Be Safe helped so much with making copies of many different keys that no other locksmith was willing to find blanks for. These guys went out of their way to help. I dont mind paying for new keys when they saved me from having to get entire lock assemblies replaced!
Sheer Excellence! I had called around a few other places and they all seemed unclear of their pricing for certain jobs. Saw this listing and decided to call. Glad I did. The gentleman was both personable and professional. He gave me a solid estimate, arrived on time, and completed the work very quickly. I would definitely use his services again. Kudos!!
Quaint, old fashioned, mom & pop hardware store like atmosphere with keys and locks scattered about adding to the feel of hard work and dedication to the locksmith trade. This guy is mostly a mobile business because he seems to be in and out and about the town because I always see his van in traffic. Which is how I found him, his van driving in traffic. Dropped off my new Schlage locks from Menards and wanted him to key them the same. It was no problem and any issues I had were quickly addressed. No frills here, just down to Earth service.
I had a 2 keys made for my security door from 2 different Home Depots and neither key worked! I found B Safe Locksmith and not only did I get a Quality key that actually worked but the service was fast and efficient! The Customer Service was also excellent! I would recommend this business to everyone!
Dale and crew were a great help! Helped repair an old 1931 door lock and matched keys for all the exterior doors on my new house. These guys are pros!
Called this place up told them i needed two keyfobs and they quoted me a great price almost half of what others quoted me. I showed up to two very friendly guys who got right to work and had my fobs programmed in no time at all. If you are in the cleveland area call this place up they are great!

I needed a new front door lock re-keyed to match my back door so that I didnt have to carry two keys. I walked in with the new lock and the key and walk out with a matched set in about 10 minutes. Super service and a fair price.
Very professional. Honest with fair prices. They made duplicate keys for my Honda in less than 15 minutes and also came out and physically tried the keys before completion of the sell.

🇺🇸Great locksmith.🇺🇸 Needed a second key fob for my Grand Cherokee. Jeep dealers wanted $270-$400 for a key🔑 and programming. B-Safe got me a second fob for 💲125. Will made me an extra door key🔑, cut the emergency key 🔑thats stored in the fob and programmed the fob with all 4 buttons working like the original fob. If you need an extra fob these guys have the 💲best price💲 in town. For an extra charge they will even come to you. 👍👍
There office seemed very functional and organized. I required an obsolete key and yet they were able to solve my problem in an economical and timely fashion.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning and they dropped what they were working on to help me. He was quick, efficient, and pleasant and resolved my problem.
So, had a jerk employee quit, with 2 days notice. Then he decides hes not working today and holding the company key for ransom until he gets his final paycheck. Well millennial jerk, it doesnt work that way. I called B- Safe at 9:15 and locks were changed by 11:00. Very polite techs and very reasonable pricing. Dont call anyone else!
I was in need for a new cylinder lock at my place of business, so I looked up a local locksmith in my area. B Safe Locksmith came up but online it stated they closed at 5 oclock, I was calling at 4:45. I called spoke with the owner he told me he did close at 5 but he would wait for me which he did. Not only did he wait for me he gave me an amazing price on the lock he also explained how I should install it. I just finished putting the lock in and it works like a charm. I highly recommend this business!!!!

I recently had a back up key for my Escape cut and learned how hard it is to find a locksmith!! I had previously gone to multiple places and since it was a laser cut other places could not cut it. I also called a couple locksmiths with the laser capabilities and was quoted over double the cost from B safe- save yourself the headache and just go to B safe!!I would recommend calling before going to the physical location. The staff does road calls as well as running the office, so just assure someone is there at that time.
I had a stuck deadbolt and needed someone who could come out quickly. They were at my house in about 20 min and fixed the issue quickly. They didnt try to up sell me. Fast and HONEST guys. Thank you!!!
I am very upset. My father is in the hospital. I locked myself out of my house. It was time for me to pick up my kids from school. I was frantic to say the least. I call B Safe Locksmiths to come and unlock my door since I was the idiot. The gentleman showed up within 15-20 minutes which was great. However he tried 2 different locks and could not get either one of my doors unlocked. My son ( who walked home from school in 30+ degree weather found that the kitchen window (which I could not reach) was open and climbed in and unlocked the doors. I was still charged the full amount for a service call that their people could not complete. I am rather upset and when I tried to call they were already closed. I do not mind paying something but the full price is not right especially for a service they did not complete!UpdateDale just called me and is giving me a full refund. Once I get that check I will then give him 5 stars. Thank you for your understanding and I will call again!
I had an issue and they were able to point me in the right direction, some other places would have come out for such a simple fix and charged a service call. I think it showed a lot of integrity to allow me to fix the problem, but be willing to come out if we needed it. I will use them in the future for anything issues that I have.
Last Saturday while driving our pickup truck from the Cincinnati area to Mentor with a planned stop in Parma, my husband discovered near Columbus that he forgot to bring the key to the fiberglass truck bed cover which was locked. So I called several locksmiths, but B Safe was the only one open that was not a mobile locksmith. Dale explained how to get him the info he needed to research before we arrived and explained that he couldnt guarantee that he could help. When we arrived, he did a little more research but the first key didnt work. So he did a little more research and the second key DID work. Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus! and thank you, Dale! You saved our entire week! We definitely recommendB Safe Locksmiths. We were also very pleased with the price.

Absolute great experience What I needed done for my car everybody else wanted to charge me a crazy amount I called b safe and they cut the price in half I went to there location same day and the work other people were telling me would be a hour they did in 20 minutes If i ever need anything again i will Definitely be calling you guy and I will be recommending everybody to b safe locksmith

B Safe is the best. They recut my key after another company dropped the ball. I bought an Italian made key, and some company cut it wrong. Went to b safe, the gentleman working there save the day. This key was special order from Italy for a motorcycle Givi box. Dont be lazy and go to the closest locksmith, just do the drive and go to B Safe, you will not regret it.

The price is to high . Asked about to cut a key for honda without programming it wanted $35 dollars per key . Went to local dealer they charge me only $10 per key

2022-08-11B Safe Locksmiths was fantastic. I called around for different locksmiths trying to get a spare key copied for my car before going to college and B Safe was the only company that answered. He told me to come in same day (within an hour!) and got me 2 spare keys for an incredible price and very quickly. He had me go out to my car and try both the keys to make sure they worked properly and were cut correctly before I left. I highly recommend B Safe and will use them for any locksmith services in the future!

2022-07-20I needed a copy of a car key made. It was a difficult key and 4 different places said they couldnt do it. I was calling every locksmith I could find, and Dale was the only one who answered. He had me come to his office THE SAME DAY and took care of the key copies. He was clearly very busy and took the time out to help me anyway which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend B Safe Locksmiths! Thanks again Dale!

2021-08-02I needed a second key made for my sons car and was in a rush before he leaves for college in a few weeks. Called B Safe and was able to take the car that morning. I wanted a flip key and currently only had a regular key. They explained all of my options, they were knowledgeable and gave me a great price. Key was cut and programed in 15 minutes. They were super friendly. So happy with my decision to go to them. I will recommend to anyone.

2021-05-02I bent my car key and wanted it straightened out and copied. Dale was able to straighten the key and make me two copies at a discounted rate. It took at most 5 minutes. He allowed me to try the keys to make sure they worked. I appreciate his speed, thoroughness and the quality of work. Id recommend him for anyone who needs a locksmith.

2021-08-21I needed to have a car remote programmed, but when I arrived the person that does this was out on a call. I was sitting in my car trying to find another place to go, and the programmer came back. He programmed my remote before he went back out, which was very nice and very appreciated! I definitely recommend them and will call them if Im ever in need of a locksmith again!

2020-08-28Just wanted a duplicate key made for my Kia Soul. Every place I went to either couldn’t do it, didn’t know how to do it, was rude or wanted an outrageous price (like the Kia dealer). I found B Safe on Google. Dale was knowledgable, helpful and courteous. He made sure that he understood what I needed and that it worked perfectly. His price was very reasonable. Industry knowledge and customer service like I experienced are rare today. I would trust B Safe with any locksmith job. Absolutely a top rate business.

2021-05-25Excellent service. Cut my Ford Fusion key for $35, which needs a specialty tool to cut that nobody has for some reason or if they do they want an arm and a leg to cut it and programmed a remote for $25 in no time flat. Will definitely do business with again
