Only problem I had was the first thing I said was I didnt want a blue car but thats the only car they could get for me I guess. Also nothing about warranty or car fax was explained to me. Service was exceptionally quick, I got my oil changed in less than 30 mins. I noticed that they no longer wash and vacuum my car out though. Is that a change in policy or an oversight this time, or does it only apply while the car is under warranty? This is no a complaint it is a question.
One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in a long while. Great sells team, special kudos to my salesman Mike Myers for helping me find the car of dreams. It wasnt the typical car buying experience where you go around and around for hours before a deal is reached. The longest part of the process was the Lincoln team making sure the car was fully detailed and looking its best before I rolled off the lot. Im glad I went to Baeu Townsend Ford Lincoln. I sent him info on comparable models at other dealerships but Jon was able to educate me so I came to understand Beau Townsends options were a better deal. When I arrived for my appointment the cars were ready to drive. I felt my time was well spent, without being rushed. They also made a quick, fair decision on my trade-in. Took my 2017 Escape there for service and discovered it needed an engine replacement, which was covered by warranty thankfully. Gene was helpful in getting the car scheduled, serviced, a replacement engine ordered. The only hiccup I had was getting a rental car since Ford corporate didnt approve for one until I complained and the dealer was out of rentals, but Gene and the Service Manager helped with that. All in all it took about a month to completely fix the car, but repairs were done professionally and all is well. I will definitely be back (knock on wood hopefully not soon) for any future repairs.
I have purchased a brand new truck from this dealer and just recently purchased a 2013 Flex. The sales team was great when they saw my credit score and new that I was going to purchase. After the purchase they were terrible. Took the car in for a detail and that was a joke. Terrible detail. Car was still dirty both inside and out. Had other issues that were to be addressed and agreed at the time of the sale. Conner Spencer was our sales man and he is a total lire. I made several attempts to give this dealership and its staff an opportunity to make things right and they were not interested. I told them I would never purchase here again. They really didnt seam to care. Reason for the review is they recently sent me a letter expressing how thankful they were for our purchase and then patted themselves on their back for how good there customer service and sales team were. What a joke guys. Dont buy from this place if you think your going to get service after the sale.
Great service but they try to up-sell and overcharge on most services. They recommended about $1000 worth of extras this last visit. For example a transmission oil change was recommended. When I went to my Ford Flex Manuel they didnt even recommend that service till 150k miles and Im not even past 128k. My concern is many people, like myself, dont look up those recommended services. So when a they recommend something you believe it is also recommended by the manufacturer and it was not.
Rude staff! unprofessional, no knowledge of my vehicle even when bringing in the book my truck came with and a special sticker with info on my truck they had no clue! And couldnt get simple answers about parts and tried to sell me wrong parts again. When asked to speak to a manager or GM was told on vacation... waited for another person, to whom didnt respond so I left. Will never deal with them again. That place is horrible and expensive how they are even in business idk.. no stars for them!
Phil Ryan really made our experience amazing. He is knowledgeable and made it stress free. This is our second purchase with Phil and will always come back to him when we are ready to buy again. I was given a time (7:45 am) to bring my car in for routine service (works): replacement of windshield wiper blades and replacement of left front blinker light. I was told that I would have to leave my car since there was no specific appointment opening. I was promised the car would be ready by 5:00 pm. I arrived at 7:30 am and my car was immediately taken in. I was then given a ride home. I received a call at 10:30 am telling me my car was ready for pickup. There was no one at the dealership available to pick meup so I had to wait. Someone cam to pick me up between three and four oclock. For once, there was no serious problem detected.I was able to do all the things I had planned to do while my car was being serviced. The only drawback came when I was not able to retrieve my bonus funds to help pay for the service. The system had changed. I am not sure if I was able to correctly reestablish my account.
I bought my first truck from Beau Townsend Ford (2019 Ford Ranger). I emailed Beau Townsend with what type of truck I was looking for. I was called by Beau Townsend later that morning, and made an appointment to come in and take a look at trucks later that day. I was set up with Connor Spencer, and he took me around the lot and showed me the trucks I was interested in. He was able to answer all of my questions. If there was something he didnt know, he found the answer and got back with me as soon as he could. He was very up front and gave great advice on buying my first truck. The whole process was seamless, and went much better than I anticipated buying a car would be.
My husband and I recently purchased a Lincoln Navigator from Mike, and we cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful service that we received. On the day we picked up my car, everyone did a great job working as a team and helping get my car ready. The management staff was so nice and always came over and welcomed us. Everyone just really exceeded our expectations.As sad as I am to say it, I have to update my review. I will leave my old review at the top so people can see the service you get when you buy. But then, I will put my bad review at the bottom so people can see what kind of service you get after the sale.Unfortunately, someone backed into my car, which caused me to need a new tailgate and bumper. I assumed going back to Lincoln would be my smartest option considering they are a dealer and have a body shop. Boy, was I wrong! The repair took longer than expected, and they never reached out to me to let me know. Every time there was any communication, I reached out to them to figure out when my car would be ready. I was patient, and I never got mad at them because I would rather have it done right than be rushed. So that leads me to my second issue. We pick up my car (my husband gets it), and its not even done right. They didnt put the Lincoln lettering on the back of my car; the tailgate light sticks out way too far on the left side, but fits flush on the right, and the sticky adhesive is still all over the bumper.So on October 5th, I reached out to the body shop to explain they didnt do the job correctly, and the lady doesnt care one bit to help. Apparently, no one has ever trained her on customer service. So, I reach out to Mike Myers (our sales guy); he is traveling or out of the office, so he tells me to reach out to Tom Brunswich, the Lincoln Manager. So I call him immediately and send him pictures, and he tells me he agrees the job wasnt finished and they will make it right. Fast forward to November 17th. I have never in my life heard back from Mr. Brunswich. Both times Ive called to check in, he is not in, and its his day off.So much for making it right and taking care of the issue.Long story short; If you buy or lease a car from here, please dont expect any follow-up customer service. Not from your salesperson, not from the body shop, and sure as heck, not from the manager.
We drove 2 hours to look at a used Toyota Highlander we saw online. Upon our arrival we found the vehicles we were interested in were unlocked and no one hounded us while we browsed. Once we decided we wanted a test drive we approached the office, there we were met by Paul Riedel. He took our information and we made our test drive.Returning, we informed Paul we wanted to purchase the vehicle. He was helpful and friendly preparing the paperwork. He then referred us to Kevin Berger for financing. Here, we were also met with a friendly, helpful atmosphere. Though the entire process took a while, it did not feel long.After all was finished, Paul helped us move over all our content of our old vehicle (we had not planned to purchase at the time).Hopefully your visit will be as enjoyable as ours.
Was considering buying a car with Josh Otstot but wanted time to think it over and told him Id get back with him Monday andMonday came around, he called and I told him I changed my mind then he hung up rudely with an attitude and I saw he reran my credit 2 days later with no reason. He also tries to rip you off.
I know that I can always call on Pat Brunswick to help me with my 2011 Ford Edge. I love my vehicle and recently had an issue. Pat put in touch with the service department and the gentleman that helped me was very patient with me about what the problem was and reassured me about my warranty. Beau Townsend always has been and always will be my choice!!

Very easy to make an appointment, and they were great getting my car serviced and had me back on the road within an hour.Waiting room was clean, but compared to the other 2 competing brands where I have my other cars serviced, comes up a little short. Coffee station was completely empty and a little out of date.Dislike having the customer lounges located near restroom entrances in general as well.Will use this location again however.

Have purchased numerous vehicles both from their Ford and Nissan dealerships. Most of the time the service has been great, however this past visit was less than their usual best. Was it about their service department, no. After arriving ALL service personnel were concerned not only with their safety, but mine and my wifes by wearing masks! Being of that age and health that being safe in these Covid 19 times is imperative for everyone to be safe. The less than 5 star review was due to entering the showroom to wait for our vehicle we were so glad a sign was on the door asking EVERYONE to wear a mask, yet many BT employees were not wearing masks. Especially the lady at the front desk who was greeting visitors and many sales representatives. Just says alot alot about a dealership caring for its employees and customers.

It took less than an hour for my oil change which I really appreciated that because I had another appointment to keep. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ive dralt with Beau Townsend Ford for the past 35-40 years for all my autos and I dont expect to change.
On 11/1 I called to get an appointment. Car was not putting out heat. They could not get me in until 11/11. On Wednesday of this week, it got pretty cold, so I called my salesman, Johnny, and asked if he could help me. He called me back in a few minutes and asked me to bring the car in, which I did in about 30 minutes. The service manager, Don, met me, and got the staff to fix it. It had froze up on the driver side. Took about an hour to fix. A bit thank you to both Johnny and Don for helping me! Nice to have heat in 20 degree weather!
Multiple times of trying to setup appointments to get our vehicle serviced and nobody ever follows through or calls you back. Horrible customer service and rude. I’ve legitimately tried with them but we’ve finally given up on working with them over the last few years. Don’t bother!

Beau Townsends service department did a wonderful job repairing my 19 Ford Fusion after my accident. The service staff, especially Kaitlyn, was courteous and very attentive to my concerns and needs and kept my abreast of the details and what was needed. There were no surprises! My F150 was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to arrange the appointment in order to wait for the work to be done. I was asked at the time I arrived if I wanted a complimentary truck wash. I agreed. The work was done in a timely manner. The complaint I have is the poor quality of the wash. Agreed, it was complimentary but the windows were a mess when I got the truck back. The tail gate was still dirty and other areas were missed. It would have been better to save the water and the effort.
1) I had my vehicle serviced at Beau Townsend because this is where I purchased the vehicle (2017 Ford Edge Titanium). I found out that the spark plugs needed replaced and the vehicle only had 51,000 miles. The technician informed me that the Ecoboost engines are tough on spark plugs. This would have been good information to know when I purchased the vehicle used with 30000 miles. The sales person made no mention of this. The good news is that so far, I feel confident the vehicle has been serviced properly by the service center.2) The process of calling in to schedule service, check on service, pay for service, etc. was extremely frustrating. There is a list of options to get to the correct area. However, if no one answers, it bounces to a general receptionist who only forwards the call back to the same extension. I was bounced around several times before being able to pay for the service.3) I picked my car up after hours. I asked to have the keys inside and the vehicle locked. Maybe its not possible to lock the keys in the car - Ive not tried so Im not sure. However, the drivers door was ajar (not closed). They turned off all the interior lights and left the door open. This seems weird to me. What if it had rained? Why not just leave it unlocked with the door closed or call me and ask what I prefer?
Find another dealer. I recently moved to the area and needed a ford dealer. I scheduled a recall to get done a week in advance. Then i get there for my recall and they dont have a part and said they cant do it without the part. Why not order the part you NEED to do a job before the customer comes in. I let them order the part, they said they would call me when the part came in never called, i ended up calling to check to see if it was there because you know thats my job. After i confirmed the part was there i told them okay lets make an appointment, then i was told someone will have to call you back i font know how to change the appointment. Two days later no one ever called and i made a appointment at another dealer. Awful customer service.
I went up there yesterday just testing the waters to see what my options could possibly be. Ms. Terri Connally was just the absolute best. Her inputs on my car decisions were very vital. I love her personality and the positive vibes she gave off..and if it wasn’t so much Corona going around I would have gave her a great big hug
My husband and I stopped by Beau Townsend Ford to see what they had on their lot. A salesman immediately approached us. He answered our questions, but he was not pushy. We were treated with respect from the salesman and the financial officer. It was a very positive experience.
Daughters car broke down and had it towed here. Called beforehand to see about a rental, which I didnt think they would have given it was later in the day, and they didnt. Once the car was dropped off they told me it would be about 1-1/2 weeks until they would probably get it in with the backup they had. Rented a car through another place for a week. Then extended for another week as I hadnt heard anything from them. Low and behold, later that day they call to tell me my daughters car was ready to be picked up.Wow, they hadnt even called me to let me know they got it in, or to let me know what they had found. I truly appreciate getting the work done as quickly as they did, but some form of prior communication would have been nice.
You never know how truly dependent you are on your car until you can’t drive it or you’re too scared to drive it in the condition it’s in. Beau Townsend Ford Service department definitely gets that. I was extremely impressed with their customer service in my state of panic. They took such great care of my vehicle and myself. Thank you again so much!!
My experience at Beau Townsend Ford was definitely a great one. I came into Beau Townsend with a list of vehicles that I was wanting to test drive. I was able to test them and picked the Nissan Altima(LOVE IT.) Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant and professional.... more specifically Tyler and Arash. Tyler new his market very well. What I loved the most is that I didnt feel pressured to purchase a vehicle (Compared to the other dealerships where I was shopping.) I am happy to have chosen this dealership to purchase my vehicle. GREAT! GREAT! GREAT! The service department and service advisor,Derek Freeman, were fantastic. My water pump starting leaking coolant badly on a Saturday, while out of town. I called the Beau Townsend service dept. and Derek informed me to bring it in on Monday because they were about to close. They had a water pump in stock. And Derek arranged for a loaner vehicle. He kept me informed on the status and that 2 other parts were needed.It would be very difficult to find a better service department then the one at Beau Townsend. Definitely a 5 Star service department.
Do not buy or lease from Beau Townsend Vandalia. JOHNNY GIBSON was a very rude to me and my 79 yr old father. We arrived to turn in a lease vehicle and he refused to let us talk. He offered to get his manager before we could say anything. They must let ANYONE work as a salesman here. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR SALES SKILLS. Never mind polite or courteous.
This is my third F-150 I have leased from Beau Townsend Ford and they continue to impress me! I am very disappointed in the service I receive from this Dealership. They sold me on a customer service bill of goods when I purchased a new Lincoln MKS. I spent over $70,000 on this vehicle and once off their lot, it became very evident that they no longer cared about what was promised before I wrote the check. It has been one disappointment after another and I am now forced to go to Columbus to have my Lincoln serviced. I absolutely love the vehicle and will gladly drive to Columbus for all my future Lincoln needs.
We had a vehicle at the service department and had a misunderstanding and an issues with the repair! Monte the Manager of the service department resolved the issue very quickly and professionally! Great guy knows how to take care of his customers and keep them satisfied! Will definitely be brining our vehicles back in for service !

I have never had a problem with the service department. They have done some maintenance and small fixes on my Lincoln . Always listen to your complaint and car is fixed without excuses.Polite, helpful employees . I have always dealt with Mike, in Lincoln service. Wonderful employee, very nice and helpful always goes the extra mile.
I visited the dealership Monday 2/15/16. On 2/19/16 I received an email asking if everyone had gotten in touch with me...This is my reply:Yes, he did. The whole experience was very underwhelming. I got the impression you dont have many salesmen there; It seemed more like a warm body to greet you and show you a car, very little to zero salesmanship(i was in and out in under 5 mins, post test drive). I was shown over inflated retail pricing on a car. I was told my trade was running rough and wouldnt fetch more that $5700. I find that funny since I just had Dave Dennis service my car from bumper to bumper fixing any issue they could find. Giving a dealers service department permission to look over your car with a fine tooth comb and fix it would suggest EVERYTHING is in perfect working order, as it was.Based on the performance and attitude of Mr Towner I will not be purchasing my next car from your dealership.I immediately returned to Evans motorworks and received $8900 for my trade, Id be more than happy to share the purchase order...Ill be buying another vehicle in about 4-8 months as well.
My reliable transportation for the past 13 years suddenly became not so reliable. I was in need of a replacement vehicle urgently. Although I live 50 miles away from the dealership I contacted Conner Spencer at Beau Townsend Ford to see what he could do for me. Both Connor and the dealership were highly recommended by a friend who lives in the Dayton area. Conner was able to get me the vehicle I was looking for quickly with a great price. I did my research before arriving at the dealership so I knew what vehicle I wanted to test drive. I had also been in contact with Justin Rash sales associates prior to my arrival via email/phone. Upon my arrival I was pleased to see the Escape I had been considering was out front and ready for my inspection and test drive. Ive purchased two new cars from Beau Townsend in the last few years and had great experiences with both purchases. I purchased both cars from Justin Rash and found him to be very knowledgeable about the products and very easy to work with. Would definitely return again.
We have purchased 5 or 6 cars from Beau Townsend and have always been completely happy. We also only buy from Donovan Lowe, he is very attentive and always available to us. We wont buy a car from anyone but him and no where but Beau Townsend. They all go above and beyond to be sure that we are satisfied, whether it be sales or service.
I had an appointment on my 2017 F-150 for routine maintenance (The Works) and to fix my back window and door that would not open. The door/window issue was caused by Germain Ford and I will no longer use their service because of back-to-back bad experiences, although I purchased the truck there. The service at Beau Townsend was relatively quick, I was treated well, and they took care of everything even though they were not the dealership that caused the problem. I’ll be conducting my future service and most likely purchases through BT Ford.
We had a great experience. We showed up on a Sat 5 mins before they were due to close, we did not know this at the time. We spoke with Jamie Spencer which put us in touch with Mike Schmidt. Mike Schmidt took the time to show us around and let us test drive a car and never mentioned that they were closing for the day. We left without a car that day but returned the next day and took home a Ford Focus, the same one that Mike let us test drive.We could not have been happier with the level of professionalism each person showed us. The level of customer service was the best we have ever received from a car dealership.We tell everyone about how great the guys are at Beau Townsend.Oh, by the way, I love my car too!
Horrible service department. Had 2 recalls to do and an extended warrenty for my clutch to be replaced due to shutter and juddering upon take off. (which it does everytime I take off) everyone that rides with me or drives my car can tell you the same thing. I was told upon appointment what all 3 of the issues were and they would have them fixed. Was told that it would take a day. Now they have had my car for 2 days and didnt replace the clutch! Said I could leave it until Monday because they wouldnt have time today. What a joke! Youve already had it a whole extra day than you said it would take. I would avoid this place at all costs. Very rude and unprofessional staff in the service department! Id leave negative stars if I could!
The sales person I worked with was great! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that something was installed wrong on my new vehicle by the service team. It cost me time from work and no one ever apologized for the trouble it put me through. Service ends up being the real point of customer relationships, especially at an auto dealership. Perhaps they had a bad day, as we all do.
Joe was very helpful in finding the Fusion with the features we wanted and providing different cars for us to look at for comparative purposes. He was also great at helping us use our X-Plan discount. He went out of his way to make our visit as comfortable as possible for us and our young son who was along for the ride.The gentleman in Finance who went over the contract with us was just as helpful and professional. I especially appreciated the extended warranty offer and oil changes.
Took my vehicle in for a works service which was quick and done while I waited. When checking in I was asked if I wanted the vehicle washed, would have had it done had I been told it was a complementary wash when I checked in.Excellent dealership have purchased several vehicles here and would recommend them to everyone.
I am very disappointed with the service I received. I dropped the car off around 5 pm the day before my schedule appointment. The service department said someone would call tomorrow and let me know what the diagnosis is. After not hearing anything from the service department, I decided to call them around 1:40 pm. I was told the tech working on our car was almost finish with a lunch break, and I should get an update in a few minutes. About an hour later I was told the thermostat was bad and needs to be replaced. So I said ok. However, my biggest disappointment came when I got the bill. Over $700, to troubleshoot and replace a thermostat on a 2008 Ford Fusion. I checked 3 other repair shops ( two of them were Ford Dealerships ) all of them were more than $400 cheaper.
Best car dealership, sales manager and salesman I have worked with in buying a luxury car. They treat you in a 1st class manner from the time you walk in until the time you leave. And all their Lincoln Cars in for sales lot were sparking clean so you can see what you actually buying. GREAT JOB!
I made an appointment for an oil change only to arrive at my scheduled time to be informed it would be an hour and twenty minutes before they could get to my oil change. The reason for the long wait is they take everyone on a 1st come first serve bases and your appointment means nothing to them. They will try to tell you it takes them that long to change the oil and check the fluids. It actually takes that long for them to get to it because of the long line of people in front you, of which half of them probably did not have an appointment. I purchased by truck there, first time and last time for a purchase or service. Overall very disappointed in their service department.
We have been very pleased with our previous experiences at Beau Townsend Ford, and our most recent has been no exception. Mike Schmidt worked diligently via multiple phone calls and emails to other dealerships to locate the car with all the features we were looking for, and he kept us informed of the status of his search. When we picked up our new car, he spent significant time with us patiently reviewing all the bells and whistles, even though Im sure we kept him late. We couldnt be happier! Thanks Mike!
Arash did a great job of handling everything quick and properly with my deal. Every time I have dealt with Your dealership I have always had prompt and courteous service. My only regret is that I didnt wait another day to trade in my old vehicle so I would have qualified for the free iPad mini that was being given if I sold or traded my former Focus the next week.

In the end he was able to get me where I wanted to be on the cost of the vehicle without the usual used car sales games. 2022-02-24I had been looking for this car for a few weeks on the various auto sites. When I called they put me in touch with Matt and he was very professional and direct. They gave me a little less on my trade than I wanted but then Matt explained what a Ford Gold Certification got me and it turned out that the deal was much better than I had initially realized. So I gave them a deposit via the phone and a few days later made the 4 hour trip to make the deal. The vehicle was even better than I had expected and there were no surprises when it came time to sign the papers. They even got me a much better rate through one of their lenders than my own credit union could give me! All in all I could not be happier with this deal and credit all of this to the professionalism and experience this dealership provides.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the service department. I have never felt “talk down” to because I am a woman. I will continue to have my C-Max serviced there.

2022-07-03My truck has over 100,000 miles on it and it’s had only two small issues. Water pump went out and a rear pinion seal leak. Both were taken care of at Beau Townsend. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Staff is great and communicate everything
