I recently rented the Mickey Mouse Bounce House Combo for my sons and daughter’s thirdly birthday celebration. The price was very reasonable and the bounce was very clean. The delivery and pickup were right on time! I will for sure use Awesome Family Entertainment AGAIN, AGAIN & AGAIN.
Would go with NO stars if possible. dont waste your time. I scheduled a unit for a summer kids activity for our community. they showed up a day early and AT THAT point said that I need electricity. the delivery team didnt get out of the truck and I went around to my neighbors to try to find a generator. I found one - but that person would not be home until TODAY - which is the day of the event. they refused to deliver the unit TODAY - the scheduled day of the event AND refused to refund my money. its a 50/50 shot if they will actually provide the service you buy. dont waste your time.
Went to an event that Awesome had their equipment set up. They had some really cool stuff. Everything looked clean. Great event
Stephanie, aka Oscar the Grouch, did a surprise drop-in at my husbands 40th birthday celebration at our house. She came on a Saturday at 8:30 p.m. and was absolutely hysterical. She was totally in character and all the guests loved it. I would absolutely use this company again.

We rented the Cork Screw Slide and the Inflatable Basketball Game last year for a community out reach program. The delivery crew was very nice and hard workers. No issues.

I implore you to read the negative reviews and how Curtis responds to them (you’ll find some of the reviews are long due to them coming back to defend themselves against what he tries to say as a “defense” if he doesn’t altogether deny having worked with them). You can find more on the yelp page for a company called “Super Heroes for Parties” which he seemed to change the name from Awesome Family Entertainment (I do wonder if it’s to bury the horrible reviews on yelp…hmmm. I plan on staying on top of that page as I assume he’ll be changing the name again after this review exposes it) I won’t go into detail about the horrific experience I had with this company but I will say this: when I left a bad review Curtis found where I worked, and contacted the corporate lawyers threatening to sue not only me but also my president if I didn’t take it down as the experience stemmed from a corporate event . Just as an FYI if you look through the other reviews he also has threatened and stalked and it’s been documented. This was not a case of slander or defamation, I explained exactly the situation and was sure to leave out opinion. Because I didn’t want to have my company dragged into some legal battle over a yelp review, I chose to take it down. Also, it’s a mess when corporate lawyers are asking why some person is harassing them about an employees yelp review. Upon further reflection and Education from my lawyer, I’ve decided to revisit and warn of this individual to the public. It’s my opinion that If he felt comfortable to stalk and threaten me, it is possible it’s not the first time and there is a possibility there are more out there who, like me, felt it was easier just to not deal with this guy. Again, in my opinion, I imagine that’s why the bad reviews, while I believe to be very telling, are not more in number. I ask the public to just see what people have said that weren’t afraid to leave up, how he responds, and be careful. Because it is my opinion that this person is a bit volatile, I’ve chosen to leave out defining details of our bad experience but can say it’s consistent with the other negative reviews. Also, I couldn’t find them on yelp - and upon further investigation found they changed their name on yelp to Superheroes for Parties to try to hide the awful reviews and Curtis’s response to them. I can’t wait to see him deny having had this experience or threaten me some more. I’m ready.
I laugh at some of these negative review, people complain about arriving early and charging a fee when they are in a different city. We always have received great service from Awesome Entertainment. People stop being cheap! See you again this year.
The owner kurtis is VERY fair with prices, always works with me and my family! the crew that comes to set up and tear down are amazing! James and Johnathan were especially amazing. The 2 women that set up the dunk tank for the second year are so friendly.if your looking for a place that makes your party great this is it.AWESOME company awesome employees and awesome owner!THANK U ALL U MADE ARE 4TH AMAZING!
I have been renting inflatables, tents, chairs, tables and entertainers for years from them and the service is consistently awesome! Easy to schedule, and up front pricing on their website, which always helps us to budget properly.
The face painter they provided was very talented and good with the kids. I received lots of positive remarks from my guests and the kids loved her.
They provided a smooth and easy experience for me, great from the first phone call. They arrived on time and picked up on time. The bounce house was clean too. They definitely provide the best bounce house rentals in Gahanna. We will rent from them again for our future parties.
Worst companyI have event tomorrow morning and they cancelled my order night before my event and I have so many guests over and it’s so embarrassing for me that I have no enough chairs and tables to have them sit . It was backyard party. Owner was like I should go and pick chairs which was never mentioned in contract . First they said delivery will be late and then in morning but not promise and then cancelled. Worst experience 😡

We just rented a bounce house for my sons 6th birthday party. We lucked out and got the bounce house for longer than our scheduled rent time - and didnt need to pay extra for that bonus! The staff told just told us to enjoy! The setup crew was super friendly, respectful, and quick. The tear-down crew came and left so quietly and quickly we barely knew they were there. It was a fantastic, fun, and easy experience worth every penny!

I rented a bounce house for my grandsons birthday party. We also rented a Spider-Man impersonator. The Spider-Man was a bit expensive but it was well worth it. He was very active blended right in. He was flipping and jumping walls. My grandson is telling everyone that Spider-Man came to his birthday party. This was indeed awesome!!!! Thank you!!

First time renting from them worse ever experience they send me a dirty bounce house holes every where as soon as the kids went in it went flat I rented it for 3 hours and could only use it for 30 mins. Call them they just didnt care worse place every DO NOT RENT FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting people. We spoke to them 3days before our event. Our package was being held up in customs. So we needed a backup plan for my 5yr olds birthday. We wouldnt know until Friday morning of its status from shipper. We are screwed so we call back. 200$ for an hour which is fine for a mascot character to show up.. Then they wanted to add a 75$ last minute fee,because they know we were desperate and wanted something special for our kids party so they will pay is what they thought. There is nothing on there site about last minute fees.Theres a special place in hell for these types of people and there business ethics is nonexistent.
What isnt there love about Awesome Family Entertainment....I was referred to them from my friend who used them for a graduation party for her son. She found them online and they actually saved the day for her, when a different company didnt deliver on their promise. But, Awesome Entertainment delivered on their promises and beyond!For our company family fun day, they had everything set up on time, it was cleaned and in great working condition - looked new for the most part.Their staff were in uniforms and very polite, caring and paid attention to detail and safety.Their entertainers were amazing as well and very festive. You can easily see they love working with kids. I think one lady said she is an elementary school teacher through the week and a face painted for them on the weekends.The booking process was easy and great. Once I figured out their website.Defiantly a company worth checking into if you are in search for party rentals or entertainment.
Quincy was the caricature artist for our 5th grade celebration. He did a phenomenal job and exhibited such grace and patience with our orthopedically impaired population. Our administrator was happy with his work. We look forward to working with Quincy and Awesome Entertainment again.

We had the most amazing time with the Frozen Carriage bounce house and slide!!! The delivery and pick-up was so smooth and the communication back and forth was better than expected!! Their entertainers phoned ahead to reconfirm details and also showed up a few minutes early. They were social and interactive with our guests. The Mobile Stuff Animal party we recently had was really awesome. The guests loved it and they are still talking about how cool it was weeks after the party. Awesome Entertainment set up a very cute workshop to make a variety of stuff animals. The selection was beyond my expectation and the two operators wherever friendly and helpful toward my guests. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
I really thought the people at Awesome entertainment were AWESOME! They really stick to their name. I had an issue with delivering a bounce house back on time and they understood my situation and it sounded like they really cared. 10/10 will rent from them again.

Not awesome. At all. I showed up for my order when we discussed and they wanted to charge me over double the original agreement. Did I mention the equipment only cost a quarter of the rental?Up date:The equipment I was trying to rent from you was on back order for purchase with another company. There were no problems with that vendor. No one else had the equipment for rent at that time except your company.My daughter was not with me. I did not cuss out anyone. Curtis L, with whom I spoke to over the phone, left this review for my farm:Be careful, Jess with Anderson farms acts very unreasonable, cussed us out in front of her children. And demand things from us for non-payment!You have never been to my farm, met my children, been cussed or billed by me. We only spoke on the phone. I have never cussed anyone at my farm nor have I had to deal with non-payment. Your retribution review is petty at best.There was definitely a miscommunication about prepayment. I am so glad I did not give my credit card number to you over the phone. It would have been better to tell me that you didnt want to rent the equipment than waste your energy trolling me.Curtis and Thor are still not awesome. Consequently I see this isnt your first 1 star review.
We’ve hired a character for my daughters first and second birthdays. The costumes are authentic and the actor always does a wonderful job of prepping for the party and making my daughter feel special during. Does a great job balancing special time with birthday girl and time with all the kids and adults at the party. We’ve had requested the same actor twice now bc she is so wonderful!
Scheduled and paid for a dunk tank snd the owner Curtis called back snd said he didn’t like my boyfriend because he asked questions snd then wanted an additional $80 because it was ordered 6 days before our party. Completely unprofessional snd childish snd adds marked up fees that are bogus! Do NOT rent from this place!
Our caricature artists did a phenomenal job at our Christmas party!Not only professional and outstandingly talented, they were personable, engaging and a real treat to be around! (And the idea of incorporating them in our annual event was very well received! Everyone loved the drawing they left with that evening.) Thanks again so much!
We have been working with Awesome Family Entertainment for over 3 years, maybe longer and have never had an issue with them. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The stuff we rent is always clean and in great condition. They have been one of the best companies to work with and we are glad to have them as a vendor.
I have to say I’m extremely disappointed in this company. We hired a mermaid to come to my daughters birthday. When she walked in she had zero personality, did not ingage with the children and could hardly ready the book she brought to read to the children. She was not warm and welcoming and had zero experience.When I followed up on Monday this company sent me a TEXT not even a phone call when I requested to speak with someone. Terrible customer service and they really didn’t care that I was upset with the service they kept saying “oh sorry to hear such a thing” over and over. Will not recommend or use! Beware before you hire a character! Zero stars if I could rate this company.

My experience with Awesome Family Entertainment was terrible! They called me the day of my event and wanted to deliver the bounce house 7 hours prior to my event. This was completely unacceptable since the place where my event was taking place would be unsupervised until one hour prior to the event. I eventually spoke with Curtis and he was incredibly rude. He stated that he would need to charge me $500 to deliver the bounce house 1.5 hours before my event. They failed to call me the day before to schedule a delivery window. He insisted they must have called, but the in fact did not. Ultimately he refunded my money entirely, thankfully. Be aware if you are booking a rental with them, that you need to discuss the delivery time before you book with them. I will never use them in the future.

I am a corporate event planner for family picnics and I take party planning business very seriously for the past 20 years.Early this year, I booked Awesome Family Entertainment several months in advance. I utilized them for 8 large inflatable games/bounces/slides, concession machines - cotton candy, popcorn and sno-cone, 10 awesome carnival games with lots of small and medium prizes, several face painters and balloon twisters and four different cartoon characters, a magician, origami artist and the staff to operate the equipment and manage the day.My rep from A.F.E. was very nice, informative and very helpful throughout the entire process.He guided me through their well informed website, their policies and provided me with helpful hints to plan my party. They are way more than just a rental company, more like event advisors that truly cares about your over all event, just not their individual aspect.The day of my event, their staff showed up ahead of time, set up all the inflatables and equipment. Their entertainers were on time and very well groomed. Their staff was friendly and wearing company shirts with their logo, which made them very professional for our guests.The face painters were amazing, Connie and Tiffa were the best face painters I have ever seen for company parties. The balloon twisters worked quick, were friendly and very creative. The magician - Bruce was very good and held the kids and adults attention pretty well. He had an outgoing personality and a million one liners.The cartoon characters are amazing and very interactive. Just be aware that it does take some time for them to switch costumes, so plan accordantly. Their costumes look very good and well maintained!I must say our 300 guests had a totally AWESOME TIME and my client was very pleased with their over all service and I would defiantly recommend them to any of my clients and the readers of this review.Well worth the money for peace and mind!Thank you for the wonderful day and I am sure we will be utilizing your company many more times in the near future!
Had this company booked for 4 months for our church Fall Party. Day of event the company never showed to deliver the items. Not until I called them did I find out they were behind schedule. They would not have arrived until 3 hours after original delivery time and when the event was almost over. Very disappointed! I had used them in the past but this really was not acceptable! I hope they will take better care of their future costumers.Since original post - I have rented from AFE and had excellent service. They have gone above and beyond in taking care of fixing previous issue. I am appreciative for everything this company has done to make it right.

Terrible customer service. I had to call 3 times to verify drop off time. They left the inflatable in my yard for 4 days. I had to call for them to come pick it up. Sent owner picture of dead grass and he offered to come throw some grass seed down. Avoid this company and irresponsible owner.Additionally, please note the lack of responsibility the owner has taken for the situation that was obviously his fault. No threats were ever sent to the business and all calls were made within 24 hours prior to and 72 hours following the event. Arguing and justifying poor ownership decisions with customers online is very classy. You should defentily rent from this company... very professional and the owner has great business ethics....
[HIred some red carpet for a wedding. The carpet were great: had good traction on the floor that no slipping occur. Overall working with Awesome was great. Very polite and friendly workers. It was a pleasure and will do business with them again.

Awesome family entertainment, the cherry on top of my daughters awesome Halloween themed 10th birthday party!!!!! We were looking for a bouncy house and they had a ZOMBIE one that went great with the theme of the party! On top of that they had a fun new game called Zap a Zombie that was a total hit with the kids! Staff came out EARLY for set up! Worked with our schedule, VERY nice and polite. VERY accommodating. Wonderful company to do business with. My daughter was over the moon! Thank you A.F.E.!!
I booked and paid for a birthday party, the entertainer showed up at 4:05 with no music, no entertainment no music. The Entertainer apologize for at least the first 10 to 12 minutes stating she was just giving the order yesterday on there it did not include birthday party we try to make the best of the situation she has us use our own phones and speakers for the music when that wasnt working she did eventually sing the hokey pokey with the kids for the money I paid it was totally unacceptable. I called to speak with Curtis he felt like all of this was fine because she stayed till 5 that we should fill compensated fir the inconvenience of not delivering what was promised. Who pays for a birthday party that comes with No music, No games, and a late cat? Thank you Curtis for the false promising and then the nasty attitude as if you provided what you said.
I had a great experience with awesome family entertainment, I rented the slip n slide for my sisters and soon to be brother in laws wedding party, and the slip n slide was a blast!! The people who came and set it up the day before were really nice also, the slip n slide worked great & we had no issues!
Extremely disappointed to say the least. I had booked the show to start at 6PM. Manager was extremely rude on the phone, didnt give an accurate time of arrival of the magician, threatened to cancel the show on top of it. Kids were excited but half of the guests with little ones had to leave. Party was supposed to end at 7. Finally, magician showed up at 7.30PM. There was no apology whatsoever. Magic tricks were silly but kept 5-6 yr olds engaged. I am pretty sure others are fake reviews. Horrible experience, never booking anything again.

We ordered a mechanical bull, inflatable twister and bungee run for post prom. Due to circumstances beyond the companys control, the new bull did not arrive. However he replaced it with melt down and the students really enjoyed it. The two employees Dana and James were very prompt and professional and interacted with our high school students to make it a fun night for all. It was a positive experience for us. Thanks so much.
Curtis has been very professional in making sure that my event will take place with a foam pit party inflatable. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I have scheduled the foam pit two years in a row and havent been able to use it for my field day due to weather. He has graciously given me a carry over with payment two times, so hopefully next year I will be able to have the foam pit at my schools Field Day! Thanks Curtis and Awesome Family Entertainment!
*Edit* this company acts like it isn’t in Columbus Ohio where it knows you can’t trust the weather 2 days beforehand. They act as if the meteorologist predict correct weather 100% of time. at the time of delivery the chance of thunderstorms for my Sunday party were at 50%. I’m ok with that. But as I kept checking throughout the day that percentage kept rising ITS NOW 90% throughout the entire party. I get that they dropped off the items. I was more than willing to pack it up and deliver it back myself. But it’s easy to hide behind a “contract” when you the owner can have compassion but you choose not to. LIKE I SAID I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY ANYMORE. To prevent things like this happening you should deliver the day of instead of more than 24 hours beforehand.This place sucks. I don’t understand how I’m getting penalized for them delivering a item more than 24 hours before my daughters scheduled party. Then for them to say I should’ve told them by Friday at noon. Well Friday at noon the weather wasn’t thunderstorms for the duration of the party. So I ask can I use the bounce house in the rain? To their reply of “light rain is fine but in thunderstorms it must be turned off” had they attempted to deliver the item the day of we wouldn’t even have this issue. Not to mention if something happens to it while it sits deflated in my backyard I will be charged for it. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ANYBODY WITHIN HEARING DISTANCE THAT THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND IM SURE YOU CAN FIND BETTER ELSEWHERE. I would give negative stars if I could.

HORRIBLE!! customer service!!I called and spoke to Curtis, I informed him of the 3 products that I would like to rent for a fundraiser this weekend. He informened me to go online to their web site and fill out a form. At which point he would contact me to let me know if the items would be available and to get payment from me by check over the phone.I filled out the form, but did not receive a phone call from him. or an invoice, In place I received an email from their company a couple days later,stating that my order was cancelled do to non payment.When calling, Curtis was rude and saying that he needed payment, when told several times that I needed an invoice with a total on it to process payment he said there was nothing he could do the form that I filled out was my invoice. I let him know that I needed one with a total amount owed on it and he said to add it up Very poor costumer service. I will be reaching out to another company to full fill my needs for the weekend..Update:Upon placing this comment immediately I was called by Curtis, He was very upset that I was placing my experience with his company online. He would not give me the chance to talk and continued to talk over me. Saying that he will be going to my companys web page and leaving a negative review. When asked to speak to a manager he said that he is the owner. While I was in the process of updating this review he called again and gave me the option to take the review down or he would contact the manager of my workplace. he insisted that the reason for my negative review were because he would not give a discount for his services. It was requested and denied. I was happy to take in place a 20% trade for services.When saying that I am sorry that you will not be getting my business he stated that he does not need it, that the money that we would be spending is nothing to him.What a shame, The reason that I reached out to Awesome Family Entertainment in the first place was because of the glowing reviews. WORST entertainment company. I got charged twice just because of their delay in deflating the bounce house. Top of that, I was charged for the security deposit for no specific reason. I wish I would have found a better company. Please think twice before choosing this company.
I just love Stephanie she is amazing she’s been doing my daughters events since she was 2 yrs old and she just turned 6 on April 24 and she enjoyed shine coming to see her! I love them and highly recommend them for any event you have!
This company is TERRIBLE!! I booked a balloon twister for my daughters 1st Birthday. The party was from from 2-4pm. The balloon twister was booked from 3-4pm. I received a phone call at about 11:30 stating the balloon twister had to cover another party at the last minute right before ours, they wanted to let me know they may be a few minutes late. I completely understood this. I understand things happen and I was ok with them being a few minutes late. I received a phone call from the twister at about 3:30 (3:34 to be exact) stating she was on her way, she was 2 minutes away. As my brother was leaving at about 3:40 he let me know a lady asked if this was where the birthday party was at and I let him know that was probably the balloon twister. My brother waited on the porch for about 5 minutes to direct her to the house, there was two of them and they were in the car. My brother finally left at 3:47 and I waited at the window to let them in, they didn’t get out of their car to walk up until 3:50. My daughters party was over at 4. Some guest had already left. She came in and apologized for being late. Her speech was slurred and she stumbled in the door a little. My guest kept asking me what was wrong with her and stating she seemed intoxicated or high off something. I called the company to file a complaint and spoke with Curtis, he stated he would call her and “get her side of the story.” He then called me back with her on a 3 way (very unprofessional) and it was basically a back and forth argument. She stated she stayed an extra 15minutes and made extra balloons for the kids, which really wasn’t extra because had she been on time there would have been more kids. After the back and forth arguing Curtis called me back and stated I’m making accusations and that he was going to take legal action. He offered me a $25 refund, which was fine but the way he stated he was giving me this refund was rude. He stated “I believe a 20% refund is sufficient enough for being late.” Never once did I receive an apology. He was basically stating I was lying. I would have given this company a 3 maybe 4 star rating if the lady didn’t seem intoxicated and if the customer service was up to par. This company’s customer service is HORRIBLE, don’t book them for your entertainment needs!!UPDATE:After posting this review, Curtis called back and stated I will no longer be getting a $25 refund because I posted this review and that he would be filing a lawsuit against me. I explained to him, I am entitled to post and share my opinion and if he wants to file a law suit to go for it!! He called me a liar and my mother got on the phone and explained to him he is handling business very unprofessionally and told my mom “you raised a liar who is mad she got called out on it” and he hung up!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!! For starters the “entertainment” was almost an hour late. When she finally arrived she appeared to be intoxicated and/or high off something (all of the adults in the room could tell). Slurred speech, stumbling, and at one point she was washing her hands and just stood there for about a minute starring into space. Not sure what that was about. In addition, the way the owner handled this situation was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and should be ashamed ! Total disappointment.. do not booked with this company.
The National Kidney Foundation rented a Connect Four and plinko Drop Zone for our national kidney month youth events at Childrens Hospital and the Arnold. The games were a hit amongst all ages. Ryan was so pleasant to work with and he accommodated our schedule! Highly recommend this place!
We rented inflatable bounce house, cotton candy machine, kids chairs and balloon twister. There service was beyond my expectations. The bounce house was very heavy-duty and clean (much better condition than those in a bounce house places). Cotton candy machine worked well. Easy to use with instruction they provided. Delivery/pick up time was in a time frame they gave us. Everything was perfect except the balloon twisting. She came 10-15 minutes early which was great. Then as soon as kids lined up and asking for what they want: dinosaurs, characters, etc. She said she only could make sword, puppy and one more thing- I cant remember what it was. Girls got butterflies, boys got swords or puppies. She was continually popping the balloons, no smile, no simple interaction with kids... Kids lost interest quickly. And balloon twister left early without saying she was leaving. No one took their balloons.
Best place in Columbus for party rentals hands down. The owner is amazing and knows how to make a party off the hook
I work at a daycare center where Peppa Pig and George came to visit the kids. They had nothing prepared. They had the kids dance to three songs with them none that were Peppa Pig. And they were kind of rude talking to the children stop. I could say a lot more but overall I will never hire them for personal and we will not be having them back ever
The entertainment showed up almost an hour late to the agreed upon time. Once they did show up, one of the employees was visibly intoxicated, (at a one year old Birthday party). Very disappointed and regret using their services.

2022-05-31I booked this awesome company for an event during Hospital week. I didn’t know what to expect but was blown away with how easy they made it. We rented the 5in 1 bounce house which they came the day before to install. We also rented the Cotton candy machine which came was ran by Dre who was super friendly. We also booked their caricature artist Justin who was great to work with as well. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with their service.

2022-06-21My dad hired Josh (caricatures) as a clown to scare the hell out of my new husband and I, and entertain my guests. I just wanted to let you know, although I was terrified at first, Josh did a fantastic job! All of my guests were so pleased with their portraits. I don’t think he was able to put his marker down the entire time he was there. Thank you so much for making this happen (although I hear you were apprehensive). 2022-06-13Love this entertainment company. Awesome friendly office staff and crew.They were able to help me with an early weekday morning birthday party. The other companies I had called first would only do weekends.The character arrived on time to our birhtdays birthday. He was full of energy, polite, nice attitude toward the young kids. He made the whole event very meaningful and I couldn’t be happier that I found AWESOME Entertainment. I highly recommend to anyone who would like a memorable party.

2022-06-09I rented a standard foam party for a 5th birthday party. We had 13 kids come and they all had an absolutely BLAST for the full 2hrs.Tre was our foam machine operator and he was fantastic. Very helpful, professional, and personable.The standard foam party is perfect for a backyard party and I plan on using Awesome Entertainment again in the future

2022-02-13I recently attended an event with Awesome Family Entertainment as the services provider - The brand name is spot on!I observed many performers at this huge event - magicians, a henna dye artist, balloon artists, a caricature artist . etc.It is clear that this talent was carefully screened as all were quite friendly and did a great job of entertaining a very large crowd.After attending that event, Ive been following the ads and am seeing a vast array of everything imaginable for party events!Performers of a wide variety and costumed characters galore! Fantastic inflatables of all kinds. The most magical wedding setups one could imagine!Whatever your party needs may be, the huge selection of options is the greatest Ive ever seen!

2022-07-03The giant castle with a slide we ordered for our cousins party, was AWESOME. The crew delivered it and set it up early and fast.The castle was very clean both inside and out. When they returned the next morning to pick it up, they were very efficient, polite and very kind when our little ones thanked them.They had a large selection for us to choose from and all the kids had a blast.

2022-06-20I have rented bounce houses, water slides and balloon twisters from this company several times, and I dont think were ever going to use any other company! They are always so friendly and helpful. I love that I do not have to worry about a thing when we rent from them. They also have the largest selection of party rentals, endless options.

2022-06-19Ive never rented a slide or jumper before until last summer. Awesome answered all my questions I had and were very helpful, they even sent me a very nice list of things to prepare for, very helpful. My family enjoyed the HUGE waterslide so much we decided to extend the rental for all weekend. The slide was clean when they set it up in my backyard. Whenever, I need a slide or bounce house Awesome would be the place I would call. They are friendly, on time and take care of their product and customers. I highly recommend their all weekend option.

2022-06-21I wish I went with this company originally. The other rental company canceled on me at 8pm at night before our event. One of the owners met me at their warehouse at 5:30 am for me to pick up items to save our morning event in the park. We got everything loaded and all the “walkers” had a blast with the carnival games.PS. I asked him why he just didn’t have an employee to just meet me, he said, let them sleep they have a long day ahead of them already. AWESOME Guy!
