They have quickly become one of my favorite dentists of all time. Ive been going here a few years and they are always so kind to me and Dr. Patel is excellent. They are very efficient and professional too, and I appreciate that.
Im not usually one to write a review, but I am still shocked at what happened this morning. I was scheduled for a cleaning; however, I never received a reminder call/letter so I was a little concerned my appointment may not have gotten on their calendar. I arrived this morning for my 8:00 appointment to find out they had cancelled my appointment. I put cancelled in quotes because according to the receptionist, they didnt technically cancel my appointment, they just moved me to a different column with a different dental hygienist? They told me that after my last cleaning, over six months ago, they discovered my insurance only covered a small portion of the services. They never called to tell me this or let me know the situation, so I arrived this morning to find out this news. When I asked why I didnt receive a call prior to arriving this morning, the receptionist told me she didnt know if someone had already called me. Terribly disappointed to find businesses that are ok treating patients in this manner.
We were taken in right away. Masks on to enter, but taken care of by some amazing techs and a very caring doctor. I would recommend this office to anyone who comes to our little town!!😁
By far, Baltimore Family Dental has been the best Dental Experience in my 66 years of life. From the front office ladies to the Assistants and to DR Patel and the Specialist Dr Fowler. I have had other implants at other Dental offices no sedation, heavy bleeding, swelling for 3 days and a lot of pain.,but at Baltimore Dental Implant with Dr Fowler, it was the best experience as I was sedated, Bleeding stopped the first day, no swelling, and only 2 days of pain.but the meds helped. Wow! They did a great job on a couple of tricky dental issues in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I was really pleased with the last few visits for my family.

Best dental office Ive ever been to. Extremely nice and courteous and are dedicated to making your experience as easy and painless as possible. Highly recommended even if you dont like going to the dentist.
The entire staff was wonderful. Have a huge anxiety with dentists; however, they are very polite and kind-hearted. I even had my teeth bonded and that was without analgesia; so I have no more anxieties thanks to them!!!
Today was me and my husbands first day here as a new patients and I had an amazing experience ! Everyone here was so so so wonderful! It is a very clean and nice office. I was greeted upon arrival and helped right away! My dental assistant was Tammra but shes younger and has long blonde hair. She is the BEST dental assistant I have EVER had. She was so sweet and nice and gentle and really talked to me and educated me about things along with making me feel comfortable!Tammra really made this experience at this dental office the best dental experience I have had.Tasha the lady at the front desk was also soooo wonderful she is such a sweetheart so positive and lively she handled my calls and when I came to the office she knew who I was when I walked in the door she is so nice!Then I also had a female dentist here dr Patel and she is so gentle and really educated me about my teeth and what I needed to work on to keep on them. She is a very sweet and nice dentist I would not be afraid to send anyone to!Thanks to this wonderful office and these 3 wonderful ladies I will be back to this office and would love to continue my care here.Thank you Tammra !Thank you Tasha !Thank you Dr. Patel!
Always different people, Big turn over at this office. I had a crown started at the end of October, it is now the 20th of December. They never return your phone call, and Now I am told it can take up to 45 days for a approval from the insurance company. Well..its been over 45 days. Going to a different dentist!
Very professional on all areas of their business. They took the time and patience to ask me n adjust everything I had done to my expectations. Super pleased w service and the employees . 5 STARS

We went here for my boyfriend. And he was so VERY HAPPY with how nice the staff were. He wanted to wait to see how they treated him before he got them all pulled & Baltimore Family Dental is where he will have his dental care plan done.
Everyone is so polite. I dont like how the staff wont answer questions. I always have to wait for them to talk with Dr Patel. This is very odd. Not sure about this office. This office really is odd. Not sure if Ill feel different and have trust right now. I feel even more! Dont go there they cheat you out of money
1. You are faced away from the staff so you have no idea of what they are doing. 2. The assistant opened the sterile pack with non gloved hands and then handled the instruments without gloves, not washing before she touched them. 3. Got a horrible infection from the numbing solution in the roof of my mouth. 4. While this was an extraction, the dentist gave me no antibiotics and I was sick for 10 days afterwards. 5. They insisted on taking xrays before the extraction of my whole mouth, 26 in total, and over 6 of that area. WHY???? The assistant had no protection, no radiation badge, nothing. I would pull my tooth out with a pair of pliers before I ever went back.
Always a great experience for my children. Never a fuss or fight to go to the dentist! Dr. Patel and her staff is amazing with the kids.
I was scheduled an appointment at 2 and I have been sitting here since 1:45 waiting for then to call my name. It is now 2:45 and have yet to be called. The people who work here are unprofessional and have really untimely time management skills. I would suggest showing up late if you want your appointment to happen as soon as possible
Went there for a top denture, I was back and forth over 20 times,called my insurance they told me I had to let him try to fix them went back 2 more times i got so frustrated I wore them home took them out they are terrible i need a new denture bad,he won’t refund my money,So will be taking further action !!!!!!
Love these guys ! Always accommodating to my needs after extraction. Very caring yet professional .They take time to explain everything they do and why. I highly recommend them !

2022-06-13My fiancé went to Baltimore dental to get dentures and it’s not been a year and the dentures broke multiple times and so has the temporary dentures, he called and they refused to fix the problem unless he pays, he is stage 4 lung cancer patient and they don’t even take his insurance anymore in which the insurance won’t cover again! So please be aware of the owner and dentists here it wasn’t our 1st problem.My daughter with disabilities landing in the ER after the dentist prescribed a nausea medication for cancer patients to her and all I received was sorry your right after I told him what the hospital Doctor said.We found a new Dentist however they need to be held accountable for all that’s mentioned above!!!Fix his dentures your company didn’t make right!!!I would give a minus 5 stars but I had to rate the incompetent place of business to give a review!!!

2021-09-27I had my first appointment as a new patient today and it’s been a really long time since I’ve been to the dentist. I was actually really nervous as to how bad my teeth were going to be. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t wait for than five minutes to be taken back. My hygienist was awesome and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Reassuring me that my teeth were in fact not that bad considering it had been so long. I go back for a few fillings next week and I’m happy I am scheduled here to do this. They didn’t seem like they recommended anything that I didn’t actually need. Very happy with my experience

2021-05-11Giving it a 4 so far. Initial new patient visit went well. Its been a while since Ive been to the dentist from some really bad experiences previously, so I had some anxiety about going. Had to schedule something for further work, that process was communicated efficiently and understandably. The dentist was clear in communicating trouble areas that were identified and the solution options available, allowing me to make an informed choice on my schedule. The front desk staff were friendly and communicated effectively through masks and barriers. I feel less anxiety about going to my second appointment.

2021-12-07Went for a root canal procedure. Procedure took 2.5 hours with dentist reporting they could not locate 3rd canal in order to complete the procedure. Dentist billed my insurance for a completed root canal, therefore I had to pay OSU dentist out of pocket to actually perform and finish the root canal. OSU also informed me a file was left in my tooth and observed some other “areas of concern” following my procedure at Baltimore Family Dental.

2020-10-12I highly recommend Baltimore Family Dental especially if you have dental anxiety. They really made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door. The entire staff was great and very friendly! I have already recommended them to family members before I even got home from my appointment and they have already called to set up their appointments. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment!

2019-12-30This is a great dental practice. You never sit in the waiting room for your appointment to begin. The whole experience is efficient, friendly, on time, and the doctors are skilled and their work has always been perfect. An added plus is the review of your dental plan benefits so you know what the cost will be before the dental work begins.

2016-07-21I have been very pleased with Baltimore Family Dental. The staff there is great and welcoming. Dr. Patel is a very warm, friendly dentist who seems to really care about her patients. My adult daughter has a disability and Dr. Patel and her staff have handled her with care and helped alleviate her anxiety/fear in seeing the dentist. I am relieved to have found a great dentist in a closer proximity where I live who works well with my daughter.

2015-08-06I highly recommend this dental office. The customer service is fantastic. Everyone I came into contact with from the front desk receptionist, to the dental hygienist, the Dentist and even other staff I passed in the hallway were kind, patient and very friendly. The young lady who was the dental hygienist for my 2 young sons, ages 8 and 5, was AMAZING with them. She spoke to them in a calm, congenial tone and explained everything to them in a way they could easily understand. She was soothing and patient. My boys actually enjoyed the experience and look forward to returning. Dr. Patel was also very personable and easy to talk to. Thank you for coming to Baltimore Dr. Patel and staff!!!
