2021-07-12It’s actually a sober living campus. Beautiful property, and well taking care of! Management really cares about residents. A lot of work was put in this place and helping recovering addicts learn a new way to live !!!

2021-07-31This is now used to help people with SUD. It is well maintained and all of us residents take pride in having a place like this to call home for the time being to learn how to live sober, productive lives!

2017-12-26I got into a car accident on Christmas Eve and this place was within mins from the impound. At first I was a little hesitant but did not have much of a choice as there were no Lyft / Uber in the area. Have not stayed in a motel. Below are my thoughts:Pros:1.) They accept credit / debit card2.) Shoveled path to room3.) Room was clean4.) Nice little bathroom w/ functional shower, toilet & faucet5.) Provided soap, toilet paper and clean towels6.) Decently warm during 17 degrees and below weather7.) Relatively comfy bed8.) Lights illuminated the room9.) Outlets worked fine10.) Modest price for a single roomCons:1.) Room smelled like cigarette smoke!Advice to management:1.) Designate smoking / non-smoking rooms- Charge more for smoking rooms- Penalize those that smoke in a non-smoking room- Clean the smell from the rooms designated to be non-smoking2.) Provide mini shampoo & conditioner3.) Have razors and shaving cream available at front desk4.) Get actual trash cans for roomsSummary: Great place for the price. Just wished my room didnt smell like smoke. Still recommend though.

2017-09-25Yes it was a little dated, but it was clean, their were no bugs or anything like that anywhere (I checked), the owners were very nice, and it was without a doubt worth the price. I would for sure recommend it to anyone who needs a place to sleep for a night or two.

2018-08-15Literally the trashiest motel in town, and that says a lot for fremont. The rooms are usually filthy and outdated at least 40 years. The one positive is it is the cheapest in Fremont

2017-06-18Dirty, antiquated fixtures, air conditioner didnt work. Similar prices are less in other motels in Freemont, No hair dryer
