Super friendly staff! This is a great spot at an affordable rate, that is well maintained! The staff is very responsive and accommodating.The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is due to the fact that I accidentally double booked a unit on the website. Although they were able to cancel the overall contract, instead of simply giving me the $20 down payment back, they simply stated it was against their policy. This rubbed me the wrong way for a small business, but was the only negative experience.

This place is amazing and so helpful. And they do their best to keep it clean and nice. Would definitely recommend them to someone who needed a storage place!

This facility feels like an extension of home! It is a high-quality property in terms of how it is built and maintained, including excellent security, safety, and pest control. Additionally, the office staff (Denise and Lois) are wonderful people to work with who are masters at all aspects of renting units, billing, and assisting their clients. I have been a client for 9 years and recently chose to rent /add an additional unit because my experience has been so good. It is great to have the services of Bearcat Storage and know that Denise and Lois are there when I need them!

I highly recommend this storage facility, they are very very friendly people (Louis) and are very helpful, understanding people. I feel that my belongings are in a safe place and that means a lot to me because my deceased mother’s things are in my unit also. I’m very pleased with Bearcat storage in green township!Thank you!

I was there over a year, only moved out because we got a warehouse. Its great. Lois is wonderful, so professional and helpful. The facility is super clean, well maintained, and safe. Next to Lowes which is great too. Highly recommend.

Lois and Staff very professional and will go out their way to lend a helping hand, I have been with them for several years now I know six plus or more, I keep saying that I am going to give it up but I can’t to much personal memories. So if you’re looking for a company that has a Staff with love in their heart a smile on their face a pleasant voice on the other side of the phone line than GREEN TOWNSHIP SELF STORAGE and any of their other affiliated stores is were you should be going. Keep up the GOOD WORK!

Great Staff!!!They always have a sign in the window letting you know if something is available or if they are fully rented.Reasonable prices for the sizes of storage and no hassles.Very secure and very clean!!!
