Very nice path for walking. Scenic River views. Nice pavilion.
One of my go to places to fish. The trails along the river are a scenic and relaxing walk. This hidden gem i recently found and will be going back on a regular occasion.
The pavilion is great. Big with lots of power outlets. Fire pit is nice. Hiking trails are well groomed. Great place to be outside.
A trail was added in a field but it is rough and very wet. Avoid it after rain or in the spring. Woods trail is just under a mile and is a great one to hike.
Great place. Lots of wildlife. Not overly crowded. Picnic area and nice trails to hike.

Its an okay park, but the trail is over soon as you get started I guess I should have pulled it up on maps but I was just trying to learn the area and see what was wrong. If you dont want to do much cardio, this trail is wicked small and quick and easy to do.

Cool place for a park, but doesnt take advantage of the river being nearby. There are paths that dead end into the river but thats about it. It needs paths along the river near the rocks and the rapids
Nice park only wish they could open more fishing spots maybe put like mini docks or get rid of those broken logs and open more areas to fish.
Beautiful park. The pavilion is really nice and there is an actual restroom, not a port-a-potty. Nice place for gatherings.

Great recreational area. Shelter has tables, chairs and grills. Grassy area for playing ball or horseshoes. Adequate parking.
The wife and I like walking are dog and going on hikes with our kids here! Some good views of the river and gravel paths!

Fishing pretty limited here: it is cool they built a small kayaking/canoeing boat ramp, though.
Would be nice if trails had trail markers. Theres a fire ring near the shelter, but no seasoned firewood to use.

2022-06-20Wonderful park with 2 parking lots an upper and lower lot. Great trail mostly through the woods but the renovation to the lower lot has added trail in the open with some bird houses and oddly enough a bat box. The Beaty trails have several access trails leading to the Grand River for fishing but be mindful of fishing rules. There are benches to sit along the trail if need a break. A pavilion was added to the lower lot. From wildflowers to wildlife, you can see it here.

2018-11-21Nice local park with a nice picnic pavilion and nature trails. The gravel loop is exactly 1200 meters and then the grass loop added on is slightly over a mile long when added on to the gravel loop as one big loop. The grass trails are not as smooth as the gravel ones though, so watch your footing when running. The steep hill down to the gravel trail from the parking lot is crumbling pavement thats very bumpy and bad footing, so that could be resurfaced. Our cross country team enjoys running here on a regular basis. It would be nice if the side walk on the side of the road that the park is on was extended down the hill to the park to make it more safely accessible by foot from that busy road and nearby neighborhoods.

2021-08-26One of my favorite parks! Its quiet its not super congested I like the easy trails and that you can go off to the river if you want to I like watching the river there very peaceful and calm place to unwind and get a little exercise.

2019-09-15Its a clean and well kept up place. The minor down side is the 2 grills they have are small. Its easy to over look because of everything else was great. Plan on bringing another grill if you have a large party.

2017-07-28I go there alot. I like to sit with my dog Bear in the pavilion and just enjoy nature. Its very nice for having a picnic. Havent tried the trail yet, I have heard many good comments about how peaceful it is while walking. I also sit by the water watching the fishermen. Once in awhile my daughter and grandsons launch their kayaks from the ramp. Theres also flushing toilets!

2020-08-18Loving the pavilion. Why wont these parts remain open at night. Just keep them open 24/7 its a park. Our hard earn tax paid for park.

2021-06-27Park was great once we found it. Google maps took us to condos that used to be part of land where park is now. Put in Beaty Landing and got there.
