I had Bahan Law for my child custody case. She was and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Has always been honest with me since day one and helped me get the results that my child deserves!! I would recommend her to anyone!!
Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional!! Vaped the whole first meeting...then forgets to tell me she rescheduled the initial court date so I take off work and show up at the courthouse...I had to call her to find out she rescheduled for a later date!! Then once we were all there she settled for half of what I told her my bottom line was!! And to top it all off, she just sent me a letter stating she had overlooked some charges and I still owed nearly $300!! And that was 2 YEARS AFTER the divorce was final!! Is that legal?! Ill be checking with the bar association for sure! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! 😡😡😡
I was referred to Bahan Law by a friend of my because I had a legal matter I was dealing with and they have been great. I personally worked with Natalie and she was very friendly and informative. They have been a big help and I greatly appreciate it.

Terrible experience. Do not use her for criminal law. I paid close to a grand and could have represented myself better , honestly. She is so money hungry its disgusting . She had me plead right away , never tried to get me a deal ect. I had never even had a speeding ticket before this . The charge was a argument between my husband and I . Nothing physical ect ..I wish I would have used a public defender honestly .She also got involved in a probate case that would have last a week after my husband had chilled out . Instead she had took it upon herself to keep continuing it . Then did not show up . So it lasted over a month. She smoked her vap in the court house which is super unprofessional. And when the prosecutor offered me a deal , she had to look it up on Google to see if the crime she wanted me to plead to was something I had done the night I was charged , and then tried to convince me that by his statement I was , even though the police report was full of lies and deception. A lawyer is supposed to work for you not against you . The probate judge was so pissed that she had let me know who to contact with state for such craziness this lady pulled .. If she knew the law she wouldnt have butted into and filed things she wasnt even aloud to file on my part .. And btw I will not contact the office with my problems . Obviously u were no help before so why would I try now . Refunding my grand would be a start .. And props to Shelley.. Im pretty sure she does most of the work there ..
Natalie was great. I contacted a lot of lawyers before I found Natalie and they all were scared off but she was willing to give her best and everything worked out. Thanks again for everything!
I have only used Bahan Law just this but they were outstanding. My matter was an uphill battle and they did not shy away from taking the case. They are honest and trustworthy and it was a pleasure working with them.

2022-05-20Highly do not recommend.ForgetfulHardly any communicationHad the case nailed to the wall only to be offered a basically unfavorable plea bargain for falsesles cpo.Apparently in Logan County committing purgery is normal to have no repercussions. I have never been misrepresented like this. So after all was said and done, I had little time to research a positive well recommend attorney. The reviews here were about 50/50 before everything. I wanted to believe the bad reviews were maybe not justified. Now I see why on the negative reviews. And Im sure I will read whatever excuses are made.I really wish the outcome on this review would of been more positive Natalie but it is what it is.

2020-06-09Horrible experience! I was fed nothing but lies from Natalie from our first meeting. I hired , well donated money to Natalie to do absolutely nothing for my case.I had a strong custody case that I ended up winning with a different Attorney. Natalie told me she could file my case within 8 days of our first meeting. Nothing was filed 35 days later so I fired her.When I finally got some of my money back Natalie had charged me for 6 hours to complete a motion and affidavit that she would not even show me proof of completion.My new Attorney completed it in 2.5 hours.I would not recommend her to anyone!!!

2020-09-23I was appointed Mrs.Bahan several years back. I was charged with several felony drug charges and she made me feel as if I was being represented by a professional and her experience in the courtroom only varified how I felt. When the reached its conclusion I was extremely happy with the results. I ended up getting court ordered treatment with some probation as long as I completed the treatment. I really do feel in not for Mrs. Bahan I would have served I long prison term.

2016-11-04I have used Bahan Law LLC twice. Natalie is very good at what she does. She is professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in ways that I could understand. I was very satisfied with the final resolution of my legal matter.

2017-09-22I was sent an email today from Natalie Bahan asking me to give her a review so...After a woman had threatened my daughter then stalked her at school and the courts recommended me getting a lawyer to file a cpo, my mother and I hired Natalie. Natalie assured us that it would be a piece of cake to obtain a cpo and advised that my mother should be the one to file the cpo because my relationship to the defendant could make it seem like retaliation. My mom paid her $1500. We gave her names of the school faculty who had witnessed the stalking at school and then A month later Natalie contacted my mother asking for the voice recording of the threats. I had it in my possession and took it to her office. I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes, gave the device to Natalie , and left. Was actually with Natalie for less than 2 minutes. She called a week later after reviewing the recording to go over some questions which took no more than about 20 minutes. We didnt hear from her again for 2 months when she called to tell my mom she wouldnt recommend getting a cpo. There wasnt enough to warrant it. My mom insisted that we at least try and she refused. Natalie said she would refund the money. Ok no big deal well take the money and go to another lawyer. She called my mom to pick up the check except it was for $400. When my mom questioned she claimed to have done more work than she had done. My mom asked for an itemized bill where she claimed to have called a victims advocate about a dozen times but the victims advocate she claimed to have spoken to was no longer employed and hadnt been for months prior to the alleged phone calls. She grossly exaggerated the times of the phone calls she had with me and my mom and the office visit where I dropped off the voice recorder. My mom demanded the full refund and Natalie refused. My mother took her to small claims court. My mom represented herself and won against Natalie Bahan! That should tell you how great of a lawyer she is right there.

2017-08-07Absolutely horrible!! She was completely unprepared going to a Magistrate hearing to lower child support. Since I had made $15,400 less in income that year. I had took her pay stubs, court documents and other information from my employer. I did a lot of work to help her with my case. She didnt bring any of it. When asked by the Magistrate to see the pay stubs she frantically text her secretary to send them to her because she didnt bring them. Magistrate didnt care to see them when she did receive them near the end of the hearing. She had even filed an extension to give her more time to prepare. This just buried me in child support arranges to pay my ex that lived 4 hours away and left our son with her Mom and Stepdad. After her very poor performance I decided I would not have her represent me to get custody of my son. I asked for my money back. It took her over 2 months to pay me back for services I wasnt going to have her do and then I didnt even get half my money back. I paid $4,000 to go for custody. That money I had to borrow because child support was so high and I wasnt making as much. All she did was one magistrate hearing on support not custody. Natilies price went up $100 each time I talked to her. She charged me $100 for the FREE consolation. She charged me $400 for the court papers I had printed off at the courthouse and taken to her. In the end I couldnt afford another attorney because of this. So I represented myself and won custody of my son myself. If I could give her a negative star I would. One star is too much. My friend also fired her for the same reasons. Very unprepared and just talks you into circles all while doing nothing. My advise is seek any other attorney. I did it on my own but my case was pretty easy. Not sure if these other people on this review thing were paid or if they are fake and made up. I do know me and my friend both had a horrible experience hiring Natilie. Hopefully this helps save people from wasting a lot time and money.
